마찰재에 따른 휠굴삭기용 습식 다판 디스크 브레이크의 제동특성 (Braking Characteristics of Wet-type Multiple Disc Brakes on Friction Materials)

  • In general, a brake system of axle for heavy duty machine as a wheel excavator makes use of wettype multiple disk brakes. These disk bakes are very important parts of heavy duty machine because they are dvanced in durability and braking power, and can be designed compactly. Thus, we adesigned and made wettype multiple disk brakes of axle for the wheel excavator to be localization of these imported all. In this study, wet multiple disk brakes were made a comparative test with the 3 types materials of friction disk by the SAE No.2 dynamometer. The friction characteristics were measured and analyzed to decide a suitable material as wear depth of friction disk and dynamic and static friction coefficient on temperature of oil and applied pressure.

  • In this paper, the experimental study on the identification of noise sources and noise transmission paths was carried out for the cabin noise control of construction equipment. In order to investigate noise and vibration characteristics of cabin structure, sound absorption, transmission, and radiation tests were performed using cabin assembly models. The noise/vibration source levels were obtained from the real cabins of wheel loader and excavator. Using transfer functions of cabins and real cabins' source data, cabin noise was decomposed into airborne and structureborne noise transmissions. Finally noise sources and major transmission paths were successfully identified for wheel loader and excavator's cabins.

전목 및 단목 집재작업시스템에서 작업비용 분석 (An Analysis of the Operational Cost in the Whole-tree and Cut-to-Length Logging Operation System)

  • 효율적인 임목수확작업 기술의 보급과 임목수확작업시스템을 구축하기 위해 타워야더 및 스윙야더 등에 의한 전목집재작업시스템과 굴삭기 그래플 등에 의한 단목집재작업시스템의 작업비용을 비교 분석하였다. 전목집재 작업시스템에서 작업비용을 산정한 결과, 체인톱에 의한 벌목작업비용이 2,099원/$m^3$, 타워야더에 의한 전목집재작업비용이 28,286원/$m^3$, 스윙야더에 의한 전목집재작업비용이 18,265원/$m^3$, 굴삭기 그래플 및 체인톱에 의한 조재작업비용이 18,939원/$m^3$, 바퀴식 미니포워더에 의한 소운재 및 집적 작업비용이 20,484원/$m^3$, 굴삭기 그래플 및 소형 운재차에 의한 소운재 및 집적 작업비용이 12,701원/$m^3$으로 나타났다. 또한, 단목집재작업시스템에서 작업비용을 산정한 결과, 체인톱에 의한 벌목 및 조재 작업비용이 10,160원/$m^3$, 굴삭기 그래플에 의한 단목집재작업비용이 7,567원/$m^3$, 굴삭기 그래플에 의한 지엽수집작업비용이 6,982원/$m^3$, 굴삭기 그래플에 의한 작업로개설비용이 3,040원/$m^3$, 바퀴식 미니포워더에 의한 소운재 및 집적 작업비용이 20,484원/$m^3$, 굴삭기 그래플 및 소형 운재차에 의한 소운재 및 집적작업비용이 12,701원/$m^3$으로 나타났다.

SMISMO 밸브 구조를 채용한 유압식 굴삭기의 평탄화 작업을 위한 휴리스틱 접근 (A Heuristic Approach for Grading Operation of Hydraulic Excavator Systems using SMISMO Valve Configuration)

  • SMISMO valve configuration is now starting to draw attention of the researchers of the construction equipment industry to increase the fuel efficiency of their equipment like excavators and wheel-loaders. An open-loop control strategy for grading operation of hydraulic excavator systems using SMISMO valve configuration is investigated in this paper. Tabor's algorithm for 1 d.o.f. SMISMO system under the assumption of quasi-static operation is revealed as not adequate for multi d.o.f. system with large moment of inertia even though the motion of the system is slow. New parameters are proposed in this paper. It modifies Tabor's open-loop control strategy for the grading operation of hydraulic excavators using SMISMO valve configuration. A simulation-based parameter tuning method is also proposed. It uses GA (Genetic Algorithm) to find the best parameter values. Simulation study for a practical hydraulic excavator shows the validity of the proposed open-loop control strategy.

  • In this paper Vehicle driving simulator have been used in the development and modification of models. A real-time simulation system and washout algorithm for an excavator have been developed for a driving simulator with six degrees of freedom. An interesting question, "how the 6 DOF Driving Simulator can be controlled optimally for the various tasks?" is not easy to be answered. This paper presents the hardware and software developed for a driving simulator of construction vehicle. A simulator can reduce cost and time a variety of driving simulations in the laboratory. Using its 6 DOF Simulator can move in various modes, and perform dexterous tasks. Driving simulators have begun to proliferate in the automotive industry and the associated research community. This effort involves the real-time dynamic of wheel-type excavator the design and manufacturing of the Stewart platform an integrated control system of the platform and three-dimensional graphic modeling of the driving environments.

전목 및 단목 집재작업시스템에서 작업시간 및 공정 분석 (An Analysis of the Operational Time and Productivity in Whole-tree and Cut-to-Length Logging Operation System)

  • 임목수확작업시스템 구축과 효율적인 임목수확작업 기술을 보급하기 위해 타워야더 및 스윙야더 등에 의한 전목집재작업시스템과 굴삭기 그래플 등에 의한 단목집재작업시스템의 작업시간 및 공정을 분석하였다. 전체 조사작업시간을 기준으로 분석한 1 cycle당 작업시간은 전목집재작업시스템에서 체인톱에 의한 벌목 46.6초/cycle, 타워야더에 의한 집재 480.6초/cycle, 스윙야더에 의한 집재 287.4초/cycle, 체인톱에 의한 조재 155.14초/cycle로 나타났다. 또 한 단목집재작업시스템에서는 체인톱에 의한 벌목 및 조재 225.65초/cycle, 굴삭기 그래플에 의한 단목집재 4,972초/cycle, 지엽집재 3,143초/cycle로 나타났으며, 바퀴식 미니포워더에 의한 소운재 4,688초/cycle, 굴삭기 그래플 및 소형운재차에 의한 소운재 2,118초/cycle로 나타났다. 전목집재작업시스템의 작업공정에서 체인톱에 의한 평균 벌목공정이 $57.89m^3$/일, 타워야더에 의한 평균 집재공정이 $20.3m^3$/일, 스윙야더에 의한 평균 집재공정이 $31.55m^3$/일, 체인톱에 의한 평균 조재공정이 $20.3m^3$/일로 나타났다. 또한, 단목집재작업시스템의 작업공정에서 체인톱에 의한 평균 벌목 및 조재공정이 $11.96m^3$/일, 굴삭기 그래플에 의한 평균 단목집재공정이 $34.75m^3$/일, 굴삭기 그래플에 의한 평균지엽수집공정이 $37.66m^3$/일, 굴삭기 그래플에 의한 평균 작업로의 개설공정이 73.8 m/일로 나타났으며, 바퀴식 미니포워더와 굴삭기 그래플 및 소형 운재차에 의한 평균 소운재 작업공정이 각각 $15.73m^3$/일과 $65.03m^3$/일로 나타났다.

대형 산업 차량에 적용되는 유성기어형 고감속 중간변속기 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Embodiment of a Transfer Case with High-Speed Reduction of the Planetary Gear Type Applied to Big Industrial Vehicles)

  • A high-speed reduction transfer case is usually employed by an excavator, wheel loader, or bulldozer. When powerful torque is required in the case of climbing steep roads or towing heavy equipment, the high-speed reduction mode of the gearbox is used. Generally, a transfer case using a spur gear type with a speed reduction system has a speed reduction ratio of 1 to 1 or 2 to 1. However, the structure of a transfer case achieved at a high speed of 1 to 1 and a low speed of 4.5 or under 5.5 to 1 with the speed reduction by use of a planetary gear type with a speed reduction system was proposed in this study. By employing a planetary gear type with a speed reduction system, the compact structure of the transfer case was achieved, and the impact or the partial defect of gear teeth was eliminated.
