Electrospinning is one of the simple, cost- efficient methods to produce long continuous semiconducting oxide nanofibers. Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) and zinc acetate were used. PVA/Zinc acetate aqueous solutions were electrospun into nonwoven webs. CCD camera, with a lens of long working distance and digital video board were used in capturing the drop and web deposition. The diameter and morphology of nanofibers were analyzed with a Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). In this study, the average diameter and morphology of nanofibers have been explorered.

In order to expand cell coverage, increase system capacity, and offer various multimedia service with high throughput in indoor environment, WiBro Access Point(AP) is developed. Home AP is IFA/Omni type and has stack-up structure of channel card and RF board. SOHO AP is designed to support up to 2FA and has remote RF(RRF) structure using UTP method. Inter-operational test with mobile terminal were completed for 3 terminals using web browsing service simultaneously. The performance test results of WiBro AP are as follows: RCE(EVM) value is -34.431 dB for 64-QAM and throughput is up to 6.79 Mbps(DL) and 1.1 Mbps(UL) with 2.5m Line-of-Sight(LOS) condition.

현재까지 게시판의 비속어 처리프로그램은 비속어를 발견하면 입력을 할 수 없도록 차단하는 차단식 프로그램이었다. 이런 프로그램은 사이버 상의 의사표현의 자유를 차단한다. 또한 어떤 단어의 경우는 비속어가 아닌데도 차단되어 입력을 원천봉쇄하기도 한다. 그래서 비속어를 차단하지 않고 처리해 주며 신생 비속어도 처리를 쉽게 해 주며 검출에 유연성을 제공하는 프로그램이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스 상에서 구현된 게시판을 대상으로 비차단식, 유연성이 있는 비속어 추출 프로그램을 설계하고 구현하였다.

This paper is concerned with the development of remote control and measurement systems system using the internet. Recently, various techniques are developed based on the advance of the internet environment. In this study, we developed the remote control and measurement system using the internet server programming technique, stepper motor control and the data acquistion programming techniques. Hence, we can perform measurement and control remotely. The feasibility of the system is validated using the experimental setup. A personal computer is equipped with the stepping motor controller which control the weight and the A/D board which measures the strain of the beam, server program was then installed on the PC and can be accessed through internet.

This study aimed to develop experiment-based limiting heights for interior, nonload-bearing, cold-formed steelwall panels sheathed with gypsum board and subjected to uniformly distributed lateral loadings. Th e limiting heightswere evaluated by their strength (for flexure, shear, and web crippling) and deflection. Limiting heights for deflectionlimits of L/360, L/240, and L/120 (where L is the height of the wall) were developed over the range of typical designpressures.

An embedded system has been applied to many fields including households and industrial sites. The embedded system is implemented fur image tracking in security area. This system supports a fixed IP far the reliable server operation on TCP/IP networks. A real time video image on the is analyzed to detect a certain invader who jumped into the observed area. The digital camera is connected at the USB host port of the target board. The video images from the video camera is continuously analyzed and displayed at the Linux web-server. The moving vector of the invaders on the continuous image frames is calculated and then it sends the calculated pan/tilt movement. That used Block matching algorithm and edge detection algorithm for past speed. And the displacement vector is used at pan/tilt motor control through RS232 serial cable. The experiment result showed tracking performance by the moving part speed of 10 to 150 pixels/sec.

Purpose: The existing web sites for premature babies are operated by non professionals and thus do not provide any medical or professional information necessary for rearing premature babies. The purpose is to construct a new website with lots of medical and professional tips for premature babies. Methods: First, topics of discussions are collected from the bulletin boards of three websites, operated by non professionals, for premature babies. And new website for premature babies is constructed based on the identified topics and also based on professional consultation with six professors. Results: The newly constructed website provides professional tips for the above topics as well as introduction of it's object, general medical information and baby rearing information and the bulletin board for parents of premature babies. Conclusion: By providing professional tips for mothers of premature babies, the new website is expected to provide detailed, accurate and professional information on issues most parents of premature babies concern.

세계는 점점 더 가까워지고 함께 공유하는 문화적 산물이 많아져 가면서 그 나라 고유의 전통문화의 존재의식은 젊은 층으로 내려갈수록 더욱 퇴색되어져가고 있다. 우리가 언제 어디서나 쉽게 듣고 즐기는 음악 또한 예외는 아니다. 쉽게 서양의 음악을 흥얼거리는 사람은 많아도 우리 국악을 흥얼거리며 가깝게 여기는 사람은 그리 많지 않을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 6차 교육과정 이후 계속 그 중요성이 강조되고 있는 국악을 학생들로 하여금 좀 더 흥미와 관심을 가지고 더 잘 이해할 수 있고 더 가깝게 여길 수 있도록 하기 위해 음성게시판을 활용한 국악교육 사이트를 설계하고자 한다. 이는 초등 현장에서 교사의 수업 보조 자료는 물론 학생 개개인이 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 학습할 수 있으며 음성 게시판에 게재된 내용을 통해 교사의 일대일 조언은 물론 다양한 평가의 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

This study examined the role of contextual knowledge in cross-cultural communication between non-native speakers on an interactive web with a bulletin board system through which college students of English at Japanese and Korean universities interacted with each other discussing the topics of local and global issues. The study investigated the influence of students' relative contextual knowledge on active participation in interactions and discussed the results focusing on the use of discourse strategies for meaning negotiation. The study argues that in interactions even between non-native speakers with limited proficiency, contextual knowledge in the topic under discussion affects the degree to which they accommodate to each other during communication and suggests that the focus of teaching English as a foreign language also should be given to what kind of contextual knowledge students need to obtain and how to express it rather than what level of proficiency in English they need to acquire.
