The Medical treatment and welfare service is essential, and the aged support domiciliary care facility in the rudiments step more expand must. It is real condition that Kangwon-do's number of closed school appears by many things thirdly in whole country and the post management countermeasure is urgent. Because this research chooses the closed school by way to solve the closed school problem that happen by the child of school age decrease the farming and fishing villages or small city and the shortage problem of old people's welfare facilities by population graying at the same time. There is the purpose to grope practical use the possibility of local closed school as welfare center for the old who stay at home present remodeling to welfare facilities for the old man. Keeping the structure condition of a closed school maximum, the welfare center for the old who stay at home by remodeling a closed school ultimately proposed.

Purpose : Mental health service desire has been diversified according to the increase of economic level and rapid social change. Mental Health and Welfare Center(MHWC) is a provider of mental health services in Japan. This is a basic stage study which will suggest the architectural planning guidelines for MHWC. Methods : Data were collected through literature research, field surveys, and expert interviews to 69 MHWC in Japan. 1) Research for the policy and legal aspects of mental health support system. 2) Research for structural aspects of MHWC: Characteristics of establishment, management, and regional factors. 3) Research for the physical environment aspects of MHWC: Classification and evaluation of MHWC's Type by locational characteristics in Japan. Results : The result of this study can be summarized into three points. The first one, Mental Health and Welfare Center's service has being expanded to suicide, depression and stress from chronic mental illness, to reflect social needs. The second one, The average population of area installed at Mental Health and Welfare Center was 2,307,570 person, and average area of the regions were $5,745m^2$. The third one, Mental Health and Welfare Center is divided into single-structure type and combine-structure type. And combine-structure type is divided into medical-combine type, welfare-combine type, and public-combine type.

본 연구는 코로나 19 이후 노인복지관 종사자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 소진의 매개효과를 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 사회복지서비스 질 향상과 함께 노인복지관 종사자의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 기초자료 제공을 본 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 직무스트레스는 직무만족에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소진은 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언하였다. 첫째, 노인복지관 종사자의 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위해 업무량을 조절과 사물인터넷 기술의 활용이다. 둘째, 노인복지관 종사자의 소진을 줄이기 위해 심리·정서적 지원 프로그램을 제공해야 한다.

Recently, the demand for pubic welfare has been expended to the comprehensive services terms of cultural, medical and psychological aspects and provision of information. These various demands for welfare services to improve citizens'quality of life could be effectively met by an integrated community center covered small regions rather than many existing individual institutions focused on specific services covered wide regions. The purpose of this study was to develop the activity programs for a proposed new millennium community center The activity programs classified into five types (administrative services; information and counselling; health and sports; leisure and culture; and child care and educational services) and each type included various unique activity programs not only for specific age groups but also for all age groups. In order to operate a new millennium community center effectively, the legal supports and systematic organizations to manage the community center should be required. Discussions and recommendations for these issues were included in the study.

본 연구는 노인복지관 평생교육 프로그램 및 다양한 노인복지 서비스를 이용하는 60세 이상의 노인이 지각한 노인복지관의 서비스 만족도 요인을 검증하기 위해 해당 복지센터의 허가를 받아 설문지를 배부하여 175부를 자료로 활용하였다. 수집된 데이터를 중심으로 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 데이터 분석을 위해 T-test와 One-way ANOVA를 사용하였다. 성별에서는 남자의 전반적인 만족도가 더 높게 나타났으며, 연령은 낮을수록 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 학력은 초등학교 졸과 대학교 졸 이상에서 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태에서는 건강할수록 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 한 달 용돈으로는 30-50만원 정도 사용하시는 어르신이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 이용기간으로는 1년 미만과 3년 이상 되신 어르신들이 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지역에서는 강서구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신들이 은평구 복지시설을 이용하는 어르신보다 전반적인 서비스 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Since the provision of Permanent Affordable Housing in the early 1990's, it is confronted with the need to strengthen its welfare service due to aging of its facilities and the declining welfare system for its tenants. In addition, the aging population of tenants is on the rise, increasing the group of tenants that are in need of care. The local social community center has entered into the community of permanent affordable housing and takes partial responsibility in the tenant's social welfare. However, social community center is mainly responsible for providing welfare service to its local residents and thus limited in its ability to satisfy welfare service to tenants of permanent affordable housing. Therefore, it is required to renew the existing welfare system to better suit social demands of tenants according to its specific social group and the characteristics of housing complex. This study aims to propose methods that can strengthen welfare service and analyze the characteristics of welfare service by investigating the existing conditions of welfare system for the tenants in permanent affordable housing complex. For this purpose, this study presents with categories of service standards, by breaking down and codifying welfare service and propose applicable mixed-use service in pre-existing permanent affordable housing.

This study mainly focused on the intergenerational exchange as a plan to revitalize the social participation of the elderly. The purpose of the study is to propose a plan for revitalizing future intergenerational exchange through the present condition analysis in the aspects of activity, space and consciousness for the elderly-centered intergenerational exchange. The study scope is the local welfare level, broad sense of exchange for the aged, children, youths and local residents, and the study objects are the personnel in charge of welfare policy and the staff in charge of operating general social welfare centers and the users of the facilities users. A survey questionnaire type research was sent through post mail to 278 social welfare centers, and 384 government offices within the jurisdictions. Among them, the responses were collected from 22 general social welfare centers and 26 offices within the jurisdictions. A proposal of a plan to revitalize intergenerational exchange that needs to be implemented in future based on the consideration of the present condition and characteristics of the intergenerational exchange of general social welfare center.

The construction of settlement house in a permanent rental housing development area started between 1989 and 1992, planning of supplying two hundred fifty thousand residences, settlement house became compulsory as a welfare facilities. As a part of Welfare program for low income families, number of settlement housing increased dramatically, also domiciliary welfare center was beginning to set up as a branch of settlement housing to strengthen its service towards families and local communities, thus numerous social welfare organizations play a crucial part in resolving a welfare problem for low income families while satisfying local community's needs. However, despite of these efforts, the number if institutions cannot handle demand of local community's needs and number of welfare institution programs. as a solution, the alternation of space is being used, however, it did not solve basic problem, even worsen in terms of space efficiency.

본 연구는 지역아동센터에서 아동들에게 직접 서비스를 제공하는 핵심인력인 사회복지사의 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라남도 소재의 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 240부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 사회복지사의 인구통계학적 특성을 통제변수로 설정하여 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회적 지지가 직무만족에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 사회복지사의 사회적 지지가 높을수록 사회복지사의 직무만족이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 사회적 지지 향상 방안으로 첫째, 지역아동센터 사회복지사들의 업무 표준화와 전문교육의 지지 강화, 둘째, 우수지역아동센터의 가산점 부여, 셋째, 동료 및 지역사회간 네트워크 협력 체계 구축을 제언으로 한다.

The purpose of this study is various discussion and alternatives focusing on integration of center for enhancing family policy delivery system and family support service the long term. The subject is managers who work at Healthy Family Support centers and Multicultural Family Centers. And they are responded non-structural questionnaire. The results were follows: First, 82.4% respondents of healthy support center and 50% respondents were in favor of integration. Second, reason of integration are conformance for social integration, the efficiency of center operations, the adequacy of program for various family, doing program with the goal of both centers of the similarity, complementary, and user convenience, prevent duplication and missing of services and so on, If the amount charged against the project of the center dissimilarity of institutions, including the operating direction was different. Third, the Center for the meaning of integration are name, organization, reorganization or consolidation of functions, was regarded as entrusted to corporate consolidation. Fourth, the consolidation that occurs during problem solving to ensure the succession of budgeting and human resources and program alternative for dressing up, commissioning center was the difference as problem solving.
