Air pollution is a problem of environmental health risk in big cities. Recently, researchers have proposed using various artificial intelligence technologies to predict air pollution. The proposed model is Cooperative of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Fuzzy Inference System (FIS), to predict air pollution of Korean cities using Python. Data air pollutant variables were collected and the Air Korean Web site air quality index was downloaded. This paper's aim was to predict on the health risks and the very unhealthy values of air pollution. We have predicted the air pollution of the environment based on the air quality index. According to the results of the experiment, our model was able to predict a very unhealthy value.

attention to the elevation of the Quality of living, various ways to revitalize the community spirit are found including reforming hardhearted neighborhoods and overcoming the dreariness of city. With the development of the internet and the spread(dissemination) of "digital home", the communities in cyber space are especially active since we are living in an information-oriented society. To consolidate the communities in apartment complexes, this study tries to find revitalization methods of the cyber community by analyzing the contents of the web sites, understanding the cyber community. The cyber contents that are provided come from three main companies that develop the internet apartments. These are compared and analyzed. The related cyber communities("cafe") are also analyzed. The results are as follows. 1)Though they have some differences on details, the content provided from internet companies can be categorized as introduction to the apartment complex, personal service, community, club and internet shopping. 2)The contents on the cyber community made by the residents are mostly for clubs and chatting since they are made for communication between residents. 3)To revitalize the cyber community, the content that gets more attention from the residents needs to be subdivided into groups.

Presentation is the most important factor in the usability of a web site. A poor layout makes a bad influence on the searching ability of the user by reducing search speed and causing mistakes. Recently many web sites visualize 3D information and there is plenty of research on it. Such a layout improves the usability of web pages and information awareness both in quantity and quality. This paper proposes design guides on 3D information browsing and has experiments on searching speed of the users for 2D and 3D displays of the same data and were analyzed.

The current trend of Korean-based journals is to become international journals. Support from academic societies and the government to improve the quality of journal and achieve internationalization is growing. For world-wide dissemination of journal contents, an online peer-review system and high quality journal web site are required. Also journals should be written in English. Proper publication ethics is also needed. For this article, I researched the current status of the 'Journal of the Korean academy of Pediatric Dentistry' and have made some suggestions to help with this journal's internationalization process for the future.

Company-wide initiatives mandate understanding the benefits of adopting e-Business. A benefits evaluation may ensure that the company's Web site in integral, rather than supplemental, to its business and revenue goals. Our research is motivated by the goal of extracting anticipated benefits factors of e-Business in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) in Korea. And we examined the impacts of anticipated benefits factors on the extent of assimilation in SMEs. Eight benefits factors emerged from this study: productivity, competitiveness, management, customer relationship, information quality, interorganization, cost down, and marketing. And competitiveness, customer relationship, interorganization, and marketing were influenced assimilation of e-Business in SMEs. But productivity, management, information quality, cost down did not.

The current study investigates major factors which influence the consumer's selection of internet shopping malls. Based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)(Davis, 1989) and trust theory(McKnight & Chervany, 2001), consumer selection factors from marketing research(Burke, 1997;Dodds et al, 2001), perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price were hypothesized as to affect the consumer's decision to choose one's specific internet shopping malls. The study developed a research model to explain the shopping mall selection and collected the survey responses from 312 internet shopping mall users. The results of the current research indicate that all the research variables employed in the study, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, service quality, and product price, are found to significantly influence the consumer's shopping mall selection decision. Among the influencing factors, price, service quality, and trust showed a greater effect on the shopping mall selection than usefulness and ease of use. This result implies that purchase-related variables such as price and service quality may be more critical to attracting customers and thereby raising the sales volume of the shopping mall, than the web site's usefulness and ease of use.

Academic libraries are trying to develop fully mobile web sites and mobile applications so that users can access to their services even using mobile devices. As the mobilization trends of library services increase in quantity, we need to more focus on what mobile services users want, ultimately for the growth with quality. This study seeks to explore users' needs and uses of mobile library services and then suggests solutions for improving the mobile services in academic libraries. This study conducted on and off-line surveys with 608 students from two universities, which have provided active mobile services with both a mobile web site and an application. The questionnaire was designed to elicit information on respondents' frequency of mobile library visit, the purpose of visit, the reason to use/not use, how to access to the services, the preferred types of the services, satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors, and urgently needed improvements. Based on the findings, this study discussed strategies to improve the quality of mobile services and to increase in users' visit.

This research is in the same line of the research that was carried out in 1999 and 2001, Studies in 1999 and 2001 showed that there are significant differences in the usage levels of Internet in business between countries with longer history of using internet and those with shorter history. The 1999 and 2001 studies also suggested the model on development stages of Internet usage in business, This study is the continuation of the 1999 and 2001 research and used the previous data to compare and analyze the trend of the Internet development stages in leading 100 corporations in Korea, U,S.A., China and Japan in 2002. This study found that there have been significant developments in the ability to use Internet in business in three countries. The differences in Internet usage level in each stage among different countries are compared and analyzed in this study.

This study proposes customized design process and methodology for wordpress web service based on structural analysis of wordpress theme components to enhance design quality of wordpress sites and increase designer's role in wordpress service domain. Firstly, we have identified problems of wordpress theme information through exploring theme search and theme information analysis in main wordpress theme markets. Secondly, we set up case study to experiment full process of wordpress theme based web design, then found unique problems in each design phases. As a result, customized design process and methodology are proposed for wordpress theme based web design.

Introduction and application of virtual education has been rapidly increased in these days. A variation of information communication technology has an effect on education in interconnect with network as internet in the world that exceed the limit of time and regional. Computer and network communication technology through the medium of internet make an entrance cyber education as a new education paradigm. It must be affective on learner who have various educational characteristics and requirements. It begins to appear quality, quantity improvements of knowledge and the development of information technology that web based cyber education. This study was conducted to develop the web based education program and to evaluate the effectiveness of learning satisfaction and accomplishment and to compare the cyber lecture system with the traditional lecture system During the second semester of 2001, this study was investigated 317 registered students in a "Food and Culture" class at Kyungwon University. The data were obtained from pre and post-study with self-administered questionnaire. The evaluation and satisfaction score of students who were registered in cyberclass was negative tendency to compare pre with post-test scores, because of insuffciency of computer-aided lecture system. The major problem was inconvenient in checking system for connecting times in cyberclass which was one of evaluation point in final score. Another problem was frequently disconnection during cyber studying and not to concentrate each time in the cyber lecture because of eye fatigue, boring due to less interesting contents than other newly developed web-site. The students was prefer to mix type of the cyber and traditional lecture type class. The result of final score an each class, the score of cyber class (71.36 $\pm$ 22.44) was significantly lower than other groups (mixed type : 76.66 $\pm$ 19.99, traditional type :79.17 $\pm$ 15.72) (p < 0.05). Cyber class was attempted to present a useful and interesting teaching and learning tool which can be applied successfully in a longer term. The result suggest that various teaching and learning strategies should be developed considering the fact that the student learn alone most in time.t in time.
