Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of knowledge, attitude and compliance with standard precautions and to identify predicting factors of compliance with standard precautions in ICU and ER nurses. Methods: The participants were 228 ICU and ER nurses working in one of three university hospitals and one general hospital. Collected data included general characteristics, features related to infection risk, and knowledge, attitude and compliance with standard precautions. For the final analysis, 218 questionnaires were used. Results: Within the previous one year, 103 (47.3%) nurses experienced pricking injury from syringe needles or other sharp materials, 111 (50.9%) nurses reported exposure to patients' blood and body fluid. In general, the scores for knowledge, attitude and compliance were all high. Compliance scores for nurses in intensive care units were significantly higher than those of nurses in emergency. There were significant correlations of knowledge, attitude, and compliance with standard precautions. Attitude and work place were significant factors predicting compliance with standard precautions. Conclusion: The results indicate that to increase nurse's compliance with standard precautions, continuous efforts to enhance positive attitudes and at the same time, improve work environments and use individualized approaches based on the work units are needed.
Purpose -This study aims to determine how the characteristics of the airline's SNS marketing affects brand image, brand attitude according to perceived values, and to analyze the impact of SNS marketing factors. It was intended to provide theoretical and practical implications for airlines to refer to SNS marketing activities. Research design, data, and methodology -A questionnaire was formed based on previous studies, and then an online questionnaire was created to conduct a survey. Explained the purpose and asked to respond. From February 1 to 14, 2020, 333 responses with a valid number of samples were confirmed for the final analysis of the data. The questionnaire was composed of five areas: demographic characteristics, SNS factor, brand image, brand attitude, and perceived value. Result -Airline's SNS marketing, brand image, and brand attitude are affected by the gender, age, and SNS usage time of the user, and the perceived value of the user is shown to be controlled by the airline's SNS marketing's influence on brand image and brand attitude. Conclusion -When SNS is to be effectively used for airline marketing, it is necessary to pay attention to the demographic characteristics and the control effect of perceived value, and use it for airline management. The perceived value has been shown to affect SNS marketing's brand image and brand attitude.

Satellite attitude-control actuators are equipped with a reaction wheel for three-axis attitude control. The reaction wheel rotates a motor inside the actuator to generate torque in the vector direction. When using the reaction wheel, there are restrictions on the torque values generated as the motor rotates. The torque value of the reaction wheels mounted on small satellites is approximately 10 mNm, and high values are not used. Therefore, three-axis attitude control of a small satellite is possible using a reaction wheel, but this method is not suitable for missions that require rapid attitude control at a specific time. As a technology to overcome the small torque value of the reaction wheel, the control moment gyro (CMG) is currently in wide use as a rapid attitude-control actuator in space satellites. The CMG has an internal gimbal mounted at a right angle to the rotation motor and generates a large torque value. In general, when the gimbal operates, a torque value approximately 100 times greater is generated, making it suitable for rapid posture maneuvering. Currently, we are developing a technology for mounting a controlled moment gyro on a small satellite, and here we share the development status of an 800 mNm CMG.
This study is planned to provide the basic idea to seek for the appropriate Time Management Strategies and to investigate the Time Management Strategies and household work time of wives. For these research tasks, the data are collected through the questionnaire rand 479 respondents were housewives in seoul. Their data are analyzed using Frequency, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Analysis, Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis. The Major findings of this study were as follows ; 1) There are significant differences in the time management strategies according to housewife's age, education level, and employment status, children's number, the type of housing, the type family, income and sex role attitude. 2) There are significant differences in the household work time according to housewife's age, education level, employment status, family size, children's number, type of housing, income, sex role attitude and time pressure perceptibility. 3) The Household work time is found to be negatively correlated to the Time Management Stategies except the adjustment of leisure and sleep time. 4) The Household work time is significantly related to housewife's employment status and the adjustment of leisure and sleep time.

The purpose of this study is to construct a structural equation model and to analyze causal relationships among variables related to attitudes to science using structural equation modeling(SEM) with LISREL VII. The sample consisted of 483 10th grade boys from a general high school in Pusan, Korea. The questionnaires (ABC-attitude scale: affection, behavioral intention, cognition scale of attitude towards science) were developed by the researcher through a pilot study. And other instruments have modified previous ones. Five instruments were used in this study: GALT(group assessment of logical thinking), MTSlS(modified test of science inquiry skill), ABC-attitude scale, MSAS(modified scientific attitude scale), CSAT(common science achievement test). Structural equation modeling with LISREL VII($J\ddot{o}reskog$ & $S\ddot{o}rbom,$ 1993) was employed to estimate the causal inferences about hypothesized relationships among observed data sets. Three competing models consisted of five latent variable(scientific thinking ability, science inquiry skill, attitude towards science, scientific attitude, science achievement) - lP(inquiry preceding) model, AP(attitude preceding) model and AM(attitude mediating) model - were developed. Among these competing models, IP model satisfied the observed data sets. The causal relationships among "attitudes to science" and other latent variables were reliably identified. According to the results of the present study, science inquiry skill was the most significant variable that can predict science achievement. But scientific thinking ability has not directly influenced science achievement. This study suggests that inquiry based teaching-learning processes should be offered to students for improvement of science achievement. At the same time, it seems to be important to develop positive attitude towards science. Understanding of relationships among variables related to attitudes to science will be helpful to the development of science curriculum and to the design of science teaching and learning process. LISREL has been recognized as a useful approach in testing a SEM. However, in this study, LISREL approach was estimated as much more useful method for research design.

At a time when children of multicultural families have begun to enter adolescence in Korea, this study examined the effects of parental support and bicultural acceptance on the career attitude maturity of multicultural adolescents. This study tried to derive the implications related to the career path of multicultural adolescents by verifying the effects of self-esteem on the relationship between parental support, bicultural acceptance, and career attitude maturity. Using the 8th Multicultural Adolescent Panel Survey data (MAPS), the relative influence of antecedent variables on career attitude maturity was confirmed by hierarchical regression analysis of the data from 1,197 respondents. Model 1 included gender and parental support, Model 2 added bicultural acceptance to Model 1, and Model 3 added self-esteem to Model 2. As a result of the study, in Model 1, women had higher career attitude maturity than men, and the more supportive their parents were, the more positive the level of career attitude maturity. The adjusted R2 of Model 1 was .058, which did not have much influence. In Model 2, gender, parental support, and bicultural acceptance had statistically significant effects on career attitude maturity, and the amount of change in F was also significant. The adjusted R2 of Model 2 was .132. In Model 3, parental support was not statistically significant, and gender, bicultural acceptance, and self-esteem had statistically significant effects on career attitude maturity. The amount of change in F was statistically significant and the adjusted R2 was .185. That is, it was confirmed that the more the women, the more the bicultural acceptance, and the higher the self-esteem, the more prepared and determined the career path. Based on the research results, the implications related to career preparation of multicultural adolescents were presented.
In general satellite verification process, the AOCS (Attitude & Orbit Control Subsystem) should be verified through several kinds of verification test which can be divided into two major category like FBT (Fixed Bed Test) and polarity test. And each test performed in different levels such as ETB (Electrical Test Bed) and satellite level. The test method of FBT is to simulate satellite dynamics with sensors and actuators supported by necessary environmental models in ETB level. The VDS (Vehicle Dynamic Simulator) try to make the real situation as possible as the on-board processor will undergo after launch. The purpose of FBT test is to verify that attitude control logic function and hardware interface is designed as expected with closed loop simulation. The VDS is one of major equipments for performing FBT and consists of software and hardware parts. The VDS operates in VME environments with target board, several commercial boards and custom boards based on the VxWorks real time operating system. In order to make time synchronization between VDS and satellite on-board processor, high reliable semaphore was implemented to make synchronization with the interrupt signal from on-board processor. In this paper, the real-time operating environment used on VDS equipment is introduced, and the hardware and software configurations of VDS summarized in the systematic point of view. Also, we try to figure out the operational concept of VDS and AOCS verification test method with close-loop simulation.
Background: This study analyzed predictors of regular mammography performance in Korea. In addition, we determined factors affecting regular mammography performance in life-transition aged women by applying an attitude, social influence, and self-efficacy (ASE) model. Materials and Methods: Data were collected from women aged over 40 years residing in province J in Korea. The 178 enrolled subjects provided informed voluntary consent prior to completing a structural questionnaire. Results: The overall regular mammography performance rate of the subjects was 41.6%. Older age, city residency, high income and part-time job were associated with a high regular mammography performance. Among women who had undergone more breast self-examinations (BSE) or more doctors' physical examinations (PE), there were higher regular mammography performance rates. All three ASE model factors were significantly associated with regular mammography performance. Women with a high level of positive ASE values had a significantly high regular mammography performance rate. Within the ASE model, self-efficacy and social influence were particularly important. Logistic regression analysis explained 34.7% of regular mammography performance and PE experience (${\beta}=4.645$, p=.003), part-time job (${\beta}=4.010$, p=.050), self-efficacy (${\beta}=1.820$, p=.026) and social influence (${\beta}=1.509$, p=.038) were significant factors. Conclusions: Promotional strategies that could improve self-efficacy, reinforce social influence and reduce geographical, time and financial barriers are needed to increase the regular mammography performance rate in life-transition aged.

The interactive advertisement is already on satellite and cable broadcasting hereafter the introduction of this system is concerned on terrestrial programs. This study is to research the effectiveness of interactive TV advertising focusing on factors of involvement and interaction. Study started for the effect measurement of interactive television advertisement. Interactive television advertisement has different concept than existing television advertisement. Thus, the effect also needs to examine in other methods. Study is mainly focusing on the characteristics of interactive and the experiments, which was based on existing data, for measurement of effect. In the experiments, the characteristics were categorized in a search time, a number of searched pages about interactive television advertisement. The research finds that the involvement of the audience increases when the interaction of advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intentions also increases. And so, a successful interactive TV advertisement results in longer searching hours and greater it visits by the audience when the interaction factors are considered and increased. By study of consumer's characteristics and behavior, a new method of the effect measurement for interactive television advertisement is provided. The new method includes not only existing measurement elements of television advertisement which are attitude on advertising and brand, and customers' purpose, but also the features of interactive television advertisement, which are search time, a number of searched pages. Recently added features provides data of the effect on high/low groups and it contributes to the process of interactive television advertisement. Study on interactive television advertisement will be helpful to plan an effective strategy by suggesting the theoretical evidence of its effect.

Because the previous simulation tool for attitude control of satellite was designed for the modeling of rigid body and PD controller, the attitude error can be made more than the limitation value for keeping for communication link, and then the communication link can be lost at moving of satellite. So, for rapid attitude restoration and design of stable and modernized controller, the modelling of rigid body and flexible body structure for moving GEO and LEO satellites were performed. Also the minimum time controller is designed for the rapid restoration of attitude error at communication broken and to minimize the disconnection period from ground communication system during the satellite stationkeeping. The linear regulator is designed using the space state vector that is better than accuracy and stability of PD controller. Firstly the simulation was performed for comparison of the rigid and stability of PD controller. Firstly the simulation was performed for comparison of the rigid and flexible models using PD controller and the case of the pitch angle changing by ground command, and the case of the periodic north-south stationkeeping are performed for the analysis of response characteristics of each controller when the attitude is changed. As a result, the flexible body model represents more sililar results of real situation than the rigid body model. The minimum time controller can restore 7 times rapidly than PD controller for its lost attitude. The linear regulator has several merits for capability of adaptation against the external disturbance, stability and response time. In future, we can check the estimated results using this satellite model and controller for real operation. Futhermore the development of new controller and training can be supported.
