Currently, there are little evaluated model for each industry and systematic analysis for each item about current business web sites. And the approach way to improve it all depends on individual. This research is about two different points of view on I-Evaluation development as an approach method to provide analysis, evaluation, and guideline on business web sites. The one is about developing a working step and a site evaluation model that are necessary to improve the quality of site. The other is about a framework development to apply a feedback on site most rapidly and site optimization. The former is from the methodological point of view for I-Evaluation, and the latter is from the point of view for I-Evaluation Framework. In terms of methodology, developing site evaluation model and defining a working step belong to it. Site evaluation model means customizing each customers web site, using each evaluated scoring model which can be a standard for each industry to analyze a similar business web site. Defining a working step means defining input and output parameters for composed elements, working processes, and results analysis on an evaluated model. And also it includes building a working environments to automatic steps mentioned the above by clarifying them.

The view point of the library is treated as a first subject. This study is scheduled to construct, as a experimental study, the system of the Library Science. The study of this fields is called upon greatly because the trial to understand library as a socio-cultural phenomenon did not study as many times. As a result of the study, library is defined as ${\ulcorner}Structural Formation of Inquirying Behavior{\lrcorner}$. Not only technique and actual proof are possible in this study but also this definition is technical definition to indicate the main phenomenon of Librarial Behavior. This schedule represent the trial to define Library Behavior which could anticipate and fabricate when we analyze this definition First, we can find out, first of all, the researching behavior among the human behaviors and then human behavior has the condition of practice. At last, researching behavior can not have any result when it is a natural situation, it has only the meaning when it is guided by an obvious intention. The object of the library is just this human behavior. Second, Formation permits the guidance and self-control at the same-times. The answer about what we find out and practice make it possible the act of guidance. This guidance can't burden any subject but permit the people to result his own researching behaviors. He can save his activities, his own researching behaviors by the result of it. Third, The statematical means efficient performances, and them efficient performances is impossible, here is 'discoveries' of behavior itself. The system of the library is the formation of the relation between the accumulated civilizations and accumulated civilizations. As the definitions of the above mentions, library has the big abilities to the creation and succession of the civilization. As the contemporary view-points, there are some questions about the above described definition can meet it of the library. When we frame the science of library as the learning systems, we can't but the library as this definitions.

We report a case of pilomatrixoma presenting in the right cheek of a 6-year-old girl. In the panoramic view, a small, ovoid-shaped, and nonhomogenous calcified mass was superimposed on the right mandibular angle, The mass was located on the skin overlying the right mandibular ramus area in the skull P-A view. The tumor had a strongly reflective pattern with acoustic shadowing in sonographic view. We also illustrate how these lesions can be effectively diagnosed.

Human action recognition is an active research area in computer vision. In this paper, we present a robust method for human action recognition by using combined information of human body shape and motion information with multiple views image sequence. The principal component analysis is used to extract the shape feature of human body and multiple block motion of the human body is used to extract the motion features of human. This combined information with multiple view sequences enhances the recognition of human action. We represent each action using a set of hidden Markov model and we model each action by multiple views. This characterizes the human action recognition from arbitrary view information. Several daily actions of elderly persons are modeled and tested by using this approach and they are correctly classified, which indicate the robustness of our method.

In this monograph, we developed a Remote Courseware Management System so we can more easily cultivate a courseware with various multimedia applications through an easy interface with the internt. In the view of Developer of view, we could develop RCMS rapidly using the application of ASP.NET and have tried to adapt ourself to the future environment using it. ASP.NET provides much richer event programming model than ASP and event processor which are executed on Server. In the view of User, they can used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of courseware for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of web courseware.
