This research aimed to identify the characteristics of outdoor apparel market for new seniors. To achieve this goal, influence of new seniors' lifestyle and apparel purchase criteria of design preferences of outdoor apparel products were investigated. An online-survey was conducted targeting fifties who have bought outdoor apparel within one year. The collected data were carried out for factor analysis, independent sample T-test, and regression analysis by using SPSS 22.0. Results showed that new seniors' lifestyles were composed of appearance-orientation, well-being diet, well-being exercise, self-development, and challenge-orientation. Purchase criteria of outdoor apparels were factored out as practical, aesthetic, and social. Appearance -orientation and self-development affect aesthetic and social factors. Well-being diet influences all factors of purchase criteria. Challenge -orientation has effect only on social factor. Women favored round-and V-neckline more than men did as well as preferred half and 3/4 long for sleeve. Customers who value practical purchase criteria preferred half-sleeve, zipper, and button-closure designs. In contrast, customers who have aesthetic purchase criteria like round/V-neckline and cap sleeve. Social factor affected high neckline and vivid-tone color preference significantly. As outdoor design for new senior it is critical to introduce differentiation of outdoor brand with various designs combining functionalities of outdoor activities and style looking young and dandy, which is highlighted as trendy and casual, over current outdoor apparels' unified design.

In this paper, we propose a design methodology of IEEE 802.11n MAC which aims to achieve the higher throughput of more than 100Mbps in downlink as measured at the MAC-SAP and present the implementation results of MAC using the proposed design methodology. With our proposed methodology, different from the conventional design flow which has the separate codes for the protocol validation, for the network simulation, and for the system implementation, the unified code can be used for the network simulation and the implementation of software and hardware. Our MAC architecture is partitioned into two parts, Upper-layer MAC and Lower-layer MAC, in order to achieve the high efficiency for the new features of IEEE 802.11n standard. They are implemented in software and hardware respectively. The implemented MAC is tested on ARM based FPGA board.

Artworks inspired by birds have consistently enjoyed popularity, both in the past and present. Designs featuring birds from mythology have particularly garnered significant admiration. Therefore, this study aims to develop into the jewelry design with bird motifs from "Sanhaegyeong", a representative work of Chinese mythology. The research analyzes the characteristics of birds depicted in "Sanhaegyeong" and investigates design cases inspired by these birds. Birds in "Sanhaegyeong" are broadly categorized into divine birds and monstrous birds. Divine birds are predominantly represented with diverse color combinations and unified tones, while monstrous birds are primarily expressed in contrasting colors such as red, green, and white. The study further scrutinizes the forms, colors, and symbolism of jewelry inspired by birds in "Sanhaegyeong". These works predominantly utilize various colors, green, and red. By integrating shapes and patterns relevant to the era associated with the origin of "Sanhaegyeong", designers applied them in the designs, taking into consideration the contextual background and the relevance of design forms. It is anticipated that these research findings will be valuable to designers intrigued by mythical bird designs.
In this study, the effects of the inelastic shear behavior of beam-column joint on the response of RC OMRF are evaluated in the inelastic time history analysis. For an example, a 5-story structure for site class SB and seismic design category C was designed in accordance with KBC2009. Bending moment-curvature relationship for beam and column was evaluated using fiber model and bending moment-rotation relationship for beam-column joint was calculated using simple and unified joint shear behavior model and moment equilibrium relationship. The hysteretic behavior was simulated using three-parameter model suggested in IDARC program. The inelastic time history analysis with PGA for return period of 2400 years showed that the model with inelastic beam-column joint yielded smaller maximum base shear force but nearly equivalent maximum roof displacement and maximum story drift as those obtained from analysis using rigid joint. The maximum story drift satisfied the criteria of KBC2009. Therefore, the inelastic shear behavior of beam-column joint could be neglected in the structural design.
The object-oriented design methods and their CASE tools are widely used in practice by many real-time software developers. However, object-oriented CASE tools require an additional step of identifying tasks from a given design model. Unfortunately, it is difficult to automate this step for a couple of reasons: (1) there are inherent discrepancies between objects and tasks; and (2) it is hard to derive tasks while maximizing real-time schedulability since this problem makes a non-trivial optimization problem. As a result, in practical object-oriented CASE tools, task identification is usually performed in an ad-hoc manner using hints provided by human designers. In this paper, we present a systematic, schedulability-aware approach that can help mapping real-time object-oriented models to multi-threaded implementations. In our approach, a task contains a group of mutually exclusive transactions that may possess different periods and deadline. For this new task model, we provide a new schedulability analysis algorithm. We also show how the run-time system is implemented and how executable code is generated in our frame work. We have performed a case study. It shows the difficulty of task derivation problem and the utility of the automated synthesis of implementations as well as the Inappropriateness of the single-threaded implementations.

In this paper, we design and implement the Wireless Transaction Protocol (WTP) proposed by the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) forum using a protocol development tool, SDL Development Tool (SDT). And we conduct a comparative performance evaluation of the WTP implementation with other three implementations that are based on different implementation models respectively: the server model, the coroutine model, and the activity-thread model. To implement WTP, we first use Unified Modeling Language (UML) for analyzing the protocol requirement and defining the protocol engine architecture. Next, we use Software Development Language (SDL) to design the protocol engine in details and then generate the WTP implementation automatically with the aid of SDT The code size of the WTP implementation generated by SDT is 62% larger than the other three implementations. However, its throughput and system response time for transaction processing is almost equal to the other three implementations when the number of concurrent clients is less than 3,000. If more than 5,000 concurrent clients tries, the transaction success rate abruptly decreases to 10% and system response time increases to 1,500㎳, due to the increased protocol processing time. But, it comes from the fact that the load overwhelms the capacity of the PC resource used in this experimentation.
Complexity metrics have been developed for the structured paradigm of software development are not suitable for use with the object-oriented(OO) paradigm, because they do not support key object-oriented concepts such as inheritance, polymorphism. message passing and encapsulation. There are many researches on OO software metrics such as program complexity or design metrics. But metrics measuring the complexity of classes at the OO analysis phase are needed because they provide earlier feedback to the development project. and earlier feedback means more effective developing and less costly maintenance. In this paper, we propose the new metrics to measure the complexity of analysis classes which draw out in the analysis based on RUP(Rational Unified Process). By the collaboration complexity, is denoted by CC, we mean the maximum number of the collaborations can be achieved with each of the collaborator and determine the potential complexity. And the interface complexity, is denoted by IC, shows the difficulty related to understand the interface of collaborators each other. We verify theoretically the suggested metrics for Weyuker's nine properties. Moreover, we show the computation results for analysis classes of the system which automatically respond to questions of the user using the text mining technique. As a result of the comparison of CC and CBO and WMC suggested by Chidamber and Kemerer, the class that have highly the proposed metric value maintain the high complexity at the design phase too. And the complexity can be represented by CC and IC more than CBO and WMC. We can expect that our metrics may provide us the earlier feedback and hence possible to predict the efforts, costs and time required to remainder processes. As a result, we expect to develop the cost-effective OO software by reviewing the complexity of analysis classes in the first stage of SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle).

Purpose - Increasing sales of PB rice products can hinder the growth of domestic brands of rice, notwithstanding that the government is promoting domestic brands of rice. This analysis evaluated the influencing relationship among the variables of PB image, product credibility, and purchase intention of consumers who have never bought PB rice, to know the factors influencing consumers' decisions to purchase PB products. Research design, data, and methodology - PB products' brand image was analyzed as the factor that has a direct effect on purchase intention. The mediation effect of credibility on PB products is also analyzed, in terms of influencing the relationship between PB products' brand image and purchase intention. The analysis is performed on consumers that have not purchased a PB product and consumers who have purchased PB products from major distributors. Data is collected through questionnaires, from 389 of responders, and the AMOS 19.0 statistics package is used as a statistical tool. Results - It is proven that brand image has direct effects on the credibility of the product, and the credibility of product has a direct effect on purchase intention. However, it is revealed that brand image does not directly affect purchase intention, but that brand image indirectly affects it through the credibility of the product. Although the customers' recognition about PB image is low, the result shows that PB products' external attributes have effects on customers' purchase intention relating to the PB product. Therefore, it is important to establish the credibility of the PB product more than other products in terms of marketing. Conclusions - The following are the implications of the study. First, in a rice brand promotion, the credibility of the product should be ensured by a uniform brand image. To ensure the credibility of a product, the RPC brand and other brands should be unified, and the unified brand image should be applied to every product. Second, the package must possess a design as well as contents that could build consumers' perception of product credibility. Products' external attributes contribute to their credibility, which leads the consumers to purchase the products, including those consumers who have never bought PB rice products. Therefore, the products' credibility and sales can be reinforced by applying information about consumers' considerations when buying the PB rice product in different colors, font sizes, and packaging designs. This study is meaningful in two ways. First, it seeks to identify an NB revitalization strategy by exploring the purchasing behavior of customers who have no experience in buying PB rice products. Second, the results of previous studies about general brands are considered and applied in this study in order to investigate the influencing relationship among different factors of PB products. However, this study is a consumer awareness investigation; therefore, its results only have limited meaning to the relationship between brand image and purchase intention.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of Lee Silverman Voice Treatment-BIG(LSVT-BIG) intervention which consisted of standardized exercise programs and occupation-based activities for people with Parkinson Disease(PD) on motor functions and quality of life Methods: This study applied a one group pretest-posttest design. The experiment was divided into two parts: pre intervention and post intervention period. Before and after LSVT-BIG intervention, Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS), Time up and go(TUG), Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire-39(PDQ-39) were used to measure the participants' motor functions and quality of life. Based on the LSVT-BIG protocol, three participants received 16 one-hour sessions over 4 weeks by a certified occupational therapist. The results were analyzed by using SPSS. Results: There were improvements in UPDRS and TUG. Additionally, PDQ-39 scores decreased in all participants, which means that their quality of life was improved. Conclusions: The study demonstrated positive effects of LSVT-BIG intervention on motor functions and quality of life of patients with PD.
Expectations for reunification have been higher than ever since the relationship between the two Koreas has become more flexible. However, since most of the integrated education in high school is based on teachers and textbooks, the educational effectiveness is minimal as it fails to attract learners' interest. Therefore, in this study, high school students participated in the North Korean market, the market for the rainy season, and our market. Through this development, the government proposed a new content for unification education that would raise interest in unification and effectively learn how the two Koreas can be divided. The main analyses and studies of this paper are as follows: :(1) First, the current state of unification education and understanding of North Korea and the current status of unification education was analyzed through the survey of educational materials for unification of North Korea, unification and school. (2) Based on the analyzed data, a learner-centered, participatory service concept was derived. (3) Based on the concept of service, a prototype of a unified education content based on the theme of a marketplaces. (4) Tested a prototype of the content of unification education for high school students. (5) Based on the prototyping test results and user analysis, a unified education content was improved and proposed. The study could replace and supplement traditional methods of unification education by improving the effectiveness of unification education through the provision of effective unification education services to high school students.
