This study seeks to provide implications for domestic-related policies through exploratory analysis research to support AI-based policy decision-making. The following should be considered when establishing an AI-based decision-making model in Korea. First, we need to understand the impact that the use of AI will have on policy and the service sector. The positive and negative impacts of AI use need to be better understood, guided by a public value perspective, and take into account the existence of different levels of governance and interests across public policy and service sectors. Second, reliability is essential for implementing innovative AI systems. In most organizations today, comprehensive AI model frameworks to enable and operationalize trust, accountability, and transparency are often insufficient or absent, with limited access to effective guidance, key practices, or government regulations. Third, the AI system is accountable. The OECD AI Principles set out five value-based principles for responsible management of trustworthy AI: inclusive growth, sustainable development and wellbeing, human-centered values and fairness values and fairness, transparency and explainability, robustness, security and safety, and accountability. Based on this, we need to build an AI-based decision-making system in Korea, and efforts should be made to build a system that can support policies by reflecting this. The limiting factor of this study is that it is an exploratory study of existing research data, and we would like to suggest future research plans by collecting opinions from experts in related fields. The expected effect of this study is analytical research on artificial intelligence-based decision-making systems, which will contribute to policy establishment and research in related fields.

해병대에 근무하는 병사들의 복무만족도, 특히 군수지원 측면에서 얼마나 만족하는지 알아보기 위해 군수분야 제 요인들에 대한 상호 인과관계를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 해병대 복무만족도, 보급의만족도, 신뢰성, 적시성, 적절성, 군수품의 경제적운용 총 6개의 변수를 사용하여 각 변수들 간의 영향, 그리고 최종적으로 해병대 복무만족도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 분석대상은 단순히 해병대 전체 병사로 국한하지 않고 접적지역과 후방지역 근무자들로 구분하여 알아보았다. 그 결과 양개지역 모두 보급물량의 적절성을 가장 중요하게 생각하였으며 접적지역은 보급의 적시성, 후방지역은 신뢰성이 가장 중요하게 여기는 것을 고려해 볼 때 지역적 특성이 반영된 것을 알 수 있었다. 분석방법은 군 특성상 많은 표본의 확보가 어렵고 특히 접적지역 부대는 더욱 어려워 전통적인 LISREL대신 PLS(partial least square) 방법을적용하고, 설문자료가 리커트척도에 의한 순서형자료임에 따라 연속형자료로 전환하여 분석함으로서 통계분석의 정확도를 보다 더 높일 수 있도록 하였다.

Purpose: To discuss the records and legal standards of emergency medical technician training institutions in Korea and abroad, to identify the problems, and to provide the basic resources for improving the EMT-basic training institutions. Methods: We received advice through an advisory meeting of experts (professors of department of emergency medical technicians) and interested parties (Korean Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, officials of emergency medical technician training institutions) and referred to various reports published by governments, official institutions, and other trustworthy organizations. Also, we communicated with the related experts abroad (3 countries) on the phone or by email for surveys. Results: Compared to the abroad, it is necessary to categorize the standards and procedures of designating the emergency medical technician training institutions in Korea and improve the management of training institutions to train competent emergency medical technicians. Conclusion: It is necessary to designate and manage continuously the emergency medical technician-basic training programs for the systematic primary healthcare service.

최근 SNS상에서 소비자들이 지인의 추천을 통해 구매를 하는 현상이 많이 벌어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지인추천이 새로운 구매 휴리스틱 유발 요소로서 영향력을 갖는지 살펴본다. 이를 위해 구매 휴리스틱에 대한 지인추천의 영향력을 대표적 휴리스틱 유발 요소인 대중추천의 영향력과 신뢰성, 전문성, 적합성 측면에서 비교해 본다. 나아가 정보원천의 영향력뿐만 아니라 정보 빈도의 효과도 살펴본다. 즉, 지인의 추천이나 대중의 추천이 구매의사결정에 영향을 미침에 있어 정보원천으로서의 우위가 있다면, 그 효과가 상대적 빈도에 의해서는 어떻게 달라지는지도 살펴보는 것이다. 이는, 다수의 대중추천보다는 한정된 지인추천이 양적인 열세를 가질 수 있다는 현실에 착안한 것이다. 따라서 지인추천이라는 새로운 정보원천이 가지는 구매 휴리스틱 영향력에 있어 빈도의 제한성에서 오는 현실적 효과를 살피고자 한다. 연구 결과, 동일한 빈도에서는, 지인추천이 대중추천보다 구매 휴리스틱 유발에 있어 월등한 효과를 가지고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 지인추천 또한 대중추천처럼, 아무런 추천이 없는 경우에 비해서는 구매 설득력이 우월한 것이 확인되었으며, 신뢰성 면에서는 대중추천보다 높이 평가되었다. 또한, 지인추천이 대중추천보다 강력한 구매 휴리스틱 요소가 되기 위해서는 절대적 빈도 우위가 필요함도 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 소비자의 구매 휴리스틱에 대한 이해를 넓힘으로써, 구매에 보다 적절한 정보를 제공하고, 효율적인 구매를 지원할 수 있도록 기업관점의 함의를 제공해 줄 것이다.

웹 센서는 원격지 사용자에게 측정된 센서 데이터와 관련된 정보를 전송하는데 목적이 있다. 웹 센서는 사용자가 원격지에 존재하기 때문에 센서의 정보를 신뢰 할 수 있어야 하고, 센서들의 진단이 쉽게 다루어져야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 센서를 스마트화시키는 IEEE 1451이 발표되었다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 웹 센서를 제안한다. 제안된 스마트 웹 센서는 IEEE 1451.0을 기반으로, 대부분의 센서 인터페이스에 사용이 가능하고, TEDS 정보를 이용하여 스마트 센서를 구현할 수 있다. 또 한 XML을 이용하여 사용하기 쉬운 웹 서비스로 원격지 사용자가 센서의 모든 정보를 쉽게 다룰 수 있게 한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 웹 센서를 위한 참조 모델을 제시하고, 가스 센서를 이용한 웹서비스의 구현을 통해 유용함을 증명한다.

근년에 들어 신용거래 문화가 확산되는 한편 고객에 대한 한 차원 높은 서비스를 제공하며 업무의 효율성 재고라는 의미에서 은행 업무의 자동화는 더욱 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 예컨대 고객에 대한 현금 지불 처리의 자동화는 현재 계속 진행되어 업체간 경쟁이 심해지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 최근 들어 본격 은행자동화기기(BANKING AUTOMATION SYSTEM)화를 추구하는 각 은행들은 보다 더 원활한 전산업무화와 질적으로 높은 고객서비스를 위해 현금자동인출기(CASH DISPENSER) 보급을 확대하고 있다. 따라서 현금자동인출기를 제작하는 MAKER들도 선두주자로서의 M/S 확보를 위해 다각도로 현금자동인출기 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 현금인출 자동화 기기인 CASH DISPENSER는 이제 일반화되어 기능의 다양화와 DESIGN이 COMPACT화해 가는 추세이다. 이러한 현 상황 하에서 실제로 현금자동인출기(CASH DISPENSER)를 개발을 하였던 과정을 근거로 하여 보다 더 신뢰성 있고 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 현금자동인출기(CASH DISPENSER)제안을 사례 형식으로 살펴 보고 앞으로의 DESIGN 개발 방향을 제시해 보았다.

IoT 환경의 최종 사용자 도메인에서 점점 더 많은 수의 지능형 M2M(Machine-to-Machine Communication) 장치가 애플리케이션 서비스를 생성하고 공유하기 위한 자원을 제공한다. 따라서 기존의 중앙집중식 서비스 제공자의 역할을 P2P 환경의 최종 사용자에게 이전하여 신뢰를 관리하는 것은 매우 유용할 수 있다. 그러나 최종 사용자가 독립적으로 서비스를 제공하거나 소비하는 비중앙집중식 M2M 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 상호간의 신뢰 구축이 가장 중요한 요인이 된다. 오작동하는 서비스를 구축하려는 악의적인 사용자들이 IoT와 같은 M2M 컴퓨팅 환경에서 보안문제를 야기할 수 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 M2M 애플리케이션 서비스의 신뢰 평가를 위한 통합적인 분석과 접근방식을 제공하고, M2M 커뮤니티의 사용자들 사이의 신뢰도를 보장할 수 있는 최적화된 신뢰 평가 모델을 제시한다.

Hot forging is widely used in the manufacturing of automotive component. The mechanical, thermal load and thermal softening which is happened by the high temperature die in hot forging. Tool life of hot forging decreases considerably due to the softening of the surface layer of a tool caused by a high thermal load and long contact time between the tool and workpieces. The service life of tools in hot forging process is to a large extent limited by wear, heat crack, plastic deformation. These are one of the main factors affecting die accuracy and tool life. It is desired to predict tool life by developing life prediction method by FE-simulation. Lots of researches have been done into the life prediction of cold forming die, and the results of those researches were trustworthy, but there have been little applications of hot forming die. That is because hot forming process has many factors influencing tool life, and there was not accurate in-process data. In this research, life prediction of hot forming die by wear analysis and plastic deformation has been carried out. To predict tool life, by experiment of tempering of die, tempering curve was obtained and hardness express a function of main tempering curve.

The emerging of cloud data sharing can create great values, especially in multi-cloud environments. However, "data island" between different cloud service providers (CSPs) has drawn trust problem in data sharing, causing contradictions with the increasing sharing need of cloud data users. And how to ensure the data value for both data owner and data user before sharing, is another challenge limiting massive data sharing in the multi-cloud environments. To solve the problems above, we propose a Uniform Encoding and Parsing Framework (UEPF) with blockchain to support trustworthy and valuable data sharing. We design namespace-based unique identifier pair to support data description corresponding with data in multi-cloud, and build a blockchain-based data encoding protocol to manage the metadata with identifier pair in the blockchain ledger. To share data in multi-cloud, we build a data parsing protocol with smart contract to query and get the sharing cloud data efficiently. We also build identifier updating protocol to satisfy the dynamicity of data, and data check protocol to ensure the validity of data. Theoretical analysis and experiment results show that UEPF is pretty efficient.
