This study is intended to examine the effect of characteristics of museum visitors and visit type on perceived relative status, aesthetic responses, and perceived visit benefits, which in turn affect visitor satisfaction and personal and social participatory behaviors. Research was held for four weeks. A total of 308 questionnaires were collected out of 315 distributed. However, additional 15 were excluded due to inadequate responses. The findings of the study are as follows: While museum visitor characteristics yielded significant effects on the perceived relative status and perceived visit benefit, it did not have significant effects on aesthetic responses. Additionally, while visit types showed considerable impact on perceived relative status, it did not yield significant effect on aesthetic responses or the perceived visit benefit. Perceived relative status of a museum had positive effects on aesthetic responses, but not on the perceived visit benefit. Furthermore, while perceived relative status did not have significant effect on visitor satisfaction, it did have evident effects on the aesthetic response and the perceived visit benefit. Lastly, greater visitor satisfaction was confirmed to contribute to greater participatory behavior in various prospective programs and events offered by museums. Hence, it would be imperative for museums to gear their attention to encourage internal participatory behaviors such as visitor education, donation and charity events, which would consequently transcend to viewing museums more as a public space shared by the general public.

This study aims to empirically analyze the differences between groups of customers who prefer delivery food, which is rapidly growing amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and those who prefer the traditional practice of visiting offline restaurants. Based on the eating out lifestyle, participants were divided into three groups: participants who prefer food delivery, those who prefer to visit restaurants, and those who favor both. The comparison of differences between the groups was analyzed. A total of 215 questionnaires were distributed, and reliability and validity were verified with a sample of 201 copies, excluding 14 unreliable respondents. Then, a multivariate analysis of variance was used to compare the groups. The results showed that regarding offline restaurants, the group of customers who prefer to visit restaurants valued their atmosphere, while the customers who prefer delivery food valued the reputation of the restaurant. Regarding delivery-specialized restaurants, the group of customers who prefer delivery placed greater value on coupon events and payment convenience than other groups. The results revealed that the difference between the customers who prefer to visit restaurants and those who prefer delivery food was identified through empirical analysis, which provides strategic implications for catering companies and restaurant industries during COVID-19 in Korea.

Findings - To investigate our hypotheses, we used descriptive, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. We found that aesthetic attractiveness, purchase of local products, and involvement had positive effects on attitude toward the festival. Attitude toward the festival had a significant effect on behavioral intention to visit. Finally, it was also found that gender and past travel experience significantly moderated the interrelationships between these factors. This study examined the evaluation of Mongolian cashmere products by foreign tourists visiting Mongolia, purchase motivation, and purchase intention by nationality as well as analyzed factors that affected purchase intentions. Questionnaires were distributed in Ulaanbaatar from July $25^{th}$ to September $3^{rd}$, 2012. We collected 626 questionnaires and used 616 copies in the final analysis (149 from Koreans, 128 from Japanese, 119 from Russians and 220 from English-speaking countries). Awareness about Mongolian cashmere products and purchase intentions differed significantly by nationality. Purchase motivations were divided into 3 factors-usefulness, mood shift, gifts and souvenir. Evaluation of cashmere products consisted of 5 factors-product excellence, uniqueness, ostentation, economic value and fashionableness. Purchase motivation and evaluation differed significantly by nationality. Purchase intention was significantly related to awareness prior to visit, product excellence, usefulness, gift/souvenir motivation factors, and nationality.
The present study attempted to explore the impact of art gallery visitors' motivation and perceived quality of experience on satisfaction. For this purpose surveys were conducted at art galleries. The factor analyses identified four dimensions (knowledge, leisure, yearn for culture and art, and relationship) of motivations and another four dimensions (esthetic/entertainment, education, escapist, and sense of belonging) of perceived quality of experience. Subsequently, regression analyses revealed the influence of motivations and perceived quality of experience on satisfaction. Based on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for further studies were discussed.
This paper examines Internet banking attitudes associated with demographics and motivations for Internet banking subscribers to access their online banking sites. To find out the relationships among demographics, motivation, and attitude, I conducted ANOVA and regression analysis using survey data. The results of the paper found that age group and experience were significant demographic variable impacting motivation of economic benefits and users with much experience. Male users had stronger motivation of entertainment and getting better information than female users. Users with longer experience and frequent visitors had positive attitude on financial products. All motivation factors had influences on attitudes on both of financial products and Internet banking. This study suggests the features of Internet banking attitudes and motivations by demographics, from which we can figure out how to motivate Internet banking users for them not only to actively access their online banks rather than visit banks in person but also to have positive attitudes on their banks and Internet banking.

The survey was analyzed with 214 questionnaires out of 230 ones and it was conducted by those who have once visited the National Museum of Korea. Pre-test was conducted from May, 2013. Deriving adequate Service Quality Measures in Museum, factor analysis was applied. From 29th of July 2013 to 23rd of August 2013, surveys were conducted through online and off-line. Using the SPSS 20.0 statistics, Population analysis was applied frequently. In order to ensure the reliability, cronbach ${\alpha}$ value was evaluated. Fit of the research model and the suitability of the path coefficients were evaluated through AMOS to ensure the validity and reliability. As a result, in terms of Analysis on Service Quality, it influenced significantly on the degree of satisfaction. Visitors' motivation also had partial influence on the degree of satisfaction. Moreover, Behavioral Intentions were also influenced by the degree of satisfaction.

In line with the increasing demand for domestic travel, Reality Travel Programs(hereinafter referred to as RTP) in which actors don't have the script in program are increasing. We explored the impact of RTP "Viewing Satisfaction" and "Revisit Intentions". Firstly, factors of "entertainment", "sympathy", "aesthetic", "information", "interaction" and "Indirect Experience" were confirmed. Secondly, common factors that have a positive impact on Dependent variables in RPT were "esthetics" and "IE". By empathizing with the beauty of the environment and actor's emotions, the RTP had a positive influence to "VS" and wanting to visit the area. Provided a theoretical basis by verifying that viewing motives for RTP have a positive impact on VS and RI.
