한국 측지 VLBI 시스템을 위한 라운드 Trip 시스템 (Round-trip system dedicated to the Korea VLBI system for geodesy (KVG))

  • 한국 측지 VLBI 시스템 건설 프로젝트는 2008년 11월에 공식적으로 시작되었으며, 2011년 말까지 완료하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 프로젝트의 공식 명칭은 한국 측지 VLBI 시스템(Korea VLBI system for Geodesy)이며 주목적은 한국측지 기준점을 유지 관리하는 것이다. KVG의 경우 수소 메이저 주파수 표준이 위치한 관측실은 안테나와 수십 m 떨어진 분리된 건물에 있다. 따라서 KVG는 위상 변동 효과가 축소된 기준신호를 안테나로 전달하는 라운드 trip 시스템을 갖출 것이다. KVG의 라운드 trip 시스템은 metal이나 광케이블을 모두 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 K5/VSSP32 샘플러를 이용하여 위상 변동을 직접적으로 측정하는 것도 가능하도록 설계되었다. 여기서는 라운드 trip 시스템의 기본원리와 KVG를 위한 새로운 타입의 라운드 trip 시스템을 소개할 것이다.

실제 통행기록 자료를 활용한 고속도로 Corridor 시간대별 O-D 구축 (Construction Method of Time-dependent Origin-Destination Traffic Flow for Expressway Corridor Using Individual Real Trip Data)

  • 시간개념을 고려한 교통 분석은 교통류의 이동을 고려함으로써 보다 현실적인 분석 결과를 가져올 수 있다. 본 논문은 실제 개인의 통행기록 자료를 활용하여 고속도로 Corridor를 대상으로 한 시간대별 기종점 통행량 구축 방법론을 개발하였다. 실제 개별 통행기록 자료인 고속도로 TCS 자료를 활용하여 전국 고속도로망을 대상으로 시간대별 O-D를 구축하였으며, 도심지역 분석에 활용도를 높이기 위해 구축된 시간대별 O-D를 Sub-corridor 시간대별 O-D로 전환하기 위한 방법론을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 실제 통행 자료를 활용한 기종점 통행량 구축이라는 점에서 의미를 가지며, 향후 고속도로 이외의 도로를 포함한 동적 기종점 통행량 구축에 관한 연구 및 기존의 통계적 추정을 이용한 O-D 구축방법과의 연계를 통해 교통분석의 주요 입력 자료인 동적 기종점 통행량의 구축이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

  • 이 논문은 대용량의 교통카드 트랜잭션 데이터베이스에서 통행패턴을 찾아내는 데이터 마이닝 방법의 개발에 초점을 두었으며, 결과로 도출된 통행패턴의 공간적 특징과 시점 간 차이를 분석하였다. 특히 대용량 데이터베이스에서 요구하는 지식을 효과적으로 발굴해 내는 순회 패턴 탐사법을 원용하여 통행패턴분석에 적절한 데이터 마이닝 알고리즘을 개발하여 2004년 이후 2006년 까지 3개년의 하루 교통카드 자료에 적용하였다. 또한 통행 순차 데이터베이스에서 오전 출근 시간대, 낮 시간대, 저녁 퇴근 시간대의 출발 정류장과 도착 정류장에 대한 통행 수요를 산출하여 시간대별 통행패턴의 공간 특징을 분석하였다.

  • Transformation induced plasticity (TRIP) steel consisting of ferrite, austenite, and bainite phases was regarded as an excellent candidate for automotive applications due to the good combination of ductility and strength. The aim of the present study was to understand the microstructural characteristics of ultrafine grained (UFG) TRIP low-carbon steel fabricated via equal channel angular pressing accompanied with intercritical- and isothermal-annealing treatments. When compared to coarse grained counterpart, only the volume fraction of austenite phase in UFG TRIP steel remained unchanged, but all other microstructural variables such as size and morphology were different. It was found that UFG TRIP steel showed the homogeneous distribution of each constituent phase, which was discussed in terms of annealing treatments done in this study.

  • As the steel plates used for automobile safety the TRIP-assisted multiphase steels are being introduced to automobile industry with respect to their remarkable mechanical properties for the combination of high strength and large elongation. This multiphase structure is generated by two stage heat treatment (intercritical annealing & isothermal treatment) The metastable retained austenite can be transformed to martensite when plastically deformed which results in TRIP effect. Actually the microstructure of TRIP-assisted steels consist of a fine dispersite. There present discussion deals with bainite reaction kinetics of austenite in the process o f two stage heat treatment. In relation to bainite transformation the characteristics of bainite reaction is found to be influenced by the bainite tempering temperature and also by the relative rate in which carbides precipitate within residual austenite.

국내 원전 발전정지사례 분석정보 시스템 개발

  • Information that can be obtained from nuclear power plant trip cases is important for the efforts to reduce the trip occurrences. However, trip case reports, generally printed in documents, have shortcomings in using the contents. A database system called Information System of Trip Event Cases (INSTEC) is being developed to improve the use of trip information. INSTEC will provide the information obtained from the analysis of Korean nuclear power plant trips, such as component failures or human errors that induced the trips, problems contributed to the trips, and the sequence of unit events. In this study, in the process of INSTEC development, information analysis has been performed and a prototype of the system was developed. The prototype of INSTEC with user interface was presented to plant personnel to collect their opinion on INSTEC by using a questioninnaire. As results, it is confirmed that INSTEC would be helpful and useful for plant personnel to review the trip case information.

고 Mn계 TRIP/TWIP 강의 수소취성 거동 (Hydrogen Embrittlement Behavior of High Mn TRIP/TWIP Steels)

  • The hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of high strength TRIP/TWIP steels with the tensile strength of 600Mpa to 900Mpa grade was investigated using cathodically hydrogen charged specimens. TWIP steels with full austenite structure show a lower hydrogen content than do TRIP steels. The uniform distribution of strong traps throughout the matrix in the form of austenite is considered beneficial to reduce the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of TWIP steels. Moreover, an austenite structure with very fine deformation twins formed during straining could also improve the ductility and reduce notch sensitivity. In Ubend and deep drawing cup tests, TWIP steels show a good resistance to hydrogen embrittlement compared with TRIP steels.

  • In this study, a theme-centered STEAM program converged with field trip was developed in the 'The stratum and fossils' unit of elementary science. The objectives were to find the influences on academic achievement, creative problem solving abilities and scientific attitude of elementary school students. The STEAM education program was composed of content which can be applied effectively by converging field trip and STEAM elements. As the results applied the STEAM program to elementary school students, the experimental group improved effectively in the academic achievement, creative problem solving abilities and scientific attitude compared to the control group, which took the theoretical lesson. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop systematically and continuously programs converging STEAM and field trip in various units of science subject which field trip is possible.

  • The automatic seismic trip system (ASTS) continuously monitors PGA (peak ground acceleration) from the seismic wave, and automatically generates a trip signal. This work presents how the system can be designed by using a systems engineering approach under the given regulatory criteria. Overall design stages, from the needs analysis to design verification, have been executed under the defined processes and activities. Moreover, this work contributes two significant design areas for digitalized ASTS. These are firstly, how to categorize the ASTS if the ASTS has a backed up function of the manual reactor trip, and secondly, how to set the requirements using the given design practices either in overseas ASTS design or similar design. In addition, the methodology for determining the setpoint can be applied to the I&C design and development project which needs to justify the error sources correctly. The systematic approach that has been developed and realized in this work can be utilized in designing new I&C (instrument and control system) as well.

  • Through the Standard of MCCB, the Adjustable Type Instant Trip Unit should NO trip at -20% of each current from $5{\times}In$ to $10{\times}In$ and trip +20% of those. In this paper, we obtain the attraction force between Fixing Magnet and Moving Armature. So we first made some samples. do experiments of weight, and simulated the modelling by 3D Maxwell S/W. With values of experiment and simulated values, we do design instant trip springs by using the ADAMS S/W of kinematic simulation. Finally we product the 250A Adjustable Instant Trip Unit, and it is very useful to our customers.
