For the resistance of the closed intellectual property license from the Free Software Movement. It's free and also can adapt have been widely used. Software for the resistance of the closed intellectual property rights have been promoted by the free software movement. Implementation of the proposed changes in the license that anyone can freely use the software and adapt open source software is widely used. The product of open source software can reduce development time and cost. Many people who use it will improve, verification and developed. However, indiscriminate use of these advantages, as well as the risk of dispute is high. This study is analyzed open source software dispute cases for piracy protection and will show duly open source software available to users by user environment.

Web services are the new building block of today's Internet, and provides interoperability among heterogeneous distributed systems. Recently in web services environment, security has become one of the most critical issues. The hackers attack one of fragile point and can misuse legitimate user privilege because all of the connected devices provide services for the user control and monitoring in real time. Also, the users of web services must temporarily delegate some or all of their rights to agents in order to perform actions on their behalf. This fact risks the exposure of user privacy information. In this paper, we propose secure delegation model based on SAML that provides confidentiality and integrity about the user information in distributed systems. In order to support privacy protection, service confidentiality, and assertion integrity, encryption and a digital signature mechanism is deployed. We build web service management server based on XACML, in order to manage services and policies of web service providers.

As people are damaged increasingly by personal information leakage, awareness about user privacy infringement is increasing. However, the existing DRM system does not support the protection of user's personal information because it is not necessary for the protection of copyrights. This paper is suggesting a license administration protocol which is more powerful to protect personal information in DRM. To protect the exposure of users identifier, this protocol uses temporary ID and token to guarantee anonymity and it uses a session key by ECDH to cryptography and Public-Key Cryptosystem for a message so that it can protect the exposure of personal information and user's privacy.

In this paper, we propose a methodology to deal with the IOT system gradually as the use of effective systems such as electronic devices, healthcare, smart cars, smart home, remote meter reading and telemedicine closely related to our real life in the IOT system An IOT integrated account solution is needed as a way to address these needs as the demand grows for the need to identify and manage how users access and use the system for what period of time and at what point in time. We propose the communication algorithms for endpoint system, IOT system management rights policy, user information, and how to apply them to IOT system smart car and smart home on each object internet.

Although the social media plays leading role in the change the political, economic, social and cultural environment in all fields, it is not really understanded the overall management of social media in society. With understandings on the influence of social media, the purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of social media and to provide some suggestion to make use effectively of social media in society. To achieve th purpose of this study, the responsibility and the effort of government was examined. As a result, the Social Media Strategy Broad (tentative title 'Social Media Committee') suggests to protection of the users' rights and active support of the current utilization. This study is expected to show the meaningful implication of social media strategy and standard of the social media utilization in policy, education etc.

Home networks is a network composed of devices in home and is being expanded by evolving devices. Also, The number of digital contents in home network has been increasing steadily. But it is difficult to continually protect the rights of digital contents due to lack of interoperability among contents devices. Besides, a license has to be re-issued by DRM sever for contents transfer between devices. Thus, this paper proposes framework which can freely transfer the contents to another device through mutual device authentication and a system that can decrease overload of license management of the DRM server and that enable users outside home network to use contents through user authentication.

The purpose of this study is to review recent trends and major emerging problems and explore alternatives of Korean social welfare service policies. The concerns on social welfare service are triggered by the issues of rapid getting lower birth rate and severe growing rate of old people. These concerns resulted in the expansions of social welfare services. But Korean social welfare service systems are not prepared for these expansions. Presenting problems are disconnection between state and local governments, not securing minimum standards on accessibility and service provision, excessive concerns on making caring jobs and lacking in securing of safety and rights of vulnerable service users. As alternatives, this study proposes the integration of market approaches which can facilitate service user's choice and anti-market schemes which could act against the negative effects of market approaches.

In modern conditions of the development of public relations, there is a continuous development of technologies. This not only reflects the convenience of service users, and new technology but also contributes to the emergence of new disputes to protect the rights of stakeholders. Therefore, it is urgent to study the distinctions between the jurisdiction of commercial, civil and administrative courts in resolving IT disputes. The work aims to study the peculiarities of delimitation of the jurisdiction of commercial, civil, and administrative courts through the prism of IT measurement. The research methodology consists of such methods as a historical, comparative-legal, formal-logical, empirical, method of analogy, method of synthesis, method of analysis, and systematic method. Examining the specifics of delimiting the jurisdiction of commercial, civil, and administrative courts through the IT dimension, it was concluded that there is a problem in determining the jurisdiction of the court. In addition, the judicial practice on this issue is quite variable, which negatively affects the predictability of technology in resolving potential disputes. In this regard, the criterion models for distinguishing between commercial, administrative, and civil proceedings according to the legal classification of the parties, as well as the nature of the claim are identified. This separation will contribute to a more accurate application of legal norms and methods of application of administrative norms and reduce the number of cases of improper proceedings.

This study aims to evaluate some academic institutional repositories (IRs) in Ghana. Data were collected using observation and interview methods by examining the various websites of seven (7) selected academic institutional repositories in Ghana. The findings revealed that the University of Ghana, Legon, leads records count of the seven Institutional Repository (IRs) examined. Dspace was the prioritized software for managing and preserving the digital contents of these IRs. Theses, dissertations and research articles were the leading contents deposited on the IRs. The majority of the IRs have incorporated RSS (Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication) feeds on their IRs with few using other Web 2.0 features. English was the only interface language used on all the IRs. From the interview, the findings revealed that most of the faculty members did not use the IR very often and 9(42.9) also indicated that, they have never deposited their materials on the IR. Faculty members again indicated that, inadequate ICT connectivity and infrastructure, unreliable power supply, Copyrights and intellectual rights, financial constrain, inadequate advocacy and training on the importance of IRs to faculty and users were the major challenges of academic libraries in operating IRs in Ghana.

The purpose of this study was to explore the implications of the integrated support through the 'health - medical - welfare' network and the specific context of the operation through the experiences of the users who participated in the 301 network project of Seoul northern municipal hospital. To do this, In-depth interviews were carried out with 10 research participants. The data was analyzed by general qualitative research methods. As a result of analysis, users lost their willingness because of living in a vicious cycle of poverty and illness before participating in 301 network services, but through the participation of the service, they were able to receive the integrated support of 'cure-care-life stability'. These experiences ultimately led to the regeneration of the will of their lives. At the basis of this experience were operating strategies and conditions such as the formation of a diverse professional team, the establishment of a linkage system within and outside the hospital, the establishment of a treatment linkage system through the acquisition of treatment subsidies, and the linkage of resources at mediation level. As the attempt to integrate 'health, medical and welfare' with well-coordinated strategies and conditions showed the possibility of complementing the limitation of the health welfare support system in Korea, the extension of the related business was suggested. For this, it suggested the more stable stabilization of the linkage system and the improvement of the institutional aspect.
