Flow through a scaled horizontal axis marine current turbine was numerically simulated after validation and the turbine design was optimized. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code Ansys-CFX 16.1 for numerical modeling, an in-house blade element momentum (BEM) code for analytical modeling and an in-house surrogate-based optimization (SBO) code were used to find an optimal turbine design. The blade-pitch angle (${\theta}$) and the number of rotor blades (NR) were taken as design variables. A single objective optimization approach was utilized in the present work. The defined objective function was the turbine's power coefficient ($C_P$). A $3{\times}3$ full-factorial sampling technique was used to define the sample space. This sampling technique gave different turbine designs, which were further evaluated for the objective function by solving the Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes equations (RANS). Finally, the SBO technique with search algorithm produced an optimal design. It is found that the optimal design has improved the objective function by 26.5%. This article presents the solution approach, analysis of the turbine flow field and the predictability of various surrogate based techniques.

추청벼 등 4품종의 현미를 4.0, 6.4, 8.0, 9.6, $12.0\%$로 도정하여 벼의 도정율과 미강 중의 tocooienol 및 tocopherol 그리고 vitamin I 함량과의 관계를 구명하고자 본 시험을 수행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 미강의 tocotrienol 함량이 최대가 되는 도정율은 4품종 각각 다른 반응을 보였으나 공통으로 가장 높았던 도정율은 6.4\%$이었고 추청벼와 안다벼는 도정율 $8.0\%$에서도 유의차가 없었다. 2. 미강의 tocopherol 함량은 4품종 모두 도정율 $8.0\%$에서 가장 높게 나타났으며, 일품벼 고시히카리 안다벼 3품종은 $9.6\%$에서도 유의차가 없었다. 3. 미강의 vitamin E함량이 가장 높은 도정율은 $8.0\%$이나 실험 품종들 간에 다소 차이는 있으나 대체로 $6.4-9.6\%$의 도정율에서는 유의차가 없었다. 4. 쌀의 tocotrienol, tocopherol 그리고 vitamin E함량은 도정율이 높아질수록 감소되는 경향으로 도정율 $8\%$일때 각각의 함량은 11.0, 8.2, $19.2 mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$이었고, 쌀에는 tocotrienol과 tocopherol 동족체 중 $\alpha-$와 $\gamma-$가 검출되었다.

Un critique a dit que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est semblable au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de la $cruaut{\acute{e}}$. Pourtant, dans la mesure $o{\grave{u}}$ il respecte le texte dramatique, et que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ a des tendances de la politique et qu'il oriente l'engagement du spectateur, il est certain que son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est loin du $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de la $cruaut{\acute{e}}$. Ses $proc{\acute{e}}d{\acute{e}}s$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ sont $tr{\grave{e}}s$ divers et il n'y a pas de $coh{\acute{e}}rences$ au niveau des styles dramatiques. $Malgr{\acute{e}}$ cela, nous pouvons trouver son $originalit{\acute{e}}$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ dans la rencontre avec Lee hyun-wha. Le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ ${\acute{e}}tablit$ son $esth{\acute{e}}tique$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trale$ en montant sur $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ de cinq $pi{\grave{e}}ces$ de Lee hyun-wha. Alors, en effet qu'est-ce que $l^{\prime}esth{\acute{e}}tique$ de la mise en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ de Chae yoon-il produite par les ${\oe}uvres$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}trales$ de Lee hyun-wha? Dans les $pi{\grave{e}}ces$ de Lee hyun-wha, il y a beaucoup de codes symboliques de la violence sexuelle comme le sadisme et le masochisme. L'implusion sexuelle $cach{\acute{e}}e$ dans le subconscient des personnages s'entrecroise avec le $m{\acute{e}}canisme$ du pouvoir politique. Alors, les abus sexuels et les mauvais traitements sur le corps deviennent une sorte de torture. L'expression cruelle des langages $sc{\acute{e}}niques$ n'est autre que la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ contre la $r{\acute{e}}alit{\acute{e}}$ actuelle de la politique. Son $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture est donc une sorte de $m{\acute{e}}canisme$ de la catharsis pour dissiper le cauchemar et l'inconscient noir. La fantasie sexuelle construite par le monde inconscient de l'auteur dramatique $s^{\prime}{\acute{e}}panouit$ dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de Chae yoon-il qui $r{\hat{e}}ve$ toujours l'esprit de la $libert{\acute{e}}$. Une des convictions dramatiques du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$, c'est que le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ tout d'abord doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ choquant. Il dit : "l'art doit ${\hat{e}}tre$ ${\grave{a}}$ la fois ${\acute{e}}mouvant$ et bouleversant. Cependant, dans la mesure $o{\grave{u}}$ le film ou la $t{\acute{e}}l{\acute{e}}vivion$ fait aujourd'hui une vive impression aux spectateurs, la part $donn{\acute{e}}e$ au $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ est le choc." Pour donner le choc aux spectateurs, le style de la torture est $tr{\grave{e}}s$ utile. $L^{\prime}esth{\acute{e}}tique$ $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tral$ du metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ respecte essentiellement l'intention de l'auteur. $N{\acute{e}}anmois$, le respect sur l'original ne se $d{\acute{e}}range$ pas $l^{\prime}interpr{\acute{e}}tation$ de son propre $id{\acute{e}}e$. Dans l'insistance de la torture, l'analyse rituelle sous la base du choc, il projecte le symbole $arch{\acute{e}}typal$ sur $sc{\grave{e}}ne$. Bien $s{\hat{u}}r$, il renforce le $caract{\grave{e}}re$ de la politique dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture pour inviter des spectateurs de l'engagement. D'ailleurs, il y a l'aspect d'absurde dans le $th{\acute{e}}{\hat{a}}tre$ de torture qui insiste des violences ${\grave{a}}$ travers les langages $sc{\acute{e}}niques$ comme le $m{\acute{e}}tal$ froid, parce que le metteur en $sc{\grave{e}}ne$ $consid{\grave{e}}re$ que $l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre$ humain vit dans l'absurde.

생체 세포내에서 큰 Eenergy 원이 되는 Adenosin triphosphate를 사용하여 이 A.T.P.의 뇌 급 내이혈행 개선작용에 따르는 신경, 감각세포에 대한 직접적 대사촉진작용을 이용하여 20례의 난청, 이명, 연구개마비 환자를 치료하였다. 저자들이 사용한 방법은 20mg A.T.P. ＋50mg Vitamin $B_1$＋20% Dextore 2㏄로 매일 정주하여 난청은 40%, 이명은 62%, 연구개마비는 100%의 호전을 보았기에 문헌적 고찰과 더불어 보고한다.

This study was designed to find out the nutritional defect of general Korean diet and the effective way of nutritional supplementation. Seventy weanling Sprague-Dawley male rats weighing 51.8$\pm$0.9g were blocked into ten groups and fed ten different diets ad libitum for eight weeks: Standard groups(st gp) was given 72% sugar-20% casein diet: Cereal-vegetable group(c-v gp) was fed cereal-vegetable diet(c-v diet) composed of rice, barley, soybean, spinach and cabbage: the other eight groups were fed c-v diets supplemented with casein, vitamin $B_{2}$, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B2 and A, vitamin A and calcium, vitamin $B_{2}$ and calcium, vitamin A and $B_{2}$and calcium, respectively, on the basis of each nutrients content of standard diet. The results were as follows: 1. Food intakes and body weight gains in all the experimental groups were significantly lower than st gp. Among experimental groups, casein gp and vit B2 gp tended to gain more body weights than c-v gp. 2. Through all the experimental period, F.E.R., pp.E.R., and NDPcal% did nod show significant differences among all the experimental groups and st gp. 3. The weights of liver, kidney, and gastrocnemius were significantly lower in all the experimental groups as compared with st gp. But brain and sex organ weights did not show differences among all the groups. 4. Nitrogen contents of total carcass, liver, and gastrocnemius in all the experimental groups tended to be increased as compared with st gp, and among experimental groups, they tended to be increased by casein supplementation and decreased by ca supplementation. 5. Apparent nitrogen digestibility, urinary and fecal nitrogen excretion, the amount of nitrogen retained, and N.P.U. did not show any significant differences among all the groups. 6. Serum total protein concentrations did not show any significant differences among all the groups.

키르케고르에게 있어서 자연적인 인간의 조건은 비극적인 것이다. 진정한 자신의 존재에 대해 무지한 것도, 자각하는 것도 그리고 부정하는 것도 모두 절망을 야기하기 때문이다. 나아가 죽는 순간까지 인간은 자신의 행복을 확신할 수가 없기 때문이다. 그래서 그의 윤리학은 본질적으로 '행복론'에 기초한 것이 아니다. 모든 인간은 어느 정도 자신의 참된 존재와 멀리 떨어져 살아가며, 윤리적 지평에서의 삶은 자신의 참된 존재로 향해 나아가는 삶으로 나타나고 있다. 이는 감각적이고 직접적인 삶을 의미하는 심미적인 삶으로부터 벗어나 '내면적인 자신'을 형성하는 것으로 나타나고 또한 내적인 자신과 외적인 자신의 일치를 추구하는 삶으로 나타나고 있다. 죄란 참된 자기존재로부터의 이탈을 의미하며, 이것이 모든 악의 근원처럼 고려되고 있다. 자기존재의 완전한 획득은 곧 단독자로서 절대자 앞에 나서며, 절대자와 일치를 가지는 것을 말하는 것으로 모든 인간은 어느 정도 죄를 지니고 살 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 윤리적 실존의 양상은 끝임 없이 자신을 초월하는 역동적인 삶으로 나타나고 있다. 인간의 현존재에 대한 분석이 매우 비극적인 것과는 대조적으로 이 윤리적 삶의 근본 덕목은 매우 '낙관적인 것'인데 그것은 곧 사랑이다. 이 사랑은 모든 윤리적인 덕목들을 넘어서는 탁월한 것이며, 사실상 키르케고르에게 있어서 비록 구원이 믿음을 통해서 주어지지만, 이 사랑의 원리는 구원과 행복에로 인도하는 유일한 덕목이기도 하다. 그렇기 때문에 그의 윤리학은 본질적으로 '사랑의 윤리학'으로 나타나며, 이 사랑의 원리와 국면들에 대한 탐구는 '윤리학'의 유일한 과제처럼 남아 있는 것이다.

우리나라에서 재배되고 있는 콩 강낭콩 보리 옥수수 율무 들깨 차조기 홍화 해바라기를 비롯하여 달맞이꽃 타래붓꽃의 종실에 함유되어 있는 tocotrienol($\textrm{T}$), tocopherol(T)과 vitamin E 함량을 탐색 하였던 바 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 종실 100g에 함유되어 있는 tocotrienol 함량은 차조기 25.06mg, 보리 4.50mg, 옥수수 3.54mg, 타래븟꽃 3.04mg, 율무 2.58mg, 홍화 0.12mg이었다. 2. tocotrienol이 전혀 검출되지 않은 작물은 콩 강낭콩 달맞이꽃 해바라기 들깨이었고, tocotrienol의 4가지 동족체 중 율무와 옥수수는 $\beta$-$\textrm{T}_3$, 타래못꽃과 차조기는 $\delta$-$\textrm{T}_3$, 홍화는 $\alpha\textrm{-}$, $\beta\textrm{-}$, $\delta$-$\textrm{T}_3$가 검출되지 않았다. 3. 종실 100g에 함유되어 있는 tocopherol 함량은 타래붓꽃 51.82mg, 들깨 40,90mg, 콩 34.11mg, 해바라기 20.88mg 순으로 높았으며, 탐색한 작물 모두 4가지 동족체를 함유하였다. 4. vitamin E 함량은 타래붓꽃 54.86, 차조기 41.80, 들깨 40.90, 콩 34.11, 해바라기 20.88, 홍화 14.73, 옥수수 11.49, 달맞이꽃 10.07, 보리 7.48, 율무 6.24, 강낭콩 5.27mg/100g 이었다.

한우 암소에 있어서 번식기간을 연장하고 효율성 있는 암소 사양관리를 위하여 실시된 본 연구는 한우 노산암소의 단기비육을 돕는 첨가제로서 Vit. E, Se 및 MGA를 첨가 급여하여 암소의 발육성적을 검토하고, 도살 후 도체품질의 변화 및 도체의 특성을 규명하고자 평균산차 6.5산의 노산암소 24두를 대상으로 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 240일간의 증체성적은 투여구의 일당 증체량이 23.4% 증가하였고, 사료요구율도 대조구의 19.5에 비하여 투여구에서 16.3으로 개선되었다(P<0.05). 비육종료 후의 도체성적에서 육량은 투여구의 배최장근 단면적이 증가하고 등지방 두께가 감소하여 육량지수가 대조구의 63.95에 비하여 투여구에서 66.60으로 증가하였다(P<0.05). 도체의 육질에서 근내지방도는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 육색도 대조구보다 투여구에서 개선되었다(P<0.05). 등심조직 중의 육색과 일반화학성분, 물리적 특성 및 근섬유 특성은 처리구간의 차이가 없었으나, 체내 항산화 역할과 면역기능 향상에 영향하는 셀레늄 침착량은 유의하게 증가하였고(P<0.05), α-Tocoperol의 함량은 증가하는 경향을 나타내어 육색 안전성에 기여하였음을 시사하였다. 등심조직에 대한 산패도 측정을 위한 TBARS의 농도는 도살 직후부터 2주차의 시험과정동안 유의한 저장성 개선효과가 나타나(P<0.05) 14일째에는 대조구와 투여구가 각각 3.99 및 1.35mg/kg 이었다. 등심조직에 대한 지방산의 조성에서 대조구와 처리구간의 포화지방산, 단일 및 다중 불포화 지방산의 함량의 차이는 인정되지 않았으나 C18:1을 비롯한 불포화 지방산의 함량이 투여구에서 전반적으로 증가하는 현상을 나타내었다. 따라서 노산암소를 단기비육할 때 발정 억제제와 항산화제를 급여하면 증체량 및 육질 개선의 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

Objectives : Gimun-chimbub(Jimen-zhenfa) is the method of needling which is based on Gimun-hak (Jimen-xue), and it is the most excellent method of needling than any other methods. In spite of the superiority of Gimun-chimbub(Jimen-zhenfa), there are few documents which explain it in details. The purpose of this study is to make clear principle of Gimun(Jimen) & apptication of Gimun-chimbub(Jimen-zhenfa) so many clinicians can make good use of it. Methods : Through investigation of many documents concerning Gimun(Jimen), Gimun-chimbub(Jimen-zhenfa) and Bosa(buxie), the author first explained principle of Gimun(Jimen) and then made clear how to apply it in needling and how to perform Bosa(buxie). Conclusions : 1. Gimun-hak(Jimen-xue) is constituted combinations of infinite change of Chen-Gy-In Samje(Tianrendi Sancai) and Hado lakse(Hetu Luoshu). Gimun-hak(Jimen-xue), is the study which shows us the change of space time e- ntangling at once, and it is applied to troublous times and critical situations. Gimun-chimbub(Jimen-zhenfa) combines of the method of needling with the time when Chen(Tian) opens and closes. So according to each cases, doctor must consider the adequate time. For example, in case of acute disease, the first day when the patient got ill is ta - ken. In case of chronic disease, the day when the patient came to see a doctor is taken. In Gimun-chimbub(Jimen-zhenfa), first it uses Jik-Sa-Mun(zhishimen) which can ac - cept Chen-Gi(tianqi). When needling, doctor must find the accurate acu-points and perform Bosa(buxie). Finally it uses Saeng-Mun(shengmen) which stirs up the vit - ality. Using Saeng-Mun(shengmen) decreases the rate of relapse of diseases.

This study is intended to reveal the nutritional realities of school children due to their box lunch. The samples were chosen at random from the third grade to the sixth grade children in an elementary school in Seoul : 122 male and 111 female children, 233 children in all. among the subjects, 44.3% have a family of four, 34.3% have over 500,000 won of family income a month, and 44.3% of their mothers graduated from a high school. The average intake of calories is 573.6 Kcal, and the ratios of the calory intakes to the recommended amounts are 90.6% in the third grade children and from the fourth grade to the sixth grade, 79.5% in the male children and 82.9% in the female children. The average consumption of protein is 21.0g and the ratio of animal protein is 41.4%. the ratio of energy yield nutrients is 67.4% : 14.5 : 18.0 (carbohydrate : protein " fat). Considering the recommended amounts, the intake of protein is enough; the consumption of vit, A, thiamine, niacin are appropriate;and the intake of calories, Riboflabin and ascorbic acid, calcium, iron are deficient. Even though there is no significant difference between the socioeconomic factors (the standard of education of the subjects' mothers and family income0 and the intakes of calories and protein, there is a tendency that the consumption of protein intake si more abundant in the middle class than in any other class. The subjects' distribution of the physical growth index, is as follows; A (6.9%), B(19.3%), C(48.5%), D(13.7%) and E (11.6%). As the subjects' intake of calcium increases, the weight shows significant improvement (p<0.001). As the consumption of calories increases, the physical development shows significant improvement (p<0.05), and the weight shows significant increase (p<0.001).
