  • Digital photogrammetry workstations are usually based on independent systems which are both expensive and complex. In this paper, through Web Processing Service, which is an Open Geospatial Consortium standard for GIS, is applied to suggest a new approach for processing photogrammetry tasks. WPS profiling is a procedure that defines generic unit process and then categorizes these processes for a specific task. The WPS profile for aerial photogrammetry was designed in this paper to help users to reuse the processes of the profile in different combinations for different tasks.

  • Web 2.0 패러다임이 공간정보 처리분야에서 정착되면서 국내외에서 웹 기반의 다양한 공간정보 콘텐츠 서비스가 개발되고 활용되고 있다. 또한 새로운 기술발전 추세에 따라 다양한 공간정보를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 사용자 중심의 인터페이스 개발도 중요한 연구 주제로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 KML과 같이 제한적인 웹 표준 공간정보 자료 구조를 주로 다루는 클라이언트 기반의 Web 2.0 웹 컴퓨팅 기법을 보다 확장하여 미들웨어와 연동시키는 계층적 웹 서비스 구조를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 시험구현을 하고자 한다. 본 연구에 적용된 미들웨어는 공개 소스로 제공되는 Deegree를 적용하였으며 클라이언트 모듈 처리는 Google Maps API에서 제공되는 기만 클래스를 채택하였다. 공개 소스 및 공개 API을 적용한 웹 GIS 개발은 시스템 확장성이나 추가 개발에 대한 접근이 용이하므로 수요자의 요구 사항에 즉시 대응할 수 있다는 주요 장점이 있고 본 연구 결과에서도 이러한 점을 강조하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구의 결과인 Geo-Browser는 OQC의 다양한 GIS 국제 표준을 바로 지원하므로 사용자가 기존에 사용하고 있는 GIS 엔진이나 응용 프로그램과도 연동이 가능한 구조로 설계하였다.

  • In this paper forest fire statistical information management system is constructed on web environment using web based GIS(Geographic Information System) technology. Though this system, general users can easily access forest fire statistical information and obtain them in visual method such as maps, graphs, and text if they have web browsers. Moreover, officials related to forest fire can easily control and manage all information in domestic by accessing input interface, retrieval interface, and out interface. In order to implement this system, IIS 5.0 of Microsoft is used as web server and Oracle 8i and ASP(Active Server Page) are used for database construction and dynamic web page operation, respectively. Also, Arc IMS of ESRI is used to serve map data using Java and HTML as system development language. Through this system, general users can obtain the whole information related to forest fire visually in real time also recognize forest fire prevention. In addition, Forest officials can manage the domestic forest resource and control forest fire dangerous area efficiently and scientifically by analyzing and retrieving huge forest data through this system. So, they can save their manpower, time and cost to collect and manage data.

  • 최근 들어 웹기반 GIS 시스템에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있다. 이를 만족시키기 위해 관련 시스템 개발에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 웹 기반이라는 제약 때문에 대용량 데이터를 이용한 GIS 표출은 한계에 다다르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위치 정보를 압축하여 웹기반 GIS 시스템의 제약을 줄일 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하려 한다. 제시된 기법은 웹기반 GIS 시스템은 물론 다양한 모바일 및 웹 그래픽스 분야에 응용될 것으로 예상된다.

  • This study is to develop a web-based integrated system for flow of agricultural products based on recent researches with engineering approach. The system stands on the basis of web for accessibility and usability. Three parts of the system consist of analysis of regional shipping characteristics using tank model, estimation of pallet load efficiency with Monte Carlo Simulation, a long term prediction of market price with reliability analysis. Besides a decision support module for selecting optimal shipping market is added through synthesizing techniques and spatial analysis using GIS and applied to Chinese cabbage of Pyeongchang in 2004.

  • For the safe operation of autonomous vehicles, the representative technology of the 4th industrial revolution era, a combination of various technologies such as sensor technology, software technology and car technology is required. An autonomous vehicle is a vehicle that recognizes current location and situation by using the various sensors, and makes its own decisions without depending on the driver. Perfect recognition technology is required for fully autonomous driving. Since the precise road maps provide various road information including lanes, stop lines, traffic lights and crosswalks, it is possible to minimize the cognitive errors that occur in autonomous vehicles by using the precise road maps with location information of the road facilities. In this study, the definition, necessity and technical trends of the precise road map have been analyzed, and the HD(High Definition) map prototype based on the web GIS has been built in the autonomous driving-specialized areas of Daegu Metropolitan City(Suseong Medical District, about 24km), the Happy City of Sejong Special Self-Governing City(about 33km), and the FMTC(Future Mobility Technical Center) PG(Proving Ground) of Seoul National University Siheung Campus using the MMS(Mobile Mapping System) surveying results given by the National Geographic Information Institute. In future research, the built-in precise road map service will be installed in the autonomous vehicles and control systems to verify the real-time locations and its location correction algorithm.

  • Recently many of earlier GIS services are changing to the form of user-participated dynamic geoweb service like many new impressive web 2.0 services substitute for earlier old-fashioned web 1.0 services. Many relevant technologies are necessary to be developed so as to integrate a number of geospatial data and functions all around into the useful geoweb services. It is also necessary to make the integration easy and to cope with the rapid changes in geoweb environment. In this study, the trend of relevant geoweb technologies were reviewed before, and the development of open geospatial service platform were carried out. As a result, open 2D/3D map service engine, user-participated mashup engine, Open API search engine and so on were im plemented as the core components of that platform. The platform will be able to be used as the common platform among a number of applications in the fields such as public/private GIS integration, u-city projects and GIS/LBS services etc.
