Fast development of network technology and digitalization of various kinds of information are accelerating the convergence of between them. Accordingly, an environment for integrated service is needed, where users can be provided with various kinds of information such as voice, video, and text, using even different kinds of devices in heterogeneous networks for communication and broadcasting. In general, enablers integrate several functions to provide with various services in application layer based on IMS in BcN including even different kinds of networks. But in order to receiving convergence services, we must reason the environment of the user through the profiles of the networks and the devices and provide a suitable service to the user. In this paper, we will propose an efficient architecture and functions of a context-aware module which decides the appropriate services based on the profiles in the IMS enabler and its convergence service environments.

In this paper, the customized sport convergence contents curation system is proposed for activation of sport for all. The proposed system collects and analyzes profile of social sports group(club, society, etc.) for recommend optimized sport convergence contents to user. And the survey is progressed for research problem of existed service and usefulness of proposed service. The proposed system and service are expected to design innovative new service model for activate of sport for all.

In this study, we collected data used to formulate the relationship between quantitative metrological parameters in CRT display and the perceived focus quality. Human perception of the focusing quality was evaluated in terms of user feedback scores regarding the character legibility from four highly trained inspectors. Thirteen CRT monitors from five different manufacturers were compared relatively with respect to the norm monitor. The profile of electron beam such as spot size and the shape of distribution made by electron beam, contrast, convergence of RGB beams, and luminance characteristics were measured using a precision measurement system. Linear regression analysis and artificial neural network models were used to formulate the relationship between human perception and the quantitative measurements. The accuracy of the formulated linear regression model ($R^2$=0.515) was not satisfactory but the nonlinear neural network model ($R^2$=0.716) was fairly convincing and robust even the utilized data included subjective differences.

The popularity of social media has led to a variety of communicative behaviors among users. This study targeted Facebook as a representative social medial platform because it has the most subscribers in order to investigate factors that influence Facebook usage. In particular, because a person's behavior is based on how they are perceived by others, self-conscious behavior was examined in the study. Facebook usage and news consumption were examined to ascertain the effects of self-consciousness. An online survey was conducted to examine how private SC and public SC (SCs), affects Facebook usage (profiles and writing posts) and news consumption (clicking "like" and sharing news). 616 participants completed the survey, and results indicated that public SC was positively related to the degree of profile updating and post writing. On the other hand, private SC was positively related to the degree of news sharing. These results suggest that psychological elements significantly predict a user's behavior on Facebook.

Along with the spread of digital music and recent growth in the digital music industry, the demands for music recommender are increasing. These days, listeners have increasingly preferred to digital real-time streamlining and downloading to listen to music because it is convenient and affordable for the listeners to do that. We use Bayesian learning through weight of listener's prefered music site such as Melon, Billboard, Bugs Music, Soribada, and Gini. We reflect most popular current songs across all genres and styles for music recommender system using user profile. It is necessary for us to make the task of preprocessing of clustering the preference with weight of listener's preferred music site with popular music charts. We evaluated the proposed system on the data set of music sites to measure its performance. We reported some of the experimental result, which is better performance than the previous system.

Which factors should influence consumer consideration to subscribe to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)? Policy issues, managerial concerns, and demographic variables are possible factors. This paper discusses policy and managerial issues regarding VoIP adoption. A model that explains VoIP adoption is proposed and tested. This study analyzes a survey of 750 prospective VoIP users in Korea. The testing is accompanied by logistic regression and discriminant analysis. The results show that trust in VoIP, relative comparison of Quality to fixed service, numbering plan, satisfactions of call Quality and customer services on both fixed and mobile services have impacts on the adoption of VoIP. Implications for VoIP providers and policy makers are presented.

We have developed Ground Software (GSW) of BITSE. The ground software includes mission operation software, data visualization software and data processing software. Mission operation software is implemented using COSMOS. COSMOS is a command and control system providing commanding, scripting and data visualization capabilities for embedded systems. Mission operation software send commands to flight software and control coronagraph. It displays every telemetry packets and provides realtime graphing of telemetry data. Data visualization software is used to display and analyze science image data in real time. It is graphical user interface (GUI) and has various functions such as directory listing, image display, and intensity profile. The data visualization software shows also image information which is FITS header, pixel resolution, and histogram. It helps users to confirm alignment and exposure time during the mission. Data processing software creates 4-channel polarization data from raw data.

WiBro is a wireless mobile communication system which supports a high data rate and high mobility in anywhere and anytime. Although WiBro system provides multimedia service including data, audio and video services, customers require better service quality in WiBro system. But, many researches have theoretically evaluated the performance of WiBro system without systematic studies by simulation. Therefore, in this paper, we evaluate a performance of WiBro system using OPNET simulator. We analyze system performance according to various modulation and coding schemes, and propose Adaptive Modulation and Coding (AMC) profile to support quality of services for user requirements. Also we evaluate the performance of WiBro system using AMC and Hybrid-Automatic Repeat Request (H-ARQ) technologies, and confirm that the proposed AMC profile can be applied to WiBro system with high performance.

An inevitable trend in the next generation wireless network environments is coexistence of different wireless access networks in a complementary, manner. In addition, mobile devices equipped with multiple air interfaces simultaneously executing diverse applications have been emerging, In such network environment, It is required that a solution for mobile users to seamlessly roam between different access networks as well as to satisfy QoS requirements of each application by efficiently utilizing coexisting various wireless access networks. In this paper, therefore, we propose a mobility management platform based on per-application end-to-end mobility management and cross-layer handover controls. Four core functional modules composing the proposed platform for end user devices are defined: Monitoring Agents, Profile Database, Decision Engine, and IP Agent. We show through simulations that the presented platform provides an improved QoS as it selectively utilizes the best available networks.

As new technologies change a society, librarians need to understand and adapt to technology innovations. However, most innovations that librarians are supposed to adopt are government-driven or top-down changes; and there have been very few studies conducted to identify any patterns or consistencies in librarians' perceptions of innovation. This paper, therefore, has two research purposes. First, it introduces the Concern Based Adoption Model (CBAM) as one method to gain a deeper understanding of how librarians see such changes. Second, this study identifies school librarians' concerns regarding digital textbooks in South Korea applying the CBAM theory. The test signifies that school librarians present a typical non-user profile, and the pattern anticipates a potential resistance to digital textbooks. Also, it discovers the less experienced and innovator librarians had higher concerns across every stage. The findings underscore a need of various interventions. The CBAM theory suggests, in terms of intense Stage 0 and 1, it is required for school librarians to have events to gain information about digital textbook implementation. Regarding targeted interventions, since the biggest gaps occurs in Stage 4, Consequence and Stage 5, Collaboration, according to school librarians' experience and adoption style, new school librarians need stronger engagement with the community, which including associations, mentors or peer support, and collaborating with public libraries; innovator school librarians require opportunities to test and present their use of digital textbooks (Hall and Hord 1987).
