This paper aims to study on the periodical competition, the program, the jury organization, the reward, and copyright applied to the buildings which were constructed with architectural design competition performed in European and American region between 19c and 20c. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Befor 1900 Period, the type of buildings added to the competition program; between 1900 period and 1950 period, the works of strong nationality and rich local color were preferred; After 1950 period, the design drawings of high symbol and function were chosen 2. There are three types of design competitions: the open design competition, the invited and limited design competition, and the idea design competition. The open design competition has been most often made. 3. The juries were, most of all, composed of professional architects over 30 percent. 4. The program was written about building scale and appointments, described what form drawings, brief notes and air perspective wood have to be submitted. For instance, the use of colour was not permitted in the drawings, as this might possibly mislead the jurors. 5. The reward was given to the winners; the copyright was given to the first prize winner. 6. The standard of entry's qualification was mostly architect 7, Entry term was from a minimum month to a maximum year after annoncement of competition, it was approximetly 63% between 4 months and 8 months. I am convinced that architect gets freedom of pure creation and joy of society service through competition, architect justifies his profession and keep his useful and creative effort to society constantly, as long as the competition exists.
Although it is not necessary to have much mathematical knowledge in Major Courses of Animal Resources curriculums in agricultural high school, the function of mathematics class has a much effect on Major Courses. Therefore, we extracted the mathematics contents included in Major Courses of Animal Resources curriculums in agricultural high school, and also evaluated students' understanding according to the description method in textbooks of Major Courses. Furthermore, we analyzed students' preference about the description method in textbooks related to the Major Courses. As a result, it turns out that the level of mathematics contents of Animal Resources major curriculums does not break bounds of middle school level. Furthermore, many students are not able to solve the middle school level of problems. It is also shown that the most preferred description method in textbooks of Animal Resources major curriculums is the sentence-equation mixed type. In this study, we propose to reconstruct the mathematics contents with basic knowledge needed to complete the Major Courses in order that students can complete them more easily, and furthermore, to choose the description method in textbooks of Major Courses as sentence-equation mixed type and detailed explanation about terms should be included into the bargain.

This paper analyzes the interactions among regional labor markets in Korea. Specifically, we focus on the job market externality between neighboring regions. To estimate the job matching functions, we construct panel data on unemployment, vacancies and hires for the period of January 2004 through December 2007 for 15 cities and provinces in Korea. We employ various spatial econometric techniques to avoid the problem of spatial autocorrelation which frequently arises when dealing with regional data. Main findings are as follows. First, estimation results are consistent with conventional job matching theory. That is, as the number of job searchers and vacancies increase, the number of hires also rises. And it is relatively easier for firms to hire workers than for job seekers to find jobs. Second, it is found that, other things equal, the possibility of job matching is higher in large metropolitan areas than rural areas. Finally, the findings show that the number of job searchers in neighboring areas is negatively correlated with the number of hires in the area. Likewise, the number of vacancies in neighboring areas is positively correlated with number of hires in the area. These provide clear evidence on the existence of regional spillover effects.
The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of hospital-based physical and occupational therapy on Modified Barthel Index (MBI) score in stroke inpatients at least 3 months after stroke, to predict MBI score at discharge from subscales of MBI, and determine the characteristics of stroke at admission. Forty-five stroke inpatients participated and received physical and occupational therapy for two months. All participants were assessed on MBI at admission and discharge. The collected data was analyzed by dependency level (MBI${\leq}$74 and MBI${\geq}$75) at admission. The results revealed that the MBI score at discharge was significantly improved compared to the MBI score at admission in the group with more than moderate dependency level (MBI${\leq}$74). In particular, personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and chair/bed transfer were improved. But only ambulation was improved significantly in the group with a less than mild dependency level (MBI${\geq}$75). The chair/bed transfer, dressing, ambulation, and Mini-Mental State Exam-Korea score at admission were important factors in the MBI score at discharge. Eighty-six percent of the variation in MBI score function at discharge can be explained. Therefore, it is suggested that hospital-based physical and occupational therapy in subacute stroke improve independent living status, especially for patients with a more than moderate dependency level.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the trends in research on the effects of virtual reality technology applied to rehabilitation for disabled. I have collected 60 papers published in Korea(2000-2014), and analyzed it by the P.I.C.O. method. As a result, adults and the elderly are most common subjects, and projection type has been used frequently in researches. It were included mostly balance, upper extremity function, and gait that the dependent variables represents the intervention effects. I interpreted it as the ICF factors. So, research topics were the most common mobility, in contrast to educational, vocational, recreational area as dealing with the participation area is very small. In the future, we should focused on social aspects for useful intervention in real life of people with disabilities based on virtual reality technology, and virtual reality technology should be easy to apply in terms of cost and accessibility.

The use of innovative technologies is one of the promising areas of education development, so the article clarifies the content of the terms "innovation" "pedagogical technology". Our goal is to justify the need to use innovative technologies in education. Innovative technologies are divided into four groups, depending on the appropriate form of educational activity for their use. The development of innovative pedagogical technologies at the present stage of education development should be carried out in accordance with the criteria of technological efficiency, which are presented in the article: scientific; systematic; guaranteed; manageable; mass. Based on the analysis of the process of formation of pedagogical education, the main trends in the information support of teachers in the system of pedagogical education were revealed. Its theoretical and methodological foundations were determined, promising directions and main ways of improving the information support of teachers' education as an organic component of continuous pedagogical education in Ukraine were justified. The conducted study of the state of information support for teachers allowed us to establish that the main functions of scientific and pedagogical information - analytical and predictive, integrative, operational and purposeful informing of various categories of specialists - teachers-are not being implemented enough. This is due to the versatility and complexity of the pedagogical process, the low level and limited range of development of systems of operational differentiated scientific and methodological services for various categories of teachers. Ways to improve the information function of teacher education are determined.
Background: This study aimed to determine the impact of complex decongestive therapy applications on upper extremity function in breast cancer patients who developed adhesive capsulitis after lymphedema. Methods: Thirty patients who developed adhesive capsulitis due to lymphedema were divided into two groups as study (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups. Both groups received 20 minutes of exercise five days a week for three weeks using a Biodex isokinetic dynamometer, as well as a hot pack and TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) treatment to the shoulder joint. The study group received 45 minutes of intensive decongestive therapy along with the adhesive capsulitis treatment. The visual analogue scale was used to assess pain, circumference, and volumetric measurements were used to assess edema, and the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand Problems Questionnaire (DASH: Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder, and Hand) was used to assess upper extremity functionality. The shoulder range of motion was evaluated. Results: Both groups had improvements in pain (P < 0.001), shoulder joint range of motion (P < 0.001), and upper extremity functionality (P < 0.001) after the treatment. There was a significant decrease in circumference and volumetric measurements in the study group (P < 0.001). However, no differences were seen in measurements in the control group. Conclusions: The results showed that complex decongestive therapy was beneficial in reducing lymphedema in breast cancer patients who acquired adhesive capsulitis due to lymphedema. Consequently, the authors believe that supplementing conventional physiotherapy with complex decongestive therapy will benefit patients.
Localizing damages is an essential task to monitor the health of the structures since they may not be able to operate anymore. Among the damage detection techniques, non-destructive methods are considerably more preferred than destructive methods since damage can be located without affecting the structural integrity. However, these methods have several drawbacks in terms of detecting abilities, time consumption, cost, and hardware or software requirements. Employing artificial intelligence techniques could overcome such issues and could provide a powerful damage detection model if the technique is utilized correctly. In this study, the crack localization in flat and folded plate structures has been conducted by employing a Backpropagated Artificial Neural Network (BPANN). For this purpose, cracks with 18 different dimensions in thin, flat, and folded structures having 150, 300, 450, and 600 folding angle have been modeled and subjected to free vibration analysis by employing the Classical Plate Theory with Finite Element Method. A Four-nodded quadrilateral element having six degrees of freedom has been considered to represent those structures mathematically. The first ten natural frequencies have been obtained regarding healthy and cracked structures. To localize the crack, the ratios of the frequencies of the cracked flat and folded structures to those of healthy ones have been taken into account. Those ratios have been given to BPANN as the input variables, while the crack locations have been considered as the output variables. A total of 500 crack locations have been regarded within the dataset obtained from the results of the free vibration analysis. To build the best intelligent model, a feature search has been conducted for BAPNN regarding activation function, the number of hidden layers, and the number of hidden neurons. Regarding the analysis results, it is concluded that the BPANN is able to localize the cracks with an average accuracy of 95.12%.
National technical qualifications to enhance an individual's vocational skills, the competitiveness of companies and countries have an important function to improve. Especially 'qualifications' will have a signal function to show objectively measure an individual's ability with the 'Education' The "knowledge necessary for the performance of their duties. Technology will gain knowledge about such assessment or recognition is based on certain criteria and procedures." Learning to qualify are being made through a smart learning a lot. Due to the revolution of the Internet in recent years with the development of information and communication technologies are entering into a knowledge society, the importance of information and knowledge. This contemporary smart learning education system is continuing to rapidly growing in pace with the changing time and space constraints, without teaching and learning is taking place. The purpose of this study is the ARCS motivation theory can determine a representative theory of human motivation factors and basic psychological needs dealing with the human nature of the psychological needs Interactivity and immersive learning, and to validate the empirical causality Affecting the continued use of smart learning through fun. Specifically, attention, relevance, confidence in the ARCS motivation, see their effect on the learning flow through the satisfaction we analyze empirically. Through this national technical qualifications smart learner's learning by supporting the implicit synchronization of students in learning are the degree of continued use. Therefore, to achieve the objectives of national technical qualifications and skills through a smart learning can contribute to the activation of the development and certification of course industry.
In this study, The aim of this qualitative study was to investigate the effect of residential and itinerant education, as well as local social welfare services on the social adaptation behavior and self-efficiency of disabled students. To this end, a preliminary investigation, program execution, and post-examination was conducted on 5 disabled students during a period of 6 months from March 6th of 2018 to September 5th of the same year. The results of the study is as follows. First, residential and itinerant education as well as local social welfare services appear to be closely related to the social adaptation behavior of the disabled students, especially in terms of social cognition, interpersonal relations, social adaptation, and vocational function. Second, participating in local social welfare services has been proven to improve the self-efficiency of the subjects, leading to increased self-confidence and trust in their own abilities. As the result of this study was positively accepted by the residential educators, local social welfare service researchers, disabled center workers, volunteer workers, and family members of the students, it proposes a practical implication for creating more diverse social adaptation behavior improvement programs by connecting residential and itinerant education with local social welfare services.
