비정상 확율함수인 지하수위 자료의 추정을 위하여 k계의 고유확율함수를 이용하였다. IRF-k의 우수성을 판정하기 위해 지하수위 자료가 정상 확율하수라고 가정하여 ordinary kriging과 비교 검토하였다. 교차 타다성에 의하며 IRF-k가 ordinary kriging에 비해서 지하수 분포 추정에 더 적합한 모델이다. 또한 추정치의 통계적 오차에 의하여도 IRF-k가 ordinary kriging에 비해 우수하다. IRF-k와 ordinary kriging은 지하수위 등고선과 3차원 표면 그림에 있어서 차이를 보이는데, IRF-k에 의해 만들어진 도면들이 더 정밀하다.

Recently WCDMA signal transmission technology by large output microwave antenna have showed reduction of human resources and operating expense. But the existing antenna brackets cost is very expensive also its structure and functions are complicated. Unit brackets, suspending some sensors, subjected to acceleration loads, often fail due to self-vibration. To prevent such failures, it is necessary to understand the fatigue failure mode and to evaluate the fatigue life using tests or analysis techniques. The objective of this study is to develop the component test specifications, which are applicable to predict fatigue life at initial product design step, for unit brackets using vibration fatigue technique. So its application is limited to installation and management. In this project, we studied about more convenient bracket for microwave antennas through improvement on the existing antenna bracket's shortcoming and could develop an improved universal antenna bracket system for simple installation and application.

A universal four-point contact measurement method, has an advantage of non-existence of contact resistance, is demonstrated by the experiments with carbon nanotubes and ZnO nanowire. Ti/Au and Pt are tried to compare the influence of contact resistance between two different metals. These metals are selected to make Ohmic contact and Schottky contact originated from their different work functions. For precise experiments, Ti/Au and Pt are separately evaporated to form double 'four-point contact electrodes' on CNTs or ZnO, and the voltage-current characteristics are measured. This method can be applied to universal resistivity measurement for nanotubes and nanowires.

This paper describes IMT-2000 Testbed System which consists of ATM based IMT-2000 exchange(A-lMX), RNC simulator, HLR simulator, SCP simulator, B-ISDN subscriber simulator and MS simulator. Simulators were developed to verify the mobile functions and basic services of IMT-2000 like Videophone, VoD(Video on Demand), and Internet access. UPT(Universal Personal Telecommunication) service could be adapted well to this testbed system. Until the entire network elements are developed fully, this testbed system can be used to prove new services in IMT-2000 network.

In this paper, we prove that multi-variate fuzzy polynomials are universal approximators for multi-variate fuzzy functions which are the extension principle of continuous real-valued function under $T_W-based$ fuzzy arithmetic operations for a distance measure that Buckley et al.(1999) used. We also consider a class of fuzzy polynomial regression model. A mixed non-linear programming approach is used to derive the satisfying solution.

In this paper, we analyses of a traffic for authentication signaling in third generation mobile sensor network. In universal mobile telecommunication system, authentication functions are utilized to identify and authentication a mobile station and validate the service request network services. The authenticating parties are the authentication the serving general packet radio service support node access the authentication center to obtain the authentication with the mobile station. In this paper, we propose that the automatic cost-effective solution size of the authentication vector array.

It is well known that the neural network can be used as an universal approximater for functions and functionals. But these theoretical results are just an existence theorem and do not lead to decide the suitable network structure. This doubfulness whether a certain network can approximate a given function or not, brings about serious stability problems when it is used to identify a system. To overcome the stability problem, We suggest successive identification and control scheme with supervisory controller which always assures the identification process within a basin of attraction of one stable equilibrium point regardless of fittness of the network.

Close examination of previous constraints on bound anaphora that are designed to directly constrain the distribution of referentially dependent(RD) items shows that no universal structural relation may exist that relates RD items to their antecedents. As an alternative to these constraints, this paper proposes an axiom of semantic interpretation, called the Principle of Referential Autonomy, which dispenses with any pretheoretical notion of grammatical functions or configurational notion like c-command. Together with certain English-specific facts, this principle enables us to infer the ungrammaticality of core examples of strong and weak crossover.

In this article, we give an example of local derivation, that is not derivation, on the algebra F(x1,…, xn) of rational functions in x1, …, xn over an infinite field F, and show that if X is a set of symbols and {x1,…, xn} is a finite subset of X, n$\geq$1, then each local derivation of F[x1,…, xn] into F[X] is a F-derivation and each local derivation of F[X] into itself is also a F-derivation.
