  • We proposed and stratified a selection standard model on Open Source Functional Board which could be found in Web. So we could grasp the weight about Performance Evaluation from the viewpoints of planners, developers, and web disigner professional of views. We suggested applying diverse measurement types in case of item which could chart Evaluation Standards on chosen sample boards. In case of item which couldn't do that, we compared and analyzed it by using selective type of 9 point scaling method on professionalists in every sample board. As a result of weight on upper estimate section of evaluation model chart, the order of importance was convenience(0.334), performance(0.333), function(0.240) and design(0.093) respectively. It indicates that there is more weight on performance and convenience which are hard to be structurally modified than designs and functions that are directly shown to the users. Also, it was evident that opposite results came out when using 9-point scale survey and measurement with objective data such as function and performance. The reason is because the surveyed subject can have his or her own subjectivity and bias unlike objective data. However, objectivity of the administrator is also an important factor thus both two perspectives have to be all considered when selecting the bulletin board.

  • Economic progress has changed views of people in interpreting welfare and this affects the level of household consumption expenditure. An analysis of this issue is important to do so that the community may encourage the utilization and distribution of community welfare to be wiser and balanced in order to achieve the properness and appropriateness of welfare programs management with the development goals. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the impact of personal income, experience on lifestyle, and its distribution to household consumption of Makassar City Industrial workers. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was used as data analysis. Result: This study indicated income has a positive and significant effect on lifestyle, while experience has no significant effect on lifestyle, and family member has a positive and significant effect on lifestyle. This study also indicated that lifestyle has a significant effect on Household Consumption. Conclusion: Consumption patterns are influenced by many factors, so people need to be wise in regulating consumption patterns and managing the distribution of their economic resources in order to achieve balance of economic in family.

  • An online social network is a platform that is continuously expanding, which enables groups of people to share their views and communicate with one another using the Internet. The social relations among members of the public are significantly improved because of this gesture. Despite these advantages and opportunities, criminals are continuing to broaden their attempts to exploit people by making use of techniques and approaches designed to undermine and exploit their victims for criminal activities. The field of digital forensics, on the other hand, has made significant progress in reducing the impact of this risk. Even though most of these digital forensic investigation techniques are carried out manually, most of these methods are not usually appropriate for use with online social networks due to their complexity, growth in data volumes, and technical issues that are present in these environments. In both civil and criminal cases, including sexual harassment, intellectual property theft, cyberstalking, online terrorism, and cyberbullying, forensic investigations on social media platforms have become more crucial. This study explores the use of machine learning techniques for addressing criminal incidents on social media platforms, particularly during forensic investigations. In addition, it outlines some of the difficulties encountered by forensic investigators while investigating crimes on social networking sites.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this paper was to examine the views of nursing homes for the elderly in Korea and Japan. Research design, data, and Methodology - This study aims to review the past researches on the social welfare and nursing homes for the elderly in Korea and Japan. A comprehensive view is offered with comparisons on the differences between the two countries regarding the dramatic increase of the elderly population. Results - It could be seen that with the significant increase of the elderly populations, it is getting more difficult for families to take care of their elders. Thus, nursing homes offer an alternative to busy family members in the current times. Improvements are much needed in the nursing homes for the health of the elderly. Conclusions - In order to offer better quality of life for the elderly in the nursing homes, more measures need to be taken to engage the elderly into activities. The depression that can be experienced when the elderly move to the nursing homes might be alleviated with new social circles and activities in the nursing homes, as well as human interactions with the staff.

  • The CRISPR-Cas system has emerged as a fascinating and important genome editing tool. It is now widely used in biology, biotechnology, and biomedical research in both academic and industrial settings. To improve the specificity and efficiency of Cas nucleases and to extend the applications of these systems for other areas of research, an understanding of their precise working mechanisms is crucial. In this review, we summarize current studies on the molecular structures and dynamic functions of type I and type II Cas nucleases, with a focus on target DNA searching and cleavage processes as revealed by single-molecule observations.

  • Functional neurology is a function-oriented clinical neurology with a focus on the viability, functionality, and balance of the neurologic system, which may be considered as a form of yin-yang balance medicine like Korean medicine. While it incorporates knowledge systems such as developmental neurology, neuropsychology, comparative neuroanatomy, and others, it views the neurologic system and the body as an individually different, self-regulating mechanism with the help of the active balancing mechanism within the nervous system and between the individual and the environment, which view is at the core of its effort to improve and serve the human dignity based on the best possible functioning nervous system. This article reviews core concepts of the functional neurology, discusses yin-yang balance medicine perspectives and clinical applications of it.

  • Along with the expansion of industrial activities, the quantity of industrial waste sludge is increasing, and the treatment/disposal of wastes is a social problem regarding the preservation of the environment. In particular, recycling the sludge as a raw material is actively required considering the situation of Korea, which is poor in natural resources and energy. Lime is a necessity for treatment of waste sludge, which often can be made recyclable by lime treatment. In this thesis, a brief description has been given of my views on the ordinary treatment of waste sludge and the effective use of inorganic industrial waste sludge focusing on lime.

  • As there comes out better and better solutions for delivering multimedia data on the internet, the number of WebCAM sites which transmits pictures of any spot to the user's system is getting increased. WebCAM service over the internet can be compared with the CATV in that it is beyond the spatial constraints. In this project, we construct a WebCAM site Which performs not only the fundamental WebCAM functions of capturing images and of transmitting them periodically but also various kinds of modules carrying out tasks such as image processing, remote control of the camera, processing multiple user requests, making panorama views and so on using Java which is the most popular language for the internet or CGI. The past images are stored in a database implemented for the WebCAM system, so the system can be extended to get over the constraints in time also.

  • A lot of valuable-piece of information are acquisited through ubiquitous sensor network(USN) system composed of man-made sensors. The telemetry system used for communicating to access informations between nature and human-beings monitors and estimates the status of infrastructure, utilities and natural environments to prevent hidden disasters, improving quality of life and productivity in multi-directional views. That would be the reason of USN subsistence. This paper will be a review on how to build long-term USN system. Therefore, this paper focuses on reviewing the sensor interface and the sensor network interface and its significance as the foundation stone for varying USN service profiles and showing its development example, and finally proposing a few of things to set up future-oriented USN open system.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore college women's views of women for forming an upright sex role identity and sex values. Method: The data were collected through in-depth interviews of 10 college women on Jeju Island from February 2002 to March 2002. The interviews were conducted by the writer of this thesis. Each interview lasted for about 45 minutes. The data were analyzed by the Giorgi method. Result: Five main meanings were identified: 1) unfairness 2) majesty 3) mothering 4) womenishness 5) backward in capacity. In other words, women's roles are to look after their family and to take care of household affairs. Women should be beautiful and have womenish traits. Women are less intelligent than men. Women are dependent on men though they suffer from unfairness. This study presents an evidence that the traditional sex-role attitudes still prevail. Conclusion: In order to form an upright sex role identity and sex values, institutional programs in the society and individual efforts are needed.
