  • Making of agreement with participation subjects is important process laying stress on presentation and a reasonable design guide line to form space order grant and synthetic space in Housing Complex plan. This study analyzed residing application specific character of design guide line that is presented to architects in general planning laying stress on plan only of 'Bongmu-dong town house' and design agreement of by architectural result that appear analyze. Result that analyze is as following: 1) Confer in 18 plan contents and integrate design or was adjusted. Being main conduct and unit plan and residing only in plan many negotiations accomplish. Architect who confer most Designs of 5 architects is 'Jean Michel Wilmott' and 'Shigeru Ban' 2) contents that confer much in plan main conduct and unit generation were details plan. Contents that is conferred with many architects are about door/core/rooftop be and asked a question about proper size of entrance. Negotiation about size was expose to the tribe of knowledge about element that do furniture and detail of necessary each space in life style of our country. We must present furnitures or detail element that appear by emotion of our country and detailed item of furnitures' size etc.. in guide line. It is immediate that creation of guide that architects can approach easily for lacking abroad architects of interests by code difference in each country is pressing. 3) In residing plan 4 architects of 5 architects applied similarly guide line in design. Most architects look by active support that make synthetic housing complex. and this is construed that act positively to make by unified residing. That plan of woods or landscape architecture and security of green area space are thing to approach on 'Environment-friendly mode of life residing only' that is general planning subject of 'Bongmu-dong town house'. 4) common question items of architects guide line of though is refered definitely when make out effective interests plan. So that can overcome legislation difference, countermeasure to make understood construction code of our country is pressing

  • Since the modem reinforced soil wall technology was introduced in domestic civil engineering society in the year 1980, the reinforced soil walls have been extensively used because these technologies have advantages such as economical efficiency, graceful appearance, and easy construction. This paper describes the application of reinforced soil wall, design criteria, and construction problems. Many cases of troubles, which include a severe deformation of facing, cracks of facing block, overall sliding failure and so on, have been reported. Inappropriate design and construction management mainly induce these problems. The technological level of design and quantity control for reinforced soil wall is not sufficiently supported to cope with the growth quantity of reinforced soil wall construction market and the increasing number of construction companies. The unified standard design and construction criteria of reinforced soil wall should be established with the detail consideration of overall performance and stability. The quality control of design and construction, and cost of construction must be seriously executed to construct a high quality of reinforced soil wall.

PPO 객체 진화에 의한 BPR-ISP-A/D 통합 방법론

  • CALS, Enterprise Integration, Virtual Enterprise 등을 구현하는데 있어서 BPR (business process re-engineering), ISP (Information Strategy Planning), Analysis/Design 등은 필수 적이다. 이러한 BPR, ISP, A/D 추진하는데 있어서 각 단계의 산출물은 유연하게 연계되지 못한다. 그 이유는 각 단계가 접근하는 초점이 다르고, 산출물의 성격이 다르며, 무엇보다도 각 단계의 전문가가 다르기 때문에 발생한다. 현재 기업이 각 단계를 추진할 때에는 반복적인 피드백을 통하여 정보를 공유하거나, 각 단계의 정보 연계가 제대로 이루어지지 않는다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 BPR-ISP-A/D의 정보 연계를 유연하게 하기 위하여 PPO (Product-Process-Organization) 객체 진화에 의한 통합 방법론을 제안 하고자 한다. 그 과정은 1) Real world 정보를 PPO 객체로 정의하고, 2) PPO 객체를 기반으로 BPR을 수행하여 TO-BE model 을 만드는 동시에, 3) PPO TO-BE model과 함께 IT Architecture를 정의하며, 4) PPO 객체를 기반으로 Analysis and Design 과정을 통하여 Application system 객체 및 Data 객체를 정의한다. 이때 PPO 객체는 Real-world 객체에서 Application system 객체 및 Data 객체로 진화하게 되고 BPR-ISP-A/D의 seamless 통합이 이루어진다. 여기서, 단계 1) 과 2)는 System Engineering을 통하여 이루어진다. ARIS(Architecture of Integrated Information System, Dr. A-W. Scheer, 1998)개념을 도입하여 실세계를 정해진 규약에 따라 Model로 Mapping하고, 생성된 Model을 바탕으로 BPR을 수행하여 개선된 Model을 산출해 낸다. 단계 3)은, IE (Information Engineering, James Martine, 1990) 의 ISP가 도입되어, 설계업무를 지원하기위한 기본적인 시스템 구조를 구상하게 된다. 이와 함께 IT Model을 구성하게 되는데, 객체지향적 접근 방법으로 Model을 생성하고 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 Tool로 사용한다. 단계 4)는 Software Engineering 관점으로 접근한다. 이는 최종산물이라고 볼 수 있는 설계업무 지원 시스템을 Design하는 과정으로, 시스템에 사용될 데이터를 Design하는 과정과, 데이터를 기반으로 한 기능을 Design하는 과정으로 나눈다. 이를 통해 생성된 Model에 따라 최종적으로 Coding을 통하여 실제 시스템을 구축하게 된다.

The Change of 'Attention Resources' and 'Space-Memory' by Lighting focusing on 'Selective Attention (선택적 주의 관점에서 본 조명에 의한 주의 자원과 공간 기억의 변화)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the change and to compare to the difference of 'selective elements' and 'space-memory' focusing on the theory, 'selective attention' through the survey results. In this study, In this study, the lighting is considered a important factor in the change of 'selective elements'. this survey is to find the selective elements of participants and to measure the spatial sensitivity of respondents through 'self- test'. The analysis in this study is conducted by descriptive statistics, t-test and one way ANOVA by SPSS program 22. The results of this study are as following; Firstly, 'attention-element' could be classified with 4 types, 'shape', 'material', 'contrast' and 'combination'. 'shape' could divide into 'structure' and' furniture and object'. In case of 'material', it could section with 'pattern' and 'color'. Secondly, through the results of study, 'attention-element' is different each space during the day in detail. But we could know that 'shape' is the important element of the 'attention-elements' during the day through comparison of this result. That means users consider this as a important factor when they evaluate the space. Therefore, it is effective way designers to consider 'shape' as the first element when they want to conduct the special sensitivity of users in the space through planning. On the other hand, what selective elements of users are different by the lighting situation should be acknowledged by designers. And they should think the kinds of selective elements are more various when lighting turns on than turns off.. Thirdly, through the results such as the meaningful difference of space-memory of users according to the change of 'attention-elements', designers should judge about which kind of feeling of users to the space do you want lead in the design process. For the effective feedback between spaces and users to induce the same emotion of users, designers need to consider the unified design and the individual design both. Also, we will regard the differences in the users' emotion to the space according to the lighting situation when we design the space.

In addition, UML is one of the global standards and supports MDA. In this paper embedded software development method for USN using UML is discussed To show how the development method is used, IEEE 802.15.4 radio module are programmed using UML software tool.

  • Recently, As a part of NGIS project, cultural-assets digital map is produced by cultural properties administration and local autonomous entities. Cultural-assets unified GIS(Geographical Information System) is essential to cultural properties managers and other organizations which is executing land related business for appling it at planning stage. With explosive national land developments, it has been obligated to implement surface survey by the cultural properties protection Art(clause 2, Atr 74). In this paper, the author used the district of Sachon city and made 3D terrain model using digital map which is made of It5000 scale. moreover, the author improved to RDBMS(Relational Database Management System) structure and remodeled the existing DB design in detail. The author suggest to realize shape and kind of remains which have 3D information of accuracy and actualization from surface survey to excavation.

  • Recently, the demand regarding reliability and safety of the railroad are increased as built to high-speed railway and Driverless LRT systems. Accordingly, effective management of construction projects is being applied, with the introduction and use of PMIS computerized systems. Due to the construction of railways, from the start of PMIS research planning, design, procurement, to construction and commissioning, various expertise is being carefully gathered, and by integrating it into the unified budget ideas and processes, rational, efficient, organized, and manageable financial plans are developed for the computerized system. However, the current PMIS does not take into account the life-cycle. Therefore, this study is to bring attention to the BIM smart BOM-based configuration management for life-cycle through the consideration for railway construction project management.

  • According to the 'Rules on the Safety Standard of Railroad Facilities', the 'Detailed Safety Standards of Railroad Facilities' and 'the Standards for Railroad Design' unified of MLTM(Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs), the risk analysis on the application of fire safety facilities should be quantitatively performed to ensure the safety in tunnels over 1km long. This paper aims at proposal of basic data for the safety facilities' planning with reasonable and appropriate scale through case studies on different model tunnels.

  • 기업 ICT (Information & Communication Technology) 인프라의 혁신을 위해 선행되어야 할 조건으로 유무선 네트워크 시스템의 통합을 들 수 있다. 최근 10년간 통신 사업자들을 중심으로 유무선 네트워크 통합과 통합된 네트워크를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 망 관리 시스템의 통합이 추진되어 왔다[5][6]. 여러 개의 망 관리 시스템을 하나의 시스템으로 통합하면서 발생하는 문제점 중 하나는 데이터베이스의 종류와 개수가 증가하면서 사용자들이 원하는 망관리 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 없다는 점이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 다양한 종류의 데이터베이스와 연동하여 사용자가 원하는 메뉴를 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 지원하는 검색 체계를 제안한다. 제안된 아키텍처는 유무선 통합 망관리 시스템 환경에서 사용자가 원하는 망관리 정보를 쉽고 빠르게 검색하는 기능 구현에 적합하다.
