Feature of Political Candidate and Local Election (정치 후보의 용모와 지방선거)

  • This research explores the effect of features of political candidate on the electors' emotion and support. Though lots of researches have been proceeded about nonverbal communication clues such as posture, gesture, makeup, the research on the effect of glasses which can express in the face of candidate on the electors can not be easily found. For this experimental research, 2 group of subjects composed of university students was exposed to different type of TV address video and respond to survey questions which were analysed by SPSS program. This research found that the glasses of candidate could affect good feeling and support of electors but not on intimacy and confidence of them.

Effects of Non-Regular Visiting Nurses' Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment (비정규직 방문간호사의 직무불안정성이 직무만족, 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the job insecurity, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses working at public health centers, and evaluate the effects of job insecurity on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey study. One hundred forty-three visiting nurses, who were non-regular hired by 16 public health centers in B city, were selected using a convenient sampling method. Results: The results were analyzed using SPSS/Win 21.0. A feeling of helplessness (among job insecurity factors) and retention intention significantly affected the job satisfaction of non-regular visiting nurses, and their explanation power was 20%. Retention intention, a feeling of helplessness, and age significantly influenced the organizational commitment, and their explanation power was 26%. Conclusion: Therefore, it would be necessary to stabilize the employment type, provide appropriate promotion and compensation for nurses according to their work performance, and reduce the number of non-regular employees to increase the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of non-regular visiting nurses.

Visual Tactile Attributes in Online Product Presentations for Improving Purchase Intention

  • Online shopping is increasing worldwide. Providing customers actual feeling of the product is essential in online shopping. Various technological aids can be used to support visual feeling. When delivering visual tangibility, it is important to study which attributes are significant in product presentations that best portray the actual tactileness. In this perspective, we suggest 'visual tactility' (VT) as a parameter for delivering tangibility in visual presentation. By measuring visual tactility in different product types, latent factors of visual tactility were identified and their influence on purchase intention was determined in this study. We defined material properties of touch such as surface texture, hardness, temperature, and weight as Visual Tactility (VT), the influential factor of tactility. We investigated the influence of VT on product purchase intention and analyzed tactileness within four online product presentations: single static picture, multi static pictures, zoom, and video. Our purpose was to investigate underlying effects of visual tactile attributes on touch and determine their influences according to online product presentation formats. Our results showed that visual tactility positively affected purchase intention and that each attribute differed in importance according to product type. Moreover, this study revealed a strong relation between online product presentation and VT attributes. These results provide a guide when selecting which presentation is optimal for delivering a product's tactility in online shopping situation.

Firm Classification based on MBTI Organizational Character Type: Using Firm Review Big Data (MBTI 조직성격유형화에 따른 기업분류: 기업리뷰 빅데이터를 활용하여)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to classify KOSPI listed companies according to their organizational character type based on MBTI. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected 109,989 reviews from an online firm review website, Jobplanet. Using these reviews and the descriptions about organizational character, we conducted document similarity analysis. Doc2Vec technique was hired for the analysis. Findings - First, there are more companies belonging to Extraversion(E), Intuition(N), Feeling(F), and Judging(J) than Introversion(I), Sensing(S), Thinking(T), and Perceiving(P) as organizational character types of MBTI. Second, more companies have EJ and EP as the behavior type and NT and NF as the decision-making type. Third, the top-3 organizational character type of which firms have among 16 types are ENTJ, ENFP, and ENFJ. Finally, companies belonging to the same industry group were found to have similar organizational character. Research implications or Originality - This study provides a noble way to measure organizational character type using firm review big data and document similarity analysis technique. The research results can be practically used for firms in their organizational diagnosis and organizational management, and are meaningful as a basic study for various future studies to empirically analyze the impact of organizational character.

A Research on Airline Customer Service Employees' Characters and their Service Attitudes focusing on K-Airline Service center (항공사서비스센터 직원의 개인특성과 서비스태도에 관한 연구 - K항공사 서비스센터를 중심으로 -)

  • This paper tried to research a field employee's character, its correlation to service attitude and its impact on service using MBTI characteristics functional indicators, working at airline customer service center. It is proved employees with Sensing Feeing(SF), Intuition Feeling(NF) and Intuition Thinking(NT) have showed lower satisfaction on their duty than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. In analysis of MBTI characteristics' impact on organization-related characteristics, it is also found out employees with Sensing Feeing(SF) and Intuition Feeling(NF) have showed lower trust than employees with Sensing Thinking(ST) have. Considering other controled factors, this paper found that the more job satisfaction employees have, employees with 1 to 5 years of experience on their duty showed more significant service-focused attitude. Moreover, deputy directors or high-ranked people with the higher job satisfaction were seemed to be more service-oriented.

  • In this dissertation I have interest in the personality classification in order to recognize the personlity classification in order to recognize the tenfency of the mentality and the action. This paper compare the temperament of Sasangin(四象人) by Lee Je Ma(李濟馬) and The Psychological Types of C. G. Jung. As a result I get the following conclusions:1. Sasang understood that Sassangin have original tendency of the mentality. But C. G. Jung understood man has all of the four psychological type though they have discrepancy among them.2. In the function of the mentality, the both are similar.3. The mentality of So-Eum-In(少陰人) is similar to The Type of Thinking. The mentality of So-Yang-In(少陽人) is simliar to The Type of Feeling. The mentality of Tae-Eum-In(太陰人) is similar to The Type of Sensation. The mentality of Tae-Yang-In(太陽人) is similar to The Type of Intuition.4. The tendency of the mentality by the personality classification is of some use in the oriental medical therapy.5. For using the tendency of the mentality in oriental medical psychotherapy, they require more studies.

A Subjectivity Study on Type of Emotional Response of Stroke Patient (뇌졸중 환자의 정서반응 유형에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify emotional responses, of stroke patients using Q analysis. From the data analysis, five types of emotional responses in stroke patients were classified as follows. 1. Acceptance and Overcoming : They attached to life strongly and had self-confidence of recovery. They were striving against their situation through using anything else good for their recovery. 2. Anger Type : They recognized a labile feeling and were angered easily. They had a self-confident and self-esteemed personality before they had a stroke. 3. Conflict Type : They wanted interaction with others. This individual recognized that no one knows their agonies. They were thankful to god or their family, while they could not control their minds. Their family supports were low. 4. Deficiency of self-esteem Type : They had a self-confidence of recovery, but they were in fear of interaction with others. Especially, they were ashamed of themselves. They have a high sense of responsibility and nigh self-esteem for themselves before they had a stroke. 5. Despair Type. : They were sorry to trouble their family. They felt depression, anxiety, darkness, uselessness of themselves, and they wanted to die. They recognized financial burden. for their family. The characteristics of the five types of stroke patient identified in this study will be used to assess emotional nursing needs for stroke patients. The findings of this study will provide practical guidelines for developing nursing interventions for stroke patients based on the characteristics of subjectivity types.

Analysis of the Relationships Between Sasang Typology, Holland's Vocational Typology, and Myers-Brigg's Types Among Undergraduate Students at the College of Oriental Medicine

  • Objectives : The present study investigated the integrative relationships between Sasang typology, Holland's vocational typology, and Myers-Briggs type. Methods : The sample was composed of 83 sophomores at the College of Oriental Medicine, Daegu Hanny University (56 men, 27 women; ages 19 to 39, mean age ${\pm}$S. D. = 24.38 ${\pm}$ 5.28) and was carried out with the QSCC II, Holland inventory, and MBTI. SPSS 12.0 was employed for statistical analyses. Results : The Sasang types of the subjects were as followed: 21 Soyangin (10 men, 11 women) (25.3%), 20 Taeumin (18 men, 2 women) (24.1%), and 42 Soeumin (28 men, 14 women) (50.6%). There were no significant differences in the mean scores of Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, or Conventional scale between the 3 Sasang types, but in the mean scores of Realistic, Investigative, and Artistic scale between the 4 MBTI combinations (Sensing-Thinking, Sensing-Feeling, Intuition-Thinking, and Intuition-Feeling type): F (3, 73) = 3.11, p < .05 in Realistic scale, F (2, 73) = 3.70, p < .05 in Investigative scale, and F (2, 73) = 5.60, p < .01 in Artistic scale. Conclusions : The present study discovered that the first preference for vocational aptitude of undergraduate students at the College of Oriental Medicinewas Investigative and the second preference was Artistic, which fitted Holland's vocational codes as Investigative/Artistic or Investigative/Social scale. The personality traits underlying Sasang typology play an important factor in making career decisions.

A Study on the Expression Elements of Fashion Styles according to the Pursuit Image Types of the Male Office Worker (직장남성의 추구이미지에 따른 패션스타일 표현요소 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive the type of image pursued by men at work and to present the fashion style element as a method of expressing the image to be pursued. The was carried out by deriving the types of seeking images of men at work through literature research and questionnaire on seeking images and analyzing cases through FGI. The results of the study on fashion style elements for each type of image pursued are as follows. First, the reliable image appeared a gentle and formal fashion style, and colors and items were identified as the main elements of expression. Second, the refined image appeared in a chic and dandy fashion style, and colors, fabrics and items reflecting trends were identified as the main elements of expression. Third, the neat image was identified as a simple and minimal fashion style, and details, fabrics, and colors were identified as the main elements of expression. Fourth, the luxurious image was found to have an intellectual feeling in a classic fashion style, and color and material are the main elements of expression. Fifth, the dignified image appeared in a fashion style that was well-dressed and felt classy and heavy, and colors, patterns, and items were identified as the main elements of expression. Sixth, the energetic image emerged as a business casual style, except sporty or active functional styles, with overall comfortable and cheerful feeling, fit, color, and items were noted as the main elements of expression.

THE INVESTIGATION FOR THE EFFECT 01 THE SOLUBILITY PARAMETER BETWEEN OIL BINDER AND SOLVENT TO THE PRODUCT QUALITY IN THE WET TYPE BACK INJECTION PRESS PROCESS.

  • In the make-up product, Eye-shadow products have several purposes of enhancing product quality such as providing the beauty (variation of shape, clean appearance), feeling, continuity and adhesion. In this paper, newly developed wet type back injection press process is introduced so as to increase higher value products which providing various the beauty. The solvent takes an essential role to provide the fluidity of the powder bulk during the pressed-process of wet type pressed product. In this study, the effect of solvent in the oil binder was investigated, And the higher quality condition of the wet type pressed product was built to apply cosmetic preparation. Firstly, the system was designed powder phase as non treated pigment. The oil binder phase is categorized as hydrocarbons(Mineral oil, Squalane), Silicones(Methicone, Dimethicone ), esters (Octyldodecanol, Octyl Dodecyl Myristate). The solvent phase used was C 7-8 isoparaffin and Isopropyl Alcohol. The interaction of oil binder and solvent is investigated by measuring mass of final oil binder and the each solubility parameter. It was found that the higher the solubility the higher the degree of change in the final composition of the oil binder. In order to maintain the quality of the final product, the solvent used in pressed-process should be hydrophobic with oil binder.
