해마다 여름철이면 장마기간 이후 코스에 발생하는 병으로 인해 우리나라의 골프장들은 많은 어려움 처하곤 한다. 그러나 잔디병에 관한 잘못된 상식과 편견으로 인해 병방제에 필요없는 비용이 소요되는 일이 흔히 발생한다. 향후 우리나라의 골프장이 500개가 넘어 설 예정이며 이러한 시점에서 관리비용을 줄이기 위한 대책 마련이 시급한 상황임을 고려할 때 코스를 최적으로 유지관리 하고 동시에 필요없는 관리비용을 줄이기 위한 노력이 요구되는 시점이다. 이러한 맥락에서 우리가 흔히 생각하고 있는 병에 대한 편견과 또 관리비용을 줄이기 위한 병 방제 시스템에 관해 알아보고자 한다.

In this paper, pollen types of plants and Pb, N, P, K, Ca and Na in pallens of trees were investigated to control the air and soil pollutions. Morphological types of about 500 species of plants were identified to make the best use of paleontology, medicine and pharmacy. There were the positive correlations between Pb, N, P, K,Ca and Na contents in pollens and soils, respectively. A heavy metal, Pb, contained in pollens was not absorbed by rats. This fact should be utilized to purify air and soils polluted by Pb. Key words: Pb, Pollen, Pollution, puripication, Control.

The mass action on the assimilation and dissimilation of a living system from bio-molecules to bio-spheres has been demonstrated by the theoretical models as the bio- and trophic-functions From the viewpoint of this bio-mechanics, the general principle on the pre-equilibrium of the bio-molecular system is found. Five dictyostelid cellular slime molds were isolated from the littoral grassland ecoystems of the lake Paldangho, safeguard of waterworks, Kyounggi-do, South Korea. They were Poiysphoadylium violceum, Dictyosielium aureo-stipes var. aureo-stipes D crassicaule, D macrocephalum and D gigauteum. P. violaceum was dominant species. It live on the low nutrient and barren soils as the littoral zone destabilized in surface soils, litters and chemicals by inundation an rain precipitation. Key words: Cellular slime mold, Littoral grassland ecosystem.

In June 1994, the circular parch of zoysiagrasse(Zoysia japonica) occurred in golf courses in Kyeongnam, Kycooggi province, Korea The causal agent identified as Antonina graminis Maskell (Rhodeagrass scale). A. gramninis settle on a grass leaf shearh and stem, and then suck plants juices, causing daroaged plants to wither and die. Adult scales were legless, immobile, and shell-like protective cover with waxy and 2~Amm in size. Immature scales had three pairs of leg, and were mobile, O.4~ O.9mm in size.

Dictyostelid cellular slime molds were quantitatively isolated from three golf courses in Kyonggi province. The samples were collected in tee, fairway, rough and out of bounds at each golf courses. Dictyostelium muoroides was found at rough of Seo-Seoul C.C and D. minutum at out of hounds of New Korea C.C Compared with other forests, species diversity and species richness appeared to be low. The properties of soils were investigated in three golf courses. This results were very low in water content, organic matter compared with artificial Korean lawngrsss turf in Seoul National University.

동아시아와 북미에 분포하는 조경수목을 형태적 특성 및 분자생물학적 특성에 따른 연구 결과를 토대로 분류한 결과 8종에서 밀접한 관련성을 갖고 있었다. 자주받침꽃, 능소화, 산딸나무, 보리밥나무, 가래나무, 튤립나무, 일본목련, 잣나무는 동아시아와 북미에서 각각 밀접한 유연성을 가진 종들이 있어 이들을 조경수목쌍으로 분류할 수 있었다. 그리고, 형태적 특성이 매우 흡사한 종으로는 중국단풍나무, 고로쇠, 들메나무, 야광나무, 소나무와 곰솔, 상수리나무, 갈참나무, 떡갈나무, 신갈나무, 굴참나무, 피나무, 참느릅나무 등에서 동아시아와 북미 조경수목쌍이 존재하는 것으로 판단되었다.
