An influence measure known as Cook's distance has been used for judging the influence of each observation on the least squares estimate of the parameter vector. The distance does not reflect the distributional property of the change in the least squares estimator of the regression coefficients due to case deletions: the distribution has a covariance matrix of rank one and thus it has a support set determined by a line in the multidimensional Euclidean space. As a result, the use of Cook's distance may fail to correctly provide information about influential observations, and we study some reasons for the failure. Three illustrative examples will be provided, in which the use of Cook's distance fails to give the right information about influential observations or it provides the right information about the most influential observation. We will seek some reasons for the wrong or right provision of information.

In process of creating BIM model for tunnel, many user use still CAD, so the workflow for BIM design is not perfect. Therefore, in this paper, we proposes a method to automatically create BIM model without converting 2D drawings in tunnel design. It can allow engineers to design BIM-based tunnel with maximum use of linear information and modify the BIM model whenever there is changed linear information. To do this, we use Dynamo, which can reduce the time required for creating and modifying BIM models during design changes, saving time wasted for BIM conversion design.

This has been designed for an attempt to survey a library use competency in order to provide basic information to plan more effective library use instruction for high school students. To get necessary data, a questionnaire was sent to 450 students in the 7 sample high schools in Seoul, and $80\%$ of them responded. The followings are the analysed results. 1. $42\%$ of them responded that they have heard about the decimal classification and $15\%$ of all the students have ever used decimal classification to search for the materials. 2. $3.6\%$ responded that they can understand the decimal classification and $66\%$ of all the students want to know about decimal classification. 3. $94\%$ responded that they have heard about the catalog cards and $41\%$ of all the students used catalog cards to search for the materials. 4. $29\%$ responded that they can understand the catalog cards and $68\%$ of all the students want to know about the catalog cards. 5. $61\%$ responded that they can use reference books. 6. $55.6\%$ responded that they know about the parts of a book. 7. $11\%$ responded that they can footnote. Reviewing the results of this study, library use competency of high school students can be said to be below level. And more effective approach is expected.

This study was designed to provide a better understanding of Korean female Internet users' intention to search for information regarding apparel goods and to shop for these goods. Shopping orientation, familiarity, and prior purchase experience were seen as influencing the intention to use the Internet for information search. An important aspect in the search habits that a consumer adopts in gathering information for their buying decisions was Internet shopping attitude. The objective was to predict apparel shopping in terms of prior Internet shopping experience, familiarity, intention to search information via the Internet, and shopping orientation. Internet shopping attitude, familiarity, prior purchase experience, and intention to use to search information were significant in predicting Internet apparel shopping. The most important determinants which influenced Internet shopping were attitude toward Internet shopping and intention to search. In considering the results of the present study, one should recognize the inherent limitations associated with generalizing these findings beyond the sample and the consumer products examined which in this study were apparel goods. Also this study focused on female computer users only. Therefore, future research should utilize more broadly based samples and refine the instrument to distinguish among different apparel products. This study does provide some information that should be helpful to retailers targeting the women's online apparel market.

The purpose of this study is to enhance the access and the use of international information sources by analyzing the types and the characteristics of information services and resources of the UN specialized agencies. A brief review of the goals and activities of the 16 specialized agencies involving every aspects of international affairs, such as agriculture, food standards, alleviating poverty, financial stability, labor conditions and health care, are presented with the discussions of the useful documents and publications available at the each agency's WWW page as well as access tools for the resources and information services of the agencies. Finally, some suggestions for more effective international information services are made.

The data model for structural experiment information formally organizes the information involved in the structural experiments before the data repository using the data model is implemented. The data model is particularly required for the data repositories for the large-scale structural experiment information and the general information for various types of experiments, such as the NEEShub Project Warehouse developed by NEES. This paper proposes criteria for evaluating the organization and the use of design model for structural experiment information. The term of AVE(attribute value existence) indicates the ratio of attributes who values exist in objects, and then used for defining the Attribute AVE for the use of an attribute, the Class AVE for a class, the Class Level AVE for a class including its lower-level classes, the Project AVE for a project including all classes at class levels, and the Data Model AVE for a data model including projects. These criteria are applied to the projects in the NEES data model, and it is successively possible to numerically describe the evaluation of the use of classes and attributes in the data model.

This study defined the influence of the quality of job information websites and of user characteristic factors on the user satisfaction and on the intention of the use thereof based on the technical acceptance model to activate research on job information or job information websites in the category of Library and Information Science, amid studies on the Fourth Industrial Revolution in various disciplines emerging. 230 users experienced in job information websites were surveyed. The surveyed data were analyzed by applying the structural equation model. The results are as follows. Accuracy, security, self-efficacy, the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on the perceived usefulness. Up-to-dateness, self-efficacy, individual innovation had a significant effect on the perceived easiness of use. The perceived usefulness and the perceived easiness of use had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and the user satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention of use.

In the accounting information system implementation, the users should consider the benefits and advantages of the system. This paper examines the effect of the Enterprise Resources Planning based (ERP-based) accounting information system implementation on user impact and organizational impact. The population in this study is companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, especially companies based in Riau, Indonesia. These companies currently use the ERP-based accounting information system. Research samples are employees who use the ERP-based accounting information system. For data analysis, we use structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on data analysis, high-quality information system implementation generate high-quality information that can give satisfaction to the user. Moreover, the information system is related to user skill, satisfaction, and knowledge sharing which improve personal skills; enhanced personal skill contributes to organizational performance. On the other hand, there is no effect of training on personal skills and there is no effect of information quality on perceived usefulness. This research gives implication to the organization for implementing a high-quality ERP-based accounting information system that positively impacts organizational performance. Future research is expected to examine information system implementation in different research objects and conditions.

In this paper, we examined how to utilize QR codes for meeting the information demand and making better use of the paper map. By Decision Tree Analysis, we investigated whether to have any intention to use the paper map with QR codes for receiving more information and what decision variables affect the answers. Thus, we also surveyed the area of providing information and sectoral demand for deriving additional information demand to being provided through QR codes. In the results of our study, we confirmed that the decision variables, to make any intention to use the paper map with QR code, are the frequency of using the paper, the experience of using the paper map, the intention to buy the paper map, the experience of using QR codes and the experience of buying the paper map. In these variables, the frequency of using the paper map is a major factor to decide whether it is intended to use the paper map with QR codes. we also identified that there are various additional information demand using the paper map with QR codes in the area of 'Daily life', 'Real estate', 'Education', 'Travel and Leisure', and 'Entertainment'. Especially additional information demand is high in the area of 'Travel and Leisure'. These results could be used to find a way how to vitalize the usage of paper map by introduction of QR codes and how to develop QR codes for the paper map and concerning applications.

Effective use of agricultural informations is crucial for 21 century farming. An interactive agricultural machinery information system was developed. It consisted of databases, knowledge bases, expert systems, a server engine, clients for a multimedia agricultural machinery information system based on Java and distributed objects technology. It is supposed to be served through a nationwide super information communication network for my farmers to utilize it interactively and quickly. Several user-friendly interface programs for users were developed to use texts, static k dynamic images, and expert systems easily. Tools for providing the informations were built with JAVA. Information providers permitted to access to the system such as agricultural machinery companies can easily add or modify the informations using distributed object technology. This system can interact among three groups : prime information provider (or system manager), permitted information providers, and farmers.
