The purpose of this study is to provide policy implications for vitalizing u-health services. We carried out survey of 500 consumers and indepth interview with various experts. Both experts and consumers believe that u-health services will become prevalent in the longrun, although there exist obstacles against vitalization of u-health services. To vitalize u-health service, the Korean government should raise reliability and recognition of u-health service for consumers. Furthermore, law and institution regarding u-health services should be improved to give enough incentives for u-health suppliers and consumers.

Currently, efforts towards pursuit of standardization of u-Health technology and for development of our own source technologies and functions in Korea are being made continuously. Accordingly, base technologies in the area of u-Health software as well as trends in and standards of u-Health software market were investigated, and this Study aims to develop reliable evaluation model for u-Health software. For this purpose, characteristics and service types of u-Health software were examined, and u-Health technological trend and standards were analyzed. On the basis of these preliminary research, reliable evaluation model for u-Health software was developed.

u-Health refers to "Always, ubiquitously" prevention against disease, diagnosis, medical treatment service that can receive treatment even if patient does not visit hospital as abbreviated word of ubiquitous and health. U-Health transmits in individual's living body sign and measuring of health information and health information system that is consisted of process of analysis and feedback transmiting and measure individual's living body signal and health information and health proprietary company or medical institution operates. If analyze pattern to information that health information system is transmited, health care officer or chief physician means that offer healthcare and medical treatment service to remote about target customer. Wish to present authoritativeness model for u-Health's inside and outside of the country same native place and u-Health's BMT in this research.

The objective of this research is to get the lesson of the policy by searching the factors of technology acceptance focused on u-Health system. For the purpose of this research, this study presented the concept of u-Health and literature review associated with technology acceptance. Also, this research analyzed the factors affecting 'acceptance of u-Health system'. As a result of the analysis, the first factor affecting acceptance of u-health system is 'self-efficacy' and the second factor is 'connecting'. These results showed characteristics of the innovative aspects and the 'anytime and anywhere' in the ubiquitous concept. Therefore, considering these factors when developing with the priority of u-health system will be able to increase the likelihood of business revenue.

In the proposed u-health service platform mobile u-health served an a series of process of bio data collection and storage and bio data analyses and results notice, and I interpreted it to a process. I became a design so as the service platform which supported health management system construction easily loaded service applied mobile u-health, and to be able to operate it in mobile environments, and took utility of a service platform and usability into consideration, and I got the crux of u-health use service.

The purpose of this paper is to analyse the present situation and legal problems of u-health. U-health plays an important role in enlarging the healthcare service and making the healthcare service efficient. The use of Korean excellent IT technology can lead us to a world wide competitive healthcare industry. Although u-health has the weakness in privacy protection, the usefulness and convenience of u-health is great. Therefore we must analyse the legal issues of security technology, RFID, telemedicine and EMR pertaining to u-health and construct the appropriate legislative structure to resolve the legal problems of u-health.

Applying the conventional machine-learning method which has been frequently used in health-care area has several fundamental problems for modern U-health service analysis. First of all, we are still lack of application examples of the traditional method for our modern U-health environment because of its short term history of U-health study. Second, it is difficult to apply the machine-learning method to our U-health service environment which requires real-time management of disease because the method spends a lot of time in the process of learning. Third, we cannot implement a personalized U-health diagnosis system using the conventional method because there is no way to assign weights on the disease-related variables although various kinds of machine-learning schemes have been proposed. In this paper, a novel diagnosis scheme PCADP is proposed to overcome the problems mentioned above. PCADP scheme is a personalized diagnosis method and it makes the bio-data analysis just a 'process' in the U-health service system. In addition, we offer a semantics modeling of the U-health ontology framework in order to describe U-health data and service specifications as meaningful representations based on this PCADP. The PCADP scheme is a kind of statistical diagnosis method which has characteristics of flexible structure, real-time processing, continuous improvement, and easy monitoring of decision process. Upto the best of authors' knowledge, the PCADP scheme and ontology framework proposed in this paper reveals one of the best characteristics of flexible structure, real-time processing, continuous improvement, and easy monitoring among recently developed U-health schemes.

유비쿼터스 건강관리를 가능하게 하는 U-health의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 다양한 U-health 서비스들이 개발, 제공 되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 서비스들이 제한적이고 독립적으로 구성되어 있어서 다른 서비스와의 연동을 통한 폭넓은 서비스의 제공이 어렵다. 이러한 서비스 연동을 위해서는 U-health 데이터 및 단위 서비스를 체계적으로 관리하고, 맞춤형 U-health 서비스 개발에 필요한 단위 서비스 검색 방법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 온톨로지를 이용하여 U-health 데이터 및 서비스들을 체계적으로 명세하고 관리하기 위한 방법과, 온톨로지 정보를 이용하여 의미적으로 서비스를 검색할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 브로커링 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 이를 활용해 스트레스 관리 U-health 서비스를 구축한 사례를 설명한다.

국가 간의 자유무역협정을 통한 세계 경제는 통합화를 추구하고, 이러한 결과로 국가 또는 기업 간의 경쟁이 점점 가속화되고 있다. 시대적 Paradigm은 세계 경제의 통합과 경쟁 방식의 변화이며, 이러한 가운데 소비자들은 건강과 Wellbeing에 대한 관심이 혁신적으로 증대되고 있다. 특히 U-Health의 필요성 증대, 지속적인 U-Health 시장 수요의 증가의 전망되고 있으며 고령화 사회로 접어들면서 건강관리 비용이 GDP의 7% 상회할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 따라서 국가는 국가 경쟁력을 위해, 지역은 지역 경쟁력을 위해 U-Health 산업의 육성을 간과할 수 없다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 충북 지역의 독자적 생존노력 강화 차원에서 차별적인 U-Health 서비스의 우수 브랜드 개발을 통하여 지역 경제활성화 방안을 연구하고자 한다. 먼저 충북 지역은 U-Health 분야의 Power Brand 제정을 통한 충북 지역의 U-Health분야의 독자적 경쟁력을 구축할 수 있다. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 U-Health 제품에 대한 효율적 마케팅전략 전개 필요하다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 SWOT 분석을 통한 경쟁력 확보 전략, STP 분석을 통한 지역 산업화 전략, Marketing Mix 전략을 통한 산업의 활성화 전략을 연구하였다.

최근 휴대전화의 확산과, 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서, 휴대전화를 매개로 한 새로운 u-health서비스에 관한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 휴대폰을 매개로 한 u-health 서비스가 다양한 만큼 휴대전화 사업자들이 다양한 u-health 서비스를 효율적이고 체계적으로 개발하는 방법 또는 기술을 갖추는 것은 중요하다. 사실 서비스 관점에서는 전혀 다르게 보이는 u-health서비스들도 서비스 구조, 단위 서비스, 데이터 레벨등과 같은 관점에서 바라보면 많은 부분에서 공통점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 다양한 서비스들을 각각 독립적으로 개발해나가는 것 보다는 각각의 서비스들에 공통되는 특징들을 모아서 공유하고 재사용할 수 있게 지원하는 플랫폼을 준비하고 준비된 플랫폼 상에서 u-health 서비스를 개발하는 것이 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 u-health 서비스 개발을 위해 필요한 공통적인 핵심 기능들과 도구들을 제공하는 u-health 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다. 서비스 플랫폼의 주된 구성요소들은 u-health 온톨로지와 데이터 구조, 그리고 Business Process Management System (BPMS)에 기반 한 서비스 통합 프레임워크 등을 포함한다. 제안한 플랫폼은 u-health 서비스들을 개발하는 데 있어서 공통되는 특징들과 서비스들을 등록하고 재사용할 수 있도록 해준다. 제안된 플랫폼의 원형을 구현한 결과, 제안하는 플랫폼은 서비스의 유연성, 접근성, 진화성, 재사용성, 적응성, 상호운용성에 장점이 있으며 u-health서비스 개발을 위한 지침을 제공할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
