2022 개정 수학과 교육과정에 따른 내용 체계의 세 범주와 초등학교 1~2학년 수학 교과서 차시명의 연계성 분석 (Analysis of the linkage between the three categories of content system according to the 2022 revised mathematics curriculum and the lesson titles of mathematics textbooks for the first and second-grade elementary school)

  • 제5차 수학과 교육과정부터 수학과 교육 목표는 인지적, 과정적, 정의적 목표의 세 범주로 제시되어 왔으며, 2022 개정 수학과 교육과정에서는 내용 체계 역시 지식·이해, 과정·기능, 가치·태도로 구분하여 제시하고 있다. 따라서 학생들에게 수업 목표를 제시하기 위해서는 수학과 교육 목표인 세 가지 측면을 모두 제시할 필요가 있다. 현재 수학 교과서에 제시되는 차시명은 수업 목표와 직접적으로 연결되어 있으며, 학생들이 수업 중 가장 먼저 정보를 얻을 수 있는 부분이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2015 개정 1~2학년 수학 교과서에 제시된 차시명과 내용 체계의 세 범주가 어떻게 연결되어 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 대부분의 차시명은 세 범주 중 2가지를 제시하고 있었으나 반영된 요소는 지식·이해와 과정·기능 범주에 편중된 양상을 보였다. 일부 차시명의 경우 가치·태도 범주의 내용 요소를 반영하고 있었으나, 이는 수학 내용 영역에 따라 제시된 내용 요소 수에 많은 차이를 보였다. 세 범주의 균형있는 학습을 위해 가치·태도 범주의 내용 요소를 반영한 차시명을 제시할 수 있는 방안을 살펴보고, 영역별로 차이를 보이지 않도록 균형있게 제시하는 방안도 함께 탐색해 볼 필요가 있을 것이다. 특히 지식·이해 범주는 제시하지 않아도 학생들이 그 목표를 정확히 이해할 수 있다는 점을 고려하여, 지식·이해 범주에 맞춰진 초점에서 벗어나 과정·기능과 가치·태도 범주의 내용 요소를 구체적으로 반영하는 진술도 필요해 보인다. 이를 통해 2022 개정 수학 교과서 개발 시 필요한 차시명 제시 방식을 제안하고 이를 활용한 효과적인 수업 목표를 제시하는 데 도움을 주고자 하였다.

한국 거주 외국인의 의료서비스 경험 (Foreign Residents' Experience of Korean Health Care Services)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the experience of health care services by foreign residents in Korea. Method: Participants were 12 foreigners from China, North America, and Japan. Qualitative data were collected using three focus group interviews and analyzed with qualitative content analysis. Results: The participants' experience of health services was categorized as 21 sub-categories, 11 categories and three main categories. The main categories were 'Quality of health care', 'Health care personnel', and 'Health care system and infrastructure'. The main category of 'Quality of health care' included three categories, 'Health care personnel' included another four categories, and 'Health care system and infrastructure' included the remaining four categories. The participants reported positive experiences such as favorable feelings and satisfaction particularly, with the high quality of health care but also negative experiences such as apprehension, distrust, difficulties, and inconvenience in the health care service in Korea. Conclusions: The results of this study can be helpful in the development of strategies to improve health care services for foreigners by providing fundamental information about the foreign residents' experience of health care services in Korea from their perspectives.

국내 장애인주택 디자인가이드라인 내용분석 연구 (Content Analysis on Housing Design Guidelines for the Disabled in Korea)

  • Purpose : With a recently growing population of the disabled, the importance of creating the living environment for them has been emphasized, making the design guidelines to play more important role in this sense. This research aims to generalize the existing design guidelines for the housing for the disabled, diagnose their problems, and suggest a systematic and consistent milestone of the guidelines developed in the future. Method : The analysis objects of this research are 1910 categories of the design guidelines for the domestic housing for the disabled, and the research removed the redundancy and separated multi-complex categories. A total of 1424 independent categories were extracted, and been conducted content analysis from three aspects of redundancy, sub-categorization system and descriptive form based on the extracted categories. Results : Redundancy analysis figured out important characteristics by space. Moreover, the current guideline system can be integrated by analysis of sub-category system. Lastly, the research found that the guidelines need to be understood more easily and suggested under accurate criteria by analyzing the descriptive forms. Implication : This research holds significance as a fundamental data to improve the design guidelines for the disabled in the future, ultimately contributing to a better quality of life of the disabled.

장기요양시설 인간중심 치매케어 온라인 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 델파이 조사연구 (A Delphi Study for Developing a Person-centered Dementia Care Online Education Program in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: There has been a growing recognition that person-centered care enhances the quality of life of nursing home residents with dementia. This study was conducted to develop a person-centered dementia care online education program for direct care staff in long-term care facilities. Methods: Delphi method with expert group was used to validate contents. We developed 61 draft items based on literature review. Twenty experts participated in consecutive three round surveys including 5-point Likert scale questions and open-ended questions. Based on experts' opinions, the content validity ratio for content validity and the coefficient of variation for stability were calculated. Results: Three-round Delphi surveys and additional feedback from the expert panel established a consensus of core contents: 1) dementia (7 categories), 2) person-centered care (6 categories), 3) communication (8 categories), and 4) behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (6 categories). Specific sub-categories in each category were differentiated according to the job qualifications (65 sub-categories for registered nurses, 64 sub-categories for nursing aids, and 41 sub-categories for personal care workers). Conclusion: This delphi study identified person-centered dementia education curricula, in which the person-centered approach should be a key policy priority in Korean long-term care system. Now it is urgently needed to develop education programs utilizing online platforms that enable efficient and continuous learning for long-term care staff, which can contribute to behavior changes in the person-centered dementia care approach and improvement of care quality in long-term care facilities.

한국과 일본 대학의 재난간호교육 내용분석 (A Content Analysis of Disaster Nursing Education in Korean and Japanese Universities)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of disaster nursing education at universities in Korea and Japan, with focus on textbooks. Methods: Disaster nursing contents from 11 Korean community health nursing textbooks and 3 Japanese disaster nursing textbooks were analysed. Results: Three themes and 8 categories of disaster nursing content in the selected textbooks were analyzed. The themes classified include 'understanding of disaster', 'disaster management' and 'disaster management system'. The theme of 'understanding of disaster' consists of such categories as 'disaster concept/outline', 'classification of disaster', 'disaster management step' and 'disaster impact'. The theme of 'disaster management activities' consists of categories such as 'disaster management activities' and 'disaster nursing'. The theme of 'national disaster management system' consists of categories like 'national disaster management system' and 'international disaster relief'. From the comparison of disaster nursing education in the two countries, we found that themes were similar but there were differences between the two countries in content configuration. Korea and Japan have adopted the framework of International Council of Nurses for disaster nursing education. Korea stressed legal and ethical capabilities, while Japan included psychological support for disaster management service providers. Conclusion: Disaster education is an important factor in a nurse's ability for a disaster management. Development of a comprehensive disaster education program is necessary to enhance disaster care capacities.

Use of Software Agent Technology in Management Information System: A Literature Review and Classification

  • Technological innovations over the years have accentuated the workings in corporate- connected organizations and different application platforms. Hence, a unified management information system (MIS) that can utilize the Web and propel programming developments is required. Software agents, the latest developments in computer software technology, can be utilized to rapidly and effortlessly build integrated information systems. Consequently, 59 research papers on the use of software agents in MIS were identified from top 40 MIS journals published between 2007 and 2017. Then, we reviewed and classified all the research papers according to two categories: application fields and application categories. The application fields consisted of eight sub-groups: manufacturing, telecommunication systems, traffic and transportation management, information filtering and gathering, electronic commerce, business process management, entertainment, and medical care; whereas the application categories consisted of three sub-groups: multi-agent systems, personal assistants, and multi-agent simulation. The research papers were further divided into journal and year of publication, and journal and application field. The objective of our research was to understand the trend of the use software agent technology in MIS by examining the published research paper beside to add knowledge and content to the information system academic discipline.

동태적 직무분석을 이용한 암 환자 케어 코디네이터의 직무 분석 (Dynamic Job Analysis of the Cancer Care Coordinator in a General Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore roles of cancer care coordinator's by developing job description, job specification and job process map using dynamic job analysis. Method: The development process consisted of three stages of vertical job analysis and three stages of horizontal job analysis by modifying Song(1997)'s dynamic job analysis. Focus group interview was used to validate the content of the job analysis. Results: Cancer care coordinator's job description was categorized into six major categories, fourteen intermediate categories and one hundred forty specific jobs. Major categories are professional nursing practice, consultation and counsel, coordination and collaboration, education, research and leadership. Cancer care coordinator's job specification included master's degree with over five years of clinical experience preferably relevant clinical area, professional knowledge on pathophysiology of cancer, case management and cost control, competency for communication and counselling skills and clinical decision making. Cancer care coordinator's job process map was framed with time(horizontal) and activities(vertical). Conclusion: The Outcomes of this study will guide to develop possible areas of oncology advanced practice nurses in hospital setting and facilitate the use of oncology nurse practitioners by developing care coordinator roles in cancer care.

신문기사에 나타난 인공지능 담론에 대한 주제범주 분석 (Analysis of Subject Category on Artificial Intelligence Discourse in Newspaper Articles)

  • 이 연구는 최근 주목을 받고 있는 인공지능에 관한 사회적 담론에 어떤 주제적인 특성이 있는지를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우리 사회에 알파고 충격이 있었던 2016년부터 2017년 6월까지, 18개월 간 조선일보와 한겨레에 보도된 신문기사를 분석대상의 텍스트로 선정하였다. 전체 525건의 신문기사에 나타난 1,210건의 메시지들에 대해 주제범주를 코딩하였다, 구분한 주제는 7개 대범주, 62개 중범주, 그리고 하위의 소범주 주제들로 구성되었다. 인공지능의 담론을 구성하는 대범주는 AI 연구, AI 적용영역, AI기업(사업), AI 시대, AI 쟁점, 알파고 사건, AI 기타의 주제들로 파악되었다. 대범주로 코딩된 메시지들의 내용을 대상으로 세부적인 주제분석을 시도하였으며, 그 결과로 나타나는 주요한 특성은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인공지능 담론을 구성하는 주제범주의 범위와 내용이 다양하고 복잡하였다. 둘째, 안전하고 유용한 인공지능을 구현하기 위해서는 일자리 소멸의 문제, AI의 오류나 오용에 따른 부작용의 문제 등과 같은 사회정책적인 쟁점들의 해결이 중요하다. 셋째, 인공지능의 시대에서 인간의 역할, 적합한 인재양성을 위한 교육체제의 혁신도 난이도가 높은 쟁점들이다.

정책연구기관의 웹자원 관리와 서비스 제공 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Management and Services of Web Resources in Policy Research Institutes)

  • 6개 정책연구기관 홈페이지에서 웹자원을 정보자원으로 수집 제공하는 사례를 조사하고, 이들이 정책정보의 가치를 가진 웹자원으로 서비스 되는지를 내용분석법으로 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 정책연구기관에서 정책정보로 제공되는 웹자원을 4개 부문으로 구분 평가하였다. 평가는 내용, 디자인, 접근용이성, 메타데이터의 4개 부문의 10개 항목에서 이루어졌다. 평가결과, 내용에서 신뢰성, 최신성을 유지하고 있었으나 정보내용의 좀 더 충실한 기술이 요구되었다. 디자인에서 네비게이션과 검색기능은 우수하였으나 모든 기관에서 데드링크가 존재하였다. 접근용이성에서 3회 클릭으로 정보 접근이 가능하였으나 검색기능의 정확도를 높이기 위해 메타데이터의 종합적인 검토가 필요함을 발견하였다. 개선점으로 데드링크 해결방안, 메타데이터의 질적관리, 정책연구정보의 전문적이고 체계적인 관리방안, 정책연구정보포털시스템의 종합적인 관리체제를 제안하였다.

보건교사의 COVID-19상황 대응 경험 (School Health Teachers' Experience of Coping with the COVID-19 Pandemic)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to describe the experience of school health teachers in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic in South Korea. Methods: We conducted a qualitative study using content analysis. Ten school health teachers were recruited from 6 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools in Seoul, using purposive sampling. They participated in semi-structured in-depth interviews in person or using an online communication system from January to February, 2021. Interviews were transcribed verbatim and analysed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Three main categories and nine generic categories emerged from the analysis. Firstly, it was discovered that school health teachers had psychological and physical stress to cope with COVID-19 due to the 1) fear of the unexpected infectious disease, 2) burden of having to deal with it alone, 3) breakdown of personal life and physical exhaustion and 4) heavy duty as a health teacher caused by the lack of an organic cooperation system with institutions related to school infectious diseases. Secondly, school health teachers had an increased sense of empowerment in regard to infectious disease management as a result of 1) feeling rewarded and appreciated and 2) gaining confidence and trust in infectious disease management. Finally, school health teachers experienced the urgent need for an effective response strategy for infection control because of the 1) confusion over infectious disease response due to lack of practical manuals applicable to the field as well as training, 2) disappointing response system without an expert response team dedicated to managing infectious diseases in schools, and 3) growing awareness of the need for change. Conclusion: It is expected that school health teachers' experience of COVID-19 will be used as important data for building effective and advanced school infectious disease response systems.
