효율적인 국토관리 및 국가산업 육성, 이를 통한 대시민 서비스를 강화하고자 U-City 구현이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내의 경우 U-City 구현을 위한 인프라 및 요소기술들에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나 서비스, 공간 등에 대한 연구와 상호 호환 및 연동에 대한 기반 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 또한 도시민의 수요와 요구를 제대로 반영하지 못하는 서비스 제공과 개념적으로 동일하거나 유사한 서비스가 중복개발의 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 수요자 중심의 서비스 항목 및 우선순위를 제안함으로써 서비스 도입시 파급효과를 극대화하고 결과의 타당성의 한계를 극복하고자 한다.

만성질환자가 증가함에 따라서 유헬스 서비스는 특정 질병의 치료 및 관리에서 서비스 대상자에 대한 행동수정기반의 예방서비스로 진화하고 있다. 기존의 유헬스 서비스는 원격진료나 상담을 통한 서비스나 생체정보의 모니터링만을 제공하여 대사증후군 등 만성질환자를 예방하거나 관리하는 것에는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 만성질환자의 건강관리를 위한 멀티플랫폼 기반의 유헬스 서비스 모델를 제안한다. 멀티플랫폼 기반의 유헬스 서비스는 PC와 스마트폰을 통하여 사용자의 위치와 제한없이 지속적으로 건강 정보 및 식이, 운동에 대한 서비스가 가능하다. 또한 임상정보를 바탕으로 CDS(Clinical Decision Support) 모듈을 활용한 처방 서비스를 의사와 간호사에게 제공한다. 의사는 행동수정 프로그램을 통해 서비스 대상자의 생활패턴을 파악하고 맞춤화된 서비스의 제공이 가능하다. 본 유헬스 서비스 모델은 서비스 대상자에게 멀티플랫폼 환경에서 효과적인 서비스를 제공하여 만성질환자의 건강증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, the development of u-City and u-City services have been actively pursued by individual local government bodies in South Korea. This study focuses on the development of u-Health service, one of the services of u-City, by studying u-Health services in development (domestic and foreign) and by analyzing and proposing the communication infrastructure required to provide such services. Mainly, this study will focus on analyzing the current trend in personal mobile device based u-Health services domestically and internationally, and propose a new type of u-Health service, u-Diet service. The study will introduce the architecture, service scenario, technologies, characteristics, and the business model for the u-Diet service. It is expected that this study will provide the guideline for developing new u-Health services.

Ubiquitous computing is enhancing computer use by making many computers available throughout the physical environment, but making them effectively invisible to the user. To facilitate the successful adoption and diffusion of ubiquitous computing, it is necessary to figure out the factors affecting the use of U-service. Though the research related to ubiquitous computing has been vigorously conducted from the aspect of system and service provider, there have been very few studies that focus on the user's perspective. Therefore, this study attempts to figure out major factors which are dedicated to the development of ubiquitous computing and u-service, and that ultimately influence the u-business outcome. This study derived the factors that characterize u-service, such as ubiquity, contextual offer, reliability, invisibility, and confidentiality, which are then combined in the TAM model and carry out the path analysis. The research findings indicate that ubiquity affects both the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. The reliability and confidentiality were found to affect the perceived usefulness, whereas the contextual offer and invisibility turned out to influence the perceived ease of use. Finally, the relationship among the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and the attitude toward using are identical with the previous research findings related to the technology acceptance model(TAM).

uTradeHub 관련 선행연구들은 서비스 품질의 중요성을 일원론적 시각에서 파악했을 뿐 어떠한 서비스 품질속성을 우선적으로 향상시켜야 할지에 대한 연구는 부재한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 Kano 모형에 의거 uTradeHub의 서비스 품질속성을 분류하고, Timko의 고객만족계수(CSC)와 평균만족계수(ASC)를 사용하여 uTradeHub 서비스 품질 제고를 위해 중점적으로 관리해야 하는 품질속성을 규명하였다. 설문조사를 통해 확보된 총105개의 유효자료를 실증분석에 사용하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, Kano모형에 의거 서비스 품질속성을 분류한 결과, 일원적 품질 12개, 당연적 품질 5개, 무관심 품질 2개가 도출되었다. 둘째, Timko의 고객만족계수(CSC)를 이용한 분석결과에서는 "고충 및 불만에 대한 사후처리"와 "비용절감", "업무처리의 효율성", "정확하고 유용한 정보 제공"이 만족계수(SC)의 상위에 랭크됨으로써 서비스 품질이 충족되면 고객만족이 특히 증가하는 품질속성으로 파악되었다. 반편 "고충 및 불만에 대한 사후관리", "상호작용", "문제발생시 즉각적 대응능력", "정확하고 유용한 정보제공", "업무처리의 효율성" 등은 불만족계수(DC)의 상위에 랭크됨으로써 서비스 품질이 충족되지 않으면 고객 불만이 특히 증가하는 품질속성으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 평균만족계수(ASC)에 의거 uTradeHub 서비스 품질 제고를 위해 중점 관리해야 하는 품질속성을 분석한 결과에서는 "고충 및 불만에 대한 사후관리", "비용절감", "정확하고 유용한 정보 제공", "업무처리의 효율성", "업무성과" 등이 상위 5위에 랭크됨으로써 지금보다 개선되면 만족도가 더 크게 증가하지만 악화되면 만족도가 훨씬 더 감소하는 품질속성으로 분류되었다.

유비쿼터스 컨버전스 산업의 가능성을 확인하기 위한 시험대로서 u-City에 대한 관심이 지속적으로 커져가고 있는 시점에서, u-City의 대표적인 서비스 및 응용 분야로서 u-방재에 대한 연구도 서서히 확대되어가고 있다. u-City의 다른 영역과 마찬가지로 u-방재 서비스의 원활한 제공을 위해서는 기존에 분산되어 운영되고 있는 다양한 u-City 서비스 및 하부 인프라가 종합적으로 연계될 수 있는 방법이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 분산자원관리 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있는 CIM/WBEM 표준과 대용량 모니터링 데이터의 취득 및 활용에 적절한 모델로 인정되고 있는 GMA를 결합하여 u-방재 서비스 및 모니터링 아키텍처의 설계에 적용하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 u-City 서비스 인프라의 표준화 및 확장성에 대한 요구가 더욱 커져갈 것으로 예상된다는 점에서, 본 연구에서 제시하는 통합 인프라 모델은 기존에 구축되어 있는 분산자원들과 지속적으로 추가될 것으로 예상되는 신규 서비스들의 효과적인 통합 모델로써 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Multiplex is a representative culture facility of citizens. Therefore, a lot of researches and investment on multiplex are carried out to improve benefits of service suppliers and users. Especially, focused on main services of a theatre such as ticket booking and issuing within multiplex, examination of tickets, admission information of movie screens and screening information inquiry, improvement activities are carried out. However, it is not enough to evaluate on what efficiency the above efforts have in the viewpoint of customer benefits and business. Therefore, this study analyzed value and limit of the newest service of multiplex applying the existing ubiquitous concept(u-multiplex service), and proposed a model and a plan for improving the existing services. The study interviewed with specialists in the related field and applied workshop-shape group interview to 110 university students and simulated service models. The contribution of the study is to analyze the value and limit of the existing multiplex service objectively, and to propose a new service model and plan to improve its limitation. In the future, the study plans to research on service models by extending space and functional roles of multiplex to the whole subsidiary facilities including movie screens.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 웹을 기반으로 한 응용분야의 새로운 트랜드이다. 이는 많은 사용자들이 쉽게 인터넷을 통해 자원을 할당받고 서비스를 지원받을 수 있는 IT 비즈니스 모델이라 할 수 있다. 또한 u-러닝은 인터넷 기반 학습의 효율성을 극대화한 모델이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이를 인터넷 기반 학습에 응용하는 u-러닝 교수 학습 모형의 설계를 제시하고자 한다. 제안된 교수 학습 모형은 u-러닝에 맞도록 준비, 계획, 수집, 학습 진행, 분석 및 평가, 피드백의 7단계로 구성하였다. 이는 클라우드 u-러닝 서버와 클라우드 LMS를 두어 처리 및 관리하도록 하였으며, 학습자의 이동형 기기 모델의 인식을 위하여 이동형 기기 메타데이터를 두도록 하였다.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 활용한 서비스가 u-Campus 의 도입과 정착에 미치는 영향 요인을 기술수용모형(TAM) 을 이용하여 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 u-서비스의 특성요인으로 실시간서비스, 정보보안성, 맞춤서비스 등의 요인들을 추출하여 이들 요인들이 u-서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성과 인지된 편리성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았으며 인지된 유용성과 인지된 편리성이 u-서비스 이용 의도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 연구하였다. 162명의 응답자를 대상으로 실증분석을 실시한 결과 맞춤서비스가 인지된 유용성과 인지된 편리성에 가장 유의한 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

The introduction of a ubiquitous environment has realized commercial ubiquitous services in various industrial fields and government area. The central and/or local governments are demanding an appropriate investment evaluation model for ubiquitous service. Thus, this study develops and suggests an evaluation model for ubiquitous service by reflecting its characteristic of promoting public good, as well as its broad ripple effect on people. The investment evaluation model for ubiquitous service suggested by this study is based on Cost Benefit Analysis Method. Especially, the 'Benefit' is analyzed in two aspects; 'Economic Benefit', which shows the benefit that ubiquitous service providers to the overall local economy, and; 'Financial Benefit', which shows the profit of individual investors participating in the introduction of ubiquitous service. The investment evaluation model for ubiquitous service suggested by this study can be used by the central and/or local government during their evaluation for investment before introducing a ubiquitous service. Also, when introducing a ubiquitous service in public field, the model can be used to support the decision making of private businesses for investment. Finally, it can be used to promote and inform the expected benefits of introducing a ubiquitous service to local residents.
