STEAM 교육의 한계와 개선방향 -STEAM 교육 전문성을 가진 교사의 견해를 바탕으로- (Limits of STEAM Education and its Improvement Alternative : Based on the Viewpoints of STEAM Expert Teachers)

  • 2011년부터 시도된 STEAM 교육은 여전히 자생적 확산은 어려운 상태이다. STEAM 교육의 확산이 자율적으로 일어나지 않는데는 STEAM 교육의 정체성 부족과 이로 인한 교사들의 혼란, 정책의 변화로 인한 현실과의 괴리가 있기 때문이다. 따라서 교사들의 경험적 지식을 활용한 현장 적용에 관련된 연구에서 벗어나 주로 전문연구자들에 의해 이루어졌던 STEAM 교육에 대한 본질을 교육 실행의 주체인 교사의 눈에서 바라보고 한계와 방향성을 모색할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정책 경험과 현장 적용 경험이 모두 풍부한 8인의 초중고 교사로부터 STEAM 교육의 목적, 정의, 준거틀, 변화 등에 대한 설문 및 면담을 실시하였으며, 유형적 분석법을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 STEAM 교육의 목적은 정책적인 목적보다는 교사 개인의 경험에 치중되어 있었으며, 이는 STEAM 교사의 실행 당위성을 감소시키므로, STEAM 교육의 목적을 교사가 직접 경험할 수 있는 융합적 사고력과 문제해결력에 대한 평가 방안이 제시되어야 한다. STEAM 교육의 정의에 사용된 '과학기술 기반' 과 '분야' 대한 단어의 수준 정립은 STEAM 교육의 목표가 명확해지고 꾸준하게 실행될 때 이루어질 수 있다. '과학기술 기반' 이라는 용어를 사용함으로써 교육과정을 넘어 융합 교육을 좀 더 수월하게 할 수 있도록 하였으며, '분야' 또는 '요소' 라는 용어는 정해진 기준 대신 학생들이 하는 활동의 맥락과 수준을 고려하여 상황에 맞게 변할 수 있다. 교수학습 준거틀은 STEAM 교육이 일관성을 유지시키는 가이드라인일 수 있으나 접근을 어렵게 하는 걸림돌이 될 수도 있으므로 좀 더 넓은 의미를 허용할 필요가 있다. 상황제시의 경우 학생의 흥미와 수업의 안내를 강조하고, 실생활 연계의 의미를 학생 수준에서 확대할 필요가 있으며, 창의적 설계는 산출물을 강조하는데서 벗어나 그 과정에 방점을 맞출 수 있도록 해야 하고, 감성적 체험은 현장의 적용 사례를 분석하여 의미와 정의를 수정할 필요가 있다. STEAM 교육이 교육과정에 포함되면서 확대되고는 있으나 여전히 초등에 머물고 있어 중등 교육과정의 편입이 무엇보다 중요하며 시도별 연수의 질 관리, 꾸준한 예산과 제도적 지원이 뒷받침되어야 STEAM 교육에 대한 확신이 높아지고 실행이 활성화될 것이다. 또한 이제까지 지속되는 수많은 STEAM 정책들의 피드백 과정이 보완되어야 수요자 중심의 STEAM 교육이 자리잡을 수 있을 것이다.

  • After liberation from Japanese colonial rule in 1945, there was the three-year period of United States Army Military Government in Korea. In 1948, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Republic of Korea were established in the north and south of the Korean Peninsula. The Republic of Korea is now a modern state set in the southern part of the Korean. We usually refer to Koreans as people who belong to the Republic of Korea. Can we say that is true exactly? Why make of this an obsolete question? The period from 1945 when Korea was emancipated from Japanese colonial rule to 1948 when the Republic of Korea was established has not been a focus of modern Korean history. This three years remains empty in Korean history and makes the concept of 'Korean' we usually consider ambiguous, and prompts careful attention to the silence of 'some Koreans' forced to live against their will in the blurred boundaries between nation and people. This dissertation regards 'Koreans' who came to live in the border of nations, especially 'Korean-Japanese third generation women artists'who are marginalized both Japan and Korea. It questions the category of 'Korean women's art' that has so far been considered, based on the concept of territory, and presents a new perspective for viewing 'Korean women's art'. Almost no study on Korean-Japanese women's art has been conducted, based on research on Korean diaspora, and no systematic historical records exist. Even data-collection is limited due to the political situation of South and North in confrontation. Representation of the Mother Country on the Artworks by First and Second-Generation Korean-Japanese(Zainich) Women Artists after Liberation since 1945 was published in 2011 is the only dissertation in which Korean-Japanese women artists, and early artistic activities. That research is based on press releases and interviews obtained through Japan. This thesis concentrates on the world of Korean-Japanese third generation women artists such as Kim Jung-sook, Kim Ae-soon, and Han Sung-nam, permanent residents in Japan who still have Korean nationality. The three Korean-Japanese third generation women artists whose art world is reviewed in this thesis would like to reveal their voices as minorities in Japan and Korea, resisting power and the universal concepts of nation, people and identity. Questioning the general notions of 'Korean women' and 'Korean women's art'considered within the Korean Peninsula, they explore their identity as Korean women outside the Korean territory from a post-territorial perspective and have a new understanding of the minority's diversity and difference through their eyes as marginal women living outside the mainstream of Korean and Japanese society. This is associated with recent post-colonial critical viewpoints reconsidering myths of universalism and transcendental aesthetic measures. In the 1980s and 1990s art museums and galleries in New York tried a critical shift in aesthetic discourse on contemporary art history, analyzed how power relationships among such elements as gender, sexuality, race, nationalism. Ghost of Ethnicity: Rethinking Art Discourses of the 1940s and 1980s by Lisa Bloom is an obvious presentation about the post-colonial discourse. Lisa Bloom rethinks the diversity of race, ethnicity, sexuality, and gender each artist and critic has, she began a new discussion on artists who were anti-establishment artists alienated by mainstream society. As migration rapidly increased through globalism lead by the United States the aspects of diaspora experience emerges as critical issues in interpreting contemporary culture. As a new concept of art with hybrid cultural backgrounds exists, each artist's cultural identity and specificity should be viewed and interpreted in a sociopolitical context. A criticism started considering the distinct characteristics of each individual's historical experience and cultural identity, and paying attention to experience of the third world artist, especially women artists, confronting the power of modernist discourses from a perspective of the white male subject. Considering recent international contemporary art, the Korean-Japanese third generation women artists who clarify their cultural identity as minority living in the border between Korea and Japan may present a new direction for contemporary Korean art. Their art world derives from their diaspora experience on colonial trauma historically. Their works made us to see that it is also associated with postcolonial critical perspective in the recent contemporary art stream. And it reminds us of rethinking the diversity of the minority living outside mainstream society. Thus, this should be considered as one of the features in the context of Korean women's art.

도서관의 이용패턴과 서비스품질이 정보화성과지각 및 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Use Patterns and Service Quality on Performance and Use Satisfaction on Library Information System)

  • 전자정보기술의 발달로 인해 도서관 서비스제공은 정보화시스템에 대한 의존 비중이 커져가고 있다. 이러한 상황의 변화에 따라 본 연구는 이용자의 도서관 정보화에 대한 성과지각과 정보화를 통한 이용 만족은 전반적 만족에 중요한 선행요인이 될 것으로 추론하였다. 뿐만 아니라 기존 연구는 대체로 도서관의 서비스제공측면에서 이용자의 인식이나 만족을 조사하였으나 본 연구는 시각을 달리하여 이용자측면에서 단순 열람목적의 일반적 이용과, 전문정보구득 목적의 전문적 이용패턴이 정보화 성과지각에 어떻게 다르게 영향을 미치는지에 대해서 조사하였다. 또한 서비스품질차원이 정보화성과지각과 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 마지막으로 서비스품질차원이 정보화성과지각과 이용만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 첫째, 도서관 이용자의 열람 등 일반적 목적 이용이 정보화성과지각에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였으나 유의한 수준에 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 도서관 이용자의 특정 정보구득 등 전문적 목적의 이용이 정보화성과지각에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 일반적 서비스품질인 상호작용품질, 결과품질, 물리적환경품질 차원은 정보화성과지각에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 정보화이용만족에는 유의하지 않았다. 마지막으로, 도서관 이용자의 정보화성과지각과 정보화이용만족이 전반적인 만족을 선행하고 있음을 밝혔다. 이를 통해 도서관의 정보화시스템을 어떻게 이용자중심으로 체계화하여 발전시킬 것인지에 대해 심층적인 고찰이 필요함을 확인하였다.

입원환자의 투약체계와 방법의 개선을 위한 현장연구 (Field Study For The Improvement of Medication System and Method for Inpatients at General Hospital)

  • Medication is a kind of medical service and a therapeutic nursing function which takes large portion of nursing service and requires complicated procedures. So many different medical personnel should be involved and cooporate each other in order to accomplish medication. Medication is also a vital nursing service, So nurse feels heavy responsibi lity in that she gives medication to the patient finally, so she has much responsibility if medication error is happened. Therefore it seems very important to clarify the problem of medication system and method, and find the subculture of medication situation because it may promote nursing productivity. The study was conducted to 1. Describe and interpret medication situation. 2. Find out the problem of medication system and method and on alternatives. 3. Compare the medication system and method of hospitals which are located in Seoul with object hospital Ethnographic methodology was used to study medication situation by doing participant observation and interview of health care personnel. Ten nurses and three nurse aids were interviewed. Two residents and internists, two phamacists and two accountants were also interviewed. Data was obtained and analized according to Developmental Research Sequence introduced by Spradly. On the basis of this data the results were as follows. 1. The overall flow of medication system was devided into six stage : first, checking doctor's order : second writing doctor's order, : third, transfering slip into the related departments such as account department, pharmacy : fourth, distribution of medication from pharmacy to unit : fifth, identifing medication by nurses : and finally, medicating to the patient. Behaviorors have been under a lot of stress in that they have to do much works, especially paperworks, So too much time were needed. They also have been suffered interpersonal conflicts among health care personnel and role conflicts in the process of doing medication service. 2. In the process of checking order, the problem was that too much time was required for checking order and paperwork. The more the order changes the more the paperwork is. Nurses have been suffering difficulties in calling internist in order to get bill. Even if writing down slip for medication order is doctor's job, Sometimes nurse has been expected to write slip by doctors or nurse would write slip beacuse of two much complexities and efforts for calling doctors. If the slip were incorrect, much time complicated procedures were more required for correcting it. So delay of administering drug would be resulted consequently. Drugs were delivered from pharmacy to units by delivery agent and phamacist. But because drugs were delivered without arranging room number of patient. Nurse should rearrange drugs in order of the room number So it had made waste time and effort, and Even when emergency drugs were needed, Prompt delivery of drug was not easy because of many reasons. For nurses, it took too long in the identification of the right drug. Actually nurses have heavy burden when medication error happens because nurse is the final actor who gives medication to the patient, So every three shift nurse ought to check drugs as soon as every shift begins. That's why it took too much time due to repeated confirming procedure. When nurses had to go patient room in order to give medications, there were difficulties in watching patient until the patient take medicine correctly. So it was impossible to check every patient wheather he took medicine or not especially in hectic situation. 3. There were many hospitals in Seoul which have similar medication system and method as object hospital according to the results of questionaire. This means that many hospitals have been suffering srimilar problems which were identified in object hospital. 4. Recommendations for promoting simplification of medication system and method were the following : Redesigning of slip from two pieces of paper into one : early discharge announcement system, and slip confirming through computer and controlling of period of prescreption from one day to two or three days : designing personal drug storage box for each patient and using it. If nurses follow the recommendations, they will make medication short & simple, and also have enough time of direct nursing care 5. Even though there were many difficulties in medicating patients. Medication itself has been considered as a caring among nurses because it makes rapport between nurse and patient. So nurses had better accept medication as a portion of nusing service not a original portion of phamacist. There are some limits in this research in terms of confining to only one unit of one hospital, and treating it especially in view of nurses' aspects, So further researchs should be continnued from various kmds of viewpoints of doctors, phamacists and so on. ${\cdot\cdot\cdot}$. Especially esthnographic study of computerized medication system and method seems to be followed.

고려시대(高麗時代) 의학사관(醫學史觀) 질정(叱正)(1) - 고려초기(高麗初期) 의학(醫學)에 관한 김두종(金斗鍾)의 역사인식에 대한 비판 - (Berating on the Historical view in Korea dynasty's Medicine (1))

  • From the study on Doo-Jong Kims view of history about the early Korea$(Korea\;herewith\;stands\;for\;Korea\;dynasty\;A.D.918{\sim}1392)s$ Medicine, I came to a conclusion as follows. 1. Doo-Jong Kim is stressing on the fact that Early Koreas Medicine inherited from Shilla dynasty and seemingly expressing the pride of national medical science. But actually he distorted the Koreas independent growth with flunkeyism and insisted that Koreas medicine only took over Shilla dynastys which based on Chinese Tang dynastys medical science. As a result, Koreas medicine was blurred and evaluated as nothing but Tangs medicine. But, the reasons of Doo-Jong Kims viewpoints were not based on the fact, but on his speculation. 2. About the medical system, Doo-Jong Kim viewed that Korea copied Chinese Soo & Tangs medical system, But the fact is that Korea only borrowed a part of Chinese medical systems name, for examples, Tae-I-Gam, Sang-Yak-Kook, Sang-Sik-Kook, etc., and its actual functions were different and grew in Koreas own way, As a result, the titles or roles in the system were very different from those of Chinas. Especially, Korea saw much development in Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion that there was a specialist on Acupuncture, called I-Chim-Sa, and even had much influences on Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustions growth, exporting Hwang-Je-Ne-Kyong to Chinese Song dynasty. 3. About the education system of medicine, Doo-Jong Kim viewed that Koreas medicine was only a copy of Shilla dynastys which was based on Chinese Tang dynastys, taking the medical examination curriculum as an example. The fact is that Tangs medical curriculum was three, Bon-Cho, Kab-Ul, Maek-Kyong, Shilla had seven, Bon-Cho-Kyong, Kab-Ul-Kyong, So-Moon-Kyong, Chim-Kyong, Maek-Kyong, Myong-Dang-Kyong, Nan-Kyong, and Korea had ten, So-Moon-Kyong, Kab-Ul-Kyong, Bon-Cho-Kyong, Myong-Dang-Kyong, Maek-Kyong, Dae-Kyong-Chim-Kyong, Nan-Kyong, Ku-Kyong, Ryu-Yon-Ja-Bang, So-Kyong-Chang-Jeo-Ron. Simply considering this, it is so clear that Koreas medical curriculum was much more upgraded one than that of China. 4. About the examination system for civil service, Doo-Jong Kim expressed that Shilla dynasty did not have such system, and only expounded knowledge of Shilla medicine, In case of China, Tang danasty Hyang-Kong was only a qualification test for civil service, which the result was completely dependent on applicants social status, Song danasty examination system was composed of three steps of Hyang-Si, Sung-Si, Jeon-Si (See Note1), but it stuck to formality by having Jeon-Si of anti-fraudulence use. On the other hand, examination system for civil service in Korea dynasty started in 958 by an advice of Ssang-Ki, Chin-Si in 977 and K대-Ja-Si (See Note 1), a kind of Hyang-Si, in 1024., Three steps of examination system made employment for civil service strictly fair, Moreover, it was possible for offsprings of concubine to be an applicant. These easily explain that the examination system of Korea dynasty was more upgraded one than that of China, Tang & Song dynasty. Hyang-Si : Exam in local area Sung-Si : Exam in province for those who passed Hyang-Si Jeon-Si : Exam held with Koea Kings supervision for those who passed Hyang-Si Keo-Ja-Si : Selective exam in local area like Hyang-Si. From the reasons above, it is clear that Doo-Jong Kim was much biased by flunkeyism through Japanese colonialisam and expressed his view on Korea Medical History based on such theory of heteronomy and stasis. Moreover, without rigid historical evidence on records, he distored the fact by translating incorrectly on his purpose. Therefore, Doo-Jong Kims Korean Medical History must be reevaluated through rigid historical research and his mistranslation should be corrected.

조선 후기 장생도(長生圖)의 구성원리와 조형적 특성 (A Study on the Visual Characteristics and The Principal of Formation of ChangSayng-Do in the Late Chosun Dynasty)

  • ChangSayng-Do in the late Chosun dynasty was a kind of traditional painting which sublimated the philosophy and emotion of everyday life into an aesthetic consciousness through a long history of Korean people . It would represent a human wish and desire to live a long and healthy life, which was implicated by way of Taoism. The major themes of ChangSayng-Do - mountains, the sun, cloud, water, rock, deer, tortoises, cranes, pine trees, bamboos, peaches, and herbs of eternal youth - were all symbols used. to wish for a long-life and immortality in real world. All or some of these items were represented in paintings, which resulted in the various kinds of ChangSayng-Do. The main concern of this thesis will be centered around the naturalistic subjects shown in ChangSayng-Do. This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes the purpose of and need for the research, and its method and scope. The second chapter deals with the origin and style of ChangSayng-Do, and the background of its formation. It is found out that the formative characteristic of ChangSayng-Do lies in the archetype, the unity of man and nature following the traditional view of nature. It is also found out that ChangSayng-Do implied the notions of Supernatural Being, Yin-Yang and Five Elements, Taoism, and Confucianism as well as Korean shamanism. Third chapter is largely about an analytic investigation into symbolic visualization of ChangSayng-Do. Firstly, the subject matters shown in ChangSayng-Do consist of items of wishful omen for long-life and good luck, and any motif in a picture implies a symbolism of eternal youth and long-life. Secondly, the view of colors shown in ChangSayng-Do is closely connected to Five Elements and Five Direction, a traditional oriental philosophy of universe, and these symbolic colors are based on shamanism and Yin/Yang-Five Elements. According to an iconological analysis, it is confirmed that these viewpoints are consistent with formative principles and expressive methods of ChangSayng-Do to some extent. The fourth chapter is one of the most important elements for visualization of ChangSayng-Do. The symbolic meaning of long life and good luck is the major source of its popularity inside the palace as well as among the people in general. The fact that ChangSayng-Do was used to ornament the palace was documented in $\lceil$UiGuey(documents about Chosun dynasty$\rfloor$. Also during the late period of Chosun dynasty, the appreciators of arts had begun to spread from high level class to lower level class, and many pictures represented in $\lceil$Hanyang-Ga$\rfloor$ were the ones produced and circulated for those increased consumers. As for the folk-artistic characteristics, the anonymity and arbitrary naturalness of ChangSayng-Do demonstrates that the folk-artistic elements were fully soaked into the life styles of people in general. ChangSayng-Do further shows that a human being is located in the center of the universe, and that all the natural phenomena and ecology are observed to happen around human beings, and that the results of those happenings are connected to man's course of life. It is discovered that the subject matters of ChangSayng-Do in the late Chosun dynasty imply another idea inside metaphors and symbols. With regard to the arrangement of time and space, the unity or oneness of oneself with the world is more highly regarded than one's individual subjectivity: there exist multiple times and spaces in a single picture This reveals a wholistic view of oneness which does not permit the division between phenomenon and substance. To conclude, this thesis inquired into ChangSayng-Do in the late Chosun dynasty focusing on the expression of archetype-symbols. And through the analysis and demonstration, this thesis re-established constructional principles and formative characteristics of ChangSayng-Do and then settled a new phase of ChangSayng-Do, with a deep under-standing of fundamental thoughts of Korean people underlying ChangSayng-Do.

한국수출산업을 위한 산업디자인 개선에 관한 연구 -시각.공예.제품디자인을 중심으로-

  • The Design Society of Korea. It is our urgent task that we should map out our detailed guiedlines for the improvement of export-oriented industries and of the design of export goods in preparation for our export goal of $30 billion in the upcoming 1980s. The government, university design researchers, and most entrepreneurs have confronted diverse kinds of racking issues: how much do most export industries take advantage of the indus-trial design for the improvement of the quality of export goods\ulcorner, structural defects of most export industries, chronic and vicious cycle of overlooking the value of the industrial design in the process of manufacturing export goods and etc. In other words, the recent trend of slighting the industrial design is to speed up the sales of only unsophisticated goods on the international markets. Although Koreans have been plagued by scantiness of natural resources under these circumstances, most Korean people have showed off their strong will for today's growth. Furthermore, most exporters should do their best to sweep overseas markets by manufacturing sophisticated goods outranking those commodi-ties made by the United States, Japan, West Germany and the other developed countries. In this respect, we have to make our best efforts for the expensive application and practical use of the industrial design, one of the comprehensive sciences, in the face of the hard realities and conditions which we have confronted until now. For example, it can be attributed to the practical application of the industrial design that the neighboring Japan, West Germany, France, the United Kingdom in Europe, and the United States in North America have formulated a highly advan-ced cultural zone and braced up for their own trade protection-ism and tightened their embargoes on EEC goods. Unless any export goods take the best advantage of the industrial design, one of the behavioral sciences capable of satisfying the material mental needs of modern men and of promoting cultural growth, I am convinced that they will not infiltrate into any countries that have enjoyed their own highly cultural lives. It is absolutely important that most Korean universities, state-run, private corporations and research institutes should work out the improvement strategy for the development and practical use of the industrial design as will as the revision of the present curricula of the departments of design. However, most design researchers have come to grips with several difficult problems such as the correlation of export oriented industries and the industrial design and the development of the design of export goods. The improvement of the industrial design is our urgent assignment that we have to solve in the 1980s. Accordimgly, I cannot too much emphasize the value the recognition of the industrial design in our industrial communities because we have never witnessed the prosperity of those countries which have taken little notice of the importance of the industrial design. Hopefully, most entrepreneurs will take much consideration of the value of the industrial design and then can defeat their rival businessmen on the international markets by exporting goods of highly sophisticated design. In this respect, the main purpose of the research paper which this society presented is to underline the fact that the improvement and development of the industrial design is our common assignment to be studied from the viewpoints of national dimension as well as in conformity with our immediate goal for the export-oriented prosperity of state. In conclusion, I would like to highlight the fact that our export goods shall be continually developed in pace with the correlative improvement of the indudtrial design so as to pave the way for their bright prospect and to enhance their best impression of the first-class goods on the international markets.

  • 용도서와 귀문원은 홍만선이 저술한 "산림경제" "복거(卜居)" 편에 실려 있다. 이 글은 하도(河圖)와 낙서(洛書)의 원리를 적용한 독특한 정원 구상안으로, 실제 조영된 바 없는 상상 속의 정원이다. 여기에는 두 정원의 모습이 구체적으로 묘사되어 있으나, 상수학에 대한 이해가 없이는 여기에 내재된 의미를 파악할 수 없다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이 기록을 고찰함으로써 정원도해에 담긴 의미와 조경사적 의의를 밝히는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 이 글의 배경이 되는 저작 및 편찬자, 상수학의 개요를 살펴보았다. 또 하도와 낙서에 담긴 생수(生數)와 성수(成數), 음양, 사상, 팔괘도 등의 원리를 고찰하였다. 이러한 연구 과정을 거친 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 하도와 낙서는 우주변화의 원리 등 상수철학의 기본 명제들을 포괄적으로 추상화한 개념적 정의(conceptual definition)라 할 수 있는데, 용도서와 귀문원은 이를 정원구성 원리로 적용하여 거기에 담긴 의미를 구체적으로 경험하고, 반복 가능한 방식으로 설명할 수 있도록 한 조작적 정의(operational definition)라 할 수 있다. 이러한 시도는 중국에서도 전례가 없는 독특한 사례이다. 둘째, 하도와 낙서에 내재된 의미에 대한 조작적 정의를 구체화하기 위한 수단으로서 정원이라는 생활공간이 선정되었고, 하도와 낙서의 방위개념과 위치와 수 등을 재현하는 소품으로 태극정과 십자각, 돈대, 우물, 연못 등과 함께 각종 수목이 사용되었다. 셋째, 용도서와 귀문원은 각기 하도와 낙서가 표상하고 있는 선천과 후천, 체와 용의 관계를 주 모티브로 하고있다. 즉, 용도서는 하도가 표방하는 우주생성의 원리, 정적이며 조화, 질서, 상생의 모습을 상징하기 위하여 '십장청'이라는 상록수만을 식재하도록 구상하였다. 귀문원에는 낙서가 표방하는 후천의 변화 즉, 동적이며 부조화 무질서, 상극, 변화를 표현하기 위해 화목과 과목을 자유롭게 식재하도록 하였다. 이러한 식재효과를 통해 구현하고자한 두 정원의 시각적 이미지(image)의 차별성은 용도서에는 '청상함', 귀문원은 '화려함'으로 함축된다. 하도와 낙서가 바탕이 된 상수학은 고대 이래로 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 다양한 학파와 여러 학자의 지혜가 축적된 동양의 독특한 사고 체계이다. 따라서 그 개념과 이론이 심오하고 방대하며 해석의 관점도 다양하다. 이러한 맥락에서 동양철학의 제반 개념들에 대해 보다 심층적이고 다양한 관점에서 고찰하지 못한 점은 본 연구의 한계이다. 추후 연구과제는 전통정원에 내재된 상수학 등 동양사상에 대한 보다 실증적인 연구가 필요할 것이다.

융합시대 미디어산업의 공익성과 소유규제 국내 종합일간지와 방송의 교차소유 문제를 중심으로 (Public Interest and Ownership Regulations in the Media Industry in the Era of Convergence Focused on Domestic Daily Newspapers' Ownership of Broadcasting Station)

  • 미디어산업의 규제는 미디어 개별 콘텐츠에 대한 내용규제와 특정 분야의 진입 퇴출에 관한 소유규제로 나눌 수 있다. 본고에서 살펴보고자 하는 소유규제는 여론독과점의 방지와 다양성의 확보를 위한 핵심적인 법적 정책적 수단이다. 세계 각국은 자국의 특수한 미디어 환경을 기반으로 한 규제모델을 가지고 있으며, 한국 또한 환경변화에 조응할 수 있는 정책으로 미디어산업의 활성화와 수용자의 권익을 보호할 수 있는 최대공약수를 도출해야 할 정책적 과제를 안고 있다. 특히 공익성이 여타 어느 산업분야보다 중시되는 현실에서 미디어산업의 규제정책은 공익성에 대한 확고한 정책적 의지가 필요한데, 이를 실현시킬 소유규제 정책의 핵심적 요소가 이종매체 소유에 관한 것이다. 방통융합의 본격화로 미디어 산업의 지형이 변화하는 가운데 주요한 이슈가 되고 있는 이종매체 소유규제는 사업자별 이해관계와 미디어산업에 대한 관점에 따라서 사업자 및 시민단체, 정책당국의 갈등요인이 내재되어 있다. 이러한 상황에서 이종매체 소유규제의 근거논리인 '공익' 개념의 재정립 문제, 소유의 집중과 다양성의 문제에 대한 재개념화 필요성을 모색했다. 신문방송 겸영으로 대표되는 국내 미디어산업의 이종매체 교차소유 문제를 변화하는 산업지형에 비춰 재검토 함에 있어 국내 신문기업이 처한 현실적 조건을 위주로 살펴보았다. 또한, 미디어 융합시대에 촉발된 정책적 딜레마 상황을 이종매체 소유규제를 중심으로 논의한 후 효율적 갈등관리의 필요성을 제기하였다. 끝으로 미디어정책 기관의 독립성과 신뢰회복, 규제모델의 합리화, 이종매체 소유규제 이슈에 대한 각론적 접근, 매체균형발전을 위한 지원정책의 내실화라는 정책적 제언을 제시했다. 거대 미디어그룹의 여론과 산업에 대한 독과점 방지 정책이나 이종매체 소유규제는 해외 각국에서도 정책적 과제로 남아있음도 살펴보았다. 이종매체의 겸영 이슈를 포함한 미디어산업에서의 딜레마 상황과 이에 대한 이해관계의 조정은 매체환경의 급속한 변화에 부응한 '공익성과 산업성의 조화'라는 바탕 위에서 조속히 마련되어야 할 정책적 과제라 하겠다. 한국에서도 매체환경 변화에 부응하는 소유규제의 완화는 고려할 수 있으나, 신문과 방송 겸영을 포함한 이종매체 겸영은 신중한 접근이 필요하다. 이종매체 교차소유 완화는 여론독과점의 우려를 불식시킬 정도의 풍부한 저널리즘적 토양이 전제가 되어야 함을 역설적으로 확인할 수 있다.

예술 고등학생들의 명시적 과학의 본성 수업을 통한 개념 변화의 특성 (The Characteristics of Perceptual Change of High School of the Arts Students through Explicit Instructions on the Nature of Science)

  • 이 연구에서는 예술 고등학생들을 대상으로 명시적으로 과학의 본성 수업을 실시한 후 수업 이전과 비교하여 개념이 변화된 과학의 본성 요소를 찾아 변화 유형별로 고찰하였다. 학생들에게 어떤 과학의 본성 요소가 변화했는지를 알아보기 위해 과학의 본성 검사(VNOS-C)를 실시한 결과 실험탐구 집단은 '과학적 방법의 다양성' 및 '과학지식의 잠정성'의 요소가, 과학사 집단은 '과학지식의 잠정성' 및 '과학의 사회문화적 내재성'의 요소가 유의미한 개념 변화를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 명시적 수업의 구체적 내용과 관련된 변화이며, 각각의 수업 전략이 강조하는 점이 과학의 본성 요소에 영향을 끼친 것이다. 과학의 본성 요소의 개념 변화를 가져온 구체적 원인을 밝히기 위해 10명의 초점학생들을 선별하여 면담을 진행하였고, 과학의 본성 요소에 긍정적 또는 부정적으로 작용하는 원인과 그에 따른 영향을 총체적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 학생들은 명시적 수업의 효과로 현대의 과학 철학적 관점으로의 통합적이고 심층적인 개념 변화가 있었으나, 분석 결과 학생들은 '과학적 방법의 다양성'의 요소에 대해 부분적으로 '이론과 법칙의 차이'의 요소에 대해 피상적으로, '과학의 사회문화적 내재성' 역시 불완전하게 이해하고 있다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 또한 '창의적 상상력의 특징'의 요소에 대해서 학생들 자신이 인식하고 있는 창의성의 정의에 따라 창의성이 관여하는 탐구 단계를 다르게 인식하고 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 예술 고등학생들에게 실험탐구와 과학사 전략을 적절히 사용함으로 각기 다른 과학의 본성 요소를 현대의 과학 철학적 관점으로 양적 질적 측면에서 변화시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 명시적 과학의 본성 수업을 통하여 예술 고등학생들이 구성주의적인 과학의 본성에 대한 개념 변화를 경험하고 있으며, 이 과정에 학생들의 개념생태와 수업전략이 관여함을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 실제 학교 현장에서도 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 과학의 본성 수업에 대한 과학 교육 과정을 수립하는 데 있어 중요한 시사점을 줄 수 있다고 하겠다.
