'The Regional complex long-term program of restoration (reintroduction) of Primoryes ginseng population up to 2005' elaborated by Primorye governor administration, Regional Committee of Natural Resources and Russian Academy of Sciences operates in Russian Primorye. The Institute of Biology and Soil Science (IBSS) provides the scientific implementation of this program including the genetic analysis of extant ginseng populations, plant reproduction and offspring identification. According to our investigations, the genetic resource of P. ginseng in Primorye is represented by three populations of wild-growing ginseng and a few private plantations. The results obtained by RAPD allowed concluding that this resource is dispersed among the wild and cultivated ginseng sub-populations in such a way that each of sub-populations studied has to be represented in living plant collection as a stock material to maintain species genetic variability. The allozyme analyses also showed that the small sub-populations of natural ginseng are characterized by unique genetic diversity and, therefore, they all need to be represented in reintroduction centers. Additionally the allozyme analysis discovered that the Blue Mountain and Khasan populations possess the most genetic diversity. So, at least one more reproductive ginseng unit has to be created besides two already existing reintroduction centers representing the Sikhote-Alin and the Blue Mountain populations.

본 연구는 고령화 사회에서 국내 공공도서관 노인서비스 현황을 파악하여 개선점을 도출하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 전국의 도시지역 공공도서관을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 수행한 결과 총 172개 도서관이 응답하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 공공도서관은 대체로 노인이용자의 중요성에 대해서 인식하고 있으나, 적극적인 대응에는 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 도서관 장서 및 공간/시설에 대해 우선적으로 강화해야 할 영역은 큰활자·음성도서/정기간행물 장서 확충과 높은 서가의 책을 찾기 위해 직원에게 도움 요청이 가능하도록 해야 한다는 점으로 조사되었다. 도서관 서비스/프로그램의 경우 우선적으로 강화해야 할 영역은 사회참여 프로그램과 인문학 프로그램으로 분석되었다. 정보서비스 담당 사서들은 다른 노인서비스 기관과 차별화된 도서관만의 노인서비스를 제공하기 위해서 노인세대의 계층을 세분화하고 보다 전문화된 서비스 및 프로그램을 기획하여야 한다는 의견을 개진하였다.

안드레이 아말릭의 희곡들은 70년 소비에트 희곡사에서 전무후무한 독특한 현상이다. 그것은 소비에트 희곡이 20세기 초 러시아 아방가르드의 성과를 고의적으로 망각한 지 반세기가 지난 뒤에, 동시대 서방의 실험적인 연극 실천들로부터 철저하게 고립된 소비에트의 연극 환경 속에서 느닷없이 출현한 괴물 같은 부조리 희곡이었다. 그런데 놀랍게도 아말릭의 희곡들은 현재의 러시아 내에서 뿐만 아니라 외국의 러시아 문학 연구자들 사이에서도 거의 잊혀져가고 있다. 소비에트 체제가 붕괴한 뒤, 러시아에서는 1991년에 아말릭의 수기가 발간된 것 말고는 작품집도 나오지 않았으며 그의 작품 세계에 대한 재평가 움직임도 눈에 뜨이지 않는다. 그러나 아말릭은 반드시 온당한 평가를 받아야 하는 작가이다. 그의 희곡에 대한 연구는 고골, 흘레브니꼬프, 마야코프스키, 오베리우 등으로 이어지는 러시아 그로테스크-부조리 극문학의 혈통을 복원하는 일이다. 이 논문에서는 그 작업의 한 시도로서 아말릭 희곡의 구성 메카니즘에 관해 알아보기로 한다.

금속분말 야금은 금속이나 금속산화물의 분말을 금형에 넣어 프레스로 압축 성형한 후에 고온으로 가열 소결하면 굳어지는 현상을 이용하여 독특한 모형의 부품이나 일정한 형태의 제품을 만드는 제조 기술이다. 분말 야금 프레스 장비는 자동차, 전자 부품 등의 핵심 정밀 부품을 만드는데 사용되기 때문에 이를 위하여 정밀한 서보 모터를 사용하여 제작되는 경우가 대부분이다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 지능형 정밀 서보제어 분말 성형 프레스 시스템은 상부 램 부분은 기계식 캠축을 사용하고 하부 램 부분은 고정밀 서보 시스템을 활용하여 정밀하게 제어함으로써 가격대를 낮추면서도 정밀도를 유지할 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 또한 OPC 기반의 모니터링 및 공정 데이터 수집 시스템을 설계 및 구현함으로써 향후 빅 데이터를 활용한 스마트 제조 관리 시스템에 적용될 수 있는 확장성을 제공한다.

우리나라는 일제 식민지배로 인해 중요한 근대의 시기를 읽어 버렸음에도 오늘날 선진국의 반열에 올라서 있다. 이 시기는 디자인 활동에도 상당한 제약을 받았음으로 우리의 창의적이고 혁신적인 디자인 행위는 별로 없었을 것으로 생각하는 것이 일반적이며 그에 대해 연구한 결과도 미미하다. 이 시기의 디자인 행위에 있어 창의적 발상이나 혁신적인 디자인들은 전혀 없는 것인가? 라는 물음 속에서 당시 남겨진 근대디자인의 여러 산물들에 대하여 분석한 결과 10가지의 분야에서 새롭고 남다른 혁신성(Innovation)을 발견할 수 있었다. 즉 오늘날도 디자인 분야에서 구사하는 혁신적인 전략 예컨대 브랜드 패밀리, 뉴 사인시스템, 모더니즘 스타일, 로컬라이제이션, 스타마케팅, 완 소스 멀티 유즈, 프라이빗 브랜드, 자연친화, 융 복합, 패러디 전략 등을 활용해 디자인했음을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the condition of the architectural location and the history of Yeongbojeong and investigate the motivation which formed the YuSik space and the poetical circles of it. And another purpose of the study is to discover how Yeongbojeong, located in a military camp in Western coast, displayed the poetic scenery so to be the poetic summer house among so many Nujeongs in Joseon. Yeongbojeong is currently located in Soseong-ri, Ocheon-myeon, Boryeong City, Chungnam. Yeongbojeong has the biggest size among all the summer houses in the country with 24 architectural rooms. And Yeongbojeong is not only the summer house in which people could simply see its scenery, but beyond the poetic space of Joseon, it was the unique poetic summer house which enables poets and calligraphers to enjoy imaginary freedom. The time range of the study was from the building of Yeongbojeong in 1504 to its demolish in 1901, and its space range was taken focused on the particular scenery which was seen from around Yeongbojeong. To investigate the architectural aspect of Yeongbojeong, the existing records about the summer houses, "OcheonGoonJi" and the landscape paintings etc. were referred. The travel records and poems in the work collection of the famous poets who explored Yeongbojeong were referred to examine the formation of the Yeongbojeong poetical circles. The result of the study shows the process that Yeongbojeong had become the famous national place with scenery and how it became the most visited YuSik space. And this study figured out the full account of Yeongbojeong poetical circles which had been formed by so many poets of the country for 4 hundred years.

최근 MPEG-I (Immersive) 그룹에서는 몰입형 비디오(Immersive Video)에 대한 표준화 프로젝트를 통해 압축 성능 탐색을 진행하고 있다. MIV(MPEG Immersive Video) 표준 기술은 다수의 시점 영상과 깊이 맵을 통한 깊이 맵 기반 이미지 렌더링(DIBR)을 바탕으로 제한적인 6DoF을 제공하고자 하는 기술이다. 현재 MIV에서는 바탕 시점(Basic View)과 각 시점의 고유한 영상 정보를 패치 단위로 모아둔 추가 시점(Additional View)으로 처리하는 모델을 채택하고 있다. MIV에서 생성된 아틀라스는 포함되는 시점의 성격에 따라 다른 영상의 특성을 나타내어 비디오 코덱의 압축 효율에 대한 고찰이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다양한 시점과 패치들이 반복되는 패턴에 착안하여 화면 내 블록 카피(IBC: intra block copy) 등의 압축 기법이 포함된 스크린 콘텐츠 코딩 툴에 대한 성능 비교 분석을 진행하여 복원 영상에서 최대 -15.74% Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) 관점에서의 부호화 성능 향상을 제공하였다.

Salurnis marginella Guérin-Méneville, 1829 (Hemiptera: Flatidae) is an invasive species first reported in 2003 in Iksan, which is located in the mid-western region of South Korea, and subsequently found in the nearby regions in 2005. However, molecular-perspective reports on their invasive characteristics are not yet available. In this study, population genetic characteristics of Korean S. marginella were evaluated using the mitochondrial COI region and sequencing 124 individual samples collected in 11 Korean localities. A total of 12 haplotypes were identified with a maximum sequence divergence of 1.368% (9 bp). Haplotype diversity was relatively higher than that of other insect species invaded into Korea, providing 2-6 haplotypes per populations, indicating that introduction to Korea may have happened rather extensively and consistently. Nucleotide diversity (π) was the highest in Iksan but owing to the limited sample size (three individuals) from this locality, additional studies are required for drawing conclusive inference regarding the place of entry to Korea. Ulsan, the easternmost population in the present study, revealed nearly the lowest diversity estimates, such as the lowest H and the second-lowest π; a unique haplogroup with a higher frequency; and an independent genetic cluster, suggesting that the introduction of S. marginella to Ulsan was an independent event. Further collection in Korea and neighboring countries, including the original distributional range is necessary to elucidate the invasive dynamics of S. marginella

The purpose of this study is to investigate historical and geographical environments in the development of the Naxi costumes of Chinese ethnic minorities and their characteristics-including religious cultures and totem worship-and to suggest the direction of fashion design toward the modernization of traditional costumes. The research methodology involved the collection of materials and investigatation into the history, culture, and characteristics of Naxi costumes; in particular, the "seven-star" sheepskin cape, one of the Naxi people's important ethnic costumes as demonstrated by the women's clothing that has been designed in reflection of this traditional costume. The results are as follows. First, Naxi costumes are found to have overall coherence and distinct locality when retained in the process of modernizing the traditional costume. The theme of this work is titled "By the Light of the Moon and the Stars," which is expressed in contemporary fashion by the use of grey and dark red against a background of black, a color preferred by the Naxi people. Second, the Naxi people's seven-star sheepskin cape is a symbol of women's clothing with its characteristic patterns, shapes, and colors, and it is subject to creative modernization while retaining its unique ethnic characteristics. Third, the work expresses the contemporary stylishness of the costume while maintaining the customary decorative accessories from the Naxi people's traditional culture.

To analyze recent changes in designer-specific garment composition, detail, and design elements of jackets, we classified jackets from the Paris Haute Couture Collection from 2000 S/S to 2019 F/W according to their designers and examined their characteristics. Our analysis of the jackets by Armani, Chanel, Dior, Jean-Paul Gaultier, and Valentino shows that the hour-glass silhouette was most common in Armani, Chanel, Dior, Jean-Paul Gaultier and Valentino jackets; Chanel used more straight silhouettes compared to other designers. Most jackets, regardless of the designer, had midlength waist-to-bottom, tight sleeves fitted to the body, natural shoulder shape, and solid color. Moreover, woven fabric was the most common material. Jackets with no collar were the most common for Armani, tailored collars for Dior and Jean-Paul Gaultier, and standing collars for Chanel and Valentino. For the closure method, Armani used hook-and-eye, Chanel, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Valentino used button closures, and Dior used snap closures the most. New design attempts by designers are bringing details and design elements together. In an era characterized by an abundance of designs and frequent replacement of each brand's creative designers, it is important to create and maintain a brand's unique design identity and philosophy that can meet consumers' elevated standards, which tend to be biased towards new and stimulating designs due to the development of the IT industry.
