Test systems verify and classify the various kinds of semiconductor products. So test systems need programs that can test the various special functions of hardware modules and products. Programs can be modified, compiled and executed by engineers. Consequently, the systems needs programming languages that can be easily programmed by engineers and their compilers that can compile and execute teat programs. In this paper we discuss the environment of programming languages and their compilers for the existing domestic teat systems. We design a programming language and implement its compiler that can be conveniently used by the experienced engineers in the industry field. Experimental results show that a newly designed test system with our programming language and compiler can teat products faster than the existing test system.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the continuing education model desired by the academic librarians in the present digital environment. For this purpose the study undertook a questionnaire survey of academic librarians in Korea. As a result it was shown that 61.4% of the librarians participated more than once(average 2.6 times) in the continuing education program during the last one year. The most preferred program type was one week or 2-3 days workshop. The theme of the program was regarded the most important factor for the activation of the continuing education. and the preferred theme of the program was user instruction. information retrieval. electronic licensing. planning and strategy, library marketing, virtual reference service etc.
This study developed and applied the teacher education model and its principles for science classes using Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) content and analyzed preservice elementary teachers' feedback on the teacher education model and the changes in their perceptions as to the use of VR/AR content. First, existing Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) teacher education models and prior studies on the use of the VR/AR contents were reviewed to derive the teacher education model to cultivate the VR/AR-TPACK and set the key principles for each of its stages. The developed teacher education model has five stages: exploration, mapping, collaborative design, practice, and reflection. Second, to examine the appropriateness of the model's five stages and principles, we applied it within the regular course of instruction at the university of education, which was attended by 25 preservice elementary teachers. This study collected data from surveys on the perception of the usage of VR/AR contents before and after the course, as well as the group lesson plans prepared by the preservice teachers, and their feedback on the teacher education model. The feedback on the teacher education model and the survey conducted by the preservice teachers before and after the course were analyzed through open coding and categorization. As a result, most preservice teachers expressed positive opinions about the activities and experiences at each stage of the implementation of the teacher education model. Perceptions related to the usage of the VR/AR content changed in three aspects: first, the vague positive perception of the VR/AR content has changed to a positive perception based on specific educational affordance. Second, they recognized the need for preparedness by anticipating potential problems associated with the use of the VR/AR content. Third, they came to view the VR/AR contents as a useful instructional resource that the teachers could use. Based on these results, we discussed the implications for the VR/AR-TPACK teacher education model and assessed the limitations of the research.
This paper describes an electronic performance support system called HELPS(Handler Electronic Learning Performence Support) for semiconductor testing e equipment. The purpose of this system is to improve productivity of operators by providing just-in-time, on-the-job, mutimedia-based system information for operational support, training, and knowledge-based trouble shooting and repair. HELPS is composed of a operation module and a trouble shooting module. The operation module uses multimedia and hypermedia to provide the detailed and easily accessible information about equipment to users. Multimedia incorporate multiple. media forms including still and video images. animations 'texts' graphics. and audio. Hypermedia a are provided through a hierarchical information structure which offers not only specific information which is needed to perform a task to experienced operators. but detailed system guidance and information to novice operators. The trouble shooting module is composed of an integrated mutimedia-supported expert system which assists operators in trouble shooting and equipment repair. After diagnosis through the use of the expert system. multimedia advice is presented to the user in either still images with text or motion sequences with sound HELPS is evaluated in term of training time and trouble shooting and repair time. It improved productivity by saving more than 30% of the total time used without the system. This s system has the potential to improve productivity when it is used with ICAIOntellignet Computer Aided Instruction) and virtual reality.

The speedy development of the world-wide web is rapidly growing the internet-based tools for the remote instruction. In interchanging and expressing the information of one another on the web, it is produced through the form of HTML(Hyoertext Text Markup Language). However, the structural disadvantage of the HTML is becoming to require a powerful XML(eXtensible Markup Language) which can store all the sphere of data, and transform them into another form. Nevertheless, because the powerful XML(eXtensible Markup Language). However necessary that XML standard should be applied appropriately. Because existing lecture data of cyber education sites cannot be shared, the users should passively use only the functions offered by cyber school. To solve the problem of this limit, in this study, the standardized data structure for XML is defined, and system model for processing between the server and the client is provided. By storing the lecture data of cyber education sites as XML on the web, stored data came to be reused without changing on any site. In the view of Users, they could used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of CK\LMS(Cyber Lecture Management System) for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of CLMS. Therefore, by strong and extracting the data related with the virtual education of the secondary school through the form of XML, for the effective interchange and sharing of the information, maximum utilization of the information can be achieved.
Java specification states that all accesses to an object must be checked at runtime if object refers to null. Since Java is an object-oriented language, object accesses are frequent enough to make null pointer checks affect the performance significantly. In order to reduce the performance degradation, there have been attempts to remove redundant null pointer checks. For example, in a Java environment where a just-in-time (JIT) compiler is used, the JIT compiler removes redundant null pointer check code via code analysis. This paper proposes a technique to remove additional null pointer check code that could not be removed by previous JIT compilation techniques, via early null pointer check using an architectural feature called predication. Generally, null point check code consists of two instructions: a compare and a branch. Our idea is moving the compare instruction that is usually located just before an use of an object, to the point right after the object is defined so that the total number of compare instructions is reduced. This results in reduction of dynamic and static compare instructions by 3.21$\%$ and 1.98$\%$. respectively, in SPECjvm98 bechmarks, compared to the code that has already been optimized by previous null pointer check elimination techniques. Its performance impact on an Itanium machine is an improvement of 0.32$\%$.

The purpose of this study was to identify home economics (HE) teachers' concerns about and perceptions of HE education using the latest technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution and to reveal whether they differ according to teachers' general background variables. The questionnaire survey method to measure HE teachers' concerns and perceptions of HE education using the latest technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution was conducted online using the Google Questionnaire from which 150 responses were received. The main results were as follows. Firstly, HE teachers scored an average of 3.46 out of 5 for the latest technology. Among these interests in the latest technology, interest in "augmented reality and virtual reality technologies" scored the highest at an average of 3.80, while interest in "neural network machine learning" (2.78) was low. HE teacher's concerns about HE education using the latest technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution were high, with an average score of 4.40. Among these concerns for the latest technology, "concern about the results of HE education using the latest technology" scored the highest at 4.53. HE teachers' anxiety about the latest teaching technology in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution was moderate, averaging 3.05. The highest form of anxiety was "anxiety about the impact on the job" (4.03) and the lowest was fear of "the disappearance of the teacher's job" (2.50). HE teachers' innovation resistance to the latest teaching technology was low at 2.18. Expectations of the latest technology in HE classes in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution averaged 3.85, slightly higher than the middle of 3.
