It is well-known that the space $E^n$ of fuzzy numbers(i.e., normal, upper-semicontinuous, compact-supported and convex fuzzy subsets)in the n-dimensional Euclidean space $R^n$ is separable but not complete with respect to the $L_p$-metric. In this paper, we introduce the space $F_p(R^n)$ that is separable and complete with respect to the $L_p$-metric. This will be accomplished by assuming p-th mean bounded condition instead of compact-supported condition and by removing convex condition.

The characteristics of surface circulation in the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea are discussed by analyzing a great deal of current data observed by 142 sets of mooring buoy and 58 sets of drifters trajectories collected in the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea through domestic and abroad measurements. Some major features are demonstrated as bellow: 1) Tsushima Warm Current flows away from the Kuroshio and has multiple sources in warm half year and comes only from Kuroshio surface water in cold half year. 2) Taiwan Warm Current comes mainly from the Taiwan Strait Water in warm half year and comes from the intruded Kuroshio surface water and branches near 27N in cold half year. 3) The Changjiang Diluted Water turns towards Cheju Island in summer and flows southward along the coastal line in winter. 4) The study sea area is an eddy developing area, especially in the southern area of Cheju Island and northern area of Taiwan.

The notions of (${\in}$, ${\in}{\vee}q$)-permeable S-value and (${\in}$, ${\in}{\vee}q$)-permeable I-value are introduced, and related properties are investigated. Relations among (${\in}$, ${\in}{\vee}q$)-fuzzy subalgebra, (${\in}$, ${\in}{\vee}q$)-fuzzy ideal, (strong) lower and (strong) upper level sets, (${\in}$, ${\in}{\vee}q$)-permeable S-value, (${\in}$, ${\in}{\vee}q$)-permeable I-value, S-energetic set, I-energetic set, right stable set and right vanished set are discussed.

The impact of programming languages in the research sector has helped lot of researchers to broaden their view and extend their work without any limitation. More importantly, even the complex problems can be solved in no matter of time while converting them into a programming language. This convenience provides upper hand for the researchers as it places them in a comfort zone where they can work without much stress. With this context, we have converted the research problems in Topology into programming language with the help of Python. In this paper, we have developed a Python program to find the weaker form of closed sets namely alpha closed set, semi closed set, pre closed set, beta closed set and regular closed set.

Let $IB_n$ be the set of all irreducible matrices in $B_n$ and let $SIB_n$ be the set of all symmetric matrices in $IB_n$. Finding an upper bound for the set of indices of matrices in $IB_n$ and $SIB_n$ and determining gaps in the set of indices of matrices in $IB_n$ and $SIB_n$ has been studied by many researchers. In this paper, we establish a best upper bound for the set of weak exponents of indecomposability of matrices in $SIB_n\;and\;IB_n$, and show that there does not exist a gap in the set of weak exponents of indecomposability for any of class $SIB_n\;and\;class\;IB_n$.

This paper describes the system for detecting the tank crew's(loader's) hand, arm, head and the upper half of the body in a danger area between the turret ceiling and the upper breech mechanism by computer vision-based method. This system informs danger of pressed to death to gunner and commander for the safety of operating mission. The camera mounted ort the top portion of the turret ceiling. The system sets search moving object from this image and detects by using change of image, laplacian operator and clustering algorithm in this area. It alarms the tank crews when it's judged that dangerous situation for operating mission. The result In this experiment shows that the detection rate maintains in $81{\sim}98$ percents.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the 1997 economic crisis on Korean households' clothing expenditures at different incom levels. The raw data sets from the Family Income and Expenditure Survey of 1994, 1996, 198, and 2000 produced by the National Statistical Office were used. Based on their income data, subjects were divided into three groups: upper-income (upper 30%), low-income(lower 30%), and middle-income (the 40% in between). The main results are as follows : 1) the income, consumption expenditures (ConE) and clothing expenditures (CloE) of Korean households increased in 1996, decreased in 1998 and recovered in 2000. Although the proportion of ConE to income increased after the economic crisis, CloE/ConE decreased. Clothing expenditures displayed an asymmetric pattern over the economic crisis : the clothing expenditures decreased severely and quickly during the groups. 2) Compared to other household expenditures, clothing expenditure patterns were unique and of clothing categories, the propottion of expenditures for outwear decreased considerably compared to other categories after the economic crisis.

The notion of rough sets was introduced by Z. Pawlak in the year 1982. The notion of a $\Gamma$-semigroup was introduced by M. K. Sen in the year 1981. In 2003, Y. B. Jun studied the roughness of sub$\Gamma$-semigroups, ideals and bi-ideals in i-semigroups. In this paper, we study rough prime ideals and rough fuzzy prime ideals in $\Gamma$-semigroups.

We obtain new fixed point theorems on maps defined on "locally G-convex" subsets of a generalized convex spaces. Our first theorem is a Schauder-Tychonoff type generalization of the Brouwer fixed point theorem for a G-convex space, and the second main result is a fixed point theorem for the Kakutani maps. Our results extend many known generalizations of the Brouwer theorem, and are based on the Knaster-Kuratowski-Mazurkiewicz theorem. From these results, we deduce new results on collectively fixed points, intersection theorems for sets with convex sections and quasi-equilibrium theorems.

In this paper, we establish weak laws of large numbers for weighted sums of convex-compactly uniformly integrable fuzzy random variables taking values in the space of upper-semicontinuous fuzzy sets in R$^{p}$.
