수지매트를 이용한 바닥타일 건식공법 시스템에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Dry Floor Tile Unit System used Resin Mat)

  • The purpose of this study is the development of practical Dry floor tile unit method that settle the defect of a wet method and designed for resin mat. With use of PE resin which is confirmed the basic property, it is developed that resin mat, joint-sealing compound with fixed form and space management to Dry floor tile unit method. The result of this study is below. 1) To acquire above the 4kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ - construction specification criterion, the bonding space that between resin mat and tile has to occupy the 50% of resin mat module space(10,000$\textrm{cm}^2$). 2) Criteria of bonding part plane is below. simpleness of metal form. productivity, uniform quality after injection molding cooling, easy cutting for remain space management, adhesive property, construction ability, transformation of a severed piece under pressure and so on. 3) To get the shape that could protect the interfacial breakdown, it is designed that resin mat and tile are unified after the bond input. 4) Adapted joint-sealing compound is the material of urethane kinds wedge form. Resin mat has the water passageway that could drain the water. 5) To manage the severed piece of tile, the resin mat is likely to divide the half and the quarter and the plastic drainage is developed in the severed piece.

타일의 독립적 복호를 위한 HEVC 부호화 방법 및 문제점 분석 (HEVC Encoding Method and Problem Analysis for Independent Tile Decoding)

  • 4K이상의 초고해상도 영상의 수요가 증가함에 따라 복호화기가 요구하는 데이터 처리량이 늘어났으며, 이에 따라 소비자가 관심을 가지는 영역만을 복호화하는 방법의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 관심영역을 독립적으로 복호화할 수 있는 방법에는 영상을 분할하여 분할된 각각의 영상을 부호화하는 방법과 HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding)의 Tile기반 부호화를 이용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 영상 분할기반 부호화와 Tile 분할기반 부호화를 통해 관심영역의 독립적인 복호화를 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 각각의 성능을 분석한다. 실험결과에서는 제안방법의 결과로 부호화된 영상에 대해서 관심영역의 독립적 복호화가 가능함을 보이고 각 방법의 특징을 비교분석한다.

제주도 서귀포층의 지하분포상태 (Characteristics of Subsurface Distributions of the Seoguipo Formation in Cheju Island)

  • The Seoguipo Formation occurs only in a small exposure along the coast of the Seoguipo City, but in the subsurface, underlies tile western part of the Bugcheon-Pyoseon Line in the northeastern part of tile island. The Bugcheon-Pyoseon Line is presumed to be a facies boundary that reflects tile distribution of hyaloclastites resulted from submarine volcanic activity. The Seoguipo Formation is distributed in the subsurface along the part which is lower than 400m in average altitude, and occurs at El. -5.76∼-46.63m in tile southern area, El. -41.89∼-57.97m in the western area, El. -13.15∼-50.59m in the northern area. Therefore, the southern area was uplifted after the deposition of the Seoguipo Formation. In the subsurface, the vertical depth of the volcanic rocks of the Cheju Volcanic Edifice is El. -40.6m in the southern area, El. -111.3m in the western area, El. -81.5m in the northern area and El. -134.7m in the eastern area. The unconsolidated U Formation, which is, overlying the basement and about 70∼250m thickness underlies the whole island. There is a positive correlation between tile groundwater level and the depth of the subsurface distribution of the Seoguipo Formation. Consequently, it is conformed that the subsurface distribution of the Seoguipo Formation plays important role for controlling the characteristics of the reservoir of tile groundwater in Cheju Island.

초등학교 과학실험 기구 조작 기능에 대한 관찰 평가 준거 개발 - 초등학교 화학 단원을 중심으로 - (The Development of the Observation Assessment Criteria concerning the Manipulative skills in Elementary School Science)

  • The purpose of this study is tile development of tile observation Assessment criteria that is used to assess manipulative skills in elementary science. The procedures of developing observation Assessment criteria are as follows. First, we investigated the actual condition about science process skills assessment with tile questionnaire. Second, we selected 7 experimental apparatus through the analysis of the science textbooks. The selected experimental apparatus are dropper, alcohol lamp, thermometer, test tube, filtering device, able balance, graduated cylinder Third, the observation Assessment criteria arc developed through tile analysis of the related experimental textbooks, the demonstrations, and the questionnaire, Forth, tile validity is verified by science education specialists and graduate students who major in science education. Fifth, the first jilter-rater agreement is investigated in the result of the field with observation criteria of which the validity was verified. The second inter-rater agreement is investigated through the revision and the addition of the criteria with the low agreement. In result, the jilter-rater agreement ranged from 0.86 to 0.98. One of the major problems in observation assessment is the rater's subjective viewpoint. So, this research shows a more specified scale and criteria for the assessment. This suggests that the observation Assessment criteria developed in tile study satisfies the high reliability and validity requirements. Considering the results, this criteria call be used effectively for assessing manipulative skills of elementary school students.

  • 타일 기반 렌더링 기법은 화면의 영역을 특정한 사이즈의 타일로 분할하여 한 번에 하나의 타일씩 3D 그래픽 모델을 처리하는 방법으로 3D 그래픽 파이프라인에서 제한된 자원을 효율적으로 활용하기 위하여 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 계층 구조 타일 기반 렌더링 기법의 하위 계층 호출 빈도를 줄여 타일 기반 렌더링의 타일링 속도을 향상 시켰다. 제안하는 Rasterizer의 타일링 속도는 13.030ms로 멀티 소트 타일링의 29.614ms 보다 56%, 기존의 계층적 타일링 기법의 17.208ms 보다 24% 향상된 처리 속도를 가진다.

  • Recently, the size of tiles used for bathroom walls in apartment houses is gradually increasing in size. The problem is that when these large-sized tiles are attached by the sticking method, due to the nature of the method, there is a concern about the stability of the attachment to the part (pupil) where the tile and the adhesive are not attached. The problem is serious as it leads to lawsuits in the outbreak court. In addition, it is urgent to verify the adhesion stability of the sticking method because secondary damage occurs due to a safety accident caused by the falling of the tile. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport [Investigation of defects in apartment houses, calculation of repair cost and defect determination criteria] ① The tile adhesion strength is 0.39N/mm2 or more and ② It is specified to fill 80% or more of the base area of the tile backside, but this is currently trendy. It is considered that large-sized tiles need to be verified from multiple angles, and as part of that, we intend to verify the adhesion stability according to the area to be attached to large-sized tiles.

RDFS, OWL, OWL2의 문법특성을 고려한 신뢰향상적 LOD 연결성 평가 기법 (A Trustworthiness Improving Link Evaluation Technique for LOD considering the Syntactic Properties of RDFS, OWL, and OWL2)

  • LOD(Linked Open Data)는 온톨로지에 기반하여 구조화되고 링크드 데이터 원칙에 의거하여 식별, 연결, 접근되는 RDF 트리플들로 구성된다. 이러한 LOD 데이터집합의 공개는 LOD 클라우드의 확장으로 이어지며 궁극적으로는 데이터 중심적인 웹으로 진화한다. 그러나, 존재적으로 동일한 개체들이 여러 LOD 데이터집합들에 걸쳐 서로 다르게 식별되는 경우 이들간의 동일성을 파악하여 신뢰적인 연결을 제공하는 것은 어려운 작업이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 신뢰향상적 연결성 평가(Trustworthiness Improving Link Evaluation: TILE) 기법을 제시한다. 보다 신뢰적인 연결성 평가 결과를 도출하기 위하여 TILE은 4단계로 진행한다. 우선, TILE은 LOD 데이터집합의 문법요소들이 가지는 추론적 특징을 고찰하여 잠재적으로만 존재하고 있던 사실들을 RDF 트리플들로 실체화하여 이를 데이터집합에 보강한다. 두 번째 단계에서 지정한 술어의 목적어 값을 비교하여 평가를 수행하며 세 번째 단계에서 RDF 트리플의 술어부가 지니고 있는 문법적 특성을 주어서술적/어휘정의적 관점에서 평가한 후 이를 두 번째 단계의 결과에 추가 반영한다. 이 과정에서 TILE이 고찰하는 문법적 요소들은 LOD 클라우드를 구축하기 위하여 W3C가 제시한 언어인 RDFS, OWL, OWL2 모두를 망라한다. 마지막으로, LOD 데이터집합 공개자로 하여금 연결성 평가결과를 검토하여 재평가 실시 혹은 연결확정을 결정하도록 함으로써 공개하는 데이터의 연결성이 가져야 하는 신뢰성에 공개주체의 책임이 반영되도록 한다.

제주특산물을 이용한 향토국수의 개발 (Development of Regional Noodles Using Agricultural and Fishery Products of Cheju Island)

  • Acceptable fish noodles of better nutritional and sensory values than conventional noodle made only wheat flour were prepared by mixing wheat flour and ground tile fish (Branchioste gus japonicus). In oder to mask a distinctive fish odor, various herbs and spices, such as ginger (Zingiber officinale), curry (Chalcas koenigii), nutmeg (Myristica Pagrans), garlic (Ailium sativum), black pepper (Piper nigrum), lemon (Cirtus limon) or sodachi (Citrus sudachi) were added to the basic tile fish noodle. Also, for the purpose of enhancing eating qual ify and nutritional value of basic noodle were combined some agricultural or fishery products of Cheju island, citrus fruits; danyooja (Citrus danyooga), hagul (C. natfudaidai), medical plants; angelica utilis (Angelica keiskei), ginseng (Panax ginseng), cactus (Opuntia dillenii), vegetable; carrot (Daucus carota), dropwort (Oenanthe jnvanica), seaweeds; fusiforme (Hizkia fusiforme), gulfweed (Sargaceae hlvelium). The optimal mixing ratio for preparing the basic tile fish noodle amounted to ground tile fish 135 g: tile fish stock 139 $m\ell$: wheat flour 450 g: salts 10 g. The mixture of curry powder (2.5 g) and nutmeg powder (2.5 g) was proved to be the most effective combinations for masking unfavorable fish odor. The optimal amounts of materials to be added to the prepared basic noodle were 25 g citrus zest and 80m1 citrus juice for citrus fruits noodles, and ca. 140 g puree for noodles from medical plants, vegetables and seaweeds, respectively. The preference score obtained from consumer preference test, on a 9-point scales, were in oder of i) danyooja > carrot, angelica, ginseng > fusiforme, ii) hagul > dropwort, cactus > gulfweed. The shelf-life of tile fish noodle based on bacterial counting was estimated to be 7-days at 5$^{\circ}C$.

플라이애시 첨가에 따른 세라믹 벽타일 소지의 물성변화 (Influence of Fly Ash Addition on Properties of Ceramic Wall Tiles)

  • Recently, there have been many efforts to establish suitable processes for recycling fly ash, which is produced in thermal power plants and which poses serious environmental problems. Use of fly ash as a major ingredient of ceramic tiles can increase fly ash utilization, as well as reduce the cost of raw materials in ceramic tile production. In this study, the effects of fly ash addition on ceramic tile properties such as bending strength, water absorption and porosity were investigated. A manufacturing process of ceramic tile was developed for utilization of fly ash with high carbon content. In this approach, it is important to hold the ceramic tiles at a temperature that is sufficient for carbon oxidation, before the pores supplying oxygen to the inside of the ceramic tile are sealed. Ceramic wall tiles were manufactured with 0-40wt% of fly ash addition. The water absorption and porosity of the fired body were slightly changed with increasing fly ash content up to 30wt% and decreased with greater amounts of fly ash addition. The bending strength of ceramic tile including 10wt% fly ash increased, reaching a level comparable to that of ceramic tile without fly ash.

  • Ceramic tile is widely used as a floor or interior decoration of buildings. The main processes are raw material blending, molding, drying, firing, etc., and since dimensional and quality stability are very important, they are generally molded by a dry press method. In ceramic tile molds, there is a liner that can be easily replaced in case of wear. The liner is constantly abrasion due to a continuous pressing process during tile forming, and it is required to be replaced every certain period. Even in the liner, use a wear-resistant fitting material only in areas where wear is concentrated. However, there was a risk that the fitting material was applied to large-sized tile molding due to problems such as damage to the molding machine and decrease in productivity when detached during the actual tile molding process due to weak fitting strength with the liner. Therefore, in this study, thermal-structural analysis for fitting tolerance analysis and structural analysis for fitting force analysis were performed for the shrink fit process of the fitting material.
