This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and human error, and the moderating effect of age and maintenance type on the relationship between job stress and human error in maintenance personnel. Based on the responses from 450 maintenance personnels, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that physiological and psychological stress responses have positively related with human error. In moderating effect test, age appeared to impact on the relationship between physiological/behavioral stress and human error.

For the performance enhancement of communication system, high quality filters are required. Also a minimization of size of filter is required for the interation of devices in the limited area. Conventional metal filters made of copper can be substituted by high quality high temperature superconducting(HTS) films for better performance. Hairpin type filters have been designed with the center frequency 14 GHz for the size reduction. 3-pole and 4-pole filters centered at 14 GHz with the bandwidth of about 300 MHz were designed and fabricated. With the simulation results, the frequency responses showed low insertion loss and sharp skirts characteristics. The frequency response of HTS 14 GHz fi1ter was measured at 77 K and compared with the simulation results. We have compared YBCO filters and copper filters which were made with the same design rules. Simulated and measured frequency responses reveal that HTS YBCO hairpin type bandpass filters show better performance than copper filters.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the facets of gender role identity as reported by several disciplines undergraduate female college students, and to confirm the characteristics and differences according to the types. Methods: A Q sort methodology was utilized to gather responses to gender role identity. Forty subjects' responses were analyzed by QUANL PC program. Results: The subject responses were classified into four gender role patterns: 1) paternity-sensitive type, 2) conviction-sensitive type, 3) sensibility-inhibitive type and 4) sensibility-expressive type. Conclusion: The findings add to the understanding of women college students and their perception of their gender role identify. Further studies need to be done to understand how the four patterns relate to success or satisfaction for female college students.

Experimental studies were done to research the clinical effects of Juguieum and Juguieum-gamibang(Juguieum with Lonicerae Flos and Forsythiae Fructus added) on the Antiallergic effect. The results obtained as follows; 1. In the effects of Jugieum and Jugieum-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal histamine, Juguieum group revealed none significant effect, but Jugieum-gamibang group revealed significant effect. 2. In the effects of Juguieum and Juguieum-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal serotonin, Juguieum and Juguieum-gamibang groups revealed significant effect. 3. In the 48hrs homologous passive cutaneous amaphylaxis provoked by the IgE-like antibody against egg albumin, Juguieum and Juguieum-gamibang groups revealed significant effect. 4. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to Picryl Chloride, Juguieum and Juguieum-gamibang groups revealed significant effect. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Juguieum group revealed significant effect, but Jugieum-gamibang group revealed none significant effect. According to above-stated results, Juguieum and Juguieum-gamibang are concluded to be effective as anti-allergic regimen and recommended to be used for the treatment of type I and type IV allergic disease.

Sinichengpaeum has been widely used in the oriental medical treatment of nasal diseases. These studies were performed done to investigate the effect of Sinicheng- paeum on the anti-allergic action We studied the vascular permeability response induced by the histamine and serotonin injection(allergy Ⅰ type), homologous PCA provoked by the IgE-like antibody against EWA(allergy Ⅳ type), contact dermatitis induced by picryl chloride(allergy Ⅳ type), delayed type hypersensitivity response to SRBC (allergy Ⅳ type), and the amount of eosinophil and IgE. The results were as follows: 1. The effect of Sinichengpaeum on vascular permeability responses to intradermal histamine and serotonin were significant. 2. In the homologous PCA provoked by the IgE-like antibody against white egg albumin, Sinichengpaeum showed a significant effect. 3. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to picryl chloride, Sini-chengpaeum provoked a significant effect. 4. After reaction provoked by picryl chloride, Sinichengpaeum showed an insignficant effect on amount of eosinophil, but a significant effect in IgE amount. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Sinichengpaeum provoked a significant effect. 6. After reaction provoked by SRBC, Sinichengpaeum showed a significant effect on amount of cosinophil, but an insignificant effect in IgE amount.

This study examined difference in the responses of children and therapists depending on children's problem type(internalization or externalization) and the therapists' levels of psychological burnout. Play therapy' cases (March 2010 ~ September 2011) were successfully concluded in more than 36 sessions, which targeting 14 children aged 4~9 who had emotional and behavioral problems and two therapists who consulted with the children. To examine the change in the play therapy stepwise process in this case, the responses in the children and the therapists were examined by dividing the stages of therapy into the early stage, the middle stage, and the late stage. The Results showed that (1) the children's response during the play therapy process were not significant different for both types of children's problems. Moreover, there were no differences with different levels psychological burnout by the therapist. (2) A change in the children's response during the play therapy process was noted in both children who had internalization problem and in those who had externalization problems. Moreover, according to the therapist's levels of psychological burnout, a change in the children's responses was indicated in the play therapy process. (3) The therapist's responses in the play therapy process did not show significant difference according to children's problem type or therapists' levels of psychological burnout. (4) A significant difference was noted in the responses between the therapists experiencing psychological burnout depending on their level.

This study examines the effects of collaboration type and brand sensitivity on consumer responses toward fashion collaboration brands. For this study, six brands of fashion collaboration were selected by collaboration types: collaboration with same industry (Uniqlo-Jill Sander, H&M-Sonia Rykiel, and Levis-Jean Paul Gaultier) and collaboration with different industries (LG-Prada, Samsung-Armani, and LG-Levis). A selfadministered questionnaire was developed based on the literature that mainly included brand sensitivity, consumer response (brand association, brand values, and purchase intention), and marketing strategic elements in the context of fashion collaboration. For collecting the data, respondents were asked to choose and assess a previously purchased brand. A total of 299 usable data responses were obtained from Korean consumers aged from 15 to 40 years old. The consumer response toward the fashion collaboration brand consisted of four factors: Emotional value, perceived quality, symbolic value, and brand association. The results showed that the collaboration type had the main effect on emotional value, symbolic value, and purchase intention. Brand sensitivity had the main effect on brand association, emotional value, symbolic value, and purchase intention. There was also an interaction effect on emotional value. With respect to strategic marketing elements, product differentiation, premium pricing, and value pricing had partially positive effect on consumer responses; however, promotion had a negative effect on consumer responses (e.g., perceived quality, and emotional value). In addition, collaboration type or brand sensitivity moderated the effect of strategic marketing elements on consumer responses. This study discussed a managerial implication to develop a strategic brand alliance to manage brand equity in the fashion marketplace.

본 연구는 제품유형, 웹툰에 대한 태도가 웹툰 PPL에 대한 소비자 반응 - PPL 침입성, PPL에 대한 태도, 브랜드 태도, 구전의도, 구매의도 - 에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 또한, PPL 제시유형이 제품유형과 웹툰에 대한 태도와 어떻게 상호작용하는지 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 실용재보다 쾌락재일 경우, 웹툰 콘텐츠에 대한 태도가 부정적일 때보다 긍정적일 경우 PPL에 대한 소비자 반응이 긍정적이었다. 본 연구 결과는 또한 웹툰에 대한 태도와 PPL 제시유형 간의 상호작용을 보여준다. 웹툰에 긍정적인 독자에게는 크리에이티브 배치가, 웹툰에 부정적인 독자에게는 온셋 배치가 더 효과적인 PPL 제시유형이었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 실무적 함의를 제시하고자 한다.

This paper explores a series of numerical simulations of dynamic responses of multi-piles (dolphin) type substructures for 2.5MW class offshore wind turbine. Firstly computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation was performed to evaluate wave loads on the dolphin type substructures with the design wave condition for the west-south region of Korea. Numerical wave tank (NWT) based on CFD was adopted to generate numerically a progressive regular wave using a virtual piston type wave maker. It was found that the water-piercing area of piles of the substructure is a key parameter determining the wave load exerted in horizontal direction. In the next the dynamic structural responses of substructure members under the wave load were calculated using finite element analysis (FEA). In the FEA approach, the dynamic structural responses were able to be calculated including a deformable body effect of substructure members when wave load on each member was determined by Morison's formula. The paper numerically identifies dynamic response characteristics of dolphin type substructures for 2.5MW class offshore wind turbine.

This paper is concerned with the numerical study on the resonance response of a rigid spar-type floating platform in coupled heave and pitch motion. Spar-type floating platforms, widely used for supporting the offshore structures, offer an economic advantage but those exhibit the dynamically high sensitivity to external excitations due to their shape at the same time. Hence, the investigation of their dynamic responses, particularly at resonance, is prerequisite for the design of spar-type floating platforms which secure the dynamic stability. Spar-type floating platform in 2-D surface wave is assumed to be a rigid body having 2-DOFs, and its coupled dynamic equations are analytically derived using the geometric and kinematic relations. The motion-variance of the metacentric height and the moment of inertia of floating platform are taken into consideration, and the hydrodynamic interaction between the wave and platform motions is reflected into the hydrodynamic force and moment and the frequency-dependent added masses. The coupled nonlinear equations governing the heave and pitch motions are solved by the RK4 method, and the frequency responses are obtained by the digital Fourier transform. Through the numerical experiments to the wave frequency, the resonance responses and the coupling in resonance between heave and pitch motions are investigated in time and frequency domains.
