Purpose: As interest in odor increases, odor complaints are also rapidly increasing. Traditional markets are not included in malodor control areas and are not easy to manage, so measure the odor substances generated in traditional markets and analyze the cause of high concentration points. In each market, up to the third highest concentration point for each measurement item was marked and analyzed. Results: The Joong-ang traditional market, Doraemi traditional market, and Sundae Alley had high readings at the intersection. The Jayu traditional market had high measurements around restaurants and clothing stores. In addition, the concentration of complex malodors was also high at the points where the hydrogen sulfide concentration was measured. Conclusions: Odor generated in traditional markets is an important indicator for merchants and consumers. Therefore, in future studies, analysis that can supplement the limitations of measurement data and seasonal effects is needed.

Traditional culture contributes to the diversification of modern fashion design and the inheritance of local cultural identity. This study aims to identify the characteristics of traditional handicrafts reflected in modern fashion design in India. For this purpose, it focused on Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Manish Malhotra, and Ritu Kumar, who are currently leading the Indian fashion design field. The methodology involved conducting literature research and analyzing case studies. In the literature, the techniques of Indian traditional crafts such as embroidery, dyeing, and weaving were examined and five design elements of traditional crafts were defined. Through content analysis of 30 images from the three designers' Instagram accounts, the design characteristics of traditional handicrafts expressed in contemporary Indian fashion design were derived: cultural inheritance using traditional Indian clothing items, traditional materials and practices applied to contemporary clothing, craftsmanship that artistically improves complex details using embroidery techniques, various combinations based on the traditional meaning of colors, and narrative expression using patterns containing India's cultural identity. Incorporating these traditional handicrafts into fashion design, closely linked to everyday life, aids in conveying and enhancing their significance. The cases demonstrate the successful integration of conservation into contemporary fashion design. This study sheds light on the application of traditional culture in modern fashion design.

Background : Approximately 50% of patients with low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma (LGESS) develops recurrent disease, mainly in lung or pelvis. Peritoneal metastasis of LGESS is an extremely rare phenomenon. Optimal treatment for metsatatic LGESS has not been established. Case : A 43-year-old woman had been diagnosed with LGESS with aortocaval lymphadenopathy. Despite of surgical resection, adjuvant radiation, chemotherapy and hormonal therapy, multiple lung and peritoneal metastasis developed after 15 months from initial treatment. Additional chemotherapy was done, but disease progressed. She had treatment with the allergen-removed Rhus verniciflua Stokes (aRVS) from November 2010 to May 2011. About 5 months to progression was observed. Conclusion : We suggests that aRVS could be an alternative treatment option for the metastatic LGESS patients. Further clinical studies on the efficacy of aRVS against metastatic LGESS are needed.
