This study aims to understand the experiences of rights-based social work practice in a residential facility for people with intellectual disabilities. A representative residential facility practicing a human rights perspective was selected by recommendation of professional groups. Using a qualitative case study method, data was collected and analysed. In detail, it explores the experiences of rights-based social work practice at both organizational and individual levels respectively, and then discusses ethical dilemmas that arise from workers in the process of rights-based social work practice. According to results at the organizational level, rights-based social work practice of the residential facility began from workers' interests in needs of users with intellectual disabilities. Some trials to apply human rights in social work practice resulted in regulations for people with intellectual disabilities and stepped up organizational culture on human rights perspectives. And, at the individual level, self determination and choice of users with intellectual disabilities were stressed among various forms of human rights. As the results of rights-based social work practice, it appeared to be improved for the participation of the users, workers' human rights sensitivity, and qualities of rights-based activities. However, ethical dilemmas still existed. Hence, rights-based social work practice should understand a process of dynamic interaction between users and workers, which require workers to endeavor continuously. This study is significant in that it explored rights-based social work practice, focusing on field experiences for the first time in Korea, and suggested practical tasks to settle it down in the future.

The usage of DRM-applied digital contents reduces user's convenience, thus it leads the many users to avoid using DRM-applied digital contents. In this paper, therefore, we propose the new distribution model in which the users, who purchase the DRM-applied digital contents, can resale freely those contents to the other users. As a result, the proposed model induces the users to distribute contents soundly by including them in one of distribution objects. For the purpose of this, in this paper, we propose that a packaged content and usage rights are transferred to another user by using a method which based on some existing digital ticket or coupon. In addition, the security of the proposed system is discussed for the double transfer, the forgery and the modification of usage rights, and the reproduction of contents and usage rights.

All libraries are forums for information and ideas. Therefore, libraries must have systematic devices through which library users can make use of library materials freely. The systematic devices usually have the form of Library Bill of Rights. The aim of this study is to offer basic data in case our country adopt Library Bill of Rights in the near future. In this thesis, the significance of Library Bill of Rights was investigated and the common components were drawn from the analysis of the changing processes and contents of Library Bill of Rights in the USA and Japan. In the USA and Japan, the Library Association an official institution adopted Library Bill of Rights and established permanent departments to keep and develop Library Bill of Right as well as to solve the problems such as infringement of freedom of library. The common components of Library Bill of Rights are as follows: freedom to collect materials, freedom to provide materials, right to refuse censorship, cooperation with the persons ind groups concerned, a person's rights to use a library, fair use of the library facilities, and protection users' privacy.

E-Commerce is suddenly spreading in a daily life. A rights trading system is a system that circulates digital-tickets such as plane tickets, software license, coupon. There are two main approaches so far account-based and smart-card based systems. The NTT Proposed FlexToken, a new smart card based copy prevention scheme for digital rights. They Proposed using pseudonymous self certified keys of Petersen and Horster in order to ensure anonymity of users. However. Petersen and Holster's scheme should register a pseudonymous key pair at TTP (One-time) every time so that users create the signature which is satisfied with unlinkability property In this paper, we propose a new anonymous rights trading system using group signature. This paper has a meaning having applied to digital rights trading system an efficient smart card based group signature.

In this paper, we propose a model of the collaborative authoring tool and its implementation results. In the 'collaborative authoring and automatic distribution system,' users can create eBooks by using partial works (primary and edited sources) on the basis of copyright information registered by the primary author. The Collaborative Authoring Tool is a part of "the collaborative authoring and automatic distribution system" developed through research on "the development of key technologies of social work protection and content mashup tools" as an R&D project granted by the Korea Copyright Commission from 2013. In the collaborative authoring and automatic distribution system, authors of primary sources such as images, audio clips and video clips for eBooks can register them together with the copyright information; users can edit the primary sources to produce secondary sources and in turn register the secondary sources on the system; and users can create and distribute eBooks by using the sources registered in the system.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effectiveness of the evaluation of long-term care insurance visiting care service institutions for the elderly from the user's point of view. To this end, data from a survey of 266 users collected through allocation sampling by region(14 cities and counties) in Jeollabuk-do and public data from 47 institutions were combined and analyzed using a multi-layered model. The main research results are as follows. First, among the five evaluation areas, the higher the score in the 'Rights·Responsibility' area, which is to give users a sense of rights and respect users, the higher the service quality and satisfaction. Second, among the five evaluation areas, the 'Rights·Responsibility' area had an effect on loyalty. In addition, it was found that the 'Outcome' area for satisfaction with institutions and employees and changes in users had an effect on loyalty. Third, it was found that 'Institutional Management', 'Environment·Safety', 'Process' did not affect service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. Based on these results, it is proposed to reorganize the evaluation scale that users can recognize and that is faithful to the purpose.

This thesis covers legal aspects of the crypto-currency exchange and the legal rights of crypto-currencies holders. Unlike financial markets in which central authorities or intermediaries determine the validity of transactions and manage records, crypto-currency markets utilize a decentralization system based on block chain technology. Such distinct characteristics distinguish crypto-currency from currency, notes, or financial instruments. Therefore, we need to check closely the legal principles that are applicable to crypto-currency. Crypto-currency users possess rights indirectly through the crypto-currency exchange. However, we should look at whether crypto-currency can be an object of ownership. This research found that legal protection for crypto-currency exchanges are limited. Domestic laws have many shortcomings to protect users' rights. This study found that users who incurred damages due to internet computation errors at exchanges require a protective system like stock markets. Therefore, studies on the legal controls and system regulations are required to protect users' rights. Also, crypto-currency information exchanges keep inside and protections for users' private information need to be further examined.

This study analyzed the effect of individualism-collectivism propensity and social capital on participation activity as well as the effect of participation activity on fashion brands relationship orientation of social network service users. Also, this study investigated the difference in participation activity and fashion brands relationship orientation by participation level of social network service. A survey was conducted from October 1 to November 31, 2015, and 476 responses were used in the analysis. As results, the individualism-collectivism propensity was composed of vertical-horizontal individualism and vertical-horizontal collectivism. The social capital was composed of trust, norm, and network. Also, the participation activity was composed of personal interaction, consumer rights, information pursuit, interest pursuit, and economic pursuit. Vertical individualism positively affected information pursuit and economic pursuit, and horizontal individualism positively affected personal interaction, consumer rights, and information pursuit; in addition, vertical collectivism positively affected personal interaction, consumer rights, and interest pursuit. Horizontal collectivism positively affected information pursuit, but it negatively affected consumer rights. Consumer rights, information pursuit, interest pursuit, and economic pursuit of participation activity positively affected fashion brands relationship orientation. Also, there were significant differences in the participation activity and fashion brands relationship orientation by participation level. The study results provide useful information to the marketing strategies using social network service of fashion brands.

This study is to analyze experiences and perceptions of care workers for enhanced user choice since the introduction of voucher in Korea. The analysis shows that as it has increased the influence of service users on care workers'employment, dismissal, labor intensity, and so on, more and more care workers appear to experience 'labor alienation'such as weakened position in the labor domain, the sense of loss and frustration in the meaning of work, and identity confusion as a care work. Because the labor alienation felt by them possibly has a negative impact on quality of social service, it suggests to address improving service users'rights as well as protecting human rights and rights to work of care workers to provide a high quality social service.

In this paper, we propose a Rights Management Information(RMI) expression systems for individual sites are integrated and the performance evaluation is performed to find out an efficient comparing and updating method of RMI through various image feature point search techniques. In addition, we proposed a weighted scoring model for both public domain sites and posts in order to use the most latest RMI based on reliable data. To solve problem that most public domain sites are exposed to copyright infringement by providing inconsistent RMI(Rights Management Information) expression system and non-up-to-date RMI information. The weighted scoring model proposed in this paper makes it possible to use the latest RMI for duplicated images that have been verified through the performance evaluation experiments of SIFT and CNN techniques and to improve the accuracy when applied to search engines. In addition, there is an advantage in providing users with accurate original public domain images and their RMI from the search engine even when some modified public domain images are searched by users.
