This study aims to understanding the effects of culture on websites with emphasis on the website structure and navigation. The website is inherently‘cultural’because anyone around the world can access to website if he or she is equipped with appropriate equipment. For the importance of cultural role in website, various researches have been conducted to understand the relationship between culture and website. However they tended to focus mainly on phenomenal matters such as color, layout, icon etc. There have been not so many thorough attempts to causal relationships between website and‘thick culture’in depth. The study conducted cross-cultural usability testing of websites between Korea and America. At first, representative I-commerce websites of Korea and America were selected and they were analyzed by the selected frameworks such as layout, display type, element type, and the relationship with homepage and sub-page navigation. The results were used to construct typical prototypes of website for Korea and America for experiment. Two websites were used for cross-cultural usability testing though specially-developed remote testing. 20 users from each country participated in the usability testing. The result shows that Korean users peformed better usability testing for Korean style structure of website while American counterparts showed better performances in American style of websites. Other various significant findings were revealed.

The digital cartoons market is looking for a new growth momentum as the radical increases of the demands and markets about the mobile contents with portable instrument popularization. The conventional digital cartoons markets which are based on web-toon, page viewer cartoons and e-paper cartoons have been studied various fields to overcome some limitations such as the traditional cartoons had. The mobile cartoons which have been changed more and more, have some canvas limitations due to the mobile screen size. These limitations lead to the communication problems between the cartoonists and the subscribers and resulting some obstacles of mobile cartoons activations. In this paper, we developed a authoring tool applied the Screen Flow method to overcome inefficiency of conventional authoring methods. This proposed method can reflect the cartoonists' during the process of authoring mobile cartoons, thereafter we studied about the authoring method of mobile cartoons and its effects. For the convenience of users creating and distributing content in a way has been studied.

Purpose - The structure of retailing has changed as retailers develop markets in response to business environment changes. This study aims to analyze the general situation of retailers in order to predict future global strategy using case studies of overseas expansion strategy and the Metro Group's global strategy. Research design, data, and methodology - The backgrounds to the new retail business model and retailer classification are analyzed as theoretical data. In addition, the key success point of the Metro Group's "cash and carry" strategy is analyzed as is the Metro Group's global CFAR (collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment) strategy. Finally, the plan for cooperation and precise forecasting under the Metro Group's supply chain management are analyzed from the promotion environment viewpoint. Related materials analyzed included the 2012 annual report, the Metro Group's web page, and a video interview with the executive in charge of global strategy and the new market development department. Some data were revised to avoid disrupting essential aspects of the case studies. Results - The important finding was that the Metro Group could be a world-class retail company with its successful global expansion strategy. The Metro Group's global strategy's primary goal is to have a leading business position in Eastern and Western Europe. The "cash and carry" strategy is highest priority in its overseas expansion strategy. Moreover, the Metro Group has standardized product planning capacity, which could be applied in various countries with different structural and cultural backgrounds. This is the main reason that the Metro Group could rapidly become successful in the Eastern Europe and Asian markets through its structural overseas expansion strategies. In addition, the Metro Group emphasizes the importance of supply chain management. Conclusions - First, retailers should create additional value through utilizing the domestic market, market power, and economies of scale to launch a global strategy to maximize benefits from diversification. Second, the political, economic, and cultural background of the target country needs to be understood to successfully implement the overseas expansion strategy. Third, the main factor of successful cooperation with a local partner is how quickly the company gains total understanding of the business resources and core competence of its partner. All organizations should focus on the achievement of goals in order to successfully operate the partnership. Fourth, retailers should improve their business, financial and organizational structure. Moreover, the work processes and company culture should also be improved to respond strongly in the competitive global market. Fifth, the essential point of a successful retail business is the control capacity of its branding and format. The retailer could avoid forecasting errors through supply chain management by perfectly distributing the actual amount of its inventory. In addition, the risks along the supply chain are effectively shared between the supply chain partners. Finally, the central tendency of the market is to gain in strength with this taking place across all parts of the business.

This study aims to examine the characteristics of news content and users' reactions in local broadcasting Youtube news' channel, and explore how the local media should response in the new online video environment. YouTube Open API sampled 3,950 news-related videos uploaded over a month on 31 YouTube news channels nationwide. The content analysis was performed on the basis of the analysis of individual videos, such as characteristics of each content and users' reactions. As a result, a few news channels have produced digital-only content, but the ratio has been very low, most were broadcast replay videos with titles and formats uploaded as they were. In some cases, it still operates as a comprehensive channel, which failed to show its expertise as an independent digital news platform. This shows that theses YouTube channels lacks differentiation from TV or its own web page, and is still skewed to the auxiliary role or online archive function of TV platform. Nevertheless, digital-only content, which can be a national issue based on regional expertise, has led to a higher number of views and users reactions, suggesting that is a realistic and effective strategy with expandability in online space in the future.

Smishing, Phishing personal privacy caused by Incident accidents such as Phishing information security has become a hot topic. Such incidents have privacy in personal information management occurs due to a lack of user awareness. This paper is based on the existing structure of the XML Tag question bank used a different Key-Value Structure-based JSON. JSON is an advantage that does not depend on the language in the text-based interchange format. The proposed system is divided into information security sector High, Middle and Low grade. and Provides service to the user through the free space and the smart device and the PC to the constraints of time. The use of open source Apache Load Balancing technology for reliable service. It also handles the user's web page without any training sessions Require server verification result of the training(training server). The result is sent to the training server using jQuery Ajax. and The resulting data are stored in the database based on the user ID. Also to be used as a training statistical indicators. In this paper, we design a level training system to enhance the user's information security awareness.

The aim of this study is to grasp how the dwellers of apartment cognize the real condition of the management such as general control of janitor office or management of maintenance, environment, account and imposing price of management. The analysed results of recognition are as following. First, as the dwellers judged that the janitors are incapable to control dispute among the households, it needs to develop the ability to cope with the demand of control dispute by various curriculum. There should be more strict management of parking lot for the handicapped. Second, it needs to establish the plan to improve maintenance of the rest facility. Third, as dwellers thought the management expenses not to be made public clearly, it needs to use various way, not only by neighborhood meeting but also information system such as establishing web page or E-mail notice for better announcement of the settled matters such as management expenses. Forth, the audit result of management expenses and the measures conducted after audit should be reported widely, contract of construction work services needs to be publicized by neighborhood meeting or other information system.

Voice pattern recognition technology to solve the problems of the existing problems and common issues that you may have in language learning content analysis. This is the first problem of language-learning content, online learning posture. Game open another web page through the lesson, but the concentration of the students fell. Have not been able to determine the second issue according Speaking has made the learning process actually reads. Third got a problem with the mechanical process by a learning management system, as well by the teacher in the evaluation of students and students who are learning progress between the difference in the two. Finally, the biggest problem, while maintaining their existing content made to be able to solve the above problem. Speaking learning dedicated learning programs under this background, voice pattern recognition technology learning process for speech recognition and voice recognition capabilities for learning itself has been used in the recognition process the data of the learner's utterance as an audio file of the desired change to a transfer to a specific location of the server or SQL server may be easily inserted into any system or program, any and all applicable content that has already been created without damaging the entire component because the new features were available. Contributed to this paper, active participation in class more interactive teaching methods to change.

In this paper, we introduce development process and application of a simple and effective model of a statistics laboratory using open source software R, one of leading language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. This model consists of HTML files, including Sage cells, video lectures and enough internet resources. Users do not have to install statistical softwares to run their code. Clicking 'evaluate' button in the web page displays the result that is calculated through cloud-computing environment. Hence, with any type of mobile equipment and internet, learners can freely practice statistical concepts and theorems via various examples with sample R (or Sage) codes which were given, while instructors can easily design and modify it for his/her lectures, only gathering many existing resources and editing HTML file. This will be a resonable model of laboratory for studying statistics. This model with bunch of provided materials will reduce the time and effort needed for R-beginners to be acquainted with and understand R language and also stimulate beginners' interest in statistics. We introduce this interactive statistical laboratory as an useful model for beginners to learn basic statistical concepts and R.

Recently, rapidly increa~ing internet Websites are providing us with the new kinds of multimedia infonnations without borders acting as the center for exchanging informations. Such new media infonnations through the internet passes infonnations via light on the monitor and provides the various infonnations, with the differentiation from the traditional printing media, it can be searched with electronic commands in limited space. In the process of adapting the new technologies, new media has successfully responded to the fast change and the development of its needs by experiencing the trials and errors, steadily establishing the stable position with its new infonnation transferring and exchanging methods. The representative hompage of websites of information lransfonnations means the first page containing no lower directories and consist of titles, icons, symbols and addresses and can design them in consideration of graphical process, planning, contents and others. Such hompages are very important since the graphical images shows its visual expressions deciding the total meanings of the hompages. In this research, we have analyzed the relationships between its overall colors and text colors from randomly picked hompages of websites in the internets of various areas. Generally, the homepages are designed with graphical expressions in personal way and the feedbacks and responses of such may differs, but this can be used as reference materials for the analysis of new media in objective way. Also, it can be used as the base informations for arrangement and planning of designs with the characteristics of graphics and Graphical User Intertilces in the backhlfound which are implemented over internet.

This article is concerned with the technology to provide car driver the car's status which are composed of car trouble code in car engine and many sensors. In addition, it installs vehicle diagnostic programs on wireless communication's portable device, for example, Smart phone, PDA, PMP, UMPC. As a result, this is to provide car manager with many information of car sensors when we go to car maintenance. it can monitor relevant information on vehicle by portable device in real time, alert drivers with specific messages and also enable them to address abnormalities immediately. Moreover, the technology could help the drivers who perhaps don't know very well about their vehicles to drive safely and economically as well; the reason is because the whole system is composed of just Vehicle-information collecting device and personal wireless communication's portables and transfers the relating data to server computers through wireless network in order to handle information on vehicles. This technology make us monitor vehicle's running, failure and disorder by using wireless communication's portable device. Finally, this study system is composed of a lot of application to display us the car's status which get car's inner sensor information while driving a car.
