Small-screen mobile terminals have difficulty accessing existing Web resources designed for large-screen devices. This paper presents an adaptive transformation method based on webpage semantic features to solve this problem. According to the text density and link density features of the webpages, the webpages are divided into two types: index and content. Our method uses an index-based webpage transformation algorithm and a content-based webpage transformation algorithm. Experiment results demonstrate that our adaptive transformation method is not dependent on specific software and webpage templates, and it is capable of enhancing Web content adaptation on small-screen terminals.

In the face of recent digital and digital transformation, companies and industries are trying to be agile to adapt and respond to change. Agile paradigm is spreading beyond the boundaries of existing applications such as IT-related projects and software development. In this regard, this study, we analyzed the diffusion of agile paradigm by text mining abstracts of research papers from 2001 to 2019. In addition, we discussed agile transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through this study, we confirmed that we are studying agile transformation in various fields such as business environment, corporate organizational culture, manufacturing industry, and supply chain. The results of this study will contribute to understanding the meaning and role of agile as a basic paradigm for digital transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing online product transformation focusing on benefits of online shopping and word of mouth. Generally, it has been known that buying search goods is more proper than experience goods in the online. However benefits of online shopping and word of mouth make product transformation from experience goods to search goods and the product transformation promote the purchase of experience goods online. We developed a conceptual model of online product transformation including benefits of online shopping(e.g. good price and convenience), online word of mouth (e.g. bulletin board and consumer reviews), and consumer characteristics (e.g. innovativeness and Internet usage). Also, we suggest several research propositions on online product transformation. The implications for marketing strategies of experience goods and furher research direction are suggested.

Aspergillus oryzae is a filamentous fungus classified in the group Aspergillaceae Ascomycetes. It is an important microorganism for industrial production of enzymes and fermented food productions. The genetic transformation system in A. oryzae was used to protoplast mediated transformation with PEG/$CaCl_2$. When the protoplast was used, the regeneration efficiency was decreased and then transformation frequence was also effected. In this study, fungal transformation was carried out by bypassing the protoplast isolation step, changing enzymes, such as hemicellulase and celluclast, and decreasing the culturing time for the increment of the transformation efficiency. 83 transformants/10ug of DNA with hemicellulase were obtained, compared with less than 10 transformants with novozyme234 and celluclast.

To reconstruct the complete 3-D shape of an object, seveal range images form different viewpoints should be merged into a single model. The process of extraction of the transformation parameters between multiple range views is calle dregistration. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm to find the transformation parameters between multiple range views. Th eproposed algorithm consists of two step: initial estimation and iteratively update the transformation. To guess the initial transformation, we modify the principal axes by considering the projection effect, due to the difference fo viewpoints. Then, the following process is iterated: in order to extract the exact transformation parameters between the range views: For every point of the common region, find the nearest point among the neighborhood of the current corresponding point whose correspondency is defined by the reverse calibration of the range finder. Then, update the transformation to satisfy the new correspondencies. In order to evaluate the performance the proposed registration algorithm, some experiments are performed on real range data, acquired by space encoding range finder. The experimental results show that the proposed initial estimation accelerate the following iterative registration step.

The $\alpha$ to $\beta$ phase transformation of $\alpha$-Si3N4 whisker and related microstructural changes have been investigated. When only $\alpha$-Si3N4 whisker was heat treated in the range 1650~175$0^{\circ}C$, the $\alpha$ to $\beta$ phase transformation occured. In this case, it eas suggested that the oxygen content in $\alpha$-Si3N4 whisker affected the transformation behavior. Although $\alpha$-Si3N4 whisker with Si was heat treated under the same condition, however, the variation of $\beta$- fraction had a similar tendency with heat treating time. Therfore, it was considered that the oxygen content in $\alpha$-Si3N4 whisker affected the transformation behavior dominently rather than the content of added Si. The added $\beta$ phase did not affect the transformation behaviro of $\alpha$-Si3N4 whisker.

To identify nongenotoxic carcinogen determined as negative by ICH guideline-recommended standard genotoxicity test battery; Ames test, chromosome aberration assay, mouse lymphoma $tk^{+/-}$ assay, in vivo micronucleus assay, we picked bisphenol A as a model compound. In this study, we applied in vitro BalB/c 3T3 cell transformation assay and Syrian hamster embryo (SHE) cell transfarmation assay. Bisphenol A was treated upto $769.2 ug/m{\ell}$ in BalB/c 3T3 cells and upto $125 ug/m{\ell}$ in SHE cells. bisphenol A didn't induced morphological transformation both with one stage treatment protocol and with two stage treatment protocol. But, treated far 48 hr, Bisphenol A induced morphological transformation significantly in SHE cells.

Aerobic cometabolism of cis-1,2-dichloroethylene (c-DCE) and c-DCE epoxide by a butane-grown mixed culture was evaluated. Transformation of c-DCE resulted in the concomitant generation of c-DCE epoxide. Chloride release studies showed nearly complete oxidative dechlorination of c-DCE (approximately 75%). Mass spectrometry confirmed tile presence of a compound with mass-to-charge-fragment ratios of 112, 83, 48, and 35. The values are in agreement with the spectra of a chemically synthesized c-DCE epoxide. Some evidences indicating the involvement of the monooxygenase in the transformation of c-DCE epoxide are: 1) $O_2$ requirement for c-DCE transformation and butane degradation; 2) butane inhibition on c-DCE transformation and vice versa; 3) the inactivation of c-DCE and c-DCE epoxide transformations by acetylene (a known monooxygenase inactivator); and 4) tire inhibition of c-DCE epoxide transformation by c-DCE.

To prevent the congruent output of the digital psuedo-random transformation from giving the same randomness, a transformation of seemingly random deterministic process, called Chaotic transformation, is introduced. Passing through a Chaotic transformation, each event(descriptor) will produce chaotic random sequences. haotic transformation is designed on the basis of deterministic chaos function and also can be realized by simple hardware like shift registers. The circuit of chaotic transformation implemented with the shift registers is presented and the chaotic behavior of suggested circuit is explained with the characteristics of saw-tooth function with the chaotic behavior.

We have been building a text-independent speaker recognition system that is robust to unknown channel and noise environments. In this paper, we propose a linear transformation to obtain robust features. The transformation is optimized to maximize the distances between the Gaussian mixtures. We use rotation of the axes, to cope with the problem of scaling the transformation matrix. The proposed transformation is similar to PCA or LDA, but can achieve better result in some special cases where PCA and LDA can not work properly. We use YOHO database to evaluate the proposed method and compare the result with PCA and LDA. The results show that the proposed method outperforms all the baseline, PCA and LDA.
