Methods: As survey tool, questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed using SEM analysis method. Results: All theoretical relationships, except the relationship between information provision and relational quality, proved to be significant. The relationship quality plays an important intermediary role in the research model. Conclusion: The characteristics of SNS prosumer activity can be summarized by interaction and informational provision. To increase user satisfaction and loyalty, it is necessary to support these characteristics and strengthen relationships with customers.

  • It is very important for performance of information system that we make an effort to raise user's satisfaction by continuously grasping user's requirement by evaluation of PMIS based on ASP service quality and reflecting this to information system. However, It is lack that developments of suitable evaluation index of PMIS based on ASP service quality. Hereupon, In this study, we propose the evaluation indicators. First, The evaluation area is classified by form the foundation of D & M IS Success Model (2003); system quality, information quality, service quality. Second, The detail evaluation item which include considerations which are gotten through investigation of the construction industry and PMIS based on ASP is grouping by form the foundation SERVQUAL which is a service quality evaluation tool proposed PZB(1988). It is suitable to evaluate PMIS based on ASP service quality in construction industry and able to evaluate various aspects.

  • The main objectives of this paper are to determine optimum cutting conditions using experimental design method to manufacture pedicle screws. Generally, titanium alloys are known as difficult-to cut materials. In the machining of titanium alloy, high cutting temperature and strong chemical affinity between the tool and the work material are generated because of Its low thermal conductivity and chemical reactivity. Such phenomenon cause increase of tool wear and deterioration of surface quality. Thus, in this paper, required experimental investigations are performed to evaluate the machinability of titanium materials With tungsten carbide tools Required simulation and experiments are performed, and the results are investigated.

  • In this study, coring with diamond core drill on the sintered $Al_2O_3$ ceramic plate were carried out with different coring conditions such as various cutting speed and feed rate to evaluate their effectiveness on the wearing behavior of diamond tool and coring quality. The wearing rate of diamond core drill were getting better with increasing cutting speed and feed rate but the quality of cored hole were getting worse as increasing cutting speed and feed rate.

  • Polishing is cutting process that polished workpiece by relative motion of abrasive grain between polishing tool and workpiece. According to relative motion forms(polishing patterns) of abrasive grain, the surface quality is different. Then, polishing patterns are important essential in polishing process. In work field, polishing patterns are determined by an expert of experience. Therefore, to work effective polishing, it is necessary that evaluate polishing characteristics for polishing patterns. And, polishing machine is made with cartesian coordinate robots, we estimate polishing characteristics by measurement of surface roughness.

  • Dieless CNC forming is an innovative technology which can form various materials with complex shape by numerically controlled incremental forming process. In order to apply the technology to industrial parts, however, many problems such as spring-back, rising of material, and trimming difficulty must be solved. In this paper a new dieless CNC forming method to improve forming quality is proposed, which consists of how to modify its original shape in CAD and how to generate its CNC tool path in CAM. The effectiveness of the proposed procedures is tested with a brake dust shield of a vehicle. The results shows that the method proposed enhances the forming quality up to 48% compared to traditional method.

  • This paper present the optimal cleaning condition of the out-hull preprocessing robot by Taguchi method in design of experiments. A $L_8(2^4)$ orthogonal array is adopted to study the effect of adjustment parameters. The adjustment parameters consist of robot speed, motor torque, motor speed and tool angle. And the quality feature is selected as surface roughness of sheet metal. Taguchi analysis is performed in order to evaluate the effect of adjustment parameters of the quality feature of cleaning process by $Minitab^{(R)}$.

  • The purpose of this dissertation is to develop a tool for enviromental evaluation which measures a level of physical quality in renovated rural houses and to find out the physical environment conditions of the renovated houses in rural area. To achieve these purposes, criteria for the evaluation of physical environment were built up based on practical knowledge which have been found in books and through the fold survey. Elements of evaluation tool consists of Safety, Health, Efficiency that are basic elements in the Hygienic Quality of Housing in WHO. As a results of this study, a three-level of physical environments suggested that a basic level, a inductive level and a proper measure level in renovated rural houses.

  • Polyacetal resin is usually used to make molds, but it is difficult to achieve dimension accuracy during molding. Therefore it is usually necessary to cut the polyacetal resin after a molding process. Polyacetal resin is easily machining by standard machine tool. Acetal is also a thermal stable material which can be totted without coolant Another concern about the use of polyacetal resin is that it absorbs water easily, which also results in problems with dimension accuracy Therefore, in this study, the cutting resistance of water-absorbed polyacetal resin and its surface roughness after cutting in order to achieve the highest degree of accuracy in the cutting of polyacetal resin were investigated. Also, The Robust Design method uses a mathematical tool called orthogonal arrays to study a large number of decision variables with a small number of experiments. It also uses a new measure of quality, called signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio, to predict the quality from the customer's perspective. Thus, we have taken Taguchi's parameter design approach, specifically orthogonal array, and determined the optimal levels of the selected variables through analysis of the experimental results using S/N ratio.

  • This paper addresses FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) loading problems with machine, tool and process flexibilities. When designing FMS planning, it is important to take account of these flexibilities for an efficient utilization of the resources. However, almost all the existing researches do not appropriately consider various flexibilities due to the problem complexity. This paper presents a new evolutionary algorithm to solve the FMS loading problems with machine, tool and process flexibilities. The algorithm is named a multi-level symbiotic evolutionary algorithm. The proposed algorithm is compared with the existing ones in terms of solution quality and convergence speed. The experimental results confirm the effectiveness of our approach.
