Purpose: The purpose of this study was to design a mobile-application of a cognitive training program for people who have chemo-related cognitive complaints. Methods: The program was developed based on the network-based instructional system design proposed by Jung. The program consisted of several tasks centered on four cognitive domains: learning, memory, working memory, and attention. For memory learning, a target-image and all its elements (color, position, and number) were presented on the screen that had to be recognized among a number of distractor-figures. In working memory training, the previous learned target-figure according to the level of difficulty had to be remembered among many different figures. In attention training named "Find the same figure," two identical symbols in a grid-pattern filled with different images were presented on the screen, and these had to be simultaneously touched. In attention training named "Find the different figure," a different symbol in a grid pattern filled with same figures had to be selected. This program was developed to train for a minimum of 20 min/day, four days/week for six weeks. Results: This cognitive training revealed statistically significant improvement in subjective cognitive impairments (t=3.88, p=.006) at six weeks in eight cancer survivors. Conclusion: This cognitive training program is expected to offer individualized training opportunities for improving cognitive function and further research is needed to test the effect in various settings.
Purpose: To identify the effects of a training program on the knowledge of, attitudes towards child infection, and infection prevention behaviors in staff of daycare centers. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design study was conducted with 34 staff of 6 daycare centers over 3 months. The staff in the 3 centers designated as the experimental centers received the training program weekly for 8 weeks. The program included on-site education for one and half hours and monitoring of infection prevention behaviors. Knowledge and attitudes of the staff were measured, and their infection prevention behaviors were observed and recorded by research assistants before and after the program. $X^2$-test, t-test, Fisher's exact test, and Mann-Whitney U-test with SPSS Win program were used to analyze the data. Results: The group of staff who received the training program recorded higher scores in knowledge, attitudes, and their infection prevention behaviors compared with staff in the control group. Conclusion: This finding suggests that the training program had a significant impact on knowledge, attitude, and infection prevention behaviors of staff which could prevent child infection in daycare centers. Nurses need to be involved in daycare centers for the health of the children, and they could intervene effectively in child infections by using this program.
The purpose of this study is to develop a training program on smart education for teachers, which will contribute to establishing and promoting smart education in schools. To achieve the purpose, researchers set up a process composed of five phases: analysis, design, development,s implementation and assessment. For details of the training program, analysis was conducted on areas such as environment, learners and assignments, and the results were used to design the five subjects - theory and practice of smart education; use of smart education platform; solutions for smart teaching and learning; case studies of smart education; and smart education practice and addiction to smart devices - and 12 learning assignments. Training materials for teachers taking the program and teaching materials that can be used by teachers in schools were developed based on the results of requirement analysis and program design. For the assessment, 72 teachers from elementary and middle schools in D city participated in the training program of through the smart education research centers designated as an in-service training center for teachers. The program was finally completed by incorporating assessments of the participants and consultations with experts. The discussions made in the process of the program development will provide suggestions for future development of training programs on smart education for teachers.
The purpose of this study was to develope the Complete Airway Obstruction Maneuver Training Program and identify its effects on learning motivation, knowledge and skill of choking management in the primary school students. The subjects for the experimental group of 38 students and the control group of 39 students, all of whom are primary school students in Gwangju, the Republic of Korea. A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used and data were collected from November to December, 2003. During about 2 weeks, 2 times for a week with 80 minutes at a time, the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program was conducted in the experimental group. Experimental data were analyzed through SPSS/win 11.0 PC+, and the tests examining general characteristics between the experimental group and the control group were conducted through $x^2$-test. Fisher's exact probability test and t-test, and identifying the effect of the complete airway obstruction Maneuver training program was analysed through t-test and ANCOVA. The results of the study were as follows: 1. After intervention on the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program, Learning motivation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. 2. After intervention on the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program, knowledge of choking management the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(F=223.637, p=.000). 3. After intervention on the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program, skill of choking management the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=46.800, p=.014). These findings suggest that the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program can facilitate learning motivation, knowledge and skill of choking management in the primary school students. Therefore it is considered that the complete airway obstruction maneuver training program can be utilized as a effective way to implement the 7th national curriculum for creative extra-activities.
This study aimed to develop an open clinical training program to improve radiology graduates' clinical competency in the hospital setting to raise quality of patient-centered medical service. Development of the training program is similar to that of an instructional system design model. The program was developed according to the ADDIE model. Elements of each phase were collected. Draft of the program was constructed from literature review and clinical demands. Preliminary training program was implemented to sample students with the draft. After consultation with related professionals, the program was modified and completed. Professional groups assessed content validity of the program. Five continuous phases of the program - analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation - accommodate changes in clinical environment and demands. They also provide adequate learning needs. Effectiveness of the program and appropriateness of contents in each phase achieved a satisfactory level of significance. This program reflected demands from medical fields and effective learning programs. The purpose of the open clinical training program is to train radiological technologists in clinical setting to actively engage in patient-centered medical service and to help utilize their professional knowledge.

This study was conducted to develop and apply clinical nursing practice training simulation program using Standardized Patient for Nursing Students focused on infectious respiratory disease. This study is descriptive methodological study. Through prior consideration of documents and educational task of infectious respiratory disease was conducted with interview of clinical specialists of infection control managers. Development of educational task for infectious respiratory disease for Nursing Students went through the content validity. Finally, 10 educational tasks are developed 'knowledge of respiratory infections disease', 'hand washing', 'put on mask', 'lead to put on mask to patients and caregiver', 'intravenous injection via 3way', 'surgical aseptic technique', 'sterilization medical instrument', 'management of contaminated linen', 'infected personnel management manual'. The infectious respiratory disease simulation program was developed based on the ADDIE model and proceeded to 4 steps of analysis, design, development, implementation. The infection control education program included lectures (20 min), skill training (20 min), simulation using standardized patient (20 min), and debriefing (40 min), The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics with SPSS program for version 23.0. The results of this study confirmed that the clinical nursing practice training simulation program using standardized patients was effective in infectious respiratory disease of the nursing college students in knowledge of infectious respiratory disease and clinical nursing performance. we found this practical training program for nursing college students to improve knowledge and clinical competency of infection control. we expected that this developed program could be applied to practical training for various infectious control.
Environments surrounding production sites have changed greatly in recent years. Accommodating environmental changes calls for the design and development of information systems that center on production lines. There is a need for a training program that teaches learners to understand the particulars of an operation and apply that knowledge to an information system. In this research, we used material requirements planning (MRP) as the subject for which basic skills are to be taught and developed an MRP exercise-based training program. The program is designed for 13 lectures of 90 minutes each, and it consists of MRP exercises, modeling methods to represent them, the use of a programming language for system development, and finally, evaluation of the exercises. Lecture materials are described in 505 lecture slides using Microsoft PowerPoint to allow visualization of topics through graphs and models. The developed training program was then delivered to 86 college students, and its results were measured through quizzes to verify educational effectiveness.

This study is for development of the occupation standards that was standardized the required competency element, performance criteria, range statement, assessment guideline in machinery industry, also developing the education training program based on competency to be able to apply department of relevant machinery industry in vocational high school. Occupational standards and key competencies were developed by expert in field engineer and verified about contents and level system by questionnaire and interviewing. Education training program was developed on SCID model, and the effectiveness and suitability of the training program was verified by teacher, professor and student belonging to training organization.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of a 6-week weight training and complex training program on the Y-balance test (YBT) in high school soccer players. Research design, data, and methodology: This study included 26 high school soccer players from City S. Subjects were divided into a weight training group (WTG: n=13) and a complex training group (CTG: n=13) based on their willingness to participate without medical problems. The YBT measured anterior (AT), posteromedial (PM), posterolateral (PL), and composite scores (CS), and was measured twice: before the start and after the end of training. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical program to compare pre- and post-training using paired-t tests, between training groups using independent-t tests, and left-right comparisons using independent-t tests. Results: Training resulted in a significant pre- to post-training change in PL in the left foot WTG group (p<.05), with no significant change in the other measures. There were no significant differences between training groups and between left and right sides. Conclusion: To improve YBT in high school soccer players, a program to improve ankle and hip mobility and strength should be added along with improving large muscle strength through weights and comflex training.
The purpose of this study was to exanune the effects of learning training program on university students' creativity. In order to accomplish this purpJse of the study effectively, the following research hypotheses were posited: (Hypothesis 1) The treJltment group trained with the learning program will perform better in technic.al class. (Hypothesis 2) The treatment group trained with the learning program will show the higher degree of progress in diagram creativity than the pre-treatment group. The result of the study were summarized as follows: First, regarding the effects of training, there appeared a significant difference between the groups of post-treatment class and pre-treatment class in the use of learning strategies. Second. there appeared a significant difference between the group of post-treatment class and pre-treatment class in diagranl creativity.
