싱글 소비자의 심리적 특성변수와 대인영향력에 대한 민감성이 의류쇼핑 추구가치에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Single Consumers' Psychologic Characteristics and Susceptibility to Interpersonal Influence on Clothes Shopping Pursuing Value)

  • Many researchers have focused on consumers' clothes purchase behavior, These researches could not reflect the characteristics of the single consumers' clothes purchase behavior. In addition, little has been written on the single consumer. The purposes of this study are to identify the concept and psychologic characteristics of single consumer and investigate the effects of single consumers' psychologic characteristic and susceptibility to interpersonal influence on clothes shopping pursuing value. Also, It was analyzed how single consumer' pursuing values are different based on the type of single motivation. To test research problems, Data were collected by means of a survey questionnaire, which was sent to 300 single in Pusan and Ulsan. In total, 274 were returned and 14 were unusable because of unacceptable levels of missing data. The Results were summarized as follows: First, self-efficacy, informative and normative influence were positively related to utilitarian pursuing value employee satisfaction. Also, self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness and informative influence had a positive effect on hedonic pursuing value. Second, voluntary single and nonvoluntary single group had different perceptions about self-efficacy, variety seeking, innovativeness, informative influence, and hedonic pursuing value.

유용미생물을 활용한 창의적 체험활동이 초등학생들의 환경소양에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Creative Hands-on Activities using Effective Microorganisms on Elementary School Students' Environmental Literacy)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the creative hands-on activities using EM (effective microorganisms) that can enhance the environmental literacy of learners, and to examine the effect of its application. The program was composed of 10 sessions, including biological knowledge and ecosystem status of microorganisms, practical activities that stimulate the environmental behavior and emotion of elementary school students, and career design related to their aptitude and occupation in future. This program can also be connected to the domains of creative hands-on activities, that is, career activities, club activities, self-regulated activities and voluntary service activities. In this study, two classes of 3th grades of elementary school in Seoul were selected and divided into two groups. The experimental group to undergo the program of creative hands-on activities using EM showed higher environmental literacy than the control group. In the concrete, it is proven that this program contributed to the improvement of learners' environmental emotion, skill, and behavior. When interviewed with experimental group, we found that sustained EM hands-on activities were conducted in collaboration with their families, and they became more aware of the utilities of EM and could participate in the activities more interestingly. In conclusion, the creative hands-on activities program was very effective and helped elementary students to change their environmental literacy in positive ways.

  • The term "social marketing" was first introduced in 1971 to describe the use of marketing principles and techniques to advance a social cause, idea, or behavior. Social Marketing is a strategy for changing behavior. It utilizes concepts of market segmentation, consumer research, product concept development and testing, directed communication, facilitation, incentives, and exchange theory to maximize the target adopters' response. Social marketing requires knowledge of each target-adopter group, including its 1. social demographic characteristics, 2. psychological profile and 3. behavioral characteristics. To know the target adopters in these three related ways enables social marketer to make more accurate predictions. In addition to differentiating among and selecting target adopter groups, the social marketer will identify influence-holding groups, or influentials, who can affect a program's success. Great changes and opportunities exist to produce changes in the ways that individuals and groups think and behave and in meeting human needs. The balance of the scales of social change, we hope, will shift away from the use of force and violence to the use of persuasion and voluntary action. I trust that this dissertation will be useful highlighting the strategies and means of peaceful, planned social change designed to elevate the quality of life.

주민참여 도구로써 가로경관 디자인 가이드라인 구성 연구 (A Study on The Structure and Contents of Streetscape Design Guideline as a Tool of Residents' Participation)

  • In order to create humanitarian living environment with sustainable ecological environment, urban regeneration project has been implemented recently seeking diverse methods for residents'participation stressing the process of communication with the residents changing from the existing one way planning by limited number of experts. Particularly, it is essential to develop systematic tools to promote the voluntary and positive participation of the residents because residents have to perform as the master of urban streetscape design project that requires sophisticated knowledge and experience and also because the residents have to function as sustainable maintainers and managers of their streetscape. This study intends to identify the organizational structure and major contents of design guideline as a tool to support the voluntary and positive participation of the residents in streetscape maintenance. For this purpose based on the structural system and characteristics of Chicago streetscape design guideline that was developed as tool for residents' participation, efforts were made to set up framework of design guideline for sustainable streetscape project with the users' participation with their overall understanding and trust. In detail, the author studied the resident participatory process for sustainable maintenance and management in a long term landscape project and the principle and theories of design planning for streetscape that supports the utilizing behaviors of the users, and how this information should be linked and organized to form the structure and contents of design guideline. As a tool supporting residents' participation and helping the residents perform the responsible function as sustainable maintainers and managers of their streetscape through social maturity with ontological sense of masters of their local community as they experience the gradual processes of their streetscape maintenance project, streetscape design guideline has its meaning in the efforts that tried to achieve deep participation of the residents through researches converging the two academic sectors of urban architecture and social psychology.

근로자의 작업중 신체적활동량과 건강증진행위와의 관계 (A Study on the Relationship between the Amount of Physical Activities at Work Perceived by Workers and Their Health Promotion Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp the relationship between the amount of physical activities at work perceived by workers and their health promotion behaviors. To achieve such a purpose. this survey was conducted on 476 Workers who work for 3 food product work-sites located in Keong-in area by means of questionnaire from June 15 to July 14 . 1998. Collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS/WlN. The significant results were obtained as follows. 1. The average scores of the amount of physical activities at work and health promotion behavior were 3.18 and 2.84 respectively; the former was slightly higher than moderate score 2.5 and the latter was almost the same as it. It can be interpreted that workers perceive their physical activities at work are heavier than their daily activities, which seems to make their health promotion behaviors still inactivated. 2. The amount of physical activities at work, it was were greater revealed that the more activities workers do after work. the more they walk and the more exercises they do. It implies that the voluntary practice of good health habit at leisure can be greatly contributed to the activation of more productive activity at work. 3. The amount of health promotion behaviors was larger as workers do more physical activities at work and have lower PIBW(Percent Ideal Body Weight). It means that the voluntary practice of good health habit is closely related to the degree of obesity and their positive attitude toward their work. Average PIBW was 106.71; most of the workers are distributed within the standard range in their weight. So we can presume that most of them are not seriously conscious of weight maintenance in their daily lives. 간호대생의 스마트폰 중독과 신체증상 및 정신건강: 인터넷 윤리의식의 매개효과 (Relationship of Smartphone Addiction to Physical Symptoms and Psychological Well-being among Nursing Students: Mediating Effect of Internet Ethics)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the status of smartphone addiction among nursing students and to examine the mediating effects of Internet ethics on the relationship between smartphone addiction, physical symptoms and psychological well-being. Methods: Data were collected between May 20 and June 23, 2014. Participants were a convenience sample of 214 nursing students of one university in Seoul. Structured questionnaires were used to measure degree of smartphone addiction, physical symptoms, psychological well-being and Internet ethics. Data was analyzed using Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple hierarchical regression. Results: Of the nursing students, 14.5% had high level of risk of smartphone addiction and 16.8% had potential risk. Higher frequency of physical symptoms and lower level of Internet ethics were related to the higher level of smartphone addiction. Voluntary-control in Internet ethics had mediating effects on the relationship between smartphone addiction and physical symptoms. Conclusion: The results suggest that the level of smartphone addiction may lowered in nursing students by intensifying Internet ethics especially voluntary-control. Based on these findings, Internet ethics program for nursing students should be developed to facilitate the effective use of smartphones.

코로나19로 인한 마스크 착용과 메이크업만족도, 목표지향적 태도의 상관관계 (Correlation among Wearing Masks Because of COVID-19, Makeup Satisfaction and Goal-oriented Attitude)

  • 국내 성인 여성 330명을 대상으로 코로나19로 인한 마스크 착용 이전/이후 메이크업 정도와 메이크업 만족도의 상관관계, 여기에 작용하는 메이크업에 대한 의무적/자발적 목표지향적 태도의 조절효과를 알아보았다. 코로나19 이전 메이크업 만족도에 유의한 변수는 립메이크업(p<.001)이었고 코로나19 이후 유의한 변수는 아이브로우메이크업(p<.002)이었다. 코로나19 이전/이후 메이크업 정도와 메이크업 만족도 사이에 작용하는 의무적 목표지향적 태도의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았으나 자발적 목표지향적 태도의 조절효과는 코로나19 이전(p<.000)과 이후(p<.000) 모두 유의했다. 코로나19 이전/이후 메이크업 정도 차이는 코로나19 이후 메이크업 정도가 이전보다 낮은 것(p<.000)으로 나타나, 메이크업이 스스로의 만족을 위한 것이라고 믿는다면 메이크업 정도가 만족도에 유의하지만 실제 행동은 마스크 착용 이후 메이크업 정도가 줄었다. 이상의 내용이 미용·화장품 업계의 마케팅 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 마이크로 블로그를 사용함에 있어서 자발적인 자기 노출에 영향을 주는 요인을 살펴보는데 있다. 마이크로 블로그 사용이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 상황에서, 자신의 정보를 자발적으로 노출하는 사람들에 대한 연구는 아직도 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 마이크로 블로그 상에서 자발적인 자기 노출의 과정을 계획된 행위이론에 근거하여 조사하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 자기노출에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행위 통제 등의 변수를 자기 노출 행위의 선행변수로 설정하였다. 또 프라이버시 염려, 인지된 즐거움, 사회적 참여를 위한 정보 동기, 관계적 동기의 자기 노출 태도에 대한 영향 정도를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 자기노출에 대한 태도, 주관적 규범, 인지된 행위 통제 등의 변수는 자기노출 행위에 대해 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 인지된 즐거움을 제외하곤 프라이버시 염려, 정보 동기 및 관계적 동기 등은 통계적으로 유의한 관계를 갖고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

  • The deaths caused by industrial accidents during the construction of the mortality rate is considerably higher than in other industries. To prevent such a disaster workers and to minimize unsafe behavior measures to be drawn, and construction companies recently to stimulate the emotions of the workers to participate in voluntary activities are safe. In this study, the construction workers can stimulate emotions and activities on the environment by examining the preferences of the workers on-site management will want to take advantage. This study revealed that the construction workers prefer the incentive most and then working environment.

How to design the token reinforcement based on token economy for blockchain model

  • The reinforcement of the token, which is based on the token economy currently applied in blockchain-based cryptography, plays a critical role in forming the cryptographic-related ecosystem. Therefore, in this paper, it was investigated the reinforcement principle of token supporting the Token economy for blockchain model. In order to create a healthy ecosystem based on the reinforcement system principle, it is necessary to find ways to secure scalability by seeking consensus between the participants and the market economy structure so that it can generate an influx of more participants than seeking to maximize profits of certain people. Desirable behavior is defined as an action required by ecosystem participants that have the property of making the token ecosystem sustainable, and to do so, each individual receives appropriate incentives (rewards) when taking this action, ultimately encouraging voluntary participation and action by all participants in the ecosystem to optimize the interests of both individuals and participants. The expected benefit of this study may contribute to the establishment of various business models based on the principle of the reinforcement system.
