We present a novel method aimed at refining ground truth data through regularization and modification, particularly applicable when working with the original ground truth set. Enhancing the performance of deep neural networks is achieved by applying regularization techniques to the existing ground truth data. In many machine learning tasks requiring pixel-level segmentation sets, accurately delineating objects is vital. However, it proves challenging for thin and elongated objects such as blood vessels in X-ray coronary angiography, often resulting in inconsistent generation of ground truth data. This method involves an analysis of the quality of training set pairs - comprising images and ground truth data - to automatically regulate and modify the boundaries of ground truth segmentation. Employing the active contour model and a recursive ground truth generation approach results in stable and precisely defined boundary contours. Following the regularization and adjustment of the ground truth set, there is a substantial improvement in the performance of deep neural networks.

본고는 진리가 지닌 본래적 가치와 진리의 본체성 사이에 어떤 관계가 있는가의 질문에 대한 답을 모색한다. 진리의 본체성은 다양한 방식으로 정의될 수 있으나 본고는 진리 개념이 불투명한 개념이라는 뜻으로 규정한다. 대표적인 진리 다원주의자인 마이클 린치(Michael P. Lynch)는 진리의 본체성과 진리의 본래적 가치를 모두 긍정한다. 본고는 린치가 제시하는 진리의 본래적 가치를 옹호하는 논증을 분석한 후, 그가 제시하는 진리의 본래적 가치 옹호는 진리의 다원적 발현을 주장하는 그의 이론과 독립적임을 논증할 것이다. 아울러 진리의 본체성을 부정하는 대표적인 견해인 폴 호리치(Paul Horwich)의 진리 축소주의에 따르면 어떻게 진리가 지닌 본래적 가치를 옹호할 수 있는가를 살펴볼 것이다. 그리고 두 이론을 비교함으로써, 진리의 본래적 가치와 진리의 본체성이 서로 독립적인 논제인 이유를 자세히 해명할 것이다. 그리고 진리의 다원적 발현이 진리 가치의 다원성을 일반적으로 함축하지 않는다는 추가적인 귀결이 우리의 일상적인 진리 담론에서 어떤 함의를 가지는가를 간략히 제시할 것이다.

This study investigates how the truth-related words in Korean, which were originally noun or adverb with 'truth' related meaning, can be used as discourse markers with the functions such as 'emphatic marker', 'attention getter', or 'hesitation marker', and it argues that such functions of the discourse markers are the result of grammaticalization process. That is to say that the truth-related words have acquired new functions as discourse markers from their corresponding lexical items as a noun or an adverb through grammaticalization process. In this study, we demonstrate that the truth-related words tend to appear sentence-initially or sentence-medially when they are used as discourse markers. We also show that they are most likely to be used as emphatic marker because of the lexical meaning of the truth-related words. Finally, we state that truth-related words differ from one another in where they appear and what function they are used with.

The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation between Truth(道) and dimension through the understanding of architectural point of value in the aspect of correlation between modern western thoughts and the thoughts of Truth and also through the reading of what kind of composite trend of the Truth can be seen in a Korea traditional house. This stduy takes the following procedure with reference books and traditional house that we have. 1) Making foundation for this study by finding out the fundamental meaning of the thoughts of Truth through the comparing and analyzing between modern western thoughts and the thoughts of Truth. 2) Reviewing the understanding of dimension in the thoughts of Truth. 3) Traslation of the organic correlation through the analysis of composition, placement and characteristics of dimension in a real present traditional Korea house. 4) Finding out the meaning of each dimension through the adaptation of the fundamental rules of nature of Jane(藏:store), Sang(生:life), Jang(長:long), Su(收obtain) to the dimension composite of a traditional house and concluding that the cyclical process in the oriental thoughts could be made.

Purpose - This research identifies the meaning of the core capability level of Car Master and the reason why its service at the Moment of Truth should be demonstrated through empirical cases. It can be seen that this study differs from existing research because it proposes that the recognized core capability level to achieve customer satisfaction should focus on the mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality. This paper examines the effect of Car Master's recognized core capability level on customer satisfaction by using the variables mentioned above. Moreover, this study uses regression analysis to verify that the mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality on Car Master's capability level achieves customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - First, we present evidence that could apply to Car Master's recognized core capability level by detailing the relationship between customer satisfaction and a structuring factor for Car Master's core capability level. Our proposed research model observes the relationship between the structuring factor of core capability and customer satisfaction. Second, we had an opportunity to define how the core capability and Moment of Truth quality affect customer satisfaction by performing empirical analysis on the partial mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality at a recognized core capability level and Moment of Truth quality affecting customer satisfaction. Results - First, the results indicate that Car Master's recognized core capability level (product professionalism, marketing skill, and reliability) positively affects customer satisfaction. Second, the results show that an ability to listen and a sense of dedication positively affect customer satisfaction, and are among the Moment of Truth quality factors; but performance capability, which is one of the Moment of Truth quality factors, does not positively affect customer satisfaction. These results clearly differ from prior studies focused on Moment of Truth quality and consumer satisfaction. Third, the results show that Moment of Truth quality has a partial mediating effect in terms of the impact of Car Master's recognized core capability level in achieving consumer satisfaction. Conclusions - This research indicates that the company will be able to expand if they investigate and show an interest in more training and education for Car Master. The study verified that outstanding Car Masters show differentiated performance on customer satisfaction at the Moment of Truth in various instances. Thus, we believe that this is the time for a discussion on systematic and empirically recognized core capability levels and the Moment of Truth quality. The study on Car Master's recognized core capability level offers suitable solutions for Car Masters to respond to customers at the Moment of Truth. Further, this study emphasizes the importance of service as a critical factor having a direct relationship with the company's success and failure and contributing to building trust with the customer. Thus, an investment in continuous education and training for Car Master will help the growth of the business.

본 연구에서는 레이더 강우의 ground-truth를 위해 가능한 3가지 비교방법, 즉 3가지 ground-truth설계를 이론적으로 검토하였다. 이론적인 결과는 먼저, WGR강우모형으로 모의된 3차원 강우장에 적용하여 검토하였으며, 아울러 실측자료인 관악산 레이더 자료 및 레이더 관측영역 내 건설교통부 관할 지상관측소 강우 자료에 적용하여 평가하였다. 전체적인 적용결과는 이론적인 분석내용 및 모의 강우를 이용하여 수행한 내용과 유사함을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 레이더 및 우량계 강우가 양(+)인 경우만을 비교하는 형태는 심각한 설계편의를 유발하여 레이더 강우의 ground-truth에 적절하지 못함을 확인할 수 있었다.

There are many global/continental or large area land cover mapping projects because land cover is one of key parameters in environmental studies. Though ground truth collection is a important and difficult task in land cover mapping, it is usually performed independently in each project without any cooperation between them. This is the background of the development of Global Land Cover Ground Truth (GLCGT) database by the cooperation of many projects and researchers. The developed GLCGT database will be used freely by any researcher. This cooperative and common development of GLCGT database will realize reliable and continuously improved land cover ground truth data. It also eliminates duplicated efforts of ground truth collection among projects.

Purpose - There have been not enough studies on the ways customer Moment of Truth(MOT) activities are structured along with consumption chain and their influences as well as the relative influences of service quality at Moment of Truth on customer performance. Therefore, customer service needs needed at Moment of Truth may differ depending on whether these distribution services are at introduction-growth stages or maturity-decline stage already, but there is no study which illustrates this. Research design, data, and methodology - This study selects VoIP and IPTV as the household telecommunication and distribution services at introduction-growth stages as well as high speed internet and wire telephone as those at maturity-decline stages. Then it identifies which experiences that customers have at Moment of Truth by each service as well as the influences related to what the customers consider as important. Results - As the result of demonstration with the target of 858 respondents, customers' experiences and requests differ at Moment of Truth. For service quality, what takes the positive roles in customer performance includes corporeality and certainty for the services at introduction-growth stages as well as reliability, sympathy, and mutuality for those at maturity-decline stages. Conclusions - Implications of these results as well as further directions for study are suggested.

인간은 정보와 지식이라는 용어를 집단적으로 이해하며, 서로 배치되는 개념적이고 이론적인 정의에 대해 주의하지도 토론하지도 않은 채, 다양한 맥락에서 두 가지 용어를 자주 사용한다. 정보와 지식이라는 개념은 내재적으로 서로 연결되어 있으며, 특히 진실이 전제조건이 되어야 할 때, 정보와 지식을 정확하게 정의하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 본 이론 논문에서는 지식에 관한 신빙주의 분석(reliabilist analysis)과 진실추적분석(truth-tracking analysis)을 각각 정보의 물리적인 패러다임과 인지적인 패러다임과 연결시키는 사고 실험을 전개한다. 이 사고 실험의 결과는 특히 탈진실의 시대적 맥락에서 정보문해력을 위한 적용과 함의를 중심으로 논의된다.

Ground truth measurement system using RC helicopter is very useful to measure BRDF. The helicopter is operated human operator but it can keep its position by GPS aided hovering system. We developed the measurement system and have done ground truth in Mongolia in the summer of 1999 and have made sure the system can measure BRDF expectedly.
