현대 여성의 T-팬티 조형성 연구 - 미국, 프랑스, 영국, 일본 시장을 중심으로 - (A Study on the T-Panty Formativeness of the Contemporary Women - Focused on the U.S.A., France, England and Japanese Market -)

  • This study aims to analyze contemporary women's sense of fashion aesthetic by looking into the design and trend of T-panties, which have now carved out a new niche in the world's 21st century female underwear markets. By this, I'd like to reassure readers of the importance of T-panties, which has only been recently recognized, and more generally suggests the future direction of prominent T-panty design development. First, western urban chic, Japanese minimalism and domestic modern feminine images all have common modern urban sense and simple designs. However, each image is not a simple image in itself. For example, in the case of western style they often seek to convey a sophisticated and stylish street sense, while Koreans add a more cute, lovely, and feminine touch. Second, western restrained eroticism, Japanese fetishism and domestic mono-bosom images all have a common interest in sex. They is something, however, which they all express this differently. In Japan, they prefer a stimulating image. In the West, however, this is restrained by controlling and limiting overt sexual elements, while in Korea, we seek to capture a more simple sensual beauty. Third, western couture luxury, Japanese orientalism and Korean utopia narcissism have classy images in common including splendid materials and decorations with embroidery.   • 보행공간은 작게는 보행량을 포함하는 공간사용의 정도에 영향을 미치거나 크게는 지역경제의 활성화에 영향을 미치며, 더 크게는 친환경, 친인간적인 도시로서의 삶의 질을 평가하는 지표중의 하나이다. 또한 최근 도심부 보행관련 정책은 선적인 가로환경 개선사업에서 발전된 보행자우선지구로의 전환이 대두되고 있어 특정 보행공간보다는 전체적인 보행공간체계에 대한 고려가 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시민을 위한 공간계획의 일환으로 시작된 국내 보행 전용 공간의 물리적 특성과 실제 이용자의 이용 형태에 대한 연구를 통해 국내에 조성된 보행 전용 공간의 특성을 규명하고자 함에 목적을 두고 사례분석을 통한 연구를 진행하였다. 사례연구는 지역적으로는 서울시에 조성된 차없는 거리 중 명동과 관철동에 조성된 시간제 통제방식의 보행자 전용공간을 선택하였으며 이에 대한 현장조사와 설문조사를 병행하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 활용 방안으로는 보행공간 관련 사업 시 특정가로에 치중된 사업이 아닌 지역 전체 보행공간체계의 공간적 가로특성을 고려할 수 있으며, 현행 법제도에서 모호하게 제시된 보행자전용도로 위치 및 횡단보도 위치의 당위성을 제시할 수 있다. 또한, 계획단계에서 보행량 예측에 따른 적절한 계획수립방안을 모색할 수 있다.

  • 유비쿼터스 도시의 개념이 등장하면서 도시 관리에 대한 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. GIS는 도시를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 기반이며 u-City 구축사업에 있어 필수적인 기술이다. 시민의 삶의 질 향상을 목표로 하는 u-City는 공공서비스를 중심으로 발전된 IT기술과 접목되어 다양한 서비스의 제공을 시도하고 있으며 기술의 진화에 따라 더 많은 서비스를 추가로 적용할 예정이다. 이러한 추가 서비스가 쉽게 개발되어 더 많은 양질의 서비스를 시민에게 제공할 수 있게 하며 유기적인 정보공유 환경을 제공하는 것이 u-City 통합운영플랫폼이다. 이러한 통합운영플랫폼에 u-City 서비스를 위한 GIS 요구 기능을 정의하고 공통 구현이 가능한 기능들을 통합하여 제공한다면 보다 효율적인 도시 관리를 실현할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 u-City 서비스를 위해 구축되는 통합운영플랫폼들에 적용되고 있는 GIS 요구 기능을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 실제 u-City 서비스 중가로등관리 및 화재감시에 대한 GIS 모듈을 구현하였으며 이의 서비스 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 통합운영플랫폼의 GIS 공통 기능 적용에 대한 활용성 검증을 수행하였다.

  • The purpose of the thesis is to explore ways of improving the quality of urban life by analyzing the Luzinterruptus's work looking for a new perspective on the relationship between environmental color and society. The street artist Luzinterruptus was born in Spain, is a leader in the field of New Genre Public Art brush on a canvas of light in the night. They should seek the views of other common color system and color environments. The method of research is urban design, we consider the concept of the public good understanding, and New Genre Public Art. It also analyzes the environmental color of Luzinterruptus to take advantage of the phenomenology by David Katz color classification. The scope of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the works featured in their website and webzine. Then select a sculpture installation information is stated on the environmental color of their work. The role of environmental color in their work is not an aesthetic experience of harmonious urban landscape was seeking Public Art. The citizens of the area and the installation work themselves. Also it listed as demolition after the exhibition to realize the difference with other people and take advantage to environmental color. Therefore, they the contemporary agenda in many part of narrative takes in the garbage or disposables that you can easily look at our surroundings, In addition, citizens are directly experiencing the fantastic custom-made lights and colors and objects of the oversize as a potential recalls memories. Thus, the use of environmental color comfortable life there is horizontal participation and communication of the 'citizens' critical perspective of the 21st century cumulative cities.

  • 국내 도심지역에 대하여 인구 집중현상의 대안으로 복합용도의 초고층건축물이 입지하는 추세에 따라 급격한 유발수요의 증가가 예상되며 이는 주변의 교통문제 발생의 원인으로 작용한다. 따라서 초고층건축물이 입지 후를 고려하여 대중교통 활성화, 주차 상한제 등을 통한 교통수요억제 등의 정책을 제시하고 있으나 교통기반시설에 대한 정량적인 대안이 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 초고층건축물의 규모, 용도에 대해 분류하고 각각에 따른 수단분담률을 조정하여 수단별 유발수요를 산정하였다. 도로의 경우 가로망 지체를 통하여 조건에 따른 평균변화량을 산출하였고 대중교통의 경우 노선수를 통한 적정 시설 규모를 판단함으로써 초고층건축물에 따라 적절한 대안을 제시 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

  • This study attempts to suggest new directions of urban multi-family housing design in the recent era of information, in which the representation of publicity and privacy of the housing reflects new meanings and relationships of the current digital society. The study examines cases of Dutch multi-family housing and investigates the meanings and relationships of publicity and privacy in the building as well as unit design of the housings. Borneo-Sporenburg housing development is a good example that suggests new interpretation and design solution for low-rise, high-density multi-family housing. Thus, this study analyzes street patterns, facade design, and ways of housing unit combination in Borneo-Sporenburg housing and concludes as follows. First, public space in Borneo-Sporenburg housing, which was designed differently from hierarchical and centripetal organization of modern architecture, is divided into small units and spread into the inside, which provides high potential for personal control of space and personal programming of space by space choices. Second, street pattern and facade design of Borneo-Sporenburg housing provide visual publicity and privacy simultaneously as they maintain unity as a whole as well as articulate individual unit in many different ways and provide clues to neighboring. Streets as a public domain have self-controlled boundaries for residents and introduce voluntary use-programs for residents. Third, facades of the housing have no inter-mediate space or common space, and confront streets directly. Space in-between is composed inside the facade and extends into the streets by residents' own choices. Fourth, privacy and individuality of the housing is strengthened. Units of the housing have individual entrances, unique plan type and complicated combination of space that all together emphasize individuality of units, however they are not often notified from the outside.

도시주거지 주차환경개선을 위한 녹색주차사업 참여확대 및 인식제고 방안 (A Study on Expanding Participation in and Raising Awareness of the Green Parking Project for Improvement of Parking Conditions in Urban Residential Areas)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information on how to expend participation in and raise awareness of the Green Parking Project. A survey was conducted for this study among two groups. One group consisted of 38 residents of the Green Parking Zone in Nam-gu, Ulsan, and the other group consised 129 residents with no experience with the Green Parking Project. For analysis, the frequency and means were calculated, and t-test, analysis of variance, and chi-square test were performed. The results showed, first, that general residents tended to think that parking on the street in front of one's house is a divine right, while residents living the Green Parking Zone thought that the street is a public space. Second, general residents regarded fences as means of security to protect their private property, while people living in the Green Parking Zone tended to think of their yards as semi-private spaces and allowed access to neighbors. Third, general residents had concerns about maintenance and administration fees, noise and dust, security of houses, and privacy. However, residents of the Green Parking Zone evaluated those conditions positively. Fourth, people who were well-informed about the Green Parking Project had low anxiety about security and invasion of privacy, results from the project. Therefore, effective public relations are very important for expanding participation and raising awareness.

교차로의 대기행렬 예측모형구축에 관한 연구 (Construction of an Estimation Model for Intersection Queue Length)

  • 본 연구는 도시가로망에 설치된 상류부 루프 검지기로 부터 수집되는 검지 자료 들중 개별차량의 점유시간을 기초로 대기길이를 예측할 수 있는 모형을 구축 하였으며, 구축된 알고리즘은 향후 현장 적용시 기하구조적특성(횡단보도 존재 여부)의 영향 을 소화하기 위한 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구의 예측모형은 강남역에 설치된 상류부 검지기로 부터 수집된 현장자료를 이용하여 정립되었으며, 모형의 기본식은 Muliti- Ploynomial식에 의한 희귀방정식에 기초하고 있다. 연구결과 강남역 상류부 검지기를 기준으로 전방 약 80m∼90m 부근에서 형성된기 시작하는 대기길이를 실시간으로 예측할 수 있었으며, 연구모형에 대한 통계분석 및 검증결과 현장적용에 매우 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out distributional principles of the shop-houses in residential district through physical composition of residential area. Through the research that are based on literature and field survey, it analysed the relation between physical composition of residential area and the shop-houses of selected four sites under similar urban condition where land readjustment project were held. The consequences of this study are summarized as follows; 1) A road that is not penetrating the inside a residential area is seemed to have low occupancy of shops comparing to other roads with similar hierarchy. And the shops functions as convenience facilities. It can be inferred from the statement above that even a road with higher hierarchy is not easy to form commercial area if without penetrating the residential area. 2) According to the size and the arranged method of Inner blocks of residential area towards major roads, distribution of shop-houses appear to be different. In other words, when shop-houses are located along the roads, the proportion of shop was higher than when located perpendicular to the roads. 3) When the number of average lots are little and the size of block is small, usually, street ratio and the number of corners gets higher, which eventually increases the number of shop-houses.

포항시의 집합 주거공간에 있어서 외장재 및 도로 구성재료가 인체 온열 쾌적성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Materials of an Outer Wall and the Paved Street on Human Thermal Comfort in a Housing Complex in Pohang City)

  • The objective of this study is to clarify the effect of thermal radiation environments on human thermal comfort, depending on different canyon types and surface materials on the human thermal comfort in a housing complex in Pohang city, Korea. For this purpose, the operative temperature and new effective temperature were calculated based on the modified mean radiant temperature of canyon models variated by the existence of direct radiation existence, surface materials, and the width and length of the street spaces in a housing complex. These indices for the canyon have been calculated from the meteorological data of Pohang city, which include air temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, global solar radiation and cloud. And the monthly averages of these climate factors measured at noon have been used. The results are as follows: (1) It is revealed that the short-wave radiosity reached the human body is affected by direct solar radiation and surface materials, and the long-wave radiosity by canyon types. (2) The existence of direct solar radiation, the kinds of surface materials and canyon types affect operative temperature($OT_n$) and new effective temperature($ET^*{_n}$). (3) The analysis of the human heat balance in the canyon indicates that the influence of radiation on human body is marc likely to be affected by the existence of direct solar radiation on human model.
