나노초 펄스폭을 갖는 자외선 레이저를 이용한 전자회로기판의 저항체 트리밍과 절단공정 특성에 관한 연구 (Study of Laser Trimming and Cutting of Printed Circuit Board by using UV Laser with Nanosecond Pulse Width)

  • Resistance trimming and cutting processes of printed circuit board by making use of high power UV laser with nano-second pulse width have been proposed and investigated experimentally. Also laser-based application system with high flexibility and complex has been designed and adopted power controller, auto beam size control, auto-focusing and control program developed for ourselves. The function of each module shows that they can be reliable for industrial equipments. Resistance trimming method used a plunge and double cut process with $20{\mu}m$ spot size beam. Results show that double cut process is more effective to control resistance trimming in precision than plunge cut process.

고감성 의류제조를 위한 3-D 입체 트리밍 시스템 (A 3-D Trimming System for Bias-Cut Apparels)

  • 경사의 사선방향으로 절단하여 봉제된 바이어 컷 직물로 제조된 의류는 일반 의류와 달리 우아한 외관을 나타낸다. 이 직물의 단점은 형태안정성이 나빠서 완제품의 형태가 패턴의 형태와 다른 모양을 나타내는 경우가 많으며, 특히 밑단 부분이 불균일하게 쳐지므로, 가지런히 절단하는 트리밍 공정을 부가적으로 거치게 된다. 현재의 봉제 공정에서는 트리밍 단계를 모두 숙련공들의 수작업에 의존한 평면 커팅 방법으로 수행하기 때문에 작업자의 피로도에 따라 불량품이 양산되고 그에 따른 소비자들의 불만 요인도 높아지므로, 본 연구에서는 치수조절 마네킹을 제조하여 실제 의복 착용 상태를 그대로 재현한 후, 회전시키면서 스스로 회전하는 자동 커터에 의해서 공간상에서 트리밍하는 3-D 입체 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템에 의하여 제조된 의류는 트리밍 라인이 균일하고 매끄러우며, 안감이 밖으로 밀려나오는 경우가 없어 품위가 있는 외관을 나타내었다. 또한 수작업에 비하여 제조 속도가 훨씬 빠르므로 봉제 후공정에서의 의류 제조 시간을 획기적으로 단축하는 신속 생산 시스템의 요소로서 충분히 사용될 수 있는 가능성을 나타냈다.

  • Traditional section-based method develops blank along section planes and find trimming line by generating loop of end points. This method suffers from inaccurate results for regions with out-of-section motion. In this study, new fast method to find feasible trimming line is proposed. One step FEM is used to analyze the flanging and incremental development method is proposed to handle bad-shaped mesh and undercut part. Also in order to remedy mesh distortion during development, energy minimization technique is utilized. The proposed method is verified by shrink/stretch flange forming and successfully applied to the complex industrial applications such as door outer flanging process.

핫스템핑 부품의 전단가공에서 전단 하중의 감소 및 트리밍 금형 수명 향상을 위한 국부 연화 방법 (A Local Softening Method for Reducing Die Load and Increasing Service Life in Trimming of Hot Stamped Part)

  • In general, hot stamped component is trimmed by costly and time consuming laser cutting when the material strength is over 1,500MPa. The aim of this work was to demonstrate that the trimming die life is improved and the trimming load is decreased by lowering the strength of the region to be trimmed. The model employed in this study was a hat shape, similar to the cross section of many hot stamped products. FE-analysis of hot stamping process was performed to evaluate the effect of tool shape on cooling rate at the area to be trimmed. The best tool shape was thus identified, which created slower cooling and lower hardness at the region to be trimmed. The wear at the cutting tool edge was also reduced.

실 사이드의 열간 프레스 성형을 위한 트림리스 블랭크 설계 (Trimless Blank Design for Hot Stamping Process of a Sill Side)

  • The trimming process is required for satisfying the dimensions of a final product in the hot stamping process. In general, the mechanical trimming or laser trimming process is applied after hot stamping. However, these processes have several disadvantages such as short tool life and low productivity. Therefore, in this study, the optimal trimless blank shape for the hot stamping process of a sill side was designed to remove the trimming process after hot stamping. In order to design the trimless blank, numerical analysis was performed. Firstly, CFD analysis was carried out to predict the cooling temperature and holding time of the hot stamping process. Then, the optimal trimless blank shape was determined through FE analysis. The effectiveness of the designed trimless blank shape was verified through a hot stamping experiment at an actual industrial site.

귀선전류의 불평형에 따른 차상신호에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Cab Signal through Unbalance of the Traction Return Current)

  • In the electrified section, both of return current and signal current are flowing in the same rail in common. But signal current shall be allowed to flow in the specific track circuit and not in the other circuit while the traction return current shall come back to power sub-station. This paper presents measuring system that use both sensor and antenna. The aim of the system is to achieve the difference in current between the two rails and the presence of trimming capacitors. In order to improve the transmission level, trimming capacitors are connected between the two rails at constant spacing. To maintain the balance of traction return current, rails of both sides may be jointed by the so-called SVPMM. The traction return current is sometimes unbalanced owing to the ill-contact of SVPMM. In this paper, we propose a diagnosis method based on a short-circuited current(Icc), trimming capacitors and traction return current measured by Korail inspection vehicles. Whether Icc is good or bad depends not only on the presence of trimming capacitors but also on the unbalance of the traction return current.
