대학에서는 교육 및 연구와 관련된 다양하고 전문화된 업무행위로 인하여 대학기록물은 기록학적으로 매우 높은 가치를 가지고 있으며 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 수행되어졌다. 본 연구는 대학 기록물의 특성이 일률적일 수 없다는 문제의식과 다양한 대학 기록물의 가치에 대한 인식 확대의 중요성에서 출발하였다. 이와 같은 연구배경을 기반으로 대학의 기부와 관련한 기록물의 중요성과 기록학적 가치에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 대학에서 기부와 관련하여 생산 및 보유하고 있는 기록물의 유형 및 특징 등을 살펴보았다. 특히, 대학 기부기록물의 생산 및 관리 현황을 분석하여 대학 기부기록물의 체계적인 관리방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 산학협력단을 중심으로 거점국립대학의 기록관리 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌연구를 통해 대학기록관 및 산학협력단의 역할과 관련 기록물 범위를 파악하였으며, 정의된 내용을 바탕으로 정보공개청구 및 거점국립대학 웹사이트에서 제공되고 있는 기록관리 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 제도적 성과관리 측면에서 문제점을 도출했으며, 이를 기반으로 개선방안과 대학기록관 및 산학협력단 간의 협력체계를 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze nursing records for pain management in intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Methods: Nursing process for pain management were analyzed retrospectively by 180 ICU patients' nursing records. Instruments consisted of 3 questionnaires (pain assessment, intervention, and evaluation). Results: For assessment, there was different pain intensity between cancer patients (7.95) and non-cancer patients (7.20). Also pain intensity was lower in PCA group (5.08) than in PCA with PRN group (8.27). Common pain site was surgical areas, along with 17 kinds of words expressed for pain, and mean of pain intensity was 7.47 by numeric rating scales (NRS). For intervention, the patients received pharmacologic interventions (99.4%) such as narcotic analgesics (38.3%) intermittently (70.5%) without side effects (94.4%). For evaluation, mean of pain intensity was decreased to 3.14, but a few patients (12.8%) experienced pain over 5 points despite the intervention. Nurses evaluated the degree of pain relief after the intervention in 87.2% of patients. Conclusion: Nurses do assess patients' pain by using objective tool, intervene, and evaluate for effective pain management. Nurses should make an individual approach and record all nursing activities for pain management.

이 연구는 학생기록물의 효과적인 관리를 위해 주체적 생산자인 대학생의 인식에 대한 심층적인 연구가 필요함을 제기하고 Q 방법론을 통해 학생기록물의 중요도에 관한 주관적인 인식(Q1)유형과 학생기록물에 관한 주관적인 인식(Q2) 유형을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전남대학교의 학생을 대상으로 학년별로 8명씩 설문과 인터뷰를 진행한 결과, Q1 유형은 집단적 증거형, 주체적 활동형, 민주적 증거형, 성취 중시형이 도출되었으며, Q2 유형은 공동체 역사적 가치형, 개인적 소유형, 역사적 전문가 관리형, 역사적 활용 가치형, 비역사적 보존형이 도출되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 첫째, 다양한 기록물 속성을 포괄할 수 있는 관점에서 학생기록물의 관리방안의 수립이 필요하다는 점과 둘째, 공동체 아카이브의 관점에서 학생기록물의 관리방안이 수립되어야 한다는 점, 셋째, 학생들이 생산한 학생기록물의 보존을 위한 전략적인 방안(학생기록물의 생애주기를 고려한 보존을 위한 캠페인 등)이 필요함을 제안했다.

This study intends to develop a computer software for an efficient swineherd production and management. Current softwares are concerned on the sow management and ignore the actual farm environment. This study focuses on the farm environment in developing the software and covers the production management financial management, marketing management, and business planning for swineherd farm. The FSR(Farming Systems Research) analysis and interview survey aye applied to collect the data for the system planning, farmer's demand and analysis on the system, system design and program development. The systems are designed to meet the needs for the progressive swineherd farmers. Visual FoxPro 5.1 is used to develop the system. The developed system includes pig farm financial records keeping and management, pig farm production management program, pig farm marketing management program, and pig farm business diagnosis and planning program to meet the scope of the study. The weekly maintenance records and financial records are adopted for the input interface since most of farmers use their computer less than 5 hours a week. Pulldown Menu systems are adopted and designed for easy use by structuring to meet the pig farm and system demands. The manu system allocates the input-output screen based on the sectors, scopes, users, frequencies, importances, and the usages of the information. The GUI(Graphic User Interface) method is used to develop input-output screens for easy use. Backward Chaining mechanism fo the Expert System is used in the diagnosis of the pig farm management and the Systems Simulators Approach is used in the pig farm management planning.

Development of information and communication technologies has given a lot of changes in the business processing methods including the school and class managements. However, many business processing systems are still based on desktop computer. In particular, most of the class management system only supports desktop computers; hence school teachers have difficulty in using their class managements systems on mobile environment. In this paper, we proposed and developed a mobile classroom management system for teachers, which will easily handle information such as personal records of students, student counseling records, student life record and so on. The implementation of the application of mobile-based class management can be managed by many school elements including student register information, student evaluation records and transcripts, counseling report, and so on.

이 연구에서는 우리나라 국 공립 대학의 전자기록관리시스템이 보다 적합한 전자기록물을 검색할 수 있는 기반환경을 조성하기 위하여 온톨로지 기반의 검색시스템을 설계 및 구현하였고 그 성능을 기존의 키워드 기반 검색시스템과 비교해 보았다. 온톨로지 기반 검색시스템은 OntoStudio 1.4를 사용하여 자체 설계 및 구현하였으며, 실험에 사용된 실험 컬렉션의 구성은 다음과 같다: (1) 문서는 한국해양대학교의 2005년도 전자문서관리시스템에서 생성한 '인사발령통보' 5,099건의 전자기록물, (2) 질의집단은 장문10개와 단문10개 총20개, 그리고 (3) 적합성평가는 전문가 집단에 의하여 이루어졌다. 한편 기반 검색시스템의 성능평가 실험은 기존의 전자기록관리시스템을 이용하여 10명의 피실험자에 의하여 온톨로지 기반 검색시스템과 동일한 실험 컬렉션을 사용하여 이루어졌다. 재현율과 정확률에 의한 성능을 비교해본 결과 온톨로지 기반의 검색시스템이 기반의 검색시스템 보다 높은 성능을 보였다. 또한 장문과 단문의 질의집단 비교평가에서도 온톨로지 기반의 검색 성능이 기반의 검색시스템 보다 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다.

The development of the internet and information management has enabled new applications which include: Electronic medical record (EMR), intelligent transportation, environmental monitoring, etc. In this paper, we design and implement the Continuity Care Record(CCR) Data Stream management server that compiled with DSMS and DBMS in EMR system for processing, monitoring the incoming CCR data stream and storing the processed result with high-efficiency. The proposed system enables users not only to query stored CCR information from DBMS, but also enables to execute continue query for the real-time CCR Data Stream. By using of CCR Viewer Application users can view or update their personal health records even compare self health care records with standard health care records in order to monitor the healthy status, and the on line updating information would be minimized and medical error.

기록의 다양성은 많은 분야에서 중요하게 강조되고 있다. 스포츠 분야에서도 기록관리의 중요성을 강조하여 종목의 역사를 남기는 데 많은 노력을 기울여 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 젊은 층에게 인기가 높은 농구 종목을 중심으로 하여, 기록정보서비스를 개발하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기록정보서비스 개발 방안은 기술을 개발하는 관점도 있지만, 최근 수요가 많아지고 있는 기록관리학의 관점으로 기술하였다. 이를 위하여 정보서비스 이용 예정자들에게 FGI를 통하여 요구 분석을 하였고, 기록 분석의 절차 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 시스템 구조와 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계하였고, 기록을 관리하고 열람할 수 있는 화면을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기록관리 분야에서 스포츠 분야 기록관리에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

This paper suggests the direction of documentation that enables the certified organizations to transform smoothly into newly revised ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. Documentation and control of records are major concerns not only to certified organizations but also to consultants and auditors of certification bodies. The revised standards ISO 9001:2000 requires a significantly reduced emphasis on the needs for documented procedures than the ISO 9001:1994 version of the standard. This paper describes documented procedures and records be kept as a minimum needed by organizations in accordance with the requirements of control of documents and records. This enables each individual organization to establish Quality Management System effectively and perform continual improvement activities.
