개방형 및 비개방형 리더십과 마케팅역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 소상공기업의 비대면서비스사용성을 중심으로 (Effect of open and closed leadership and marketing capabilities on corporate performance: Focusing on the usability of non-face-to-face services of small businesses)

  • 소상공기업의 특성상 경영자의 리더십과 마케팅역량의 따라서 상이한 기업성과가 나타났다. 특히 경영자의 비대면서비스사용성의 인식을 통한 기업성과의 유무를 확인하였다. 소상공기업의 임원들을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 결과, 소상공기업 경영자의 개방적리더십과 마케팅역량은 기업성과에 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며 또한 비대면서비스사용성의 편리성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Face recognition technology has lately attracted considerable attention because of its non-intrusiveness, usability and applicability. Related companies insist that their commercial products show the recognition rates more than 95% according to their self-testing. But, the rates cannot be admitted as official recognition rates. So, performance evaluation methods and tools are necessary to objectively measure the accuracy and performance of face recognition systems. In this paper, I propose a reference model for biometrics recognition evaluation tools, and implement an evaluation tool for the face recognition system based on the proposed reference model.

지역사회 노인의 외로움 중재를 위한 비대면 서비스의 효과 분석 및 개발안 마련: 체계적 문헌고찰 (Effectiveness Analysis and Development Plan of Non-face-to-face Service for Loneliness of the Elderly in the Community: A Systematic Review)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to reduce loneliness through a systematic review by analyzing the effectiveness, composition and method of non-face-to-face services on the elderly living in the local community. Methods: From June 11 to 15, 2021, related papers were searched using six databases: Ovid-Medline, Ovid-Embase, Cochrane library, KISS, Koreamed, and RISS. Two authors independently assessed the quality of selected studies and data was synthesized. Results: Non-face-to-face services promoted loneliness and social isolation, social support and quality of life, other emotional responses, attitudes and usability, and diet and exercise. As the composition and method of services are being tried in various ways, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive service using ICT to provide systematic intervention to the elderly in the local community. Conclusion: Reflecting the difficulties in implementing face-to-face services due to COVID-19, it is expected to be used as basic data for developing comprehensive non-face-to-face services that meet the major needs of the elderly people and maintain the continuity of care.

아동 대상 원격 사용성 평가 가이드라인 개발 (Development of Remote Usability Evaluation Guidelines for Children)

  • 다양한 산업 분야의 서비스 개발 경쟁 심화로 인해 긍정적인 사용자 경험을 제공하는 완성도 높은 서비스 제작의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 서비스 완성도와 효용에 대한 검증 방법으로 사용성 평가가 중요하게 인식되고 있지만, 일반적 사용성 평가 방법은 획일적인 구성으로 인해 다양한 참여자의 특성을 고려하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 이러한 한계가 평가 효율을 저하시킬 수 있기 때문에 이를 개선할 새로운 평가 방법의 가이드라인 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 아동이 참여하는 사용성 평가에서 고려해야 하는 특성을 정의하고, 평가 효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 원격 사용성 평가 구성 및 진행을 위한 가이드라인을 제안하였다. 또한 제안한 가이드라인을 기반으로 설계한 사용성 평가 실험을 진행하였으며, 이 과정에서 가이드라인의 효용을 검증하고 보완이 필요한 사항을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제안한 아동 대상 원격 사용성 평가 가이드라인이 아동을 대상으로 개발한 서비스의 사용성 평가 설계를 위한 기반 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Reliability and Validity Inquiry for Tele-assessment Based on Video Conferencing

  • Objective: The study examined the validity and reliability of tele-assessment of cervical range of motion (ROM) through video conferencing. Design: A cross-sectional study Methods: The study included 22 healthy adults as subjects and 10 physical therapists as evaluators. The subjects underwent both face-to-face and tele-assessment of cervical ROM. The CROM (Cervical Range of Motion) device was used for reference measurements in the face-to-face assessment. The evaluators assessed the subjects' ROM through visual inspection (VI) and using a Universal Goniometer (UG) in the tele-assessment. Results: The results showed a significant correlation between the face-to-face and tele-assessment measurements for all ROM contents. The correlation coefficients ranged from r=0.54 to 0.71 (p<0.05), indicating concurrent validity. In terms of inter-rater reliability, the ICC values for both VI and UG assessments in the tele-assessment were high, with ICCs of 0.93 and 0.92, respectively. Additionally, the study investigated the usability of the tele-assessment method and environment. The satisfaction of the participants and evaluators was assessed using the Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (TUQ), which evaluates perceptions, usability, and satisfaction with telehealth services. Conclusions: In conclusion, tele-assessment of cervical range of motion using video conferencing was valid and reliable. Also, investigated participant and evaluator satisfaction and opinions, providing insights into the clinical value of tele-assessment. It is important to note that the study was conducted only healthy adults, and further research may be needed to validate the tele-assessment method in populations with cervical dysfunction or neck pain. These findings support the potential effectiveness of telerehabilitation services in assessing and managing musculoskeletal disorders.

화상회의 플랫폼 서비스의 사용자 경험 연구 -줌, MS 팀즈를 중심으로- (A study on video conferencing program user experience -Focused on Zoom and MS Teams-)

  • 본 연구는 비대면 시대의 주요 화상회의 플랫폼의 사용자 경험 요소를 측정하여 비대면 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼 서비스를 제고하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 국내에서 사용이 많은 줌과 MS 팀즈의 플랫폼을 선정하고, 사용 경험이 없는 피험자 8명에게 사용자 경험의 영향을 주는 요인을 태스크와 씽크얼라우드를 병행하여 수행 평가를 진행하였고, 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모형 7가지를 재구성하여 각 항문 별 설문조사, 심층 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 줌은 유용성, 사용성, 접근성, 검색성이 높으며 MS 팀즈는 매력성이 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 화상회의 플랫폼 서비스의 가이드라인 제공과 인터페이스의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 화상회의의 사용성이 개선되고, 다양한 관련 연구가 후속 연구로 진행될 것을 기대한다.

비대면 참고정보서비스를 위한 도서관 챗봇 설계 및 구현 연구 (Design and Implementation of Library Chatbot for Non-face-to-face Reference Services)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관 이용자를 대상으로 도서관 챗봇을 설계하고 구현하여 언택트 시대의 새로운 비대면 디지털 참고정보서비스를 모색하고자 했다. 데이터 분석을 통해 이용자 요구 및 도서관 서비스를 분석하고, 적합한 챗봇 개발 방법을 선정하여 시나리오를 설계했다. 이용자 친화적인 상호작용을 위해 챗봇의 퍼스널리티를 설계하고 이용자 인터페이스를 디자인하여 사용성을 평가했다. 또한 챗봇의 응답정확도 평가 및 성능평가를 통해 정확도를 검증하고, 이용자 만족도 조사를 통해 챗봇의 효용성을 평가했다. 챗봇 운영관리 및 서비스 품질 유지를 위해 이용자-챗봇 간의 대화를 주기적으로 모니터링하고, 이용자 피드백을 반영하여 서비스를 개선했다. 챗봇 개발 과정 및 결과를 다각도로 분석하여 도서관 챗봇 설계 및 구현을 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고자 했다.

사용자 중심의 공공서비스를 위한 디지털 정부 서비스디자인 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Design Improvement of Digital Government for User-Centered Public Services in Korea)

  • Recently, public participation in government policy design has been further expanded and public services perceived by users are expanding. At this time, the role of the digital government and the direction of the service to be pursued are user-centered, and above all, it is necessary to focus on the keywords of pre-emptive, preventive, and customized. In order to propose service quality improvement in the public sector, service user-centered classification and monitoring are integrated and the usability of government documents is improved. It is necessary to identify the needs of whether to provide a path for public participation. In the post-corona era, people are accessing quarantine information from the digital government every day. The government should proactively respond to the acceleration of digital transformation and the non-face-to-face demands of the people who experience non-face-to-face daily life. In order to evolve into a smart organization along with the innovation promotion plan and to provide customized services, it is necessary to use existing guides for institutional and technical improvement, along with new technology and data-based analysis, to strive for change management. The government should seek counter-measures that have advanced one step ahead by incorporating new high-tech IT with user-centered necessary services. This study aims to derive improvement plans to provide user-centered digital government service design when designing public services and collecting public opinions. Based on the e-government development model research and the existing research on user-centered service design in the public sector, institutional and technical measures are provided for the improvement of digital government service design.

버스정보안내기 이용요인 및 활성화 방안에 관한 실증연구 : 부산광역시를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Factors to Affect a BIS Use and Its Vitalization Plan : Busan Metropolitan City)

  • The government has implemented operating the bus information terminal (hereinafter, 'BIT') to use by building it at a major bus station to solve the problem of traffic congestion. Busan Metropolitan City has been continuously expanding the installation of 'BIT' since 2003. However, there are few research on the factor to use and satisfaction survey on 'BIT' from the perspective of the users. This study, in an effort to inquire into the 'BIT' utilization factor and its vitalization plan, conducted a face to face survey of 172 citizens who had the experience in the 'BIT'. The result of the data analysis showed that usability, convenience, and availability were the critical factors for a BIT use. In addition, the general intention to use 'BIT' was found to be very high as much as 90.7%. The contributions of this study are as follows. The academic contributions is that it proved the relationship between usability, convenience and the intention to use suggested by the information technology acceptance model is supported even in case of 'BIT.' For the practitioners this study provides ground data for a local government to make a plan of a BIT extension.

Identification of Hazard for Securing the Safety of Unmanned Parcel Storage Device System Using Robot Technology

  • The development of the fourth industrial revolution and logistics 4.0 related technology, the growth of the e-commerce market, and the transition to a non-face to face society due to the pandemic are accelerating the growth of the logistics industry. Due to the growth of the logistics industry, various services are emerging to meet the requirements of the market, and research and technology development related to the parcel storage, which is an important element of the last mile service, is also underway. In the past, if it was difficult to deliver the goods directly to the recipient, the parcel storage installed near the delivery location was used, but the usability was not good and the storage of the goods was limited. In addition, the existing parcel storage has a lot of functional limitations compared to the advanced logistics technology, so it is necessary to develop a device that improves it. Therefore, this study conducted to secure safety for unmanned parcel storage devices with robot technology to improve usability and functionality in line with the advanced logistics industry. Based on ISO 10218, an industrial robot related standard, risk identification studies were conducted to derive results that contribute to the development of devices under development.
