This study, targeting Korean tertiary hospitals and general hospitals, aims to analyze how value chain model in health and medical institution suggested by Duncan and else influences on hospital management. A survey was conducted to verify the actual proof analysis of this study model. 880 questionnaires were distributed to entire 88 hospitals and 739 copies were returned from 76 hospitals. This study mainly consists of three steps to analyze the effect value chain activity has on management performance of general hospitals. For the first step, we analyzed the effects service delivery activity has on management performance. For the second step, we analyzed the effects service support activity has on management performance and for the third, we analyzed the effects interaction between service delivery activity and service support activity has on management performance. The main results of this study are as follows. First, in terms of the management performance of scale, the factors which influenced on daily charge of outpatient were service activity before treatment, at the moment of treatment and value chain activity, while more important factors in daily charge of inpatient were organizational culture, organizational structure and value chain activity. In terms of management performance of quality, the factors which influenced on the first medical examination rate of outpatient were service activity before, at the moment of and after treatment, while activity at the moment of treatment, organizational structure, and value chain activity which is interaction were more important factors in average length of stay. In terms of non-financial performance, the management performance factors which influenced on job satisfaction were service activity at the moment of, after the treatment and value chain activity, while organizational culture, strategy resources and value chain activity which is interaction were more important factors in job commitment. Secondly, all the service support activity, service delivery activity and value chain activity had statistically significant effect on management performance. Among the three factors, service support activity had relatively high effect than others.

It has been verified in several studies that dynamic capabilities has a very important effect on the competitive advantage of technology startups. And the network has an important influence on this dynamic capability. This is even more important for start-ups that lack the resources and knowledge. Networks that directly and significantly affect dynamic capabilities have been studied mainly the value chain internal. However, network activities of start-ups are conducted not only with the value chain internal networks but also with the value chain external networks. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the value chain internal and external network activity of start-ups on the dynamic capabilities, but prior studies are lacked. In this study, We make a model that encompass the value chain internal and external network for technology startups, and a study was conducted to demonstrate the effect on dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage. As a result of the study, value chain internal network activity directly and significantly affected dynamic capabilities, and value chain external network activity did not directly significantly affect dynamic capacity. And dynamic capabilities had a significant effect on competitive advantage. As confirmed through additional research, value chain external network activity affects value chain internal network activity, and through this, dynamic capabilities are strengthened, and positively affect competitive advantage.. The intensity of value chain external network activity was not significant to dynamic capabilities and the diversity of value chain external network activity had a significant effect on the competitive advantage by double mediating the value chain internal network activity and dynamic capability. Through this study, it is confirmed that the value chain internal networks is important in order for startups to strengthen their dynamic capabilities and increase their competitive advantage, and that both strong and diversified the value chain internal networks positively affects competitive advantage by enhancing dynamic capabilities.

In this paper, a method to classify insider threat activity is introduced. The internal threats help detecting anomalous activity in the procedure performed by the user in an organization. When an anomalous value deviating from the overall behavior is displayed, we consider it as an inside threat for classification as an inside intimidator. To solve the situation, Markov Chain Model is employed. The Markov Chain Model shows the next state value through an arbitrary variable affected by the previous event. Similarly, the current activity can also be predicted based on the previous activity for the insider threat activity. A method was studied where the change items for such state are defined by a transition probability, and classified as detection of anomaly of the inside threat through values for a probability variable. We use the properties of the Markov chains to list the behavior of the user over time and to classify which state they belong to. Sequential data sets were generated according to the influence of n occurrences of Markov attribute and classified by machine learning algorithm. In the experiment, only 15% of the Cert: insider threat dataset was applied, and the result was 97% accuracy except for NaiveBayes. As a result of our research, it was confirmed that the Markov Chain Model can classify insider threats and can be fully utilized for user behavior classification.
Membranes prepared from Bacillus cereus KCTC 3674, grown aerobically on a complex medium, oxidized NADH exclusively, whereas deamino-NADH was little oxidized. The respiratory chain-linked NADH oxidase exhibited an apparent $K_m$ value of approximately $65\;{\mu}m$ for NADH. The maximum activity of the NADH oxidase was obtained at about pH 8.5 in the presence of 0.1 M KCl (or NaCl). Respiratory chain inhibitor 2-heptyl-4-hydroxyquinoline-N-oxide (HQNO) inhibited the activity of the NADH oxidase by about 90% at a concentration of $40\;{\mu}m$. Interestingly, rotenone and capsaicin inhibited the activity of the NADH oxidase by about 60% at a concentration of $40\;{\mu}m$ and the activity was also highly sensitive to $Ag^+$.
A mono-type glycerine fatty acid ester compound was chemically synthesized using medium-chain fatty acids with antibacterial activity, and the physicochemical quality and antibacterial activity of the synthesized glycerine medium-chain fatty acid ester compound were measured. At a reaction molar ratio of MCT(medium chain triglyceride) to glycerine of 1:2.5, 48.15% mono ester was produced. The physicochemical analysis of the synthesized glycerine fatty acid ester compound showed an acid content of 0.38~0.60%, which tended to increase slightly as the glycerine molar ratio increased. The saponification value decreased as the synthesized molar ratio of glycerine increased from 218 to 284. The number of bacteria was measured to confirm the degree of antibacterial activity of glycerine medium-chain fatty acid esters against food poisoning bacteria, Bacillus cereus and Salmonella typhi. The number of bacteria significantly decreased as the MCT:glycerine molar ratio increased. In particular, the antibacterial effect between the treatment groups was the highest when at an MCT:glycerine molar ratio of 1:2.5.

New product development has been a key element fur organizational evolution. The bulk of research about new product strategy has focused solely on new product development function itself. This paper investigates cross-functional elements in new product development. More specifically, we suggest that there must exist a fit between new product strategy and value chain strategy. It means that, in order to support new product development activity, there must exist a relevant value chain strategy. We consider three types of integration - internal integration, customer integration, and supplier integration - as strategic elements of value chain strategy. For the case of new product strategy, we consider market newness and product technology unfamiliarity as strategic elements. We also consider two types of learning characteristic, i.e., \\\"fast-adaptive learning\\\" and \\\"slow-adaptive leaning\\\" as control factor. Learning characteristic represents firms organizational capability related with organizational learning. For example, fur fast-adaptive learning case, the effect of integration appears early in time. System dynamics simulation is employed to verify our research framework. The results exhibit that there must exist cross-functional relationships between value chain strategy and new product strategy in order to shorten total development time.al development time.

This is a case study on "the Project for Production Facility and Technical Support of Processed Seed-Potato (2008-2010)" based on the Value Chain Analysis (VCA) used to create and plan International development cooperation projects. The project is the earliest model of Creating Shared Value (CSV) in the agricultural sector. For the case analysis, a framework was established to assess the effectiveness and impact of the CSV project based on the main factors of the VCA. As a result of the assessment, project participation by OSI was able to increase the overall utility by developing the Vietnamese potato processing industry and meeting consumer demand. Furthermore, it formed a business model to promote win-win cooperation and upgraded the value chain of the potato industry. In addition, it contributed to the improvement of incomes and the quality of life of farmers and communities by providing technical guidance and purchase of contracts, as well as labor division and cooperation with other activity supporters.

The value chain is analytically useful for the cultural industry that has the characteristics of both manufacture and service industry, as the focus of value chain analysis moves from manufacturing only to the other stages of activity involved in supplying goods and services to consumers. The aim of paper is to analyse the value chain of the cultural industry in Gyeongbuk, find out the strengths and weaknesses of it, and suggest the ways to enhance the innovation capabilities of cultural industry in Gyeongbuk. First, the firms in advertisement & marketing, and circulation & distribution have low percent in cultural industry and need the low level of human resource, but produce high value-added in value chain; so, we should facilitate the make-up of the firms in advertisement & marketing, and circulation & distribution. Second, we should strengthen inter-firm networks to facilitate the ex-change of the equipment, human resource, information and technology between them. Third, we should construct the system to development human resource with two levels and spread the open atmosphere of firms.
The distribution and Properties of branched chain amino acid aminotransferase (EC 2.6. 1.42) was investigated in adult Fasciola hepatica. Fascicla hepatica was fractionated by differential centrifugation into nuclear, mitochondrial and cytosolic fractions. The activity of branched chain amino acid aminotransferase was measured by the method of Ichihara and Koyama (1966) . Isozyme patterns of this enzyule was also examined by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The activity in homogenate was found to be 12.69 units/g wet tissue. The activity of this enzyme was relatively high compared with those in rat tissues. 2. The distribution of branched chain amino acid aminotransferase in the subcellular organelles showed that 87.8% of the activity was in cytosolic, 10.9% in mitochondrial and 1.3% was in nuclear fraction. 3. Cytosolic fraction of Fasciola hepatica contained Enzyme I, but not Enzyme II and III, of branched chain amino acid aminotransferase. Ensyme I was eluted by 50mM phosphate buffier from DEAE-cellulose column and catalyzed the transamination of all three branched chain amino acids. 4. The Enzyme I was purified about 22-folds increase in specific activity after chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. 5. The best substrate among three amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valise) was L-isoleucine. 6. The optimal temperature of Enzyme I was $45^{\circ}C$ and the optimal pH was 8.2. 7. The Km value for leucine of Enzyme I was 4.17 mM. 8. The Km values for a-ketoglutarate and pyridoxal phosphate of Enzyme I were 0.41mM and $4.76{\times}10^{-3}{\;}mM$, respectively.
