Newly developed silicide materials for ULSI should have the appropriate electrical property of low resistant as well as process compatibility in conventional CMOS process. We prepared $NiCoSi_x$ silicides from 15 nm-Co/15 nm-Ni/Si structure and performed contact dry etch process to confirm the dry etch stability and compatibility of $NiCoSi_x$ layers. We dry etched the photoresist/SiO/silicide/silicon patterns with $CF_4\;and\;CHF_3$ gases with varying powers from 100 to 200 W, and pressures from 45 to 65 mTorr, respectively. Polysilicon and silicon active layers without silicide were etched $0\sim316{\AA}$ during over etch time of 3min, while silicon layers with proposed $NiCoSi_x$ silicide were not etched and showed stable surfaces. Our result implies that new $NiCoSi_x$ silicides may replace the conventional silicides due to contact etch process compatibility.

In this paper, a circuit for detecting a fine oscillation in an integrated PCS and W-CDMA receiver is presented. The advantages for this design are small size and flexible compatibility for system operation compared with the conventional method. The fine oscillation level can be detected by dB unit through selecting the receiver mode as PCS of 1.8 GHz range or W CDMA of 1.9 GHz range by a RF switch and monitoring the corresponding frequency band. Also, the circuit is designed to be flexible for other communication systems with the consideration of the required dynamic range of 75 dB.

In this paper, we present an implementation of the URC (Ubiquitous Robotics Companion) robot S/W platform which is based on the Qplus/Esto. We applied this platform to the NETTORO which is made by hanwool robotics for URC exhibition services and test the URC services on it. We expect this platform to be used in variable URC robots as standard S/W platform for improving the compatibility and reusing the developed components.

EPUB 3.0 기반의 전자책 뷰어에 대한 호환성을 보장하기 위해 IDPF에서는 2012년 2월부터 Readium 이라는 명칭의 공개 프로젝트를 출범시키고 다양한 OS에서 구동될 수 있는 전자책 뷰어 표준 플랫폼 및 관련 SDK를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 현재 EPUB 표준에서는 전자책의 저작권 보호를 위한 DRM 기술의 표준이 마련되어 있지 않기 때문에 Readium SDK를 사용한다 하더라도 호환성을 보장할 수 없다. 이러한 이유로 Readium 프로젝트에서는 EPUB 표준과는 별개로 DRM 적용을 위한 표준 레퍼런스 S/W 설계 작업을 진행하고 있지만 이 역시도 복수 DRM에 대한 호환성 해결을 명확히 제시하지는 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Readium SDK와 ContentMudule 기술을 기반으로 전자책 뷰어에 복수의 DRM 기술이 연동 가능한 호환성 모델을 제시한다.

최근 무인항공기(UAV : Unmaned Aerial Vehicle)는 신속하고 정확하게 3차원 공간정보를 구축하는 새로운 기술로 다양한 분야에서 연구와 활용이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 무인항공기는 위성측량이나 기존 항공측량에 비해 경제적이며 5cm급 이하의 고해상도 영상을 편리하게 취득할 수 있다는 장점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 무인항공기와 비측량용 디지털 카메라를 이용하여 3차원 공간정보의 제작 가능성과 기존 수치사진측량 시스템과의 호환성 분석을 위하여 무인항공기 전용 S/W 및 DPW(Digital Photogrammetry Workstation)를 이용해 성과품인 수치표고모델과 정사영상을 제작하고 정확도 분석을 수행하였다. UAV 전용 S/W와 DPW로 제작된 수치표고모델과 정사영상의 정확도 분석 결과 UAV 자료와 기존 수치사진측량 시스템과의 호환성은 낮은 것으로 판단된다.

A single and three phase-compatible single-stage EV charger without electrolytic capacitor is proposed in this study. DC battery-charging current is inherently guaranteed in the three-phase grid due to three output currents with a phase shift of 120° between each other. The proposed EV charger can provide a DC battery charging current for the single-phase grid through the integrated active power decoupling circuit without using additional switches. The proposed EV charger ensures ZVS turn-on of all switches with wide grid and battery voltage ranges. The 11 kW prototype of the proposed EV charger demonstrates a peak efficiency of 97.01% and a power density of 5.58 kW/L.

We find necessary and sufficient conditions for an orthogonal polynomial system to be compatible with another orthogonal polynomial system. As applications, we find new characterizations of semi-classical and clasical orthorgonal polynomials.

This study attempts to provide policy makers and other interested parties with policy implications throughout an economic analysis of software sector. Chapter 2 is designed to provide an overview of market characteristics in the software sector. Chapter 3 reviews an overview of the evolution stage of the software industry and the effects these trends have on firm strategies. Chapter 4 reviews the relationships between software economic characteristics and intellectual property rights. Some suggestions are offered in the conclusion, with special attention given to an examination of market characteristics, firm strategies, government policies, and some economic factors.

In order to protect cable from rat's biting, a development of rodent repellent is described. This cable has double coated sheath such as construction of skin layer over the conventional cable sheath. Stabilized rodent repellent agent which has good compatibility with PVC is employed in a skin layer. Rodent repellent layer has highly residual properties of agent through the manufacturing process, and meets the general requirements of cable sheath. Also, rat repellent effect is excellent.

We establish a coupled coincidence and common coupled fixed point theorem for hybrid pair of mappings under generalized non-linear contraction. An example supporting to our result has also been cited. We improve, extend and generalize several known results.
