개항의 항계 안에서의 선박충돌에 따른 법률상의 쟁점 -해양안전심판원의 재결사례에 대한 분석을 중심으로- (A Study about Legal Issues of Ship Crash in Open Ports Act)

  • Open port has the designated course and traffic jam of ships happens often. This fact may connect to ship crash easily. And the accident happens due to violation of navigation mainly. In ship crash between Neoblue and Shinkwang 7 at incheon open port, the Korean incheon maritime safety tribunal shows that the violation of navigation and duty of attention at the open port would produce ship crash directly. Wherefore, the interpretation and application of navigation are important to protect future ship crash accident. The points of navigation as objects of study are divided into two categories, interpretation and application of navigation on crashing between the ship which navigate the designated course and the ship which enter into the designated course from the another course or outside the course, interpretation and application of navigation on crashing between two or more ships, which navigate violating the navigation every ships and violating agreement rule each other. And as conclusion, I refer the legal responsibility both Neoblue and Shinkwang 7 in detail. The results of this study as follows : First, in case of crashing between the ship which navigate the designated course and the ship which enter into the designated course from the another course or outside the course, public order in open port act can be applied by priority. However, in applying the public order the principle of trust and reasons of crew, cause and effect, the time of navigation application are mandatory considerations. Second, in case of crashing between two or more ships, which navigate violating the navigation every ships and violating agreement rule each other, we should focus on the reasons of crew. Also, the reasons of crew need strict conditions. These means that the awareness of crash danger and recognition of special circumstance including limit state of ships, existence of emergency danger, non escaping crash danger by only observance of navigation. And in case of this state the public order the principle of trust and reasons of crew, cause and effect, the time of navigation application should be considered by priority, too.

  • 본 연구는 $CO_2$ 스트레스 하에서 생장한 검정말로부터 PEPC 단백질 발현에 대한 환경조절 기작을 잘 이해하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. PEPC 농도와 $CO_2$ 보상점과의 관계에서, PEPC농도는 $CO_2$ 보상점 (${\Gamma}$)이 감소할 때 직선상으로 증가하였다. ${\Gamma}$를 유도하는 과정 동안 매일 측정하였다. 검정말은 초기 0일과 1일 사이에 ${\Gamma}$를 급감시키며, 이후 5일까지는 완만한 감소를 나타내었다. PEPC 활성은 0일에서 5일까지 유도 과정 동안 매일 증가하였으며, 5일 동안 4배 이상 증가하였다. PEPC는 100 KD으로 상부에 두 개의 band를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과 유도 시작 후 24시간 내에 PEPC 단백질과 효소활성이 증가하였다.

전공심화과정 개설을 위한 설문조사연구 (Analysis of Questionary Survey Research on the Intensive Major Course in the KNAC)

  • This research was conducted to suggest a policy plan for intensive major course in recurrent education system of KNAC. A survey was answered by students, graduates, field professors and (full-time) professors. The results are summarized as follows; 1. In the item of educational operation system, there were some differences in preference among 4 examinee groups. Students preferred 'semester system', graduates and field professors did 'once per week system', and professors 'cyber+centralized training system'. 2. As entering time, students and graduates preferred 'immediately after graduation'. However, field and full-time professors preferred '1 to 3 years after graduation' that became reality. 3. As board and lodging, all examinee groups wanted 'dormitory in college'. Students and graduates were open to pay educational expenses as a level of national colleges. 4. As a curriculum, the most preferred subject by all groups was 'major field technique', which was followed by 'marketing/sale' and 'farm management' in the order of preference.

Relationship between Course Evaluations and Learning Achievement for the Software Lecture in General Education

  • The course evaluations was used to collect the students' opinion and verify the learning performance for a long time. However, many evaluations' methods are not consider each characteristics of the course, and many courses were presented to students with the same question for the course evaluations. This research aims to make a learning success model considering the questionnaire of course evaluations and relationship between the factors of learning and learning satisfaction/benefit. In order to make a model, we identify the items of the questionnaire and distinguish the factors considering the items. The factors are Information Quality, Knowledge Quality, System Quality and Service Quality. Consequently, the research shows the connection and relationship between them and learning satisfaction/benefit.

치기공과 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Curriculum Development in the Dental Technology Department)

  • The object of this study is, after the dental technology department is developed into the three-year curriculum and so new curriculum is needed, to compare, analyze, and appreciate the two-year model curriculum that has been practiced in our country, to analyze the curriculum and national quality system practiced in the developed country like U. S. canada, Germany and Japan, and, on the basis of the result from the upper part and inquiry result in the dental technology faculty commity of the nationwide junior college, to establish the new curriculum that is suitable the condition of our dental technology department in the junior college. 1) Since the width of the education is broader after the dental technology department is developed into three-year curriculum from the two-year curriculum, the course of study connected with the dental technology is added. 2) The fundamental course is propounded and the practical course which is needed on the spot is assigned. 3) Since the importance of the practical education is understood time and unit of the experimental practice is extended. 4) The time control in the curriculum commected with the national examination is adjected. 5) On the basis of the actual experience, the actual course is propound and time and unit are added widely to uplift the adjustment of the current environment of the dental technology.

무세제 세탁코스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Non-detergent Course of Washing Machine)

  • The purpose of this study is to research source of soil which is available for non-detergent course, and to develop optimum non-detergent course of washing machine for water soluble soil. The water soluble soil such as grape juice, soy bean paste and soy sauce were easily removed from the fabric but the oil soluble soils such as sesame oil and steak sauce were insurfficiently removed in washing solution without detergent. In the absence of detergent, amount of residual soils increased linearly with increasing number of soiling and washing. To search optimum conditions of washing for non-detergent course, the effect of temperature, washing time and washing method on detergency of soil in non-detergent washing solution was examined. The optimum washing temperature and washing time for non-detergent course were about $40^{\circ}C$, and 7 minutes, respectively. And in the non-detergent washing solution, midterm drain-resupply of water during washing process was good for removal of water soluble soil.

소아청소년 양극성 장애의 임상 경과 (Clinical Course of Bipolar Disorder in Children and Adolescents)

  • Objectives : The early onset of mood symptoms in bipolar disorder has been associated with poor outcomes in many studies. However, aspects of the clinical course of bipolar disorder in children and adolescents are controversial. The goal of this article is to review the clinical characteristics and longitudinal course of children and adolescents with bipolar disorders. Methods : Searches were conducted in MedLine, PsycINFO, KISS, and RISS using the terms phenomenology, clinical course, outcome, BPD, pediatric, children and adolescents. Twenty-one reports were selected : either original articles reporting symptoms and clinical characteristics of subjects (ages 5-18 years), or published articles in reviewed journals about bipolar disorder in children and adolescents. Results : Approximately 70% of subjects with bipolar disorder recovered from their index episode, and 50% had at least 1 syndromal recurrence, particularly depressive episodes. For 60% of the follow-up time, subjects had syndromal or subsyndromal symptoms with numerous changes in symptoms and shifts of polarity. Approximately 20% of BP-II subjects converted BP-I. Conclusion : Bipolar disorders in children and adolescents are characterized by episodic illness with subsyndromal and syndromal episodes with mainly depressive and mixed symptoms and rapid mood changes. Extensive follow-up time is needed to evaluate the continuity of bipolar disorder symptoms from childhood to adulthood.

전공 분야 심화 학습을 위한 모바일 코스 코디네이터 시스템 (A Mobile Course Coordinator System for Learning Profound Major Field)

  • IT 관련 기술의 발전은 'Any Time, Any Where, Any Service'를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있는 제반 여건을 마련하였으며, 무선 인터넷 서비스는 인터넷 기반의 서비스를 이동 중에도 이용 가능하도록 하였다. 웹 기반의 학사정보시스템을 무선 인터넷 기반의 학사정보시스템으로 활용한 기존의 시스템은 표준화된 환경에서 구축되지 않아 모바일 기기의 플랫폼에 종속적이었다. 또한, 선택과목의 수가 많은 학부제에서는 교육과정의 제작과 관리에 관련된 업무를 담당하고 학생들에게 조언을 해 주는 코스 코디네이터의 역할이 매우 중요하지만, 학생들은 코스 코디네이터를 통해 자신에게 가장 적합한 분야는 무엇이고, 어떠한 과목을 이수해야 하는 지에 대한 도움을 받고 있지 못하다. 본 논문은 JAVA를 이용하여 플랫폼에 독립적이며, 심화된 전공 분야의 학습을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 코스 코디네이터의 역할을 대신하기 위한 WIPI기반의 모바일 코스 코디네이터 시스템을 제안한다. 모바일 코스 코디네이터 시스템은 심화된 전공 분야의 학습을 위해 학부제의 각 분야별 과목에 대한 정보를 담고있는 수강 과목 트리와 학생의 과거 수강이력을 고려한 추론엔진을 포함한다. 학부 내 모든 분야를 고려하였을 때 특정 과목의 중요도와 사용자가 해당과목의 선수과목을 이수하였는지 여부 및 사용자의 학부 내 분야 적합도를 가중치로 나타내어, 수강 신청 시 개별 학생이 자신에게 가장 적합한 과목을 추천받아 선택할 수 있도록 하였다. 모바일 코스 코디네이터 시스템은 학생들에게 조언을 해 주는 코스 코디네이터의 역할을 보조할 수 있을 것이다. 또 학생들은 언제 어디서나 개인 휴대폰을 이용하여 수강신청에 관한 학사정보를 관리할 수 있고, 시스템의 추론에 따른 추천 과목을 수강하여 전공 분야에 대한 깊은 지식을 갖출 수 있을 것이다.

  • 시간경로 유전자 발현 자료는 마이크로어레이 실험을 시간에 따라 관측한 대용량의 자료로 유전자 발현 수준을 동시에 파악할 수 있다. 하지만 실험 과정이 복잡하여 다양한 원인들에 의해 결측값이 자주 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 시간경로 유전자 발현 자료에 대한 결측값을 추정하는 방법으로 패턴 적응 최근접 이웃(pattern consistency index adaptive nearest neighbors; PANN) 방법을 제안하였다. 이 방법은 국소적 특징을 반영하는 적응 최근접 이웃(adaptive nearest neighbors; ANN) 방법과 관측 시점간 유전자 발현의 일치 정도를 고려하는 패턴일치지수를 결합시킨 것이다. 제안한 PANN 방법의 효능을 평가하기 위하여 두 가지의 실제 시간경로 자료들을 사용하여 몬테카를로 모의실험(Monte Carlo simulation study)을 시행하였다.

국내 군용항공기 감항인증교육과 자격관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on Education and Certification System of Military Aircraft Airworthiness in Korea)

  • Advanced nations such as US and Europe have recognized the importance of the aircraft airworthiness and have been operating airworthiness certification system by their government since long time ago. In Korea, airworthiness certification personnel education program has been proceeding, since certification system of military aircraft airworthiness has been legislated. On this study, education course, education content for each course, education operating method and license management related to airworthiness certification personnel education and drew out adequate plan for domestic circumstance through studying aviation advanced nations cases. The proposed education course is divided into basic course, professional course and retraining course, considering its level of education and operation of education course has been recommended to a professional education institute designated by korea government and proposed to acquire authorized certificate for those who completed the education course. We hope to improve the method proposed as a result of the study such as education content, operating program, license management systematically and efficiently as years go by to develop into leading nation for airworthiness certification education and increase the benefit and confidence of nation.
