  • This paper examines the effects of foreign direct investment (FDI) on South Asian economies' output growth, utilizing recent panel cointegration testing and estimation techniques. Annual panel data on eight SAARC (South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation) member countries' macroeconomic variables over the period 1960- 2013 are employed in empirical analysis. Using various heterogeneous panel cointegration and panel causality tests, a bi-directional relationship between FDI and growth is found. We find evidence for both FDI-led growth and growth-induced FDI hypotheses for the South Asian economies over the sample period. Individual member countries exhibit heterogeneity in terms of the direction or existence of causality subject to their idiosyncratic economic conditions. Among various regressors, FDI, financial development, human capital, and government consumption show the most significant positive effects on output growth. As determinants of FDI, GDP, financial development, human capital, and government consumption are found significant in the region. The bi-directional causality between FDI and growth is found robust to the inclusion of other control variables and using different estimation techniques.

  • In order to cope with the violent environment of surrounding enterprises, development of new products, advance to other industry field, unification or abolition of factories and rationlization of labor are needed. But production process being made quality and using process after shipment are the things that we have to think about, first of all and to practice always. Insurance problem of reliability, that is, the positive quality maintenance that has being presented many debate issues recently, will be studied. The accident of nuclear power-plant in America, in connection with reliability maintenance and human engineering, will be analyzed. But as its accident details is not announced, in this study, it is a sort of method of methodology to be studied this paper rather than studying the fact of the accident. Therefore this study will be done as follows, For reliability study. 1. Investigation of problems. 2. Quality maintenance activity and reliability maintenance activity 3. Reliability acquisition in production process, 4. Reliability maintenance after shipment. 5. Conclusion. In addition to stating above, it is sure that liberalization of trade, interchange between nations and strengthening of international competition ability, etc. need high quality. • The purpose of this study is to investigate the Chinese investment environment and analyze the actual investment condition of Korean enterprises in China and examine the points at issue. In general, the investment environment in China shows satisfactory progress. China has a multiple and regional extension policy in investment. And the environment for investment changes to insufficiency of company profit, extension of service market, maintenance of legislative system, and insufficiency of preference about foreign company. There are situations of inclining to manufacturing, inclining of region, preference of independence investment, small-sized investment by small and medium enterprises, difficulty of financial assistance, excess of logistic cost, delay of logistic term, difficulty of settlement of legal dispute and difficulty of taking a relative information in investment of Korean enterprise in China. The results of the study indicate mostly that the investment of Korean enterprise into China needs turnover of service trade-tertiary industry, portfolio of investment territory, cooperation with Chinese enterprise through joint venture investment and a large-scale investment for extension of Chinese domestic market.

  • As the electronic commerce in industry is spreading rapidly, the invitation and investment of e-marketplace is becoming a necessary condition for the industry's competition power insurance and existence. The successful conditions of e-marketplace are many supplier, many buyer, a globalism through the association and cooperation of a foreign marketplace. For that, the connection action inter industries and marketplaces is very necessary, In a condition of the study about the systematic connection type's classification is not exist, the paper aims at classifying the connection type that influences of e-marketplace playing a leading role. So, the connection type classifies into the list offering type, the trade mediation type, the supplementation type, the collaboration type, the information linking type. When we go ahead with a e-marketplace's plan, the paper will guide how to approach and analyze it.

  • Pax Sinica is a historiographical term, modeled after the original phrase Pax Romana. It refers, in Latin, to a Chinese-provided peace which in turn is used to describe an era of peace in East Asia sustained by Chinese hegemony. In historical terms, both the Pax Sinica of the Eastern hemisphere through Han China and the Pax Romana of the Western hemisphere through Rome signified a trans-regional order based on rules and regulations. This orderly world of the Pax Sinica generated a number of positive results such as the intensification of travel, ever-expanding trade relations, an increase in the overall living standards of the populace, the proliferation of cities, and a demographic upsurge in Eurasia along the ancient Silk Road. During this period, China was the dominant civilization not only in the Eastern hemisphere but also in the Middle hemisphere due to its political, economic, military and cultural influence. This paper aims to reintroduce this historiographical term to elucidate the recent Chinese initiatives in Eurasia along the Silk Road to facilitate the integration and connectivity of the continent.

  • Although the National Intelligence Service Act has been amended considering the growing importance of economic counterintelligence, a clear interpretation of certain provisions and improvement of the effectiveness of economic counterintelligence are required. This article presents some suggestions for regulations on economic counterintelligence. Firstly, the meaning of the term "disturbance of economic order in connection with foreign powers" will become clear by interpreting it with the terms of the Counterintelligence Duty Regulation and by setting categories referring to the U. S. regulations. Secondly, counterintelligence authorities' request for cooperation may be reinforced by amending relevant regulations or by applying a special procedure for the acquisition of data. Finally, strengthened punishment for activities in connection with foreign powers may improve the efficiency of counterintelligence. For these reasons, this paper aims to present a direction for the future, focusing on this new economic counterintelligence.
