Internal deficiency of vital Qi is origination of cancer and root cause of its development from the viewpoint of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). For about 40 years, China has developed a combined system of TCM and Western medical system in treatment of cancers, laying stress on the therapeutic principle of strengthening the body resistance and restoring normal functioning of the body to consolidate the constitution (Fu Zheng Pei Ben). According to the results of the latest clinical and experimental studies, Chinese medicine not only increases curative effectiveness, but also reduces the side effect caused by the toxic, radio and chemical treatment of cancer cases in the western medical system as well as various complications. Long-term taking Chinese herbal medicine prevents recurrence and metastasis of tumor, and heightens long-term curative effectiveness after western medical treatments. It also helps to relieve symptoms, improve the quality of life, and prolong life of terminal cancer patients who have already lost opportunities of western medical treatments. In addition, it can prevent and cure premonitory symptoms of cancer.
China's 'One Belt One Road' initiative has had a profound impact on China's relationship with Central Asia, which shares borders at North-western region. Central Asia plays an important role in securing the export market of Chinese products, supply of raw materials, and transportation route to Europe. The inland port is of significance to facilitate the development of logistics, trade and industry in the surrounding areas by enabling the distribution and import and export clearance in the region by performing the role of the seaport on the hinterland. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the development of inland ports in central and western China on the geopolitical relationship between China and Central Asia. To this end, we analyze the status of inland port development in China's Midwest by employing the SWOT-PEST analysis method to analyze the current status as well as prospects of trade, investment and transportation routes with Central Asia in terms of geopolitics. As a result of the analysis, the relations between China and Central Asian Countries are becoming more politically and economically close, but it has brought about serious challenges by domestic and foreign environmental changes. Therefore, the development of the inland ports in central and western China are determined by the geopolitical relations under 'One Belt One Road' initiative between China and Central Asia, while the development of the inland port is also expected to serve as a catalyst for the development of both regions.
The middle school mathematics teachers of the countryside in western China have little chance to further their education and strengthen their research abilities. In this program, we should offer them chance to learn new educational ideas and teaching methods. There will be demonstration lectures and video teaching of course standards followed by group discussion and personalized instructions. These activities prepare the teachers to give their own demonstration lectures. This again is followed by additional personalized instructions. The teachers come to the program with very limited knowledge of these techniques but will leave with the ability to write educational scientific research papers.
Chinese medical science with long history has experience and theory of cure and prevention as well as the perfect different system with western medicine. Western medical science also was introduced in recent times and has been used in fast development in China extensively. Therefore only China that coexist oriental and western medicine is used the term, the integration of oriental and western medicine. Its object is to make better treatment and prevention value with utilizing their strong point and weak point. That is, its great principle is to develop through interchange together without interference in the other science. For mutual growth of both medical science, national concern and support, medical staffs, administrative system and a lot of fruits, etc should be arranged simultaneously. This paper was obtained the as follows. 1. The system of public health administration is composed a sanitary department for a western medicine and a managing agency for a chinese one in the center. There are each local organization under the control both agency in the locality 2. The importance of the integration of chinese and western medicine is to get the merit of special chinese system through the interchange of both medicine and union with modem science and chinese pharmacy. 3. It is the long term and great project. So its important study field is illness treatment and cure, oriental medical remedy and theory, acupuncture and moxibution etc. 4. It makes steady progress in all the healthy medical field. It has studied its foundation, the education of medical staffs, scientific study and strengthening of skill management considerably. 5. The products are the development of new chinese medicines and many researches about traditional chinese medical science. In brief, the integration of chinese and western medical science is the historical stream. Besides it will contribute toward the cure and prevention of human illness for future 21 century.
It has been criticized that the Venice Charter of 1964 characterizes so much of Western value of architecture and its conservation, despite its significant contribution towards an international conservation approach. Since the 1970s some countries have drawn up their own conservation guidelines to supplement the limitations of the Venice Charter. When we review critically those documents, we find a change in the Western dogma of heritage. Although the Burra Charter of 1979(last version in 1999) and the China Principles of 2002 accept the general philosophy and concepts of the Venice Charter but make responses to special local needs. The Burra Charter has redressed a current Western bias which has permeated global conservation practices, responding to the Australian context. The China Principles also meet special national needs but in accordance with recent international practices. For this reason, the Burra Charter and the China Principles are regarded as well established in national conservation practices but also as representing each country's contribution to contemporary international conservation practices.

In order to find out the annual variations in the marine ecosystem of the East China Sea, temperature, salinity, nutrients, chlorophyll-a, suspended solids, and suspended particulate organic carbon were extensively investigated in the northern East China Sea during the Summer of 2003 and 2006. During the Summer of 2003, the northern East China Sea was not significantly affected by the input of fresh waters from the Changjiang River. During the Summer of 2006, however, fresh waters of the Changjiang River intruded into the western part of the study area where temperature, nitrate, and phosphate in the surface waters were higher than in the other areas, and salinity, silicate, and suspended solids in the surface waters were lower. As a result of the increase in nitrate and phosphate concentrations, concentrations of chlorophyll-a and suspended particulate organic carbon increased in the western part compared with the other areas. However, the depth-integrated chlorophyll-a concentrations measured during the Summer of 2003 were rather similar to those during the Summer of 2006, and not considerably different from those measured in the East China sea during the Summer of 1994 and 1998. Therefore, the depth-integrated chlorophyll-a concentrations have not significantly changed in the East China Sea over the last 12 years. The lower concentrations of silicate and suspended solids in the western part may be related to construction of the Three-Gorges Dam since the concentrations of silicate and suspended solids in fresh waters of the Changjiang River have significantly decreased after construction of the Three-Gorges Dam in June 2003.
The objective of this research is to examine the commonness and differences of Korean, Chinese and Japanese costume colors of modern and present ages. The result of this study showed that modern China and Japan had quick influx speed of Western culture. Dissimilarly, modern Korea kept conception of colors from Chosun periods that show the high frequency of 'Five Elements Colors' and neutral colors in Red, Yellow and Purple Blue. Today, the costumes of China, Korea and Japan use similar tones of color but each country approached in different selections of achromatic colors; Korean prefers color in Yellow Red, Purple, and Chinese in Green Yellow, Green and Japanese in Purple Blue. Light greyish and pale toned Yellow Red and grayish tone have increased in modern Chinese and Japanese costumes. Also both countries have corresponding assumptions in using color of Red in strong tone. The analysis of color and tone distribution showed that, Japanese costume colors in modern and present times have correlative number of use as in Western culture. Traditionally, Japan has least notion of using 'Five Elements Colors' which only gives minor changes by convergence of Western color culture. In other side, China had developed in color rather than tone compares to Korea and Japan by using many of the Red color of strong, vivid and deep tones which made red distinguishing color of China. Japan continues to use of low chroma colors and became a characteristic in modern and present day, also they use an abundance of color in Yellow Red, purple Blue. Korea has a higher frequency showing in light, bright tones of color distinctively compares to China and Japan.
Objectives : This study aims to report current trend of Mibyeong health policy and service in China from interview of China Technology Research Group. Methods : China Technology Research Group visited Guanganmen hospital, Yanhuang Dongfang Company, Xinjingzhen health center, and Shanghai Shuguang hospital. With an interpreter, We had interviews about Mibyeong health service and policy trend, medical instrument, and research issue. Results :Mibyeong health service was performed based on KY3H system and collaboration with traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Mibyeong health service consists of diagnosis with nine constitutional type, health guide and preventive treatment. Community health center also provide Mibyeong health service, with cooperative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. China's Mibyeong health policy is established by Top-down decision, even though there is not enough evidence for providing health service to consumer. Through constitutional diagnosis, examinations, and treatment, huge data have been stacked; however, assessment and research based on these data are not processed well. Cooperative treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is widely provided to patients, and their works are relatively well classified. Conclusions : China plays leading role in Mibyeong service and it seems to be developed more than Korea's. Further study is necessary to establish Mibyeong policy and health service in Korea.
The research focuses on the provincial universities in the western region of China and investigates the research level of 12 provincial universities from 2017 to 2021, considering both static efficiency and dynamic efficiency. The static efficiency is examined using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), while the dynamic efficiency is analyzed using the Malmquist model. The analysis results are as follows: the scientific research efficiency of universities in the 12 western provinces is generally not high. Against the background of the "Double First-Class" construction, the overall efficiency of scientific research in universities is showing an increasing trend. The main reason for the increase in scientific research efficiency is the increase in scale efficiency in recent years. The total factor productivity (TFP) of research activities is influenced by the technology progress index and exhibits a pattern of initial increase, followed by a decline, and then an increase again. Research conclusion: Western colleges and universities should reasonably allocate resources for scientific research activities, perfect scientific research mechanisms, improve management standards, promote scientific innovation and corresponding achievements, and ultimately raise the scientific and technological level in western China.

Background: The north-western region of China has a high incidence of oesophageal cancer. This study aimed to investigate whether the intake of food and beverage at high temperature is associated with the risk of oesophageal cancer among adults residing in this remote part of China. Materials and Methods: A case-control study was undertaken in Urumqi and Shihezi, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China, between 2008 and 2009. Participants were 359 incident oesophageal cancer patients and 380 hospital-based controls. Information on temperature of food and beverage intake was obtained by face-to-face interview. Logistic regression analyses were performed to ascertain the association between intake temperature and the risk of oesophageal cancer. Results: The oesophageal cancer patients consumed foods and beverages at higher temperatures than controls, p<0.001. High temperature of tea, water and food intake appeared to increase the risk of oesophageal cancer by more than two-fold, with adjusted odds ratio (95% confidence intervals) of 2.86 (1.73-4.72), 2.82 (1.78-4.47) and 2.26 (1.49-3.45), respectively. Conclusions: Intake of food and beverage at high temperature was positively associated with the incidence of oesophageal cancer in north-western China.
