대학 평생교육체제 지원사업 사업의 변천과정 연구 (Research on the Transition Process of University Lifelong Education System Support Project)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학평생교육체제 지원사업의 사업추진 시기별 정책변화와 그 성과로서 대학운영체제변화의 한계점을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 대학의 성인학습제제 지원을 위한 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌자료와 각종 자료 분석을 통하여 고등교육 환경 변화와 대학의 평생교육 변천을 알아보고자 하였다. 기술혁신이라는 시대적 변화와 지식의 변화는 학교교육 이후에도 계속적인 배움을 요구하고 있으며, 재교육과 향상교육에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 교육부와 국가평생교육진흥원에서는 성인학습자들이 공부할 수 있는 기회를 제공하기 위해 2008년부터 평생학습 중심대학 지원사업을 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 이 사업은 대학과 지역사회가 중심이 되어 성인학습자의 교육기회를 제공하기 위해 대학의 학사제도를 성인친화형으로 개편하고, 야간 혹은 주말수업을 운영하는 등 다양한 형태의 교육 운영 변화를 추진하고 있다. 이제 대학은 지역·대학의 상생을 위한 지역 평생교육의 허브로서 대학과 지역사회 지속가능 발전과 상생의 시대적 과업을 담당하는 핵심기관으로서의 역할을 담당해야 할 것이다.

An Analysis of University Students' Needs for Learning Support Functions of Learning Management System Augmented with Artificial Intelligence Technology

  • The aim of this study is to identify intelligent learning support functions in Learning Management System (LMS) to support university student learning activities during the transition from face-to-face classes to online learning. To accomplish this, we investigated the perceptions of students on the levels of importance and urgency toward learning support functions of LMS powered with Artificial Intelligent (AI) technology and analyzed the differences in perception according to student characteristics. As a result of this study, the function that students considered to be the most important and felt an urgent need to adopt was to give automated grading and feedback for their writing assignments. The functions with the next highest score in importance and urgency were related to receiving customized feedback and help on task performance processed as well as results in the learning progress. In addition, students view a function to receive customized feedback according to their own learning plan and progress and to receive suggestions for improvement by diagnosing their strengths and weaknesses to be both vitally important and urgently needed. On the other hand, the learning support function of LMS, which was ranked as low importance and urgency, was a function that analyzed the interaction between professors and students and between fellow students. It is expected that the results of this student needs analysis will be helpful in deriving the contents of learning support functions that should be developed as well as providing basic information for prioritizing when applying AI technology to implement learner-centered LMS in the future.

Fluorescence Quenching of Norfloxacin by Divalent Transition Metal Cations

  • Fluorescence quenching of norfloxacin (NOR) by Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+ and Mn2+ was studied in water. The change in the fluorescence intensity and lifetime was measured as a function of quencher concentration at various temperatures. According to the Stern-Volmer plots, the NOR was quenched both by collisions and complex formation with the same quencher. However, the static quenching had a more important effect on the emission. Large static and dynamic quenching constants support significant ion-dipole and orbital-orbital interactions between NOR and cations. The both quenching constants by Cu2+ were the largest among quenchers. Also, quenching mechanism of Cu2+ was somewhat different. The change in the absorption spectra due to the quencher provided information on static quenching. The fluorescence of NOR was relatively insensitive to both the dynamic and static quenching compared with other quinolone antibiotics. This property can be explained by the twisted intramolecular charge transfer.

여성취업과 일·가정양립지원이 출산에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Women's Labour Force Participation and Work-Family Reconciliation Support on Fertility)

  • This study analyzes the effects of women's labour force participation and work-family reconciliation support on life-cycle fertility in Korea. The analysis is based on the longitudinal data from Korean Labour and Income Panel Study (KLIPS), which include the available information on life-cycle fertility and employment history. Employing a dynamic model of fertility, we estimated the life-cycle fertility of all the 15-49 years old women considered in this study by using a duration model. The major results of this study were as follows: First, women's labour force participation had a negative effect on the first birth, second birth, and all births (transition to births starting at different parities). Women's employment tended to lengthen the interval between births. Second, the availability of maternal leave had a positive effect on the first birth and all births for working women. Providing maternal leave to working women decreased the opportunity cost of childbearing and in turn, reduced the interbirth interval of women. However, the availability of parental leave had no significant effect on the births of working women. Third, the financial support for childcare had a positive effect on the first birth and all births. The economic support for childcare led to the reduction in the interbirth interval of women by increasing the probability of births. The use of a childcare center for the first child, which substitutes for the time that women needed to take care of their children, classified as time-intensive consumption goods, did not have any effect on the second birth. Fourth, the part-time employment of women had a positive effect on the second birth. A flexible working time schedule tended to decrease the interval between the first and the second births.

학령전기 자녀를 둔 고령 어머니의 역할전환 모형 (A Model for Role Transition of Older Mothers with Preschool Children)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct a model to explain the parenting satisfaction associated with the role transition of older mothers with preschool children. Methods: The participants of this study were mothers of 3- to 6-year-old children who gave birth after 35 years of age, and were drawn from 16 child care centers and 8 kindergartens in 4 administrative districts of B city. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 22.0 and AMOS for Windows version 22.0. Results: Parental stress, mother-child interactions, parental beliefs regarding personality, and socioeconomic status (income, education, and occupation) had direct effects on parenting satisfaction. Social support also showed direct and indirect effects. Among the sub factors of child temperament, sociability had a significant effect. These variables explained 57.4% of the variation in parenting satisfaction. Conclusion: The results of this study will contribute to the development of effective programs to enhance the parenting satisfaction of older mothers, and will help older mothers through the role transition necessary for the growth of their children.

중국 전기차 산업 공간의 전환기 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of the Transitional Period about Electrication Vehicle Industry Space in China)

  • 본 연구는 폭발적으로 성장하고 있는 전기차 산업을 대상으로 한다. 현재 중국은 세계 최대의 전기차 생산량을 기록하고 있으며, 다수의 글로벌 기업 및 로컬 기업들이 전기차 산업 전환환경에 조응하여 다양한 활동을 전개하고 있다. 이러한 전환의 원인과 환경적 특성을 분석하기 위해 생산 네트워크의 주요 행위자인 중국정부와 완성차기업, 전후방 연계산업상의 기업들의 활동을 분석했다. 그 결과 중국정부의 전폭적인 지원으로 기존 행위자들의 기능적 변화, 신규 행위자들의 진입 증가 등을 통해 새로운 가치가 동반되는 전기차 산업공간으로의 전환이 나타났다.

부산·울산지역 성인학습자들의 생애능력개발에 대한 인식 분석 (A Study on Adult Learners' Perception on the Development of Life Competencies in Busan and Ulsan)

  • The purpose of this study was to search and analyze the realities and needs of life long education, the necessity and perception of life competencies and the difference of competencies on experiences of education to support life long education system for adult learners in Busan and Ulsan. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 234 adult learners living in Busan and Ulsan. The results of this study were summarized as follows. First, adult learners perceived that life long education was very important to adults and appreciated an educational institution being managed by government. Second, adult learners thought that basic literacy competency and basic work competency were important and late fifties perceived that professional job is in important. Third, adult learners perceived that self directed learning and capacity of management are poor competencies. And they perceived that the government support adult learners who has economical difficulty. Forth, adult learners perceived that it was normal that 'professional job' and 'job transition abilities', 'women', 'the middle aged and old','the unemployed' and' low incomers' perceived that they have poor level. Fifth, according to the results of ${\chi}^2$ test for determining the statistical significance of differences in experience in lifelong learning among adult learner groups divided by their individual background, significant differences were observed in a few competencies(p<.05, p<.01).

여성결혼이민자의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인: '2012년 전국다문화가족실태조사'를 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Married Immigrant Women's Perceived Health Status: The National Survey of Multicultural Families 2012)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors that influence married female immigrants' perceived health status. Methods: This study was a retrospective review of dataset from the 2012 National Multicultural Family Survey in Korea. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, an analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression with the data of 3,014 married female immigrants. Results: Multiple regression analysis showed that demographic factors (age, education level, nationality, period of residency in Korea, and residential area), socio-economical factors (monthly family income, employment, support from the government for basic living, and Medicaid), social support factors (marital conflict, satisfaction with family relationships, some one to talk about self or family matters, meeting with homeland friend, and participation in community meeting), and immigration factors (life satisfaction, experience of social discrimination, and difficulties with living and using medical care) were associated with perceived health status. Conclusion: It is important to pay closer attention to immigrant women who have low economic status, less social support, experience difficulties with living in Korea and using medical care. An effective support system for this population should be developed in order to help them successfully transition.

4차 산업혁명시대, 생산적인 프로슈머 이코노미로의 전환을 위한 정책제언: 일자리문제 해결을 위한 인적자원개발의 관점에서 (The Government's Supporting Strategies to the Productive Prosumer Economy for the Successful Transition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era: Human Resource Development Perspectives for Solving Job problems)

  • 정보통신기술 발달에 기반하고 있는 4차 산업혁명은 인간의 지식노동을 대체함으로써 대량실업문제 및 일자리 양극화를 통한 소득격차문제를 확산시킬 것으로 예상되고 있다. 더욱이 그 변화의 속도와 범위가 빠르고 광범위할 것으로 예상되어 급격한 사회변화에 따른 선제적 대응조치 마련을 요구하고 있으나, 기존연구에서는 전통적 형태의 일자리가 미래에도 지속될 것이라는 가정 하에 제한적인 해결방안만을 내어놓고 있다. 한편, 정보통신기술은 기존직무의 유연화 과정 등을 통해 기업의 생산방식을 변화시키고 있는데. 이러한 기존직무의 유연화 과정은 궁극적으로 소비자가 생산자가 되는 프로슈머 이코노미로의 전환을 가능하게 할 것으로 보인다. 만일, 소비자가 생산자가 되는 프로슈머 이코노미가 도래하게 될 경우 기존의 일자리문제는 더 이상 일자리문제가 아닌 일거리 문제로 대체될 수 있는데, 이것이야말로 새로운 기술을 활용한 일자리문제의 근본적 해결방안이 될 수 있다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 4차 산업혁명시대 일자리 문제 해결을 위해 프로슈머 이코노미로의 안정적 전환을 제안하고 있으며, 보다 생산적인 프로슈머 이코노미로 전환하기 위한 인적자원개발의 관점에서 첫째, 노동시간단축을 통한 교육시간의 확보, 둘째, 온라인 대중교육 무료지원을 통한 평생교육 활성화, 셋째, 전자정부 사용 의무화를 통한 정보격차해소 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

성인학습자의 대학평생교육 운영요인 만족도와 대학평생교육 만족도, 추천의도 간 관계 연구 (An Exploratory Research of Structural Relationship between Importance, Satisfaction and Recommendation Intention for University Lifelong Education Perceived by Adult Learners)

  • 이 연구는 대학평생교육 성인학습자 1,782명을 대상으로 인구통계학 특성, 대학평생교육 운영요인 만족도, 대학평생교육 만족도, 추천의도 간 관계를 살펴보았다. 가설1의 결과 성별, 연령은 대학평생교육 운영요인 만족도(교육내용, 교수법, 교수자, 교육환경, 제도·지원)모든 영역에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 반면 학력 수준은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 학습시간은 교육내용, 교육환경, 제도·지원 만족도에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 가설2의 결과 교수자, 제도·지원 운영요인 만족도가 대학평생교육 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 교육 환경 요인은 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설3의 검증결과 대학평생교육 만족도는 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고등교육 혁신으로서의 대학의 평생교육체제로의 전환을 실제적으로 실천하고 있는 성인학습자 전담 학위과정 운영 대학의 성인학습자를 대상으로 대학평생교육 운영요인 만족도 및 대학평생교육 만족도, 추천의도 간의 관계 검증을 실시하였다는데 있어, 향후 새로운 대학평생교육 모형 구축에 있어 유용한 실제적인 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
