The oral lesion of acquired syphilis - primary, secondary, and tertiary - is comparatively rare. Most of the time secondary syphilis manifests itself as a systemic disease with maculopapular eruptions of the skin, generalized lymphadenopathy, fever, and occasional eruptions on the mucous membranes. The lesions of the tertiary stage may occur anywhere in the body, including the oral cavity. Necrotizing faciitis of the head and neck is an uncommon, rapidly spreading soft tissue infection of polymicrobial origin characterized by extensive necrosis and gas formation in the subcutaneous tissue and superficial fascia. This is characterized by its fulminating, devastating, and rapid-progressing course. The mortality rate is high if it is not treated promptly and vigorously. Patients with an impaired immune system and those with small-vessel disease such as diabetes mellitus are more prone to develop this infection.

The first reported the neural blockade of ganglion impar for pain control of perineal pain in 1990 by Plancarte and his fellows. they used 6ml of 10 percent phenol. but the point of issues, same as other neurolytics, are that it is impossible to check and control its spreading, so it might be possible to destruct the coccygeal plexus and sacral nerve, and also it has only short action time. Because of these problems, it could be very dangerous to attempt this procedure especially not for relieving the pain on cancer terminal patient, but for the sympathectomy of ganglion impar on the other purpose. We used the RF generator which had the control ability to point out the destructive lesion accurately. inserted We made the small burr hole on the sacrum near the sacrococcygeal junction directly, through the hole, and performed thermocoagulation to the ganglion impar.

현대 사회에서는 누구나 쉽게 인터넷에 접근할 수 있으며, 웹 게시판이나 SNS 등에 자신의 의견 또는 사상을 자유롭게 표현한다. 하지만 그에 반해 연예인 또는 정치인 등 유명인사에 대한 비방이나 허위사실을 유포 하는 곳으로 이용되기도 한다. 일반적으로 웹 게시물을 증거로 제출하기 위해 화면캡쳐 방식을 많이 사용하는데 디지털 정보인 화면캡쳐 이미지는 위변조의 용이성, 진정성 등 증거능력 한계로 인해 법정에서 증거로 인정받기 어려움 점이 있다. 따라서 위와 같은 사례를 착안하여 웹 게시물 화면캡쳐 이미지를 법정에서 디지털 증거로 인정받기 위해 위변조가 어려운 Proxy Browser를 사용하여 웹 게시물 화면캡쳐 인증 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

인터넷의 확산과 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 활성화로 인해 최근 방송과 통신의 융합 서비스인 IPTV가 인터넷 서비스의 새로운 모델로 주목 받고 있다. 특히, IPTV 환경에서는 기존의 실시간 방송이나 주문형 비디오 (Video-on-Demand) 뿐만 아니라 양방향 멀티미디어 서비스나 고품질 디지털 콘텐츠 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 제공한다. 하지만, IPTV 가입자수의 폭발적인 증가와 방대한 콘텐츠에 따른 트래픽의 증가는 IPTV 환경에서의 효과적인 네트워크 자원 관리에 어려움을 발생시키고, 결과적으로 품질 저하를 초래하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV 환경에서 네트워크 자원을 보다 효율적으로 이용하기 위해 사용자의 VoD 서비스 이용 행태를 고려하여 향후 잠재적인 서버의 부하 및 대기 시간에 대한 예상치를 계산하고 이를 서버 부하 분산에 적용하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

최근 다양한 휴대용 멀티미디어 기기가 많아지면서 사용자는 하나의 미디어 콘텐츠를 자신이 보유한 여러 기기에서 공유하고자 하는 욕구가 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 욕구는 N-스크린 서비스의 발전으로 이어지고 있는데, 현재 N-스크린 서비스를 위한 미디어 동기화 방식은 하나의 기기에서 재생중인 콘텐츠를 중지하고 새로운 기기로 전송하여 재생하는 형태로 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기술은 다중 기기에서의 콘텐츠 동기화를 위해 하나의 기기에서 재생중인 미디어 콘텐츠의 URI 및 현재 재생 시점을 얻어온다. 얻어온 정보는 현재 재생 중인 기기와 새롭게 재생시킬 기기에 동시에 전송하여 여러 사람이 집 안 다른 공간에 있더라도 같은 미디어 콘텐츠를 다중 기기에서 재생할 수 있도록 한다. 동기화 기술은 UPnP를 기반으로 하는 DLNA 기술을 이용하였고 무선 홈 네트워크 시스템을 구축하여 테스트하였다.

최근 모바일 디바이스 보급의 확산으로 다양한 기종의 디바이스를 다수 보유중인 사용자의 수가 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 하나의 미디어 콘텐츠를 사용자가 보유한 다양한 기기에서 서로 공유해야 할 필요성이 증가하고 있으며, 이는 연결성, 이동성, 통합성 기반의 N-screen 서비스의 확대를 가지고 왔다. N-screen 서비스는 하나의 미디어 콘텐츠를 공유하여 사용자가 보유한 다양한 디바이스에서 서로 이어보기가 가능하게끔 서비스를 제공한다. 그러나 N-screen 서비스들은 서비스 제공 사업자의 전용 플랫폼에서 시행되는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 개방형 서비스 플랫폼에서의 이어보기 기능의 설계를 위하여 시험적으로 이어보기 기능을 제공하는 RESTful 기반의 이어보기 기능 제공이 가능한 프로토타입 프로그램을 개발하였으며 동작검증은 Android - PC간 시행하였다.

According to the definition, progressive collapse could occur due to the initial partial failure of the structural members which by spreading to the adjacent members, could result in partial or overall collapse of the structure. Up to now, most researchers have investigated the progressive collapse due to explosion, fire or impact loads. But new research has shown that the seismic load could also be a factor for initiation of the progressive collapse. In this research, the progressive collapse capacity for the 5 and 15-story steel special moment resisting frames using push-down nonlinear static analysis, and nonlinear dynamic analysis under the gravity loads specified in the GSA Guidelines, were studied. After identifying the critical members, in order to investigate the seismic progressive collapse, the 5-story steel special moment resisting frame was analyzed by the nonlinear time history analysis under the effect of earthquakes with different characteristics. In order to account for the initial damage, one of the critical columns was weakened at the initiation of the earthquake or its Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA). The results of progressive collapse analyses showed that the potential of progressive collapse is considerably dependent upon location of the removed column and the number of stories, also the results of seismic progressive collapse showed that the dynamic response of column removal under the seismic load is completely dependent on earthquake characteristics like Arias intensity, PGA and earthquake frequency contents.

This study aims on observing the social recognition and its aspects for men taking care of their outer appearances at current point where men are rapidly rising as the main consumer in the beauty industry while their interest for outer appearances are increasing. Therefore, we observed the overall trend and changes in social recognition for male looks by analyzing the contents of articles in fashion magazines that play the critical role of spreading the trend while suggesting and delivering the diverse trend changes to the public to correspond to the individual and concrete demands of certain class segmented into gender, age, hobby, and more. As a result, articles related to outer appearances were divided into fashion, cosmetic and skin, hair and scalp, body figure care, cosmetic surgery, and others, and among them, fashion category took up the highest ratio. Also, articles related to outer appearances increased even more according to the change in time, where articles related to fashion and hair increased while articles of other categories decreased.

품질 보장을 요구하는 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스가 이동 무선 네트워크로 확산됨에 따라 무선 채널에서 에너지 효율의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있으며, DMS(Dynamic Modulation Scaling)의 도입으로 스케줄러의 출력 링크의 속도를 낮춤으로서 무선 채널의 에너지 소비를 줄일 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 WFQ(Weighted Fair Queuing)의 대역폭 이용도 저하 문제를 해결한 LOFQ(Latency-Optimized Fair Queuing)를 확장하여 출력 링크의 속도를 줄일 수 있는 공평 큐잉 알고리즘인 REFQ(Rate Efficient Fair Queuing)를 제안하고 성능을 평가한다. 평가결과 WFQ에 비해서 35%의 링크 속도 절감 효과를 얻었고, DMS 무선 모뎀에 적용 시 에너지 소비를 최대 90% 정도 줄일 수 있었다.

A new method was developed to prepare microcapsules involving hydrophobic components. A totally new "silicone-resin-polypeptide" was used as the wall materials. The polypeptide was made by hydrolysis of collagen and silk protein and so on, and that was combined with silicone. This microcapsule was easily prepared from silicone-resin-polypeptide in water solution. The ratio of encapsulation in the microcapsule was not only high level as 90％, which had never been reached, but also the particle size could be controlled to obtain very small size (average particle size: 2${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$). Moreover, these microcapsules were resistant to high shearing forces and were stable over a long time period. This stable microcapsule was not crushed in pressure with finger spreading, so the core materials hardly touch the skin directly. Application in cosmetics by using microcapsule involving UV absorbents (2-ethylhexy1-4-methoxycinnamate (OMC) and 4-tert-butyl-4' -methoxydibenzoyl-methane (BMDBM)) was examined. It was possible to apply organic UV absorbents in water-rich formulations without any surfactant by using this microcapsule. This formulation demonstrated a good moisturizing and soft skin feel. Therefore, the microcapsule was applied to hair care products. As a result, the sunscreen hair lotion with microcapsule was able to prevent from damaging and decoloring of hair color by UV rays. As just, it was suggested that this microcapsules were be widely applied in cosmetics.cosmetics.
