  • In this Paper, we introduced 32 bit SOC implementation for multi-application Smart Card and described the methodology for reducing power consumption. It consists of ARMTTDMI micro-processor, 192 KBytes EEPROM, 16 KB SRAM, crypto processors and card reader interface based on AMBA bus system. We used Synopsys Power Compiler to estimate and optimize power consumption. Experimental results show that we can reduce Power consumption up to 62 % without increasing the chip area.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors causing the attitudes and preparations toward retirement. Tow hundred eight employees participated in this study. The results of this study are as fellows: First, income, age, sex, self-esteem, attitudes toward job, family, and leisure affect the attitudes toward retirement. Second, income and attitudes toward leisure affect economic preparations. Third, age, attitudes toward family and leisure affect psychologic preparations. Fourth, age, self-esteem, locus of control, and attitudes toward leisure affect physical preparations.

  • Laboratory experiment of polarimetric GPR measurement was conducted for the purpose of estimating subsurface inhomogeneity. Tow realization of inhomogeneous subsurface media were made by burying stone objects of different dimensions in homogeneous dry sand. Polarization ratio of cross polarization to co polarization data were examined to find their obviously distinguishable behavior.

  • This experimental were carried out in order to investigate the equivalent strength of SFRC (Steel Fiber Reinforced Concrete). Tow hundred and tenh SFRC beeam (size: 150x150x550) were used in the tests the relationships between loading and mid-point deflections of the beams were observed four oint bending loading. From the test results, prediction formulas for the equivalent strength of SFRC beams are suggested.

  • The objective of this study is characterize of Mortar and Concrete mae with Cement made with Cement containing Fly ash as an additive. Cement samples were prepared using tow kinds of Fly ash, which containing unburnt Carbon content 3.5% and 4.5%. Fly ash content in cement was in range 3wt% to 13wt%. In consequence of various experiments, these cement samples satisfied specification of Type I cement, and it is possible to use Fly ash as an additive to Type I cement in this content.

In order to develop conceptual model of Financial Service System, this paper reviewed ; 1) the concept of financial problem divided into tow dimension, such as financial resource and financial demand, 2) theories of financial service system, further this work also included the identification of relations between financial problem and financial service system.

  • In this paper, we proposed the alternated forward zero voltage switching multi-resonant Converter (AT Forward ZVS MRC). The AT forward ZVS MRC has similar characteristics with clamp mode forward ZVS MRC. So it can reduce the voltage stress to tow or three times a input density [W/inch2]. The proposed converter type is verified through the experimental converter with 48V input voltage, 5V/50W output voltage/power. The measured maximum voltage stress is 170V of 2.9 times the input voltage and the maximum efficiency of 81.66% is measured.

  • In this paper, various methods for finding confidence intervals for p of binomial parameter are reviewed. Also we introduce tow bootstrap confidence intervals for p. We compare the performance of bootstrap methods with other methods in terms of average coverage probability by Monte Carlo simulation. Advantages of these bootstrap methods are discussed.

Unit Cell Analysis of Satin Weave Composites Using Macroelements (수자직 복합재료 단위구조의 마크로요소해석)

  • Unit cell analyses were peformed to study the engineering properties of satin weave textile composites. Two 5-harness satin weave layers with fiber tow shifts were modeled by unit cells and repeating boundary conditions were applied at the outer surface of the unit cells. Multi-field macroelements were employed to consider the microstructure details and to effectively reduce computer memory requirements. Preliminary results indicated that the engineering properties of 5-harness satin weave textile composites can vary significantly according to the manner how the adjacent fiber tows were arranged in stacking.
